I booked 4 Tatkal Tickets Online(User Id - krrahulpai, Transaction Id - [protected], PNR - [protected]). The ticket cost was 1540 and 1550.50 was deducted from my account including transaction and service charges. The tickets were on 'WAITLISTED' status even after the chart preparation so that I could not board the train. The tickets were automatically cancelled and only 1300 was refunded after 4 days. I lost 250.50 altogether. I need to know why I was not refunded 1540. It was not anything wrong from my side that tatkal ticket was not confirmed and still was on waitlisted status. Please refund the balance. I would appreciate receipt of any satisfactory reply to the below given mail id/mobile.

    Today evening a porter sleeping on a bench provided for passengers in the Platform No.5, on request he was reluctant to sit to make way for my wife carrying 10 months old kid and abused andisbehaved with filthy language, being a rush hour she was made to stand with the kid till our train Circar Express comes. There is no RPF available on that platform at that time.

    I am travelling to Delhi from hazard Nizamuddin. The toilets condition is very worst. There is no flush handle in either of toilets. Water is continuously pouring in and has created mess in the boggie.

      महोदय,
      मैंने दिनांक 25 दिसम्बर, 2016 को प्रातः लगभग 6.15 एएम पर, जैसलमेर रेल्वे स्टेशन पर एवीटीएम मशीन से जैसलमेर से जोधपुर के लिए टिकट लेने का प्रयास किया परन्तु मेरे स्मार्ट कार्ड संख्या एन.डब्ल्यु. 0006907 से बैलेंस कम होने के बावजूद मुझे टिकट नहीं मिला। मेरे द्वारा इस संबंध में तत्काल, टिकट बुकिंग क्लर्क एवं स्टेशन मास्टर से सम्पर्क कर इसकी जानकारी भी दी गई, परन्तु न तो टिकट बुकिंग क्लर्क एवं न ही स्टेशन मास्टर, ने समस्या का कोई समाधान किया। समस्या का समाधान तो दूर, मुझे इस बाबत भी जवाब नहीं दिया गया कि क्या इस स्थिति में मुझे टिकट काउण्टर से टिकट लेकर यात्रा करनी चाहिए अथवा एवीटीएम से टिकट जारी होना संभव होगा? टिकट बुकिंग क्लर्क एवं स्टेशन मास्टर महोदय द्वारा मुझे बारबार इंतजार करने के लिए कहा जाता रहा और घङी की सुइयां ट्रैन की रवानगी का समय बताने लगी। बुकिंग काउण्टर की लाइन से टिकट प्राप्त करते यात्रियों के सामने मेरी स्मार्टनेश हवा होने लगी। एक तो आर्थिक हानि, दूसरे समय की बर्बादी; उस पर लोगों द्वारा मेरी स्मार्टनेश की हॅंसी।
      अंतिम समय में, मेरी बेचारगी को एक अधिकारी, श्री मनोज कुमार शर्मा ने अवश्य समझा। उन्होंने मुझे एवीटीएम से टिकट प्राप्त नहीं होने की जानकारी करने का आश्वासन दिया तथा बुकिंग काउण्टर से टिकट प्राप्त कर यात्रा करने का परामर्श दिया और अंततः ऐन वक्त 06.37 ए.एम. पर बुकिंग काउण्टर से टिकट संख्या जी[protected] प्राप्त कर मैंने यात्रा की। इस जद्दोजहद में, मैं चाय भी नहीं पी सका और चाय पीने के लिए जल्दी जाग कर, जल्दी स्टेशन पहुचने के बावजूद, मुझे बिना चाय पीए, ट्रेन में बैठना पङा।
      इस परिप्रेक्ष्य में मेरी निम्नांकित परिवेदनाएं न्याय मांग रही हैं-
      1. कोई व्यक्ति स्मार्ट कार्ड का प्रयोग करके हॅंसी का पात्र क्यों बने?
      2. स्मार्ट कार्ड का प्रयोग करने के बाद टिकट नहीं मिलने पर यात्री आर्थिक नुकसान क्यों भुगते?
      3. स्मार्ट कार्ड का प्रयोग करके जब मुझे 105 रुपये की हानि वहन करनी पङी, तो स्मार्ट बन कर, कैशलेश ट्रांजेक्शन में कभी भारी हानि भी संभव है। आखिर कोई व्यक्ति यह जोखिम क्यों उठाए?
      4. जब रेल्वे स्टेशन पर स्मार्ट ट्रांजेक्शन की स्थिति में किसी के पास कोई समाधान तो दूर, समुचित जवाब व मार्गदर्शन तक नहीं मिला, तो कैशलेश ट्रांजेक्शन में हानि की स्थिति में, व्यक्ति अपनी परिवेदना का समाधान कहाॅं तलाशेगा?
      5. क्या उक्त स्थिति में टिकट बुकिंग क्लर्क एवं स्टेशन मास्टर के गैरजिम्मेदाराना व्यवहार के लिए कोई कार्यवाही संभव है?
      6. एवीटीएम से टिकट नहीं प्राप्त होने का कारण, संभवतः एवीटीएम में पेपर रोल समाप्त होना अथवा ढंग से नहीं लगा होना रहा है। क्या इसके लिए कोई व्यक्ति उत्तरदायी है? और यदि हाॅ, तो उसके विरुद्ध क्या कोई कार्यवाही होगी?
      7. क्या मेरे 105 रुपये के नुकशान की भरपाई होगी?
      8. यदि मेरे 105 रुपए के नुकशान की भरपाई कर भी दी जाएगी, तब भी बिना चाय पीये, यात्रा करने की मेरी वेदना की क्या क्षतिपूर्ति संभव है?
      9. इस स्थिति में, मुझे हुई मानसिक पीङा की क्षतिपूर्ति क्या संभव है?
      10. कैशलेश ट्रांजेक्शन के प्रति मेरे मन में जन्मी आशंकाओं की क्षतिपूर्ति कैसे संभव है?
      11. इस घटना ने मुझे भविष्य में एवीटीएम से दूरी बनाने हेतु विवश कर दिया है। क्या मेरा विश्वास, वापस लौटाया जा सकता है?
      12. उक्त वेदनाएं भुगतने के बाद, विभिन्न मंचों पर इस परिवेदनाओं को दर्ज करने में, मेरे अनमोल समय की बर्बादी की क्षतिपूर्ति कैसे होगी? या मेरा वक्त फालतु है? मेरे वक्त की बर्बादी कोई मायने नहीं रखती?

