I himanshi agrawal provided travelling ticket examiner my e ticket for pnr no [protected] from chhindwara to delhi...
He told me my name is not showing in his chart... I showed him my id along with my eticket too... He started giving me different norms... But i declined as i was having my eticket... So he made me get down from train at parasia n saying eticket is not a valid.. I want refund against my ticket as i didn't travel n strict action against travelling ticket examiner...

    I smt b. Rai wife of sub. Rajmani rai (Army) was travelling in kafiyat express on 25th april from delhi to azamgarh. Mr pradeep singh coach attendant of b1 coach ac3. He unnecessarily demanded 600 rupees against seat provided ticket pnr no.[protected].
    My ticket was in waiting list (Status w/l 1 and 2). After this i was been shifted to sleeper class. Mr. Pradeep singh coach attendant in b1 coach ac3 told me to providing seat in ac3 in place of sleeper class... After crossing many stations, he has shown disregard and compelled to me seat under the seat of coach attendant. He has taken 600 rupees already. But after that also he show disagreed to his word and compel to went out from the said compartment in which we were seated...

No one is serious on this matter in railway .and some train have no cattering services and that train is running late .passenger faceing so much problem .and in late train online cattering not provide food in train .       This happened on 25thst April 2017 when I had to return from rajkot to ajmer. My train jaipur okha Express(19573) was scheduled at 11:55 pm hrs. But it got delayed by 25min. and was expected to arrive at ajmer station at 15:25Hrs. the train got delayed more and more and arrived the station at 1:30 pm on rawdi, our journey started at 12:20 AM. Generally when a train is late it picks up speed and tries to lessen the delay. But this train got delayed and delayed and it became approx 3-4hrs delayed. Despite of reaching Ajmer in the noon, we reach at evening. There is no water in bathroom.its too hot today also.Hadn't had a worse experience than scheduledthis. And this is not the problem for one day, this train gets delayed almost everyday.(3-4 hrs min). Please look into this matter.

        Train no. 12342 agniveena superfast is not running in schedule and it is a regular practice. It is starting from asansol at 05:30 am daily and reaches howrah daily to near about 1 hr to 2 hr late by 09:30 am to 10:30 am. If this practice will go for long run then we, who are traveling frequently will be in great problem. Though we have reported the same to asansol division but no step has been taken from their end. Sir we are working in a private sector and require to attend the office in time, due to delay by railway we are reaching office late daily. Please look into this matter with importance.

          My name is trideep chakrabortty i am from andal west bengal on 23.04.2017 i made a train reservation for katpadi on train number 12867 which is known as hwh pdy express weekly as it was on 22:30 pm at night from howrah south station. Therefore i boarded on 22388 black diamond express from andal as it was on 18:02pm and was supposed to reach howrah on 21:20pm. Its a shame for the indian railways that the train reached howrah at 00:15 am midnight and my train went away on its perfect time i called the howrah inquiry 5 times but i didn't got any help from them. After reaching howrah i met the deputy sm for my problem and begged if he could help me in this issue but he didn't help me in fact a second person in the room said that if i would go to complaint then the ticket collector might fine me for that. I was taking my mom and dad for medical emergency on cmc vellore therefore i took the ticket on tatkal my pnr number is [protected] it was worth rs :- 6585 (Rupees six thousand five hundred and eighty five). I even ran to the ticket counter but they also ignored this thing with a rude behavior that there are no refunds for these issues. That night i had a great problem in the station as the gates of the station were all locked leaving just one entrance and the peoples of inquiry at the south station were sleeping i tried to call them repeatedly but they didn't response i want to know why the train got late and if it happened why didn't i got any refunds as its a problem of the railways therefore why would i suffer. Please help me in this issue so that in future i or someone else like me doesn't face these kind of problems.

            I have booked a ticket from railway counter (Pnr : [protected]).
            I tried to cancel using 139 and also tried online facility to cancel the ticket, but the reason shown is "mobile number not exist against the inputted pnr".

            I have mentioned my mobie number in the registration slip at counter still hope the ticket officer at the counter have not entered the mobile number.

