Dear sir/madam,
It is for your kind information and immediate necessary action that i, arindam samaddar, with other two accompanying persons sarbani das and amit kumar pal had purchased 2ac reservation ticket no : 78138858, pnr no : [protected], train no ;12308, in jodhpur hwh superfast express, d/o boarding 01/12/2016 from jodhpur station, rajasthan. Ticket was purchased from naihati reservation counter, with the following status : first named person confirmed but the next two persons got rac 1 & rac 2 till 28th of nov’16. So we decided to cancel & take refund the ticket, but fail to get the same from counter because the amount was more than rs..5000.00/- as told by the reservation counter clerk.
So i deposit the said reservation ticket to the chief ticket inspector (Mukhya ticket nirikhak), north –west railway, jodhpur for refund and got the ticket deposit receipt (Tdr) no 931040 dt. 28/11/2016, at 17.15hrs from him and send the original tdr with application for cancel & refund of the ticket to the chief commercial manager, north west railway, jaipur city-302003 on 28/11/2016 by speed post as directed by the chief ticket inspector of jodhpur& which reached in jaipur on 30/11/2016
In this connection, it can be said that my s. B. A/c no : [protected] sbi, kalikapur branch -700078, ifsc code sbin 0003907 and my residential address :

I, therefore, request you to cancel the ticket & refund the money immediately to me and prevent undue harassment because the ticket was purchased on 03/08/2016 well before the announcement of demonitisation of notes by the respected prime minister of india.
