Sir While travelling in the train no 11447 (Shaktipunj Exp.) on the seat no S5 66 and S5 69 with the PNR no [protected], someone stole my wife's (Mrs. Sonal suryawanshi) ladies purse near the South katni railway station between 01:30- 02:00 am which included the following : 1) Rs 100 2) a bank ATM card of SBI & BOB bank 3) Voter ID card 4) Wrist watch 5) Pen drive 8 GB 6) Mobile phone Lenovo A6000+, with charger & Earphone 7) other essentials. We already inform to on duty TTE & GRP at south katni station.This makes me very hopeless about Indian Railways still awaiting for help. - Vijay suryawanshi #Waidhan M.P .mob:-[protected]

    Dear sir,

    I have booked online tatkal ticket on[protected] around 11.28 am. The reservation shown on the screen at the time of booking was available tickets of 0025 nos. I have opted for confirmed ticket and paid the money.

    But surprisingly i got tqwl/25 (Pnr - [protected]) ticket which is not confirmed even though the ticket was available.

    So i again logged in and booked it sow available 008 tickets. So i booked again i got tqwl/41 (Pnr - [protected]) which is not confirmed, so i cancelled this ticket where i got refund of rs 45/- only against rs 105/- paid. This undo loss & mental stress to me given by this activity to be taken care by railway authority. So that in future no customer faces such problems while booking ticket from irctc.

      I am r.hema Latha my brother(Hari Kiran Reddy 18 years old) he is travelling from Hubli to Guntakal ( 56502).Couch S1-SEAT NO -1 lower.b as in emergency he for got his I'd card (adhar card ) he does not have voter card, and college ID - as he fresher of the college so he does not have college ID .In emergency we have booked the ticket .So my dad sent the scanned adhar card to my brother he showed to tc but he does not agreed and he asked to pay fine of rs 110 at first later after 10 to 15 mins he asked to pay and rs 350 .TC is taking so rubbish words it's not the way to behave with customers we are all from well educated family we won't travel with out ticket we will have our self respect .I[censored] take action it will be well and good we hope that railway department or central is giving response to our problems what we all are facing

          There are no TTE in harbour line. Stations like govandi, mankhurd, kurla there are many travellers with no / second class tickets / passes travelling in first class. same problem is found in virar trains between virar to Naigaon. Why can't the TTE do the job for what he is hired and paid for. Even if once in a blue moon he is seen the location is same making it simple for travellers to avoid that place. Rilways are struggling for funds but why don't you make optimum utilisation of resources. Your RPF is found resting on the chairs / tables. TTE are a very rare sight. This things could be easily checked in the CCTV camera but no complaint is required to act on it.

          Neither TTE's are found in trains nor there is any revert from your end. Simple indication that railways is not serious about customer complaints

            I have booked 3 parcel packages from Kharagpur to Yeswantpur on 16th Feb. I also have tickets in 2-tier AC in HWH-YPR express on the same day. I informed this to the concern team and requested them to deliver this to YPR station by either on Saturday or Sunday. As I will not able to collect these parcel later.
            Looks like in kharagpur station coolies are still controlling the dates and train. They were asking for extra amounts to load the parcel in the same day train. Because of I didn't pay them the amount I think still I am waiting for my parcels to be delivered.
            Please tell me who is going to compensate the delay and the loss what I am going to bare for this delay of railway parcel department.

                We have been using the services of indian railways since a very long time. Inspite of repeated incidents and threats that we face nowadays, we do not see enough security police frequently in trains. There have been numerous instances when people without reservation tried to make their way into our coaches and try to share place. In some cases we do not see a single police in our vicinity throughout our journey. Not that we are unconcerned, but we cannot trust anyone to share place. It feels unsafe to see so many people travelling without reservation near restrooms as well. Request the authorities to be more careful and ensure us better safety.

                  Irctc sqarding ttr has taken 550 rupees from me becouse of chainge in refund of money rules of railway ministry

                  hi as railway rules of reservation and cancelation of ticket and validity of ticket in GS cotch for only shat period of time ttr of plot form or diverted to this cotch to find people without ticket but in this time some people with WL tickets booked online are no way to postpone or prepone the trip because of many reasons ttr taking ticket fair and extra penalty 350/ticket fair and 200/-extra penalty but I booked tatkal ticket no refunds before 2012 but allowed to sit on train in GS cotch to travel and also for narmal WL tickets also but know it has chainged that WL ticket holders are ticket less so we can collect money from them and they are not allowed to sit on train if so you need to travel give me above charges and sit only on GS cotch only I can"t give a berth to you they are telling they collected 550 rupees from me on 08/02/2017 from (mas chenni central to virudhnager )asticket fair and penalty which I have not paid for 6 years I traveled in GS cotch with out ticket instead of WL ticket know only they telling that it is offence to travel with WL ticket and if so we collect money from you if this rules not chainged it will collaps peoples minds and railway completely if not I will collaps it at every station this is happened on train my money I paied online refunded 375/- but because of this ttr I lost my extra money if I not cancel ticket I could lost 1400/- because 435+550+450 un recipted fair taken by him and telling that I will call RPF to catch you
                  please put him on jail and bring my money back

