I got reserved for two seats from Kota Junction to dewas for 27/05/2017 . But due to some reason Our plan was changed. Thatswhy I cancelled the my both tickcts online. when I cancelled It display that ticket has been cancelled and you can collect my money form near station. But when I went to the station for collecting money he denied me for giving refund. he said that you cancelled ticket online, hence you are eleigible for getting refund in respect of cancelled tickets . He said if you come here without cancelling tickets online then I will give you refund. So tell me what should I do. Whether It is correct or not?

Its totally corruption because I cancelled ticket through option which is available on site of railway. If option given then why don not we excercise. It is given for our benefits then how can he denied for giving refund amount ?

So please help me.

    My family and I was travelling from Kolkata staions to amritsar jn today by train no 12357, Pnr no of my family is [protected], I have a sudden plan to travel with them as my father is not well so booked ticket through irctc sire. My ticket came waiting list no 26, we are not aware of the rules of the railways so, when th TT came to cheque the tickets we showed them the tickets and I also showed them the pnr no of the waiting list [protected], the TT then said that I m travelling without ticket I said how is that possible when I have paid the full amount for teh ticket and have got a pnr no and still u saying I m without ticket, then he was arguing with us continously without makin us understand about it, then we asked to make a ticket then he said give me Rs 3000 I will see if possible, still he is not assuring us for the ticket and charging us so much, when we denied to pay so much then he started to harrese us and charing us that he will complaint against us that we were slanging him, he was such a lier that he wanted so much money and we denied to pay so, that's why he was harresing us for it. We requested so much to him to take the actual price but he was blaming us that we slanged him. W all earn hard to make money that doesn't mean we will pa anyone like that only. Irctc site also cheating us by taking full money and not giving g any tickets and keeping people in waiting and that too TT says it's not valid, then were the wailting list people will travel.
    Kindly look into this matter at urgent basis.

      Respected sir, local passenger are travel in bhagirathi (13104) express without ticket in reservation coach.. And this is daily issue. The passenger are face daily problem with them. They are rises from krisnanagar city station and panaghat junction. This is the big problem that we are faced since last 7 years. So kindly take legal and hard decision.

        The rule needs to be changed. I have 4 tatkaal tickets for tomorrow and i am not travelling. Now why should i cancel the tickets when there is zero refund. I would rather approach tte and bribe him for some amount. Even a token amount of money (Say 10%) will encourage people to go for refund. I will put forth this suggestion to pmo office as well. That's all.

          I Dr tarachand Rupale booked 6 luggage bags and one motor cycle mp 09 0805 from Bhuj station to Gurgaon, and i was also in the same train for the journey- PNR No- [protected], Coach S-8 & sleeper no- 1 & 4 in the train Ala HAjarat Express- 14312.On reaching to the gurgaon station i went to collect the the luggage & Bike but the officials there told that your parcel will be delivered in old Delhi, but at the time of booking in bhuj any body didn't tell me about the fact that luggage & bike will not be delivered in Gurgaon & they also made luggage ticket up to Gurgaon station, numbered 08 C 990372, dated 08.05.2017. Due to some very serious problem i cannot go to Old Delhi station to collect luggage so I am still waiting for my luggage & bike in gurgaon. what can i do now to get the same. please answer as its 6 days passed that i couldn't collect my luggage.

          Pnr-[protected], cancelled 5days before travel date at the respected railway ticket counter is still awaiting refund, payment made through swipe machine at the same counter. Refund amount printed- Rs. 960.00 . Kindly check and refund the same Asap. Contact number - [protected] .

