We are regular customers for circar express 17643.. Always this train will take to reach more tine than expected... Everytime it is getting delayed 1 to 2 hours... Always this will be stopped for other trains... Why you are atopping only this train for others 15 to 20 mins unnecessarily... Just because of other trains you are wasting our money and time... We also paying the same amount still it is getting delayed... Pls change train name from express to passenger and reduce costs... So that customer will satisfy atlesast

Sirs,

Its really painful seeing the DELAY in trains. A Train No. 12503 [Bangalore Cantt to Kamakhya ] Hamsafar Express
which is suppose to reach at New Jalpaiguri Station at 4.20 am on 14th May 17, but reached by 5 hours 25 Minutes Late. Its delayed by 3.30 hours from Howrah to NJP. Hopeless Management by Railways, just to give undue harrasments to Regular & Genuine Travellers. Ministers, Official Simply giving statements and sitting in AC rooms will never solve the problem of regular delays. One should realize how Important is the time for every one.
Railway Authority must RENAME the Express word into Baseless, e.g. Hamsafar Baseless train.
Suggestions:- explanations & show cause notice has to be issued to the station master, whenever a train detains/departs more than 10 to 15 mintues from its stipulated time. Sometimes it is seen that unnecessarily a train is detained for more than 2 to 3 hours in a station. Railways should improve these serious issues very soon.

    I am below 18, and I was travelling alone yesterday 11 May, from Gaya to New Delhi from Mahabodhi express, coach no.-A2, seat - 36, sideupper, and passage of AC was above me, I was suffering from cold, cough and headache, and below my seat that is Side lower (35) was empty from Kanpur central, and no booking was from there, until and unless TET allow someone to sit, so I thought if I request him that please allow me to sleep at side lower and if anyone comes to you then please alot side upper bearth, as I was not well, may be it's not legal, but instead o[censored]nderstanding me, TET (R K Gupta)(name not so sure) was so arrogant, he talked so rudely that he made me cry at my worst situation, he shouted at me..Is this because I am a teeanager, because if in place of me had been there any adult then I must say the situation would be different...now I request you to take strict action

      Sadul shahar-335062 reservation counter room is lock without lunch and tea break at 12:30pm now.

      I need 2nos tickets for delhi and BBS to jjkr.

      I visit station master office.

      Duty employee found there. I request him for come soon. He is dealing miss behaviour with me and told wait for 15 mints.
      I wait but he not came.
      So I left the window.
      Please do needful for regular service so that like this not happen in future.

      Now I am in Keonjhar - bhubaneswar train which was departure from Keonjhar at 6.15am today (7.05.2017) and the reaching time in bhubaneswar was 12.15pm.yet it's 12.30 and it is in the way... I am afraid I could take my exam... Why the railway authority is playing with our life?
      Ticket refund amount am not received. More than 4 months am so fear. Plz refund the amount

I ready to received at that place it is my job o problem i am attend in thirsty parcel office daily. But no use he said that train stop only 5minutes in tirupathi so not left the goods my college correspondent not pay my salary still today because of this.

          I am traveling with my father, my seat has been confirmed.
          Coach attendent has given two bed roll for both seat.
          But he is forced us to return these two before reach patna.
          He said, bed roll must be return at patna as per railway rule.
          After hot discussion, attendent has taken bed roll.
          BuT I have reservation up to rajgir.
          This is 100km from patna.
          Attendent said, if you complaint then no any action take from railway side.

          Kindly assist.
          My father is suffering from spinal health issue.
          Bed roll is help him.

            Travelling on 11th may 2017 in 17307 basava express from bengaluru to gulbarga (Kalburgi).
            Pnr - [protected]. Se1 bogie. Extra bogie added that day.
            This is regarding a fan which was about to get dislodged and is a potential threat to a persons life.
            Writing this complaint at wee hours at 5 am because that fan could hurt anyone anytime.
            Also lodged a complaint via sms regarding cleaning of coach to 58888 on the same day but no one responded and i dint bother because it did not do any harm but required some self cleaning but this one could be a potential harm to anyone's life who is travelling. Kindly look in to the matter and get it corrected asap...

            The trains are late almost all the days. The schedule arrival time is 10:13 am but the still not come by 14:10 pm

              I had confirmed ticket from LTT to Ratnagiri, but the ticket numbers assigned to me are not there in the boogie assigned to me. This is some serious mistake by indian railways and strict action should be against those who are responsible for this mess. Seats are only till 60 but bookings are done till 90. Many peoples are suffering because of mistakes done by indian railway officers.
              Below are my seat details Mandar petkar D/18 - 90, Kedar petkar D/18 - 89.

              For my above complaint raised on 29-April-2017, I received an unacceptable reply stating "Sir, The aforementioned train 01045 consists of General(GS) and Chair car(CZ) coaches, GS has 90 seats and CZ has 108 seats." I think the officer which have given this reply has not studied this issue properly. So request again to look into this and take strict action against whoever is responsible for this

                  Train No. 12260. PNR:[protected]. date: 09.05.2017
                  This Sealdah Duronto was supposed to reach at 12.35 pm but it was 2 hours late and the passengers were not provided any food during lunch time. Labelling it as a premium train, you are charging extra bucks but when it comes to provide better service it is still poor. Why so? Please explain. There must be refund of money that you have charged extra and also for the inconvenience caused.

