I had taken a broadband internet connection from Railwire Internet Services for my DTP Centre.
After two days the connection was automatically disconnected. Even after repeated contacts the company or the dealer could not resolve the issue and reconnect the service. I had requested for refund of Rs.5150/- (amount I paid for installing the internet connection). But the company is reluctant to my complaint and request for refund. Help to get the refund.

    59728/Rewari - Sikar Passenger everyday departure late from the rewari junction railway station. It's departure time is 11:40 pm but this train departs after 12 am. Most of travelers are suffering from this problem. So take care about it and request to rewari station master please departs every trains on time to time. So every one can be able there homes on time.

      Dear sir,
      With reference to the aforesaid, i the undersigned mr. paresh bhanushali, husband of mrs. komal bhanushali who was travel alone with our daughter from mumbai to bhuj in 22903 – bhuj ac s. f. express, her pnr no. was [protected].
      The train timing was 11.45 around, from bandra and she travel with our daughter viz. kaavyaa. while travelling, when train reached at surat, she found that her pink purse was lost / theft. she suddenly shocked and she observed that someone theft her purse hence she gone towards the door, but because of small child she did not run more.in that purse she has her belongings, our daughters belongings, cash amount of rs. 10, 000/- to rs. 12, 000/- approx with original identity i. e. pan card & election voting card, as she gone to attend one marriage function at kutchh.
      At the time of incident she shocked and she dialled the railway police complaint number and she lodged the said incident with them. after that, the ticket checker come, but he ignored her and he talked in bad manners. she told him that she is having small child with her and she lost all the amounts which were in that purse. but they just told that we can’t do anything. you have to contact at surat railway police.
      Please note one of the pantry boy 3-4 times visited in the coach, which she noted.
      Sir, how it is possible to go at surat and how the ladies will travel from surat to bhuj, the best reasons known by railway authority only.
      Due to this incident she suffered more and due to small child she just done the normal formalities with the railway police.
      It’s my question sir, if in a. c. compartment, if passanger is not safe, then what railway police force are doing in the train? and why the authority paying them salary? if they coming for sleeping purpose then the question is that the government is paying them for sleeping only?
      If passanger have to safeguard himself / herself then why the government appointing railway police?
      It’s my suggestion that you have to look into the matter personally as my wife lost her belongings and entire amount which was in purse.
      Please contact me only, cell no. is[protected], as she upset with this incident.
      My ticket was showing that one insurance, i need the entire clarification for the same.
      Looking forward for prompt and early action in this regard.

        Catering services were very poor. Drinking water was hot, ice cream was in melted position. Poor quality of food including very poor quality ice cream, very less quantity of tomato soup.in spite of all these waiter was asking tip.

          इटारसी से जबलपुर की तरफ जाने वाली फ़ास्ट पैसेंजर एवं इंटरसिटी ये दोनों ट्रेने[protected] से आज दिनांक[protected] तक कुछ दिन छोड़कर बाकी दिन कभी भी टाइम पर नहीं चल रही हैं और करकबेल स्टेशन पर बिना कोई सूचना के ट्रेने खड़ी कर दी जाती हैं जिसके कारण यात्रियों को बहुत ज्यादा परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है । कृपया ट्रेनों को समय पर चलाएं।

            Train no 12323 (HWH ANVT EXPRESS) after leaving Mughalsarai Jn running very slowly & stooped several times. After leaving Allahabad also train is running very slowing & continued stopping in several places. Train is late around two & half hours. The reason is unknown to me. Please look into the matter immediately so that the passenger can reach ANVT in schedule time.

              I, Smt. Barkha Thani was going to Nagpur in Trishabdi Express on 9th April, 2017. My PNR NO. [protected] seat was in Coach S-5 seat No. 2. During travelling my two bags of clothes were stolen. At Ujjain station we take meals and at about 2.30 AM when I wake up for toilets, my two bags were not under my seat. Two bags were stolen. I was going to attend marriage at Nagpur. My mobile No.is [protected].
              There was no RPF. Please enquire in the matter and take immediate suitable action.

                Dear Team,

                I have booked train E-ticket before 4 Month ( PNR [protected], Date of Journey 04/04/2017 ), When I booked ticket at that time it was in RAC till chart preparation...When Train Chart Prepared at that time suddenly my ticket status changed from RAC to WL & Cancelled ticket automatically. I called to 139 they told that they dont know that why status changed from RAC to WL as train was not cancelled. They told that discuss with TC Head Office in station..I went immediatly in station & they told that we cant do anything, we dont know that why status changed...Somebody told that train reduced & somebody told that railway converted one coach to VIP Coach...I asked to complain immediatly but they told that it is not possible to complain becuase of ticket purchased by online...Nobody helped & on last moment status changed from RAC to WL & No other option given by Indian Railway in this case...I arranged Private & came with high amount...Now I want refund of high amount Rs 15000 form Railway because it was 100% mistake by railway & train was running...it was not cancelled, ...Kindly help me to provide me refund Rs 15000 against indian railway changed my status from RAC to WL on last moment.                 it's seems to be that Indian railway doesn't want to respect the priority of a common people. Indian railway doesn't want to follow "Swach Bharat Abhiyan".The coach is full of dirty and smelling.

