I have canceled ticket to which i got tdr .i sent it to postal address of zonal railway south central as required and mentioned by them .but i didn't get any response from them since many days .details are mentioned followed pnr [protected].train no 12769, travel date[protected], cancellation date[protected]

please Help me.

    Along with my wife, I traveled from Madurai to Chennai in 1A class in 12638 Pandian Express with PNR[protected] on 29th December 2016 (in D if I am right). I was shocked that not only toilets but cabin also were found unclean and untidy. 2) Moreover, the ladder to climb to upper berth was found improperly positioned and was uncomfortable. In addition, I found that the handles were feeble with poor quality material. There were no conspicuous markings to indicate the warning chain to stop the train in emergencies.
    2) Due to the foregoing and also based on my previous experiences, I got the tickets that I had booked for my journey in Pandian Express canceled due to deficiencies in services on 23.12.2016 vide a][protected] tkts) for scheduled trip on 15.02.2017 in 1A in 12637with old ticket no. 74205596; b][protected] for my journey on 16.02.2017 in 1A in 12638 vide old ticket No. 74205597; c][protected] in 1A in 12638 scheduled on 23.01.2017 vide old ticket no. 74801952 and d][protected] in 12634 in 1A for the scheduled trip on 26.02.2107 and old ticket no. 74205755.

      I have lost my money which was earned by me from legal & ethical source and have paid appropriate Tax on it in the bag.

        It is to inform that on attendent is available in coach no B2 of train no 12397
        And this is AC 3 coach but AC is not working in coach therefore all passengers suffered in cold of January in full night
        Small children, old people and other are very bad condition no other option to journey with cold
        You are hereby requested to take punishable action on staff on duty in this coach and returned fare all the passenger s with compensation

        Hi,

        we are travelling in RAC. however we are travelling with our sister.
        we got same berth and tc is not clearing the RAC.how can we see the reservation chart and request him to provide the ticket as earliest as possible.
        if he is not providing the berth please let me know whom should i complaint so that i will get the proper response
        I was booking the ticket from thane to adavali but its not booked and showing error message as Rejected from Bank. [ Transaction Id: [protected] ]
        You can choose another payment option and try again.
        But Rs. 385 is deducted from my bank account. I received sms of deduction of rs 385. Now how i will get the return to my account.

          As per TDR rules, TDR has to be filed within 3 hours of departure of train.

          I had to travel from SC to SBC on 4th Dec 2016 by train no. 22692. The train was running more that seven hours late because of which I had to take a bus and cancel my train journey.

          The trains scheduled time was 4th Dec 18:50 hrs and as per your timestamp TDR was filed at 4th Dec 18:13 hrs which is within 30 mins of the scheduled departure.

          However, the TDR has been rejected saying 'Invalid TDR Timestmap : DELAY'.

          This rejection is invalid. Kindly refund full amount.

          Attempts to reach you over mail/calls have proven unfruitful over last one month.

            My name is Nageswara rao holding MST its number E44433263 From Srikakulam to Visakhapatnam, Im travelling on Visakha Express on January 9th, 2017, he (Ticket examiner) was abusing despite of having MST, also he took fine Rs.50 as penalty, its not matter of Rs.50, its matter he was abused, his name was Mr. Visweswara Rao, belongs to Vizianagaram station, so please take a proper action, so that this kind of situation doesn't take place again with one else

And then take a another person and give him this seat but his ticket is also wt. So I am complaining about the tt Mr bijoy Kumar.and tt said that couch is his under and he gave any one this seat.

              Kanjurmarg station it is found that for the last six months ATVM and newly installed recharge machine is out of function hence hardship is metted on commuters who have smart card even after sufficient balance in the same one has to shell out cash for tickets. it is also noticed that out of the 7 ATVM installed at any given time only one is operational that too operated by persons autorised by u. hope action is initiated at the earliest.

                  I Sevak ram patel complaining for 12070 jansabdi express which runs from raigarh to gondia .
                  my issue is that at raipur station passengers are not getting enough time for getting in/ getting out from the train it create lots of problem to both passenger to whom it's destination n same for boarding passanger.

                  it's my humble request to indian railway please exceed houlting time or distribute passenger equally on all coachs.

                    There are problems with the Smart Ticket card and Ticket vending machine

                    My card (WR 1234935 )stopped working on the
                    card machine. After a few days now, I get message that my card validity is over

                    Why the card validity should be over?
                    If for some reason there is validity for the card, it should be replaced/ validity extended free of cost since for getting the card also, I had paid Rs 100/-

                    There is Rs 30/- charge available on card

                    Please look into and arrange to replace / re validate my card with charge at my station Charni Road
                    Mumbai 400004

                    If we are going cashless, the cards and the systems should be free of such problems

                    Please look into

                      My pnr no [protected]. From jaleswar to secunderbad. I booked eticket of tatkal .And i make a very minor mistake when i booked my ticket in gender.But at the time of travelling tt charged excess fare with 850. I have all identity proof to support my ownership except gender.Other data as name, age are correct so raiway authority will take extra charge after proving myself as a valid passanger. And when i caught this mistake after booking recently i mailed your customer care email which no #4763448.But they did not respond so far even journey is ahead of finish.I attached axcess fare ticket copy issued by ladies tt in jaleswar station.Any way refund my money to my bank a/c

                        I booked tickets with PNRs : [protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected].
                        Put of these when I checked the train status of three trains, the website is showing TRAIN SUSPENDED: DBA ADMINISTRATIVE.

