every day the train came late to adoni nearly 1 hour in history of train record the train cannot came right time to adoni please take necessary action and also the train delayed at guntakal stattion nearly waiting 35 to 50 to take to departure but to take 15 mins only as per rule please take action to complete problem and to get train right to adoni station

    1.Please increase the length of the rope attached with the mug in the bath of 3rd AC. It's is causing very much difficulty to do wash our buts.I have to turn around by 180 degree for washing.

    2.There is one more problem in purushottam Express 12802..Whenever, it starts after stoppage, there is a hard jerk we get, which is very much disturbing.
    It's been since 1 year, Please look into this on urgent basis.

      I travelled by saurashtra janta from Rajkot to bandra terminus on6th march2017.i found windows stoppers are brooken and toilet cocks were not working.entire coach was dirty.side seats were uneven so one cannot sleep with comfort.why we pay for such comforts? maintenance department must check periodically all coaches before it goes out on the track, but nobody bothers.

        My brother's daughter while travelling from ernakulam to trivandrum on[protected], was forcefully asked to detrain from kozhikode-trivandrum
        by a tte as she was holding a confirmed ticket in Venad express for the same day.She thought that she had a ticket in janshadabthi, but her father, ie my brother had booked the ticket in venad express.She didnot know this due to oversight.This confusion resulted in her entraining Janshadabthi, instead of venad express.When the error was pointed out by the tte, The train had already departed.Even though she pleaded with the tte, he was adament in detraining her.by this time the train had reached cherthala she was detrained.It was night time and she was travelling alone. But the tte was rude and ruthless.A single girl aged 22 was detrained even after she was ready to pay the ticket charge with fine.This is ruthless, heartless behavior and, she had to get down at Chertala near alapuzha.The TTe has to be punished for this thoughtless misbehavior.

        Train number 22643 Patna express, in s5 coach reservation system is very bad, not only s5 coach total train not convenient for seating to reservation persons, your tc and rpf very very bad.

              Dear Sir,

              I, K A N Srikar a resident of Gajularega, Vizianagaram.

              I would like to bring one issue related to the negligence of “drivers”, particularly of “Goods Drivers” of route Visakhapatnam and Bhubaneswar. I hope you will go through the complete text and do the needful.

              We have a railway gate between crowded areas viz., Kothagraharam and Gajularega. We the people of Gajularega have been struggling with this gate problem for so many years and didn’t get any permanent solution so far in spite of so many requests.

              Keeping apart from this, as Chennai – Howrah line is very busy and a large number of trains run this route the gate is being closed many times a day… but, we the people of Gajularega understand the situation and been cooperating railways always.

              But, many of Goods’ train’s drivers stop the train (though the signal is given) at the railway gate; get down the train to get their breakfast or tea etc… this usually happens in the morning times and all the people some of who are hurry in going to offices, some who are hurry in going to school or some in hurry of some of their daily routines.

              Not caring all these facts and troubles of so many individuals of a particular place, these drivers look after their needs and stop the trains.

              Today i.e. 11.03.2017 at aprx. 9.00 a.m. the same thing happened with a goods train running towards Bhubaneswar from Vizianagaram. The engine number of the train is 31087. The driver with a most irresponsible manner has stopped the train exactly at railway gate causing problem to all the citizens and went to get the breakfast at a shop near by the railway gate.

              I hope you would take this as a complaint and do the needful regarding this issue and make happen that such incidents will not repeat in the future.

                    This is Giriraj Gupta traveling by train frequently from Andhra Pradesh to Rajasthan preferably by 3 AC or Sleeper class. while traveling in case i observed any abnormalities, approaching first to TTE who is visiting that particular coach to address the abnormalities and in case he is not responding complaining through SMS mode by mobile no. [protected], some time action were taken but most of the time there is no response on complain or feedback submitted by SMS/complain book. in this regard it is suggested that all the complain/suggestion shall be addressed by the appropriate authority under intimation, and all the complain shall be track by mobile no. to view the status.

                        I am using smart card (CR 0878971) since 2010. On 4th Mar'2017, in Panvel station I approached to ticket counter for refill but in vain the counter fellow told me that system is not accepting this card for refill better you can go for new card. He forced me to take a new card and being in hurry I accepted the same (CR 1401555). I paid 50/- extra for the new card and its processing.
                        My question is as I had valid card and it did not get processing because of system change in railway why I will pay for the same. It must be the responsibility of railway authority to replace my old card with new one without any charge. It is the system suddenly changed by railway not me.
                        Therefore, I hereby raise my point to return 50/- in my new card account. It must reflect in my balance.