                    The customer is charged 1630 RS (3AC) for old quality coach(8 yrs old) and its maintenance is worse the seats are very uncomfortable and outside is damaged worn out 70% and with this quality of coaches the passengers life is at stake
                    foul smell and unhygienic toilets makes more worse particularly the coach B10 I am being charged for quality and safety as per IRCTC guidelines

                    Who is responsible after something is happened to the passenger and who will be accountable to his family

                    The adjacent coach B11 is good why only some passengers should suffer every one in the train is paying the same why this discrepancy and I am not getting the quality I am being charged for

                      I have submiited TDR at kanpur central for PNR no [protected] for train no 22634 bengaluru rajdhani express class 3 A journey from agra to ksr bengaluru for four passenger amount Rs 10900/- reason for tdr is that system cannot refund.
                      At kanpur central i was told that refund will be made within 90 days but it is not made so for.
                      How much time it will take to refund.

                        We had traveled from Vadodara to Gangapur City on 06/05/2017 (PNR: [protected]) and had unpleasant experience:

                        There were atleast 200% passengers in our S4 (in our compartment there were 17 passengers in place on 8). TTE came and checked tickets of only passengers who had confirmed tickets and did not bother about others.

                        - There was no chance of sleeping as lights were ON and unreserved passengers were talking loudly or listening music on mobile
                        - Unreserved passengers were lying on floor so it was not possible for others to go and use toilet
                        - Unreserved passengers had closed doors so it was not possible to get even drinking water

                        While I could see that TTE had just shown his face only to see tickets of authorized passengers, who is responsible for safety and security of passengers as well as their luggage. Can wait listed passengers travel in reserved compartments? How come there were more than 100% passengers? I don't think IR sells more than 100% berths under wait listed. If it is the case then why TTE did not check tickets of passengers without ticket or improper ticket?

I felt a sleep for five minutes when i woke up i have found that my phone is missing. It is being stealed by someone. During that time. I had the 8 and 10 berths, but I exchanged one of this for the number 9. I left the train on Madgaon station around 5:00 am. My kindle was on the net bag attached to the wall.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,
                                On 5th May, 2017 at 20.15 hrs, one Mr.Jaffer who was manning the tea stall cum condiments stall in platform no.5 of Bengaluru city railway station refused to accept genuine 10 rs coins saying they have been advised not to accept them even if they were genuine.He also refused to accept any notes of higher denomination and insisted on giving exact change of 15 rs or 20 rs.by way of notes only. Unfortunately, I had notes of only higher denominations(100 and above) and did not have any other change. He even threatened me to go and complain to whomever. If this is the attitude of railway employees and if they don't accept genuine legal tenders, I wonder what the common man can do in private establishment. Please take necessary punitive action and make sure genuine notes and coins are accepted all over the railways. I have image and video proof of the whole episode, please let me know how to share.

                                  I had booked e-tickets between than to bhopal & back. Thesame was cacelled one day prior to date of journey as it was not confirmed. I had claimed the refund. However before the refunded was credited to my acctt. I had closed my bank acctt. From which the payment was made.

                                    I have booked a machine from ADI to CAN on 27-4-17. But still the material has not reached CAN. When enquired at KANNUR station they are saying there are 100 station it would have been unloaded anywhere. Hence we Dont know we're the material is. It will take months to find it.

                                    They are saying it will take lot of time to find it. Im a small shop owner who do business by polishing the glass. If I don't receive that machine I won't be able to work and I'm losing my lively hood.

                                      I am sohel from teghari under rejinagar police station. My nearby station name is sirajnagar halt. I am a daily passenger. Two weeks ago when i was returning home from ranaghat station to sirajnagar, the ticket master of ranaghat station returned me rs10 of 5*2 rupees coin.
                                      But next day when i went to purchase a ticket i submitted those same coins... But they refused and informed me that they are instructed not to receive coins..
                                      So sir/madam i want to know whether the information is true or they are lieing to us.
                                      Sir/madam, most common passengers are the worst sufferes.
                                      Sir/madam if the information is true please inform me in reply or if the information is wrong please take nessesary action to relieve the common passengers from harresments. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com.

                                        I chandrashekar aged 59 was traveling with my wife meena aged 53, son ananthakrishnan aged 27 daughter in law smita bansal aged 29 in ac 2 tier pnr no [protected] dated 29/04/17 train no 22649 yercaud express from chennai to salem.

                                        I got up at 345 am from my berth no 11 in coach no ha1 and went to european toilet. Subsequently at salem at my relatives house, i realized the loss of my purse (Made out of vinyl cloth in the pattern of 1000rs currency), it contained two canara bank medical insurance cards, my icici credit card (Now blocked) and currency of one or two 500 re notes and three hundred rs and some amount in ten re notes.

                                        I would be delighted to hear about my purse thru email so that i collect it later
