30 grams gold chain was stolen in train

Dear sir, i am senior citizen of telangana. When i was travelling in 12763-padmavathi express from tirupati to warangal on friday (I. E) 19/5/2017 my gold chain of 30 grams which was wear by me was stolen by thiefs near madhira. Firstly the train was crossed the madhira station after 10 minutes around 1:20 a. M slowly the train was stopped because someone has pulled the emergency brake in b1 ac compartment after that my chain was stolen around...

I had cancelled a ticket before 2 months ago on 22 Mar 2017. Cancelled tkt no was 98969314 from Varanasi to Sevagram. An amt of Rs 430/- was electronic refund and not credited in my bank acct till date. I went many times to the railway counter but staff reacted very poorly. Kindly tell me latest posn of t case otherwise i will move to consumer forum.

    Sir,
    My name is g. Giridhar rajesh from tirupathi. I ordered t-shirts in tiruppur near coimbatore in tamilnadu for the purpose of technical fest in college. So. He sent the parcel in kerala express train on march 15 with sr. Number 183916 to tirupathi. But i didn't receive the parcel up to now. So, i called railway officials many times, but they are not responding. So, please give information about the parcel where it is now.

      I was travelling in train number 14681-82 up -down in CC-1.
      There is Doon's Pantry in the train. I ordered for Breakfast they charged me Rs.80/- for bread amlete and on the way back I was charged Rs.100/- for Vegetarian Dinner.
      Also I said that these are not the official rates that i checked on internet, then he abuses me in the train.
      The behavior was so rude and threatening.

      Please have a look in this as they are asking for money more and more day by day.

        Sir, I'm a traveller of Danapur to Pune express train. My complain is this that My ticket was voting but it was confirmed before 2 - 3 hours but I think the tc has taken money and give my seat to some one else and told me to seat another place.
        I'm in S13 my seat no is 15 but tc make me to seat on 61 and on my seat the man is sleeping who has given money to tc.
        So, I plz req you to solve my problem as soon as possible.

          Please find enclosed anticipatory bail obtained by namala sanyasi rao, s/o. Late venkata rao in the court of the ii addl. Metropolitan sessions judge-cum-iv addl. District judge, visakhapatnam crl. M. P. 2510/2015, dated 14.12.2015.

          Recently, my property has been encroached by my close relates mentioned in anticipatory bail granted among one the above mentioned person involved in conspiracy and forgery of documents for that a case was registered with the office of the commissioner of police, visakhapatnam vide complaint no.933/2015, dated 18.11.2015. During the course of enquiry, it is found that namala sanyasi rao was selected as asst. Loco pilot in south central railway, vijayawada division and there after posted as senior clerk in the same office with in no time and presently he is working in east coast railway, drm office complex, dondaparthi, visakhapatnam – 530 004.

          Namala sanyasi rao is by birth patient of epilepsy and his movements are always accompanied by family members to save his life. His studies also completed with meagre attendance as he could not go out alone. Such a person why he applied for such a highly sensitive post of loco pilot and how he designated as senior clerk with in no time raising doubts for his entry into the govt. Service as now and then news papers are publishing false recruitments in railways is confirming the instance case.

          During disputes for distributing family / ancestral properties, it is revealed that, rs. 10, 00, 000/- paid for job of namala sanyasi rao and namala sanyasi rao is asking family members to ignore the amount as he was suffering from epilepsy for further distribution of properties. Further, namala sanyasi rao’s life in jeopardize, as he could not come to office alone and no guarantee for his movements and from such a person what services are expecting the department is in doubt. If any untoward incidence happens to him during office hours, his family will claim more compensation and a job for his spouse for a unworthy or dishonest person.

              Non receipt of motorcycle

              Reg: Non arrival of my Motorcycle OD02H 5049 at Purulia Rly Station(PRR) from Bhubaneswar Rly Station(BBS) which was booked on 13/05/17 and have PRR no:[protected] and bill no: 0238052.

              The motorcycle was loaded on this train at Bhubaneswar Rly Station(BBS) on 13/05/17 . However the parcel office at Purulia Rly Stn told me that we have not received your motorcycle Parcel. Also I got no information when I did track it through railway parcel website.(only my name is showing and all rest details showing blank)

              I am undergoing unnecessary trouble and harassment. Kindly help in getting my motorcycle traced and handed over to me.