                          Bandals (Packets) booked under parcel receipt no 475601/6 from BVC to Pune Jn on dated 3/3/2017 by Train no 17203, on 4th mar 2017 only 06 bandals (boxes) not delivered to me by the concern railway authority. 6 bandals (boxes) still pending to deliver to me .even i have intimated to concern authorities on 5th mar 2017 but my property of 6 boxes are not delivered to me till date which contains important document and luggage .
                          Hence it is humble request to take prompt action to search my said pending 6 packets ( boxes) and deliver to me.

                            currently I'm travelling with my husband from jamu tavi to Lucknow in train no. 13152 in sl 7 coach.
                            around 4-5 am today(03/03/2017) my handbag was stolen. i dont know who did this. there were lot of important things in that such as like my ATM CARD, 4 MOBILE PHONES [ 2 of my husband and 2 of mine ], my PAN CARD, and cash also.
                            i wanted to get it back. please help us.
                            i requested you take some steps to found it.

                              Sir,
                              on date 02/03/2017 while traveling from patna to Jasidih by train no 18621 (Patliputra exp) my cell phone got snatched between kiul and mananpur area. My PNR No is: [protected] Bogi no S2 55. Phone snatching, jewelry snatching, bag lifting, pick pocketing, etc are becoming a common practice in above mentioned area. There was absolutely no security person was present at the time of incident. No ticket checker comes before jasidih. Due to absence of any security personal unauthorized person enters in reserved compartments and they cause disturbance to person traveling with proper tickets, which is a matter of great sorrow. These type of things are very common in that area. Please look in this matter and help me in getting back my cell phone.

                                We are travelling from Raipur to howrah in train no 12151,

                                And there is no one to provide us water bottle. We told to pantry service staff to provide us water bottle, still we didn't get water bottle yet. We are throaty and they are not providing water bottle. We asked 4-5 staff member to provide us water bottle but not yet get the water bottle, it is been 4 hours that there is no man selling water bottle even on ac 2nd class.

                                  Sir I was travelling from kurla LTT to Mangalore by Matsyagandha train on 23/02/2017. When Madgaon Station came i took my Mobile saw the time, it was 2.45 am and I kept back Mobile in my Hand bag. I was travelling in S-10, Lower Birth No.41 and my hand bag was kept on my birth. As soon as Train Started a man came on running and snatched my bag from window. By the time train caught the speed I could not do anything. In my bag, I lost I Card of Abhyudaya Bank, Return Ticket dated 26/02/2017 for same train -S-11, birth No. 44, Mobile (NOKIA E6), Specs Charge, USB cord, Rs.2500/- plus, Local Pass from kurla to kanjurmarg, two silver ring, comb, key of my bag, costly pens etc. In train I called up on 182 control room, then one RPF person came and asked me to give complaint to Ticket checker. I did all then till date I am asking on phone very often as the footage of that person is seen in CCTV by RPF Police and Madgaon Police and they said they will inform me. Till date I have not received any call but the documents, mobile which was not Android and specs is very very important as well I Card of my Bank. You are requested to look into the matter .

                                  Sir, I was travelling with family in 22685 YPR sampark meant I Exp from Yeswanthpur to Manmad on17 Oct 18.My birth were 15, 71 and 72 inS-1.on 18 Oct at 4 O clock at Nandre station in between Miraj and Puns railway station somebody took my wife handbag from seat no.15 lower birth.my mobile no [protected], cash HDFC bank ATM debit card and other valuable things also gone with it.My journey ticket also gone. Please look into the matter. I have made a verbal complaint to RFP but no fruitfull result.