                    I was traveling in mangla lakshdweep, train no. 12617, in S-7 .
                    Many times transgender people came and fought with us to give them money.
                    They were asking forcefully and quarreling with us.
                    It should be taken in notice and some rules are made in such a way that they could not disturb or enter in sleeper class as they don't allowed in AC class.

                      I was traveling from Mughal Sarai JN to Ahmedabad on 25th Mar17 via Train No & Name – 12948 (PNR Num – [protected], B4 - 49, 52 & 55) Azimabad Exp. with my Family (My Wife & Child) when train was left the Mughal Sarai JN on 3:22AM after 1Hrs I found that my wife purse got theft.
                      Immediately I had informed to TTE – R.S.Singh after that he had done the call to Allahabad GRP & update the all incident detail.
                      After “N” numbers of follow up with TTE & Allahabad GRP guys, my complain(FIR) was noted down & submitted in Agra.
                      Valuable things of approx. 80k Rs. was contained in My wife purse (ladies Bag) as list given below…
                      1. Two Mobiles (Moto 4G+ & Lenovo a6000)
                      2. Two ladies Gold Rings
                      3. Approx. 27k Cash
                      4. 1 DL – Name of Mamta Singh
                      5. 1 PAN Card - Name of Mamta Singh
                      6. Regular Medicines
                      7. N numbers of small things which was being used in journey
                      I raise strongly my objections that why not any GRP patrolling part b/w Mughal Sarai JN to Allahabad as Thief was easily arrived in Allahabad together with us (when I was called on my number then found that my last location was in Allahabad) & what is the way to recovery my valuable thing from Railway.
                      I feel every system is running the awareness program against his duty as current Govt slogan so railway should assist his responsibility & help to recover my valuable things.

                        Dear Sir/madam,

                        I booked the tickets for two passengers for travelling from Madurai to Chennai Train No 12668(Train Name: CHENNAI EXP starting from

                        Nagarkoil via Madurai) for the travel date 20Jan2017. PNR number of the booking is [protected].
                        During 20-Jan-2017, the train suppose to run via Nagarkoil - Virudhunagar- Madurai- Tiruchy - Chennai, However due to riot in Madurai location

                        Railway department diverted the train from Virudhunagar - Tiruchy - Chennai via alternate route and avoided Madurai location.
                        Railway department intimated very late to us that the train has been cancelled Madurai route which led us to harrasment and delay in our

                        further journey. We consulted railway authority in Madurai station with regard to the refund of the money for this train, and we were advised that

                        as thetrain has been redirected hence full refund should be credited to your account automatically.
                        I have not cancelled the ticket in Irctc website, as I was in the notion that the refund should be automatically credited to my account, as train

                        was cancelled Madurai route.
                        However, no refund was processed and thus I consulted IRCTC customer office on 7-Feb-2017 over emails. I was informed by IRCTC

                        executive that no refund will be processed as tickets were not cancelled within 72 hours of the travel date. As TDR was not filed within 72

                        hours, case will not be forwarded to railways.
                        I would request your assistance in this matter as firstly we were not informed well in advance of the train cancellation (via Madurai route) which

                        harrassed us and our overall planned travel got disturbed. Further we had to book tickets for another mode of transport urgently leading to

                        higher charges and incovenience.
                        Secondly, as the train was cancelled we should get full refund of money and the refund cannot be stopped with the remarks that we dint cancel

                        the tickets in the internet in IRCTC website within stipulated timeline of 72 hours. Its the responsibility of Raliway to refund full money in case

                        the train has been cancelled/diverted and to guide the procedure in such cases to get the refund, if there are further timelines and formalities

                        attached to it.
                        Grateful for your assistance to get the full refund of money for the train which has been cancelled as detailed above.

                          I am a resident of West Bengal, staying in Hyderabad for work. For returning to home we have a very limited number of trains(2) directly between Hyderabad and Kolkata. On top of it these trains also take a lot of time to reach destination.
                          With the very increasing number of population from Bengal, I would like to request you if we can get an additional train which also can take less time, like DURONTO EXPRESS.
                          Please consider my request as this will definitely going to help a lot of people.

                            I am daily passenger of Sealdah main line Ranaghat Sealdah from last 15 yrs. I am proffesionly engineer. From last two years we are facing a huge problems due to daily late running of local Emu train at this line . The 98% trains are going in loss & losses their punctuality up to 30 to 50 mints. Unfortunately the controller of this division showing to rail board or high authority all the trains are under control & going under 10 mints late under this Sealdah division. But its not true. & the whole thing is happening due to wrong operational management system or cotolling system of trains.
                            we tried to talk to the higher authority like deputy coaching, chief controller, assistant manager of operation in this division. From last two years they are saying same thing we will take care for sure or we r seeing whatever we can do. But no fruitful results come out. In this section of Sealdah there is four lines from Naihati to Sealdah. But from last two years they only using track 1 for up trains & track 2 for down trains only. They are not using track 3 & 4 not even in the rush time at morning & evening. For this all the trains came in same path & getting delay. But from last two years no new train has been introduce in this line. For this all the pressure has come in track 1 & 2. As a result most of day track became unhealthy condition, or problem occurs in the overhead line. All these are happening only due to inefficient controllers. Even when we tried to make them understand they behaved wrongly with us. Its too much nesseccery to immediate transfer of these inefficient controller of Sealdah.

