I booked two tickets from rewari to indore in train number 09302 with a date of journey 5th june and one return ticket in same train with date of journey 9th june. now i had to cancel both the tickets up and down on 5th of may 2017 yet i havenot recieved the refund amount in my account. i request you to lease do the needfull. for convinienve am attaching the screen shots of cancelled tickets...

On 28/04/2017 as per PNR.[protected]@on 29/04/2017 as perPNR[protected] TTE is not physically present in the compartment(S14)
FOR TICKET CHECKINGand hence so many ticketless strangers over crowded
and interepted the journey
I was booked window AC and cooler through railway parcel receipt no. K 272147 on[protected] from railway station Firozpur cantt to Bareilly junction. Only cooler reached at designation i.e. bareilly rly stn. Neither window AC reached at designation and nor any response received from railway officials of firozpur cantt and bareilly jn.
We travelling in 11102 bespoke Pune third ac coach B1 was manufactured in July 2016. It is observed lot is unbearable sound from bottom of coach creating nuisance sound and sleep disturbance.created migraine to all family members.

    On this train, i was travelling and at around night my blue coloured trolly got stolen.in my trolly, there was mba books, blanket, photos and my documents.

    I just want my documents back.
    I got a call next day that my documents were lying somewhere near danapur railway station. And the guy who called me has handed the documents to some police officials... But i'm unable to track the officials.

    Please help.

    Sir i have booked a tatkal ticket viz PNR [protected].i have paid Rs 2271.50 including service tax but on auto cancellation on waiting i have got my refund of Rs 2060.it is wrong to deduct Rs 60 per pessenger if the ticket has been auto cancelled.kindly look into the issue

      Dear sir,
      This is to bring to your kind notice that, we booked ticket via Tatkal from Bangalore to VANIYAMBADI train No. 22626 on 07.05.17, belonging PNR No. [protected]. On coach which we travelled there is malfunction of air conditioner. The total journey was without AC. There is lot of suffocation with out air and too my wife is pregnant, she suffered a lot with out air flow. We paid lot of money for travel but of no use. I request you to take immediate action and refund the amount.

      The train amaravati exp 18048 is always delayed.We are facing lots of problem after reaching the destination. Kindly take necessary action.

        Sir, i booked my bike and a steel box from jodhpur to bhatinda on 28 april 17. The reference no. J 941503. Till date my goods are not received by the parsal office bhatinda. When i enquire about my goods in the parsal office, manager of the parsal office replied me that go and get the slr no. And the train no. Where the goods has been loaded. Sir, i am now lived in bhatinda and its not feasible for me to get to jodhpur and asked for slr no. Or train no.. Even though the parsal office doesn't have any contact no..

        There is 1hour+ delay in train from Tumkur to Mysore and there is any information and announcements regarding that people from different ages are getting too tiered due to heavy heat. There is no proper shelter also.

          Dear sir,

          I have booked my motorcycle for transportation from Indore to mugal Sarai on 4/5/17 through shipra express (22911) with builty no. 088888 but it is not delivered at mugal sarai on 5/5/17 (committed delivery date).
          And there is no contact no. Available of Indore parcel office in internet.
          I am unable to find out weather my bike loaded from Indore or not?, whether it's loaded in different train or unloaded at different station?

          I don't know what should i do? How to track my bike location.

            I was traveling to hyderabad from ujjain in train number 02732 my ticket was in rac which was confirmed in coach se2 it was shocking for us to see that there was no coach with this number no railway staff to help us in train no tt no display on platform we were in soup with railways our pnr no was [protected] if railway cannot provide minimum service also to us then railway should not even collect charges from us we were left in pathetic condition as i was traveling with my family in odd hours was it not railways duty to inform through sms correct coach numbers which are marked

              My self going to travel in Guwahati kocheveli SPL train on 5th of may in station Eluru at 17:58, but the train is running 24 hrs late why this kind of job is done in IR, is it not a shame to us, for 24 hrs were should I stay, if the train is late, why don't u arrange a train from vishakapatnam. Iam in heavy loss will IR will give me the compensation, I even can't cancel my ticket bcoz my parents r with me and they r old, this train 06335 is very ridiculous, u should take necessary action

                I hav booked a parcel from trivandrum (Kerala) to howrah (Kolkota) railway station on 25 april 17. I hav confirmed from trivandrum station and it was told that it was despatched in train no.12507 (Trivandrum gauhati exp). I am finding out from howrah station every day from 28th april onwards, but i hav not received the parcel till date. Pls intervene.

                  मेरे रिश्तेदार दिनांक 02.04.2017 को (हरिद्धार अजमेर एक्सप्रेस ट्रेन में) हरिद्धार से अजमेर आ रहे थे, उसी दौरान करीब रात्रि 2 बजे से कुछ अज्ञात लोगों द्वारा ट्रेन रोककर सभी यात्रियों से लूटपाट की गई। मेरे रिश्तेदारों के भी दो मोबाईल ले गये एवं सभी यात्रियों के साथ लूटपाट की गई। मेरे रिश्तेदार एवं किसी एक अन्य यात्री द्वारा पुलिस को इसकी सूचना दी गई। उनके द्वारा कार्यवाही का आश्वासन दिया गया। इस खबर को ना तो किसी अखबार में प्रकाशित करवाया गया और ना ही किसी न्यूज चैनल पर दिखाया गया। अज्ञात लोगों द्वारा चोरी और लूटपाट की वारदात को अंजाम दिया गया। रेल्वे द्वारा किसी भी कोच में कोई पुलिसकर्मी तैनात नही था, जिस कारण यह हादसा हुआ। इस वारदात को दबाया जा रहा है। मेरा रेलमंत्री जी से यही आग्रह है कि इस ट्रेन में हुई घटना बाबत उचित कार्यवाही करावे, अन्यथा लोगों द्वारा ट्रेन के सफर को सबसें सुरक्षित माना जाता है उसे असुरक्षित माना जावेगा और हरिद्धार जाने के प्रति जो लोगों की आस्था है वो खत्म हो जायेगी। कृपया कार्यवाही करावें।