                    Train travelling — harrassment by TC & corruption
                    sir
                    i have travelled from sangli to pune under along with my mother in law on 16/2/2017 in Koyna express . I have not brought the original identity certificate. The TC from sangli along with the inspector .ladies tc harrased me and forced me to get down in kirloskarwadi. I have told them i have produced the copy of the certificate and shown original while booking my ticket and if they insisit i ready to show to the station master in egmore when i reach there. Inspite of that they behaved arroganthly and told me to pay fine Rs. 380, i dont know what to do along with my mother in law. i have to get the money from some neighbours from the other compartment and paid. It is the way the railway departement treating the person. I also told them that i will produce the original copy within 30 min when i reach egmore and inspite of this they harrassed me . started crying. This is worst situation i never had in my life. Thanks for the railway department treating the ledies person in a arrongant manner. The concerned departmental official and the ministry of railways to be ashamed of this incidienct since we are indians not barbarians.

                        Hello, this is very pathetic to see the way RPF is behaving on common people. There is a small boogie next to ladies compartment, where it is filled only by guys. Being new to Mumbai, without knowing I got into the boogie and not realised I came to wrong one as many were there. A few stations later a guy in a normal civil uniform and threatened me to come out as I entered the ladies coach he said. I told him am new and from people inside that boogie I came into that. Then he replied why u came Mumbai without knowing and they were students so it's fine for them. I got so panicked and he didn't even gave time to check whether i seriously entered the wrong one. He just took me to a room only after that I could know that they were RPF. Till then I felt like he is some goonda from the way he behaved.Later they did lot of drama and I paid some money. But at last they took my ID and wrote my details on a paper and asked me to sign. now am even more worried, what they gonna do with that. Please try to take action over this. if some thing is wrong it's not the way they have to behave, it has to be in normal way but not like goondaism. Am not revealing my identity as am so afraid.

                          When i boarded onto the train no: 16315 on tiruppur station at 11.45 pm 12/02/2017 (Sunday), i missed to carry my original identity proof. After the train started from tirupur station, a few minutes later, two persons came to our coach (S14) and started checking the tickets. At that time those two persons are fully drunk and could'nt even stand properly. When they asked me for the original id proof i stated that i missed to carry my original id card and only have the photo stat copy of my driving license. But they have refused to accept it and asked me to pay the fine rs. 500 /-. Since i did not have that much cash in hand i told them that i will pay up the fine amount in the destination. From that moment, they have started to beat me. They have slapped me in the face again and again till the train reaches coimbatore junction. When the train arrived on coimbatore junction in the first paltform, they have kicked me out of the coach. A passenger who traveled on the same train and witnessed the whole incident got down and helped me to get up and walk out of the railway statiion. After some time of relaxing my self, i went to the police and they have directed me to find the senior ticket checker (Inspector) mr. Dhananchezhian. He is the incharge of the two tte's who beaten me. I gave a written statement about the incident to mr. Dhananchezhian. I am looking forward to the sever action to be taken on the tte's who abused me. As i have got one of the two tte's details from the above stated inspector, i am mentioning it below.

                              On 3 Feb. 2017 I was at ajmer station having reserved ticket for ajmer to bijaynagar in train no. 19711 . Pnr no is [protected]. As per display and announcement train was to arrive at p f. No. 4 on right time i.e.21:05 and I were there but train did not arrive till 21:50 and no announcement has been made in this regard so I enquired and found that train had gone through p. F. No. 5 at right time. I was on timely at P. F. And there were clearly displayed the train no. And coach position also. I complained station master but no proper reply had been made and my ticket had not been refunded. Display was continued till my complain. I did complain vide railway complain form no. 08515.

                              my ticket from jam to umb pnr no.[protected] cancelled tdr sent on 07 jan 17 to mumbai till time amount is not credite to my account.
                              My tdr receipt no 434941, cancelled ticket pnr no- [protected] train no-12477 sent to cheif comercial manager refund, church gate, mumbai west railway on 07 jan 17.no refund has been made till date.plz my case may be solved .
                              In Punjab mail 12137 unreserved ticket people occupied seat of reserved and they are not giving seats.