                            i am daily passenger of delhi to rewari line. from 7 years From last two month we are facing a huge problems due to daily late running of local train no 54417 & 54011. trains are going in loss & losses their punctuality up to 02 to 03 hours on daily basis.Unfortunately the controller of this division showing to rail board or high authority all the trains are under control & going under 10 mints late under this division. But its not true. & the whole thing is happening due to wrong operational management system or cotolling system of trains. All these are happening only due to inefficient controllers. please terminate this type of controller on urgent basis because mismanagment of one man will be very painful for thousands of passengers, please take a strict action .

                              Same issue for me too. I residing in shahpur nearest station is asangaon from asangoan stn to Ghansoli train frequency is very bad.

                              There is no kasara train frequency 1.e. every 1 hr one kasara train.

                              Please look in to it.

                              So I request you for some changes in increasing the frequencies of the train
                              1.kindly increase the frequencies o[censored]p and down trains atleast in the intervals of half an hour
                              2.Extention of kasara trains

                              Dear Reader,
                              The frquencies of local trains between after TITWALA are very rare, they are countable on fingers and the average time gap is more than 1 hr per train.I am Pankaj residing in VASIND (before asangaon) MY office is in thane.and the trains time table in after 7 pm are as follows
                              07.02 pm kasara
                              07.18 pm asangaon
                              08.04 pm kasara
                              08.34 pm asangaon
                              09.27 pm kasara
                              10.34 pm asangaon
                              12.15 am kasara

                              so see the time gaps its so horrible to wait for an hour on platform in this fast moving world.between these trains there are n numbers of TITWALA trains which goes vacant after shahad.The worst part of it is that the trains are fast trains and which come fully loaded as dombivali passengers have mad the habbit to travel in fast trains due to which sometimes we have to miss the train due to rush.

                              So I request you for some changes in increasing the frequencies of the train
                              1.kindly increase the frequencies o[censored]p and down trains atleast in the intervals of half an hour
                              2.Kindly do the keep the hault of fast train in Dmbivali especially kasara, asangaon, karjat and khopoli trains.
                              3.Extention of titwala trains till kasara.
                              Its a big huddle in our career as we miss lots of other things by wasting lots of time in travelling even students sufffer a lot.Same problem is with KARJAT and KHOPOLI route.
                              I hope you would show some empathy rather than sympathy.

                                On 02.04.2017 I have booked a ticket, but afterwards it was cancelled on 02.04.2017.i have mailed many times regarding this, but till now I have not received the cancellation amount.i have to book another ticket immediately if I receive the amount.kindly understand my problem.they are not even replying me regarding whether they refund it or not.thank you sir

                                    I approached Chander Nagar (CNJ) for issue of MST Pass between Chander nagar to Kishan Ganj, Delhi but refused as non availability on 30/03/2017. Earliar also the pass was not issued due non avalability and it is informed pass between the stations is not issued. I also approached Kishan Ganj Delhi Station, they have computerise system but not able to issue pass between the station and i have to obtain between Shahibabad and Kishan Ganj which is of double value . please arrange pass between the station

I need express ticket but they have been given superfast Ticket And i ask to change the ticket they scold me in the presence of public and insults me very much..so please take an action for JTBS TICKET supplier kannur.. This ticket centre is near to kannur railwaystation

                                      Today 27/03/2017 I'm travelling to Chennai in 12680 Chennai express and I had a bad incident that is Sanraj catering person not accepted the 10 Rupees coin for making payment.. Its really disappointed against the railway services.. Please take a corrective action soon and need a complaint solutions for my incident

                                        My name is raman, senior citizen, residing in chennai. I have traveled in the train no.22648, korba express on[protected], sl class, s9-57 & 60 with my wife - both are senior citizens. My ticket pnr no.[protected]. While sleeping in the train, at about 02-30 am near gudur station, someone has snapped my wife's gold chain, 3 soverens worth nearly 45, 000/-. I have immediately made a complaint to tte, rajasekar - mobile;[protected] duty tte in the coach. He phoned to the police & police came, enquired & received my address & mobile no. For further action. I have not received any feed back from the police. My mobile no. Is[protected]. I am residing in mylapore, cnennai-600004. Kindly take immediate action & arrange for the recovery my gold chain early please.

                                        Snapping of Gold chain occurred while the Train was entering into the platform of Gudur station at about 02.30 am, the train is going from chennai to vijayawada. Gudur police can catch those culprits easily- No feedback was given to me. my mobile no.[protected].

                                        The train no 12705 is all ways late to warangal station . Min late is 1 hr. why this is not taken care by any employee of Indian railway or respective Dept.
                                        Please do take it as a priority to set the times right . I[censored] don't fix it, shame on Indian railway core team.