                    I am freelance journo, and have done a research and found that 30 to 40% of passengers who on-board train at secundrabad or get down at secundrabad travel back to lingampally railway station surrounding areas, especially for trains travelling to or coming from tirupati. This also alienates some of the people especially passengers near by lingampally areas to prefer other travelling options like bus etc.., hence to increase occupancy in trains please provide halt at lingampally and see the change. Not only that it saves travel time, unnecessary consumption of resources as travel back time from secundrabad station to lingampally surrounding areas is nearly 1 to 2 hrs depending on traffic. 5 mins halt will bring good change in railway revenue for biweekly/weekly trains travelling from or to tirupati.

                      Dear Sir, I am Snehashish Biswas. On 5th May at 8.30 I brought two tickets of Bhagirathi Express, from Krishnanagar to Sealdah for me and my friend. I was going to attend a business meeting in Kolkata, so I was in a hurry. After leaving ticket counter, I saw train has arrived and I mistakenly boarded on a Non AC Reserved compartment. One RPF personal was there beside the gate, he came in front of me and asked me ticket (I think he was not authorized to check ticket) and when he saw it is non reservation ticket, he told me to come down with him. I told many time that it was not my intention to board on a reserved compartment and because there was no list beside the door and no indication (Except a small board on middle of compartment) or announcement and I am not a regular passenger, so mistake was happened, please leave me. He not only refused but did not listen to me. Then I asked him please take penalty and leave me, so that I can board on that train. He ordered me to stand there on platform until the train passed. After that he took me to RPF camp at the station and put me to the lock up. Intensity of RPFs stuff over there was not to prevent people boarding reserved compartment but to set up trap and catch innocent people and put them into lock up, threaten them about sending them to court and get money and don’t give them any money receipt so that they can make any complain. Still I am launching this complain on a hope that this kind of stuffs should be discarded fromour system. So that common people would not be treated like criminals and get proper respect. At last I gave them Rs 1000/- for bail and left custody without having a money receipt. Sir, it was my first time in lock up.

                        I am travelling by 18048 amravati exp from hubli to cuttack. At vishakhapattnam station while buying a packed fruit cake from a registered hawker on platform 04 he asked me 05 ruppees more than the printed price. When i asked him why, he said it is the norm. When i said i ll compalin, he said as u wish. I would also like to inform that this practice of charging extra than mrp is rampant in many stations and not only to this to which i am complaining. I would request a response from your side for the actions you have taken. Adding a photo of the hawker and his stall. Thank you

                          I have booked a ticket from madras to chirala in tatkal with pnr [protected]. I payed around 500 bugs, now i see the current booking for same ticket for 213 rupees. Where i am losing some around 300. If the seats available for the train... It's better to pay the loss to tatkal users or pls raise the ticket value to tatkal rate...                             I am traveling in train number 12716 sachkhand express and I have charged for dinner 120rs without curd and water .i asked him about price and told him about government price bt he charged me same.When informed the manager he just laughed sarcastically and demanded obey. Also no menu card provided on demand. All passengers who ordered food were cursing the rlys and govt please take some action. Expect the present rly ministry to deliver what they are promising if actions being taken to improve their services.

                                    Dear Sir/ Madam,

                                    This is to inform you that my family is travelling to gorakhpur today 2nd May 2017 from the train Asr Kir Express and train No is 15708 Boggie no S6. Please note there is no space for them to be comfortable in their confirmed seats because all waiting list passengers and general quota passenger occupied their seats. It is very difficult to travel in such a train where a confirmed ticket passenger cannot be comfortable in their own seats as the rest of the passengers who are not holding confirmed tickets have occupied the seats. Surprisingly till now no TT staff came to check the passengers ticket so that atleast that staff can make sure who all are having ticket confirmation. If their is no checking then what is the use of issuing railway tickets because no one is coming to check the tickets everyone can travel easily without a ticket. If their is no checking how come me can make sure that indian railways are safe. Anyone can easily access inside the train and can do robbery, murders and rapes because no one know each other that what kind of person is sitting beside whether he or she is having ticket confirmation. Please note this time i feel like a fool that i allowed my family to travel in train like this where there is no safety and poor service and no seat even after having a confirmed ticket. If it is like this i suggest the authority to stop issuing railway tickets to the passenger. Let all of them travel for free if there is no checking. I am really upset to see my family who is having a confirmed ticket to suffer like this.

                                    Please it is my humble request to look into this matter and make indian railway little bit safe so that rest of the passengers who is having confirmed ticket can travel accordingly.
