I booked my journey on 30-04-17 in train no 12813 from Howrah to JHARGRAM online through IRCTC website but the booking was not confirmed, so I cancelled it and I was informed that Rs 280 will be refunded to my bank account from which my ticket was booked online. Till today that money has not been credited to my account. I tried to contact to IRCTC toll free no. but that phone is not working. Pl. take n/a to refund my money.

    I manya travelling in dbrt rajdhani ex want to lodge a complaint regarding the dirty bedsheets served to us. As i along with my three other family members started on the train from guwahatii around 6:00am new bedsheets were given to us but one of them was in its worst condition i would like to request the indian railways to take care of the proper hygiene of the passengers as this uncleanliness invites many diseases.

    I am going to rameshwaram my reservation in 3rd ac B2. Railway. Attended give 3years old bed sheet. Without cover bedsheets look so dirty yellowish colour. I asked to attended he told railway give what should. I do. Pls do the needful.

      Today around 09::00 p.m. I was on surat railway station platform no. 1. To travel to Baroda, I was about to peak a train jaipu bandra superfast express train no. 22933. My wallet stolen. It was carrying around 1200 to 1500/- rupees and my original licence and pan card and other papers comprising medical bills etc.

        My ticket is in rac status.. Seat arranged for me has another male candidate sharing seat. This ia improper arrangement. A female should be allocated seat near to female
        Need quick reaolution on same as train is overnight and cannot have journey proper with unknown male sitting next to me

          No water, air conditioning not working from vijayawada where we board the train, toilet smelling badly, No pillows, no fresh bed sheets, attendant not replying properly and without duty uniform,
          No action has been taken from railway department.
          From Vijayawada I am complaining at every station and on Secunderabad I personally met with station manager but problem doesn't solve. We also complain on Twitter to Mr. Suresh Prabhu and on railway twitter account, but get no response,
          On solapur, train delayed approx 1.30 hours, because of delaying in clearance procedure from station master regarding death of passenger in S-2.
          Whole day we got harassment without solution and Train delayed more than 5 hours.

              I have booked ticket by train intercity express ernakulam bangalore express 12678 train running on 1/5/17, pnr no [protected] in a.c. Compartment, on booking all were in wait list status on 28/3/17 on date of journey 2 tickets confirmed 2 tickets in wait list, I cancelled ticket after chart prepared and boarded d6 coach for which I had confirmed tickets, but on cancellation message shows zero refund, I request indian railways to refund at least the 2 wait list tickets as 2 tickets were not confirmed.

                      Sir,

                      I ankur rastogi from gwalior we were travelling to jhansi from lucknow by train named as garib rath lucknow bhopal (12593) our seat no and pnr as [protected], g1-70, 71, 72, 73 and the second pnr [protected], g4-37 with family my wife, mother, and with two younger brothers (5 members). Train has arrived at jhansi on 5:00 am and we wokeup (No train attender inform us) late and we have luggage also and my mother has suffering from knee pain due to this train has moved from the station so that we have to pull chain on the jhansi station at that time two rpf person has come and started asking the reason of chain pulling i told the reason but they asked to come on our rpf camp and they brought us on their camp and there were 7-8 rpf persons and they started making pressure on us and the better word instead of pressure is mental harrashment like they said we will put you all in the jail we will destroy your future and they clicked our photo from their mobile and took the signature on the blank paper and in the last they took 4500rs from us and they didn't give any receipt/challan for that and they stayed us for 1hour in their rpf camp.. And there were no name plate on their uniforms so that we are unable to tell their name and contact no.. Please look into the matter and took the necessary action against them.. Because they took bribe and tortured us for no reason because we got late for 5 mins only and we pulled the chain with a solid reason then why we have to face this situation. L

                      PNR [protected] Train no.11028 date[protected] from gulbarga to kurduvadi ... complaint i am traveling in 11028 train veg meal charging 120rupees please some action and for water bottle 20 rupees charging and for tea 10 rupees charging I hope you are taking action about it

                        Dear Sir,

                        Greetings!!!

                        i had to visit Jamshedpur (TATA Nagar) on an emergency. My observations about the railway travel are as follows,

                        1. I booked for Gitanjali, about 15 days in advance. My tickets which were WL 12, 13 were WL 3 & 4 the charts were prepared.

                        2. I booked an holiday special which reached exactly 12 hours late to TATA Nagar.

                        3. The rail vendors were selling tea, coffee and other products not at the price specified by Railway but at the higher price. This is inside the rail as well as on the platforms.

                        4. On the way back, the veg meals was charged Rs. 100/- VS Rs. 50/- specified by railway. The copy of the bill is attached herewith for your kind perusal.