            Now the scene is i am unable to cancel the ticket using 139 and online available facilities.

            Kindly help in this regards

                From last couple of months 12886 Aranyak Express is running late by 50 minutes to 1 hour and 12884 Rupasi Bangla Express is also running late by 30 minutes to 45 minutes. While we are checking at the app like erail or indian rail or other websites authorized by Indian Railway they were reporting that trains are running right time. Please look into the matter. Time has come to check whether the particular authority is reporting correctly or just they mere check the authenticity of the report.

                Duronto is a Rajdhani category train, for which we pay premium rates.                           Consignor mtg learning media p ltd had booked 3 boxes of books to siruvar pakkam (Consignee), puducherry on 13-04-17 to be loaded in rajdhani express from delhi to puducherry on 16th april. While the said train has reached destination on 18th april, the parcel office informed that the three boxes have not been received. Again on 19th and 20th parcel office at puducherry was contacted regarding the missing parcel, but we have not got any concrete answer about the whereabouts of the parcel. Even the online status has no updated info on the parcel. Request you to kindly trace the missing parcel and intimate us.

                            I have reserved for my journey with my wife both are above 50 from CHENNAI to Salem with PNR [protected] today 21 042017 with a waiting list of 8&9. On cofirmation we are allotted the seats one in D5 coach and another at D 13 coach which highly irritative one and also very difficult to travel. Pls avoid such kind of allotment and make the passengers for comfort journey.

                                Today we have traveling in gujarat exp from baroda to mumbai (Train no :- 22954)

                                Arrived time is 9 am. Steel coming on 9.30. Than after steel not running in proper speed.

                                It is toomch delay in local ways. & name is supefast train. What is meaning of superfast ticket. All passengers is very angry 😡 for this.

                                All time we have suffering in this same train

                                      I subramnium iyyer went to power house ticket counter which is at durg bhilai chattisgarh, for reservation in which i need to go to banglore for my daughters treatment, i spent whole night to take ticket i show there is something wrong that the employee on the counter was indulge with travel agencies and while we are in line but they do not response us, i am very upset and i tealy feel bad that commen people do not get the facilities and when i ask for that they all are fire on me and shouted on me i want to make you inform that please take all this in seriously and do the needful so that a commen person can also take al the facility which you provide, may name - subramanium iyyer.                                         I was travelling with my family of 5 from yeshwantpur/kadur to marwar junction by reserving 3 ac blank paper tickets (PNR-[protected], [protected]). We halted our journey at Abu road and got the same signed by the Station master at abu road on 3rd of April .
                                        In Addition, we had purchased a Reserved ticket for 4 o[censored]s from Abu road to Marwar junction (PNR - [protected])

                                        On 4th of April, while boarding the train... A wrong train(Aravali express) arrived at the time of our train(Sultanpur express) and on the same platform which led to a confusion and we mistakenly boarded aravali express.
                                        We sat in general bogi with both the tickets(break journey and Sultanpur express)
                                        The TTE in Aravali Express asked us for a bribe of 500 rs...
                                        On producing the break journey ticket which was valid, he took the ticket from us and said it needed further validation and never returned that ticket till the end
                                        he kept asking for money and said if we dont pay, we will have to get down at the next station.

                                        We were made to get down at FALNA Junction despite of having a valid ticket which the TTE said he had lost. The police at the station asked us to settle things inside the train and made us board the same train again

                                        This time, the TTE warned us and talked very rashly with my wife and daughters. We kept requesting for our ticket back. When my daughter tried to capture video of the scene, he snatched her phone and made her delete the video. The ticket was never returned.

                                        At Marwar Junction, the railway police did not listen to us and said the TTE had in turn filed an complaint on us.

                                        We had to pay a sum of 1560 (Reciept no -F 0464098), The ticket fare being 560 and the penalty being 1000 rs.

                                        I request you to hear my plea and take serious action on this TTI(Name-Ram nivas Gujar, TTI/ABR, Contact No- [protected]). The Harrassment caused to me and my family was immense. Kindly refund my amount and compensate the same.