                We have 6 Parcel booked on 15th April 2017 From Vadodara Railway Station (BRC) to Udupi (UD). Parcel had dispatched on 17th April 2017 By Okha - Earnakulam Train. Parcel should be reached UDUPI on 18th April 2017, but UDUPI Parecel office had not taken the parcel from train.

                Our Customer Mr. Shivachetan had already informed on 15th April 2017 to UDUPI Parcel office that parcel had booked from Vadodara and it will come. Our Customer Mr. Shivachetan had complained to UDUPI Parcel office in 19th April 2017 but there is no action taken by them so Mr. Shivachetan had complained online on Indian Railway Complain Website.

                Also he had complained on Twitter and he had received parcel on 25th April 2017 but he got only 5 parcel instead of 6 Parcel. One parcel is missing. Mr. Shivachetan had again complained on 25th April 2017 for one parcel missing but till the date he do not get the parcel. Now we have lost our business due to this inconvenience.

                Please find attached Railway Receipt for your reference.

                Kindly request to solve this issue and try to find 1 parcel as early as possible.

                  Sir/Ma'am, I am Aadesh and I booked a parcel on 10 may from BBS TO GAYA JUNCTION. Due to some reason the parcel officer of gaya Junction didn't unload my parcel at station and my parcel unloaded at NDLS. But from also NDLS the parcel didn't loaded yet.. Pls load my parcel. The officer takes so much time but I have no time, I have very important work to do with the parcel. Pls load it soon. Having PRR NO[protected].

                    I am Kalyan Mehta. I am stay in 1207/B, Shripal Nagar, Nepean sea Road, Malabar Hill, Mumbai - 400006. I was travelling by Bhavnagar express traveling from Songadh to Mumbai on the date of 10-11/02/2017 Coach is A1, seat no 35, my PNR No. [protected]. My mobile is robbed in train. In this train so many mobile robbed same day & same date. I & other passenger complaining the TT, TT has filed FIR. I am also complaining in RPF in Bandra. In Bandra RPF Sub Inspector Harendra Kumar (Bandra Terminal) very helpful in my case. But no result, he is still trying to solving my case. Bandra RPF Transfer my case to Bandra GRP. Bandra GRP transfer to Borivali GRP because my mobile robbery in Palghar. Borivali GRP not registers in my case. Borivali GRP says that your case handover to special team. Borivali GRP says that our special team calls me. At present no call from Special team. My office person goes in twice to Borivali GRP. Replied is our special team calling you if any progress. My mobile data in this phone, I was very much problem for my business purpose. This is too much harassment to senior citizen & not cooperates with me from Borivali GRP. They don’t job sincerely. All A/C attend Sleep in night, If passager robbed the lagej Who will responsible.

                      I was traveling with my daughter in the train 19061 (Bandra Ramnagar Express) boarded from Vadodara junction on the 18th of may 2017, traveling till Lal Kuan junction. On reaching home on the 19th of May, 2017, I found my suitcase chain cut and my bangle box missing. The bangle box contained two gold bangles and earrings along with Rs. 4000 in cash. Overall we have incurred a loss of around INR 50000. Kindly help us out in getting the jewellery back. Since there were a lot waitlisted people near the AC compartment entrance, we suspect people entered from Kiccha station, who were roaming all around in the compartment freely.

                          Us counter nowda block ki under hai.
                          Lekin sir, regular and continiously counter open nehi karte.
                          Or tatkat ticket under bypass milta hai.
                          Actually line me khare ho kar bahut aadmi peresani hote hai.
                          Bolta hai ki link ki problem hai.
                          Lekin actually ticket by pass me jyada rate me bikta hai.
                          Or line ki khare aadmi log har time pereshani hote hai.
                          Sir,
                          mera request hai immidiate ly veryfy kijiye or sahi tarika se ticket service chalu rahe...
                          Previously while we book the ticket, in the payment (Debit card State bank of India is not showing.
                          Second debit expiry date from 2017 onwards only coming ( our debit card is the old one there is no expiry date ) only 2 feb'2008. what to do?

                            Tippu super fast express from mysore to Bangalore got delay for more than half'n hour...it stopped in Nayandalli for 45min without any crossing situations and it happens daily...kindly take a look on this issue and resolve it asap...passengers are very much upset about it...