            I traveled vide pnr no.[protected] by train no. 22911 shipra exp. On 04/5/2017 from indore to satna in sl class with my wife in coach s-6 berth no. 3 and 7. Coach s. N. Was 912431. Middle fan in our compartment was not working. The same was intimated and shown to tte on duty of s-6 coach at indore. But it was not attended till bhopal. At bhopal same tte was again reminded and he assured it will be attended soon but nothing was done. Next day at about 1100 hrs when train reached katni (Kte) i personally went to dy. Ss (Com) office on platform no.-2 who was kind enough to announce twice to attend the complaint but no one came to attend though train stopped for about an hour at katni. Thus we were forced to travel in severe heat without fan. May i request you to kindly look into the matter.

            A/c waiting halls in Tirupati railway station are allowing all passengers with reservation irrespective of any class. And are collecting waiting charges for all. 2 tier waiting hall is crowded having no place for people having 2 tier A/C Reservation.

            I cancelled ticket on 1 may 2017 for my schedule departure on 20 June 2017,
            I want to know when I will be getting refunded.
            since, I tried calling all helpline no but there was no response on a single one.

                Sir I travelled on train no 12508 gowhati trivandrum sf on 13/14.05.2017. It reached trivandrum at 2hrs 30min delay. Supposed to reach at night 11pm it reached at 1.30 am. I was with my family with small kids. I suffered a lot while travelling to my house at mid night which is 20 km from railway station. All this because of large delay in arrival of train.
                Kindly take necessary action against concerned people responsible.

                  I had made a booking vide irctc site on 13-feb-17. The pnr # [protected]. Until today the ticket is not confirmed. When my spouse approached a local travel agent he demanded 1000 per person to confrim the tickets. Total 1000x4 tickets.in that case why should we wait for 3-4 months for our online booking to be confirmed?. How are the travel agents able to confrim the tickets? Are the railway officials hands in gloves with the travel agents. It was emphasised by the railway aurhorities that the corruption is being curbed if the commuters avail the e-system. But it doesn't seem so. It is a request to kindly nab the culprits and bring them to justice. Enough of the sufferings the common man has gone trhough.

                    I go durgapur crpf exam in 14 may 2017. I refand 14 may 12:30. Durgapur station i enquiry. Mai bola hawra station ka kon train hai to enquiry se bola abhi koi train nhi apko bardhaman jana ho. Uske liye apko local tran se jana ho jo 4 no. Platform pe aa rt ha hai. Mai ticket counter me gya or bola muje hawra ka ticket chahiye. To usne pucha kesa ticket chahiye. Maine bola supar fast chahiye. Uane muje ticket diya mai dekha nhi. Shi se or tran me chabhane gya to vha supar fast tran lga huàa tha. Bambe to hawra. But mai jab hawra phucja to muje tt pkar liya or ticket maga mai me apna ticket diya to bola yh glat ticket hai. Islke liye fane dena hoga. Kafhi der ke bad muje chora gya. Mere sat behbiyar shi nhi kiya ttt. Or bhi bhut kuch huaaa mere sath. Mera no.[protected] mera name bikky kumar hai. Plz chak sir.

                      I have filed a tdr on 16th april 17 (Transaction id [protected]) (Cancellation id: [protected]) (Registration no:[protected] reason being tickets were partially confirmed and waitlisted for the passengers. But i have not received any communication from railways since then. It is showing as cr registered only, even i have mailed (Ticket id irctc #5701761 & [irctc #5738621) twice for the current status. Kindly help me in getting the amount refunded as soon as possible, as its been a month since i am chasing the concerned authority.

                        Hi,

                        No tte available on train 12258 from ernakulam town on bogie no g15 on 12th may 2015. This resulted in trouble for rac passengers even though there was vacant berth in the same coach. We came to know that no tte will come after ernakulam. We sat in the seat itself because we are not sure whether passengers will come or not. This was the case in almost all coaches. Authorities should look into this to retain the customers.

                        I am not sure whether u r the right authority to receive this complaint.

