I am below 18, and I was travelling alone yesterday 11 May, from Gaya to New Delhi from Mahabodhi express, coach no.-A2, seat - 36, sideupper, and passage of AC was above me, I was suffering from cold, cough and headache, and below my seat that is Side lower (35) was empty from Kanpur central, and no booking was from there, until and unless TET allow someone to sit, so I thought if I request him that please allow me to sleep at side lower and if anyone comes to you then please alot side upper bearth, as I was not well, may be it's not legal, but instead o[censored]nderstanding me, TET (R K Gupta)(name not so sure) was so arrogant, he talked so rudely that he made me cry at my worst situation, he shouted at me..Is this because I am a teeanager, because if in place of me had been there any adult then I must say the situation would be different...now I request you to take strict action

Its really painful seeing the DELAY in trains. A Train No. 12503 [Bangalore Cantt to Kamakhya ] Hamsafar Express
which is suppose to reach at New Jalpaiguri Station at 4.20 am on 14th May 17, but reached by 5 hours 25 Minutes Late. Its delayed by 3.30 hours from Howrah to NJP. Hopeless Management by Railways, just to give undue harrasments to Regular & Genuine Travellers. Ministers, Official Simply giving statements and sitting in AC rooms will never solve the problem of regular delays. One should realize how Important is the time for every one.