        Sleeper coach turning into general coach

        I was travelling from Allahabad to Mumbai onboard Tulsi Express on 21st December in sleeper coach. Unfortunately, the indisciplined bhaiyas o[censored]P turned the sleeper coach into general coach. People without any reservation would enter the sleeper coach and occupy the seats reserved for other people. There were so many altercations between genuine reserved and unreserved passenges throughout the journey.

        For below two cases tdr rejected with wrong reason. Please help me to re-open both of them and process them soon. These tickets were booked with irctc portal with userid: simplysonz

        This train was late for more than 12 hours and passengers didn't travel in this train and it was filed before train departure.
        Please re-open this case and confirm.

        Case 2:

        Date of journey: 04-dec-2016
        Kanpur central to anand vihar terminal (22487/rdp anvt link ex)
        This train was late for around 16 hours and passengers didn't travel in this train and it was filed before departure.
        Please re-open this case and confirm.

          Kolkata to jammu tawi express train 13151 on 25th dec is the worst 2nd ac coach i have seen railways provided so far.
          The 2nd ac coaches looks more poorer and dirty than basic 3ac coaches in other railwsys like se railways.
          The toilets done have basic sanitaions etc. Dont know why i paid 2ac fair for this service

            Recently I booked these tickets for a training program.But I cancelled both tickets. The 1st one, due to non performance of the travel. In case of the 2nd one, I got confirmed ticket in another train on the same day from calicut (Jan satabdi).I received a message about refunding of amount Rs.100/- & Rs.280/- respectively. But I didn't get any refund till this date & time. Hence I demand to take necessary steps for getting my eligible refund.

              Retiring rooms at new delhi railway station

              The condition of the retiring rooms was pathetic and uninhabitable. Drm is at stone's throw away from the retiring rooms. I wish he stays in these so called deluxe rooms at least for a few hours. What was good to mention which was bad? Hopeless bath rooms. Stinking. It will be replied that...

              I have booked a ticket from delhi to patna dated 2nd december 2016, which got late for around 23 hrs so i did not travel.
              I filed the tdr but it has been denied.
              It is very sad too see that indian rail services is degrading day by day, it is second time i did not receive the refund of my ticket because of the stupid indian railways rule.

              It is the fault of the indian railways for not providing the service on time so they should take the responsibilty and refund the amount. Firstly the consumer runs for the train ticket and then waits for the train to be on time and then last step he runs for his refund amount which is eventually denied.

                  Hello. I stay in sodepur, dist-24north parganas, west bengal. It had become a daily that travellers who avail the train service will wait in a really very long queue and only one ticket counter will be opened. May I know the reason please when the govt has renovated all the stations and tickets counters are available bt it is not opening. Then what is the use of this renovation. Please do the needfull as early as possible.