                              I booked my parcel on Indian Railway from gwalior railway station (MP) on 8th may 2017 fo Suraimanpur Railway Station (District Ballia In Uttar Pradesh) via Varanasi Railway Station .The Parcel is yet not delivered to me as 10 days are gone past.                               I booked a train ticket (tatkal) on 12/05/2017 from Chennai central to Pune. It was booked in waiting list. Next day i checked PNR number and it was not confirmed.                                 I m traveling with my other three friends from Nagpur to Mumbai by 12290 duronto express coach S5 seat no 26, 27, 29, 30. We need drinking water but here is no water facility in train as well in pantry. Pls do the needful. Here are so many child in coach who are also crying for water n we all waiting for next station to stop train. So that we can buy it from outside. Very poor rail service.

                                  I filed complain on coms railway on wrong status of trains in irctc.
                                  Reply is below

                                  Your actual complaint in irctc many times i noted that the train status shown as train departed prior to the time of schedule departure, moreover in case of traina running late by more than 3-4 hours also shown as departed on irctc. The issue should be reviewed.
                                  Closure remark:- sorry for your inconveniences. Matter does not pertain to 139 rail sampark.

                                  I request to provide the competent authority for resolution of this issue as it affects thousand of railway passengers.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    We are herewith lodging complaint against indian railways against not providing ticket collector in train no 12722 from delhi to visakhapatnam on date 16.05.2017.
                                    Sir we are the passangers traveling from agra to visakhapatnam with
                                    Pnr nos 1) [protected], 2) [protected], 3) [protected], 4) [protected].
                                    By above all 4 tickets we were 17 adults and 5 kids with half tickets in coach s-10, train reached agra cantt station at 01:55 hrs of 16.05.2017 and left station at 02:00hrs of 16.05.2017, while we entered the coach our all seats were been ocupied with other passangers, as it was peak midnight all the passangers were at sleep and they were not getting up, as we check there was no ticket collector in coaches s-8, s-9, s-10. While we try to contact ticket collector in ac coach, shuter between ac coach and sleeper were locked and unable to open, at last we contacted a rpf with double star seating in s-10, for vacating the unauthorised passangers, he was refused us by saying it is not his duty and ticket collector has to do that and ticket collector was not in duty from delhi starting station.
                                    At last we argued with unauthorised passangers those who had occupied our seat after a big mess we were cleared our all seats by our own, at last our pnr no [protected] was in rac 5, 6, 7, 8 while booking only three seats were conformed and one seat was in rac shareing, as their was vaccant seats in other coaches s-8, we wre searching for ticket collector div by div at last three zones (Ncr, wcr, cr) have been crossed and ticket collector was not available.
                                    While we are travelling in reserved coach s10 (Next to general compartment) unauthorized persons boarding in the same coach with no reservation ticket.
                                    As squad came for checking and oposing penality on them but not clearing them from the coach. They were forcefully occupying our seats. As we were travelling with chidren and senior citizens sufferd a lot. As we concerned the train guard for ticket collector, he replied that the ticket collector will join in the next division.
                                    At last we were able to meet the ac coach ticket collector at hinginghat station and we had explained our problem to him and he contacted ticket conductor via mobile and asked us to explain the problem. While we report our problem to him he just ignored and give us a rash responce by telling its railway problem go and contact shri narendra modi (Prime minister of india) and disconnected the call.
                                    After that rpf conistable has arrived in our coach s10 and cleared all unauthorized passengers from our reserved seats.
                                    At last between the stations balharshah and sirpur kagazngr ticket collector has arrived and alloted us rac to confirmed beth in s8 coach.

                                    This is here to conclude that the s8 berth was vaccant since last several stops. We paid our hard earned money and travelled with out safety and security as the unauthorized passengers were boadrded due lack of railway irresponsibility.
                                    We finaly want to lodge a complaint against railways for taking money from its passangers and not providing safety and security in reserved coaches.
                                    Indian Railways customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      The condition of the sleeper class is pathetic. The windows are not opening properly. The fans are outdated and does not throw air. The seats are not good. Dynamic fare has been charged for the train but the facilities are none. The quality of the food is also not good. No cleanliness is maintained in the train. The condition of this train needs to be improved. It does not have any facilities of rajdhani category. Kindly address this issue at the earliest as this is a regular train and it's very difficult to do a journey in such a low quality train with high fare.