                                    I am to inform that I am an IPS officer and retired in the rank of DGP TN and that I do have a special Railway concession (POLMDL) vide s- 2012192, which is valid up to June 2022. I am to add that since there is no provision in IRCTC for the special railway concession category for police Medals of PM & President, on 23rd December 2016, I did buy tickets for to and fro journey from Coimbatore to Salem and back in PRS-Mas category vide PNR[protected] – CC Coimbatore Jn. to Salem Jn. for the onward and PNR 412 – 7062077 for return trip in 12244 and 12243 respectively.
                                    2) On 20th January 2017, though the copy of the ticket[protected] – CC Coimbatore Jn. to Salem Jn. that was in whatsApp was shown to at the ticket counter, it was not entertained in the promised digital India! Since it was not entertained, I did inquire at 12:00 noon whether the train in question was cancelled owing to the Jullikattu bandh and railroko agitation. However, the counter person did check with his colleague at the office of the Railway Junction Master and informed that the train in question was on time and therefore, I procured a duplicate ticket on 20.01.2017 at 12:05 by paying Rs. 590 vide ticket No. 34464967 though the cost of the ticket was Rs. 885 only.
                                    3) Contrary to the information given by the counter person that the train was on time, after waiting to board from 3 pm at 5:30 pm it was informed that quite a few trains including the said Shatabdi train 12244 were cancelled and that the said train was halted at Tiruvallur itself. When I requested for the refund, the counter person initialed and directed to claim it from Chennai as the tickets were purchased there.
                                    4) On 23.01.2017 I returned from Coimbatore by SpiceJet at noon. Nevertheless, the traffic jam due to jullikattu agitation was so intense that I could reach home at Ekkattuthangal, which is just 8 Kms from airport only at 4 pm after almost 4 hours. I did send the ticket for refund through my driver Mr. Ramanan but terrific traffic snarl allowed to reach Central only at 10 pm! When I sent the tickets for reimbursement on 24.01.2017, I was informed that it was time barred as the claim should be made within three days.
                                    5) Cancellation of train on 20th January 2017 was an unforeseen event and refusal to entertain at Chennai on 24.01.2017 is incorrect as all passengers could not be expected to return to HQs or the place where the tickets were procured within three days to claim for full refund. Moreover, the unprecedented traffic jam owing to Jullikattu Law and order problems on 23.01.2017 as listed out in the previous paragraph (Para4) and also bandh on the previous day that led to the cancellation of quite a few trains including Shadabdi Express from Coimbatore to Salem though were well known were not taken into consideration. In addition, it was wrong on the part of the counter person at Coimbatore Junction in informing at noon on 20th January 2017 that Shatabdi train 12244 was on time of course after checking with his colleague and also in refusing to accept the whatsApp copy of the ticket, which forced me to procure a duplicate ticket at Rs. 590 costing 67% of the original ticket cost and also in refusing to refund on 20th at Coimbatore Junction after the cancellation of the train was announced.
                                    6) Due to the foregoing, may I request you to refund not only the ticket amount of Rs. 880/- and the cost of duplicate ticket viz. Rs. 590/- but also the additional amount at least equivalent to that of the taxi fare from Coimbatore to Salem a distance of 160kms (160 * 12 = Rs. 1920/- ) and for the mental agony in not getting the amount refunded both at Coimbatore and Chennai and for visiting the Railway Station Chennai viz. Rs. 1000/- at an earlier date please. The total amount claimed is Rs. 880 + 590 + 1920 + 1000 + 590 (Return duplicate ticket) = Rs. 4980 (Rupees Four thousand nine hundred and eighty only)
                                    7) As a result of bandh by traders on 20th January 2017 including courier service, the return ticket with PNR 412 – 7062077 for return trip in 12243 that was sent from Chennai on 20th January 2017 to Salem address by speed post. Here again, due to cancellation of trains, etc. the courier booked by speed post of Government of India Postal Department did not reach Salem on time i.e. 21.01.2017 Saturday but only on 23.01.2017 Tuesday. Due to the cancellation of train, I had to buy duplicate ticket to return from Salem Junction to Coimbatore Junction by spending once again Rs. 590/- through my nose.

                                      We (N. K. Tewari and meera tewari) were traveling by kacheguda to yeshwantpur on 25/02/2017. Pnr [protected]. Coach no. A - 2, berth no. 13 & 15.
                                      1. Escalator and lift on p. F. No. 1 were not functioning. We are senior citizen.
                                      The train departed from p. F. No. 3. We have to climb through stairs. Lift and
                                      Escalator was working on p. F. No. 3.
                                      2. The toilets of the coach were not clean. The faucet was leaking. The curtains were shabby and not aligning together.

                                        this is to inform you that I lost my luggage in moving train between 12 midnight to 6am .Train no 16528 kannur yeshwanthpur express (black trolly bag which contains a gold chain, 3000 rupees, axis &federal bank debit card and my pan card .Reported the same to TT and given a complaint .Due to the delay at the RPF i couldnt register the complaint as i need to report to my work place .please advice me the next step

                                        I kept my lap top bag with laptop with my another bag in top baggage provider in side the above bogie . I just get down into platform to buy news paper and returned to cabin within 2 minutes and found lap top was stolen.