                                Dear Respected Sir,

                                I submit that I purchased a journey-cum-reservation ticket PNR #[protected], PNR #[protected] dated[protected] for journey from Nagarsol to Secunderabad in Nagarsol to Tirupathi Express (07418) in 3AC - B3 coach (the coach name was not displaying B3 instead it was displayed as BE1, very confusing). We were 11 members in total and among them 4 were senior citizens, 4 adults, 2 children below 12 years and two 1 year old kids.

                                On 28th January 2017, we waited on Platform No.1 at Nagarsol Railway Station well in advance to board the said train scheduled departure time 2200 hrs. We enquired with the Station Master whether to board the train stationed on Platform No.2? The Station Master informed that the train would come to Platform No.1 and then only to board the train.

                                The said NSL-TPTY Express (07418) arrived on Platform No.1 at 21.58 hrs and started immediately at scheduled departure time ie., 2200 hrs allowing the passengers to board the train only for 2 minutes. The train driver should be aware that Nagarsol is the starting point for the pilgrims visiting Shri Shirdi Saibaba temple and should give enough time to passengers to board the train.

                                Due to starting the train, even without giving sufficient time to board the train in heavy rush, particularly old people like us with great difficultly, risking our live, we boarded in the nearby compartments of the running train.
                                Further, we booked our reservation tickets on 26th January, 2017 from Nagarsol Railway Reservation Counter, where the duty clerk didn’t consider senior citizen concession on our tickets (4 adults). Also were allotted middle and upper berths without considering our age (2 male and 2 female), while it is so, the concerned authorities allotted lower berths to others than Senior Citizens who booked tickets after our bookings.

                                I therefore, request that necessary action may kindly be taken against the crew members (Station Master, Train Driver and the Booking Clerk) for not allowing the passengers to board the train safely without giving sufficient time and for not considering senior citizen concession and allotting upper and middle berths.

                                I pray that steps may kindly be taken to see such irregularities and inconvience are not caused to the passengers in future.

                                  I Kalpana Shankhwar would like to inform you that I was traveling from Bhubaneswar to Khurai (district Sagar MP) and I booked my scooty Activa i and 4 luggage boxes in kalingautkal express 18477. My luggage was loaded on 6th February 2017 and was supposed to be received on 8th February 2017 at Khurai railway station. But when I verified from Khurai parcel office, I came to know that parcel was not received.

                                    Hello,
                                    I am a passenger of mithila express 13022 travellin from spj to hwh. The was delayed for 9+ hours. The train scheduled time to reach hwh is 4 am, but it reached hwh at 1 pm. And from hwh we had a connecting ticket to bangalore (Ypr) 10:55 am by duronto exp. Due to the delay of mithila express which is 9+ hours late many have missed the duronto exp including my family. Due to delay of the train we even dint get the refund of duronto exp which we have misses
                                    The delay of train is from many days. I request you to take severe action against this delay. And kindly pay the refund and other charges which was faced by us.
                                    I hope you consider my complaint as soon as possible.

                                      I was travelling from Porbandar to Dadar on[protected].
                                      I booked 3 sleeper (s1 21, 22, 23) tickets in general quota & 2 tatkal tickets (one upto ADI (s2-12) & other upto DDR(s3-29) ).

                                      As both tickets were in different coaches, we kept seated in S1 coach, TT came as train starts running,
                                      I shown him all the tickets and ID's for verification,
                                      I informed about 2(tatkal) tickets and ask to transfer seat near by, if available.
                                      But He said there is no vacant seat available and you can exchange seats if others are ready.

                                      I could not able to exchange the seat, when I went for sleeping in other coach, I find other person already seated
                                      saying TT had allocated me this seat, he showed the fine receipt.
                                      I had to adjust in S1 coach only.
                                      The TT left the train at Jamnagar, when I concern other TT he said I can't do anything on this.

                                      The behaviour of TT was also not well, He was rudely behaving with other passengers as well.

                                      The name of TT who has given already booked ticket to other : Wrishabh Parmar

                                      Kindly take the necessary action against same.

                                        I have attached the FIR and Complaint which has been register with UP railways police and Patna Railways station.
                                        I have doubt against the TT of A1 Coach and Venders of railways . My wife has been seen that TT and One vender was near the LB 13. They have taken the bag from my wife.
                                        please do the necessary against them and return the all items which has been mentioned in the FIR.

                                        Other theft items are inside the complaint and FIR.