                        The vendor does not let you know the exact price vs supply items. They change the same and charge their own prices.

                        i have few suggestions,

                        1. Long distance trains should have a pantry car.
                        2. Rates of the food items should be known to the passengers.
                        3. Long distance trains, can the entire waiting listed passengers be accommodated by adding one extra bogie.
                        4. Quality of food items should be good, in that case even if train price increase is to be given to vendors as the tea quality is very poor at present.

                              In urgent need for tickets to travel on[protected], told to book a ticket for 2 in shram shakti 12451, tatkal tickets were booked within seconds of opening on[protected]. This made the person try to book in premium class who faced problem in payment portal, in desperation also asked another person to try to our dismay both the persons booked the ticket for 2.Now holding two tickets in the same name and paid a total of 5100+4820 which is equivalent to airfare and is pinching me too much. This is all due to the Indian railways online portal harassing people when in dire needs...it is not that tickets are not available but inefficient system.. please look into the matter and refund me the money.

                                निवेदन है कि मेरा नाम रविन्द्र कुमार वर्मा निवासी वार्ड नंबर २६ कोछाभाँवर (खाती बाबा मंदिर ) कानपुर रोड झाँसी का हूँ मै किसी काम से गोरखपुर गया था और दिनांक-२७/०४/२०१७ वापस आ रहा था तो मेने रैलीवे स्टेशन गोरखपुर से एक जनरल टिकिट लेने के लिए खिड़की नंबर ७ पर समय १२ से १ के बीच मे २०० रुपए दिए उस मे एक नोट ख़राब था उस को मेने बदल कर दूसरा दिया तो उस खिड़की पर बैठी मेडम ने बोला की आँखे खोलकर देखो के ख़राब नोट लेने को मे बैठी हूँ इस पर मेने कहा आप एक सरकारी अफसर हो और इस तरहे की बात आप को सोभा नई देती तो उस खिड़की पर बैठी मेडम ने मेरे पैसे फैक दिए और बोली चल यहाँ से निकल ले और मे और आवाज़ नीची कर- कर बात कर मई नहीं दूगी टिकिट जा और कही से ले ले और मेरे बेज्जती कर मुझे वह से भगा दिया मेरे यह कहने पर की मे आप की शिकायत ऊपर करूँगा तो वह मेडम बोली जा जिस से कहना कह दे, मेरी बेजज्ती पर वह खड़े सभी लोग हसकर मुझे सहन भूति देने लगे,

                                  Dear sir,

                                  I would like to lodge a complaint against the non co-operation and poor service from the vendor narayan yadav in 16339 train, for your information my pnr - [protected].
                                  As a senior citizen the kind of treatment we faced during our journey today 28.4.2017 was in bad taste & disrespectful. The vendor who supplies tea doesn't even care what exact quantity he should provide. As per indian railways guidelines it should be 150 ml, but he deliberately provided us less and refused to explain when i asked him why he did that. He even said he will not co-operate and we have to buy whatever he provides. I have also put forward this complain to his manager – mr. Thomar he didn’t take it seriously at all. These vendors who charge very high have to provide a proper service when food is concerned.
                                  Also we could not use the toilet due to the broken tap. It is a long journey and we had to go all the way to another coach just to use the toilet.
                                  I would request the railway minister to take appropriate action immediately and improve the maintenance service inside the coach that needs to be carried out regularly.

                                    Sir, one cot is booked from Itarsi station to Vijayawada station on 11/04/2017 in Ganga Kaveri train.The PRR No is [protected]. The parcel is booked on the Name of my brother is M.Venubabu. Till now many times my brother has gone to Vijayawada railway station, there railway parcel office people are telling cot is not reached Vijayawada station. They are answering irresponsible. Plz help to Us.

                                      I have a MST holder white card number 06935638 and railway pass number in the name of Mahinder Pal Singh from Meerut city junction to Delhi Junction to be expired on[protected]. On Meerut city junction on[protected] at 7:50 a.m. TT entered in the train number 64560 and asked for my ticket and I showed my MST which was valid upto[protected]. He asked me to pay either rupees 100 otherwise I will throw you outside the train I paid in terror rupees 300 and he gave me a receipt for date[protected].When I asked him why he put date as[protected], he threatened me not to argue.
                                      Sir I request you to refund my money & compensation for defaming me.

                                        Shivganga train from manduadih to new delhi, running late by 4hrs. While total journey time is about 12hrs. This the now days condition in the summer season, everyday this train is running late but no proactive action being taken. Apart from marketing activities if something has been taken care for improvement then might be result will be positive, if you take this as a reference feedback and do something better.