                        Three train Nos. are 19806- dated 23/2/17, 12708- dated 24/2/17 & 12413- dated 18/3/17

                        Can you explain why these trains are shown as suspended. And if they are suspended what will happen of my tickets?

                          A the time of booking of railway tickets from delhi to Varnasi in Garib rath( train no 22408 ) using "irctc" website, there was no option of mentioning "side middle berth" as a preference. But after making payment, I was allotted "Side Middle" berth.
                          May be some fault with their web application. But this is unjust as I have to cancelled the tickets and have to re book in some other train.
                          Please the consider the matter seriously as such arbitrary action creates inconvenience and mental tension.

                              Dear Concern,

                              I was travelling with my 3 friends to Borivali (for New Year Party to Essel World) via Dadar. I was asked by the TC to present my ticket at Dadar. I asked him to wait for 10 sec so that my 2 friends boarded in next compartment can present my ticket.

                              But instead of listening he choose to take me to RPF room, In the meanwhile only i have presented ticket. But still he behave arrogantly.

                              It is purely misuse of power. He forced me to pay fine, and i did. Just to avoid confronting such dumb people. Still wanted to highlight the behaviour of MR. PRAKASH TAYDE, BATCH NO 2033. Posted at DADAR Station.

                              Please take some action against him.

                                Prr no.[protected] two motor cycles booked on 03/01/2017 at delhi . parcel booked from delhi to duar jn, and it was informed by railway officials this will load the train on 4th of Jan 2017. But it was not yet loaded till[protected] and still in the platform.
                                The head light and fog light the accessories fixed to motor cycles are stolen.
                                There is much possibility for more accessories to stole also. Hence request railway authorities to look into this complaint and make sure to despatch motor cycles atleast in the next train.
                                Pls treat this as my complaint and do the needful

                                  I am P. Madhan Mohan, I was travelling from Chennai to Secunderabad through train no 12603 and Coach S9 and Berth No : 7.
                                  My Bag(back pack) has been theft in the early hours of 4-Jan-2017 around 3:35 AM.
                                  I Immediately contacted GRPF No : [protected] (which was available in compartment) and they asked me to call 182.
                                  I tried calling 182 more than couple of times but nobody answered the call.
                                  So, as soon as I reached Secunderabad Railway station, I went to GRPF station which is in Platform No 1 to register my complaint but the Officer available in the station said that, I have to file a complaint in the near by station where my bag has been theft.
                                  In that bag I had my passport(K8244256) and 12000 cash, pair of clothes and a mobile charger.
                                  I would request you to take this forward and file a complaint against this theft.

                                    Dear Sir, I am RENJU. I was travelling yesterday with my family from Mangalore to Karunagappally by Maveli Express on 3-1-2017. my bag was stolen in between shornur to Trissur Station. The bag was with my seat only I lost my hard disc, driving licence, bank cheque book, my sons books(4) and some dresses. i was travelling in coach no S6, My PNR.[protected]. Seat no.31 & 26 When I got down to complaint at trissur station the RPF personnels registered my complaint. The disguisting thing which we noticed was that there were no RPF personnels in the train . Sir, This is a serious case which the authorities have to take care of. Now we are afraid to travel in train. Who is responsible for this? Sir Who will answer to this ? Please enquire the same and kindly take immediate action.

                                      Dear sir/madam,
                                      It is for your kind information and immediate necessary action that i, arindam samaddar, with other two accompanying persons sarbani das and amit kumar pal had purchased 2ac reservation ticket no : 78138858, pnr no : [protected], train no ;12308, in jodhpur hwh superfast express, d/o boarding 01/12/2016 from jodhpur station, rajasthan. Ticket was purchased from naihati reservation counter, with the following status : first named person confirmed but the next two persons got rac 1 & rac 2 till 28th of nov’16. So we decided to cancel & take refund the ticket, but fail to get the same from counter because the amount was more than rs..5000.00/- as told by the reservation counter clerk.
                                      So i deposit the said reservation ticket to the chief ticket inspector (Mukhya ticket nirikhak), north –west railway, jodhpur for refund and got the ticket deposit receipt (Tdr) no 931040 dt. 28/11/2016, at 17.15hrs from him and send the original tdr with application for cancel & refund of the ticket to the chief commercial manager, north west railway, jaipur city-302003 on 28/11/2016 by speed post as directed by the chief ticket inspector of jodhpur& which reached in jaipur on 30/11/2016
                                      In this connection, it can be said that my s. B. A/c no : [protected] sbi, kalikapur branch -700078, ifsc code sbin 0003907 and my residential address :

                                        Sir, im traveling in first class from Thiruvellore to Velachery with my session tickets, but we are not getting seat to sit and travel, because more member from RPF and local police PC personal, and employees with there family members and friends traveling without validity pass, and school and college students with out tickets traveling, no one Question them, so please take necessary action to stop unauthorised traveling in train, thanking you sir