                    I was returning from my office at DLF Phase 2, Rajarhat from Dumdum railway station. No ticket counter was opened at that time. But TT named as Kaushik Banerjee from Sealdah railway station collected fine from me even though there was no tickect counter open at that time at Dumdum railway station. The time was arount 10.30 at night. They took my mobile phone as mortgage and thus made me withdraw money forcefully from local ATM machine. They gave me a slip amounting 260 but took 500 from me.

                      Myself sushil jha, age 60 years, was trvalleing via train number 11062 (dbg lttt express) on[protected] from darbhanga to kalyan in a1 coach 15 & 16 numbers with my wife mrs. Indu jha age 58.
                      My wife bag (handbag) including my purse/vallet ( with cash rs. 20000/-twenty thousand, mangal sutra of rs, 40k, 2 atm /debit card( allahabad bank and kalyan janta shshkari bank) driving license, 2 goggles, keys and many more stolen / theft by group of people between darbhnaga - muzzafarpur, .
                      I have tried to lodge a complaint with the help of tc / coach attendent and guards but they have not helped me at all and made me helpless withoout food / water in whole journey.

                        I am Shailesh traveling in train 19322.
                        I have to I formation yo pass compliant authority for action. A person is traveling on Sit-36 in S 3 in train no 19322 on 19.12.2016, havenot id. The ticket was booked for some other person. He did not have any proper ID proof. It was clear during examition ticket by TTE, EVEN THAT HE IS TRAVELING. ???
                        In same compartment another person who have proper ID he had charched a lumsum fund becouse he have not paper ticket.

                          While traveling between grandroad to santacruz stn by local train (churchgate to virar )on 25th Nov 2016 at 1.00 pm .I was forget to collect bag when I got down from train.

                          That plastic bag contain my valid Indian passport inside the emergency light box

                            Sir, I along with my frnd amit on 14th Dec. 2016 Agra to jhansi I am arriving the station jhansi with ticket but my frnd r mis so I will search of them and NCR TC Mr. Ravi kumar panchal (NCR 173) is near about so I m told sir please help me because my frnd r missing on platform with my ticket but they r inserting me on station Sir I give him request but he's never listen my voice and claimed the fine 245 rupee as a invalid passenger. Sir I am a research shorloor at university of jhansi please tell me Sir where I am wrong Hmm And he's totally waste my time & inserting me on station.. I want to claimed him 1000000 rupee in high court when you are not consulting me Sir I am a poor person in india this's my weekness ? He's told me give me 200 rupee than go ur way other waise I punished u with railway rule.. he's a corrupted TC in jhansi.

                              Yesterday we 4(1 72 year old, 1 57 year old cardiac patient, 1 52 year old lady and 1 young 25 yr. old) were travelling from katra to kota in SVDK-JAMNAGAR express...train number 12478
                              after chart preparation our tickets were left RAC seat no. 39 and 47 in B4 coach of this train
                              TC Mr. R B meena refused to check B3-B4 coach after checking B1 and B2 because he was not in a mood and was blaming one who made roster of TC's who posted him alone in this train...he even asked us to stop train at ambala and let not the train move...he misbehaved with our elders and gave seat 19 and 32 to some waitlisted candidates for monetary benefit...and was not listening to RAC candidates like us AND NOT CLEARED SINGLE RAC IN WHOLE TRAIN...he even told us that he will not check what we can do...we also complaint on [protected] but nobody helped...
                              sir, PLEASE TAKE STRICTEST ACTION AGAINST HIM...WE ALSO HAVE VIDEO EVIDENCE AGAINST HIM AND ENTIRE COACH IS WITNESS...

                                Thank you. My mobile is traced & found. I received two phone having no.[protected] &[protected] at 13.47 & 13.51 hrs. for receipt information.

                                Thanks again & all blessings to all concern for doing duty so honestly.

                                I will visit NZM RPF office on coming SUNDAY for collecting my mobile.

                                  Today (day : 11.12.2016) i was travelling from miraj to kolhapur in haripriya express (train no. - 17415). for which i bought 2 tickets worth 60 rs. i sat in reservation coach and further was ready to pay complete reservation charges to the ticket collector (name : bhange) but who has refuced me to give the official receipt and frequently asked me to give 100 rs. without any receipt (one kind of black money). i think indian railway should take a fastrack action or suspend such corrupted ticket collectors as early as possible.

                                    I have book ticket mumbai cst to jalgaon on 11-dec-2016. I have received a msg from irctc that train is running late for 1 hour. Right now the situation is we have waiting around more than 2 hour plus but no update from local team.

                                    I have a request that if it's an problem or some emergency can we update to our passenger through msg because here there are some family's those seating on with there kids and they don't have option.

                                    I request you to please look in to this matter & update.