                          And this is not just now. Since the last 6-8 months I have been experiencing it which causes a lot of problem in planning my journey. I request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible

                              We are regular customers for circar express 17643.. Always this train will take to reach more tine than expected... Everytime it is getting delayed 1 to 2 hours... Always this will be stopped for other trains... Why you are atopping only this train for others 15 to 20 mins unnecessarily... Just because of other trains you are wasting our money and time... We also paying the same amount still it is getting delayed... Pls change train name from express to passenger and reduce costs... So that customer will satisfy atlesast

                              Its really painful seeing the DELAY in trains. A Train No. 12503 [Bangalore Cantt to Kamakhya ] Hamsafar Express
                              which is suppose to reach at New Jalpaiguri Station at 4.20 am on 14th May 17, but reached by 5 hours 25 Minutes Late. Its delayed by 3.30 hours from Howrah to NJP. Hopeless Management by Railways, just to give undue harrasments to Regular & Genuine Travellers. Ministers, Official Simply giving statements and sitting in AC rooms will never solve the problem of regular delays. One should realize how Important is the time for every one.
                              Railway Authority must RENAME the Express word into Baseless, e.g. Hamsafar Baseless train.
                              Suggestions:- explanations & show cause notice has to be issued to the station master, whenever a train detains/departs more than 10 to 15 mintues from its stipulated time. Sometimes it is seen that unnecessarily a train is detained for more than 2 to 3 hours in a station. Railways should improve these serious issues very soon.

                                I am below 18, and I was travelling alone yesterday 11 May, from Gaya to New Delhi from Mahabodhi express, coach no.-A2, seat - 36, sideupper, and passage of AC was above me, I was suffering from cold, cough and headache, and below my seat that is Side lower (35) was empty from Kanpur central, and no booking was from there, until and unless TET allow someone to sit, so I thought if I request him that please allow me to sleep at side lower and if anyone comes to you then please alot side upper bearth, as I was not well, may be it's not legal, but instead o[censored]nderstanding me, TET (R K Gupta)(name not so sure) was so arrogant, he talked so rudely that he made me cry at my worst situation, he shouted at me..Is this because I am a teeanager, because if in place of me had been there any adult then I must say the situation would be different...now I request you to take strict action

                                  Duty employee found there. I request him for come soon. He is dealing miss behaviour with me and told wait for 15 mints.
                                  I wait but he not came.
                                  So I left the window.

                                  Indian Railways customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  Now I am in Keonjhar - bhubaneswar train which was departure from Keonjhar at 6.15am today (7.05.2017) and the reaching time in bhubaneswar was 12.15pm.yet it's 12.30 and it is in the way... I am afraid I could take my exam... Why the railway authority is playing with our life?

                                      I am traveling with my father, my seat has been confirmed.
                                      Coach attendent has given two bed roll for both seat.
                                      But he is forced us to return these two before reach patna.
                                      He said, bed roll must be return at patna as per railway rule.
                                      After hot discussion, attendent has taken bed roll.
                                      BuT I have reservation up to rajgir.
                                      This is 100km from patna.
                                      Attendent said, if you complaint then no any action take from railway side.

                                        Travelling on 11th may 2017 in 17307 basava express from bengaluru to gulbarga (Kalburgi).
                                        Pnr - [protected]. Se1 bogie. Extra bogie added that day.
                                        This is regarding a fan which was about to get dislodged and is a potential threat to a persons life.
                                        Writing this complaint at wee hours at 5 am because that fan could hurt anyone anytime.
                                        Also lodged a complaint via sms regarding cleaning of coach to 58888 on the same day but no one responded and i dint bother because it did not do any harm but required some self cleaning but this one could be a potential harm to anyone's life who is travelling. Kindly look in to the matter and get it corrected asap...

                                        Indian Railways customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        The trains are late almost all the days. The schedule arrival time is 10:13 am but the still not come by 14:10 pm

                                        Boarding station Ranchi road code RRME
                                        Boarding date 07 may 2017
                                        Also the station do not have adequate drinking system and proper sanitation
                                        Facilities.
