While traveling between grandroad to santacruz stn by local train (churchgate to virar )on 25th Nov 2016 at 1.00 pm .I was forget to collect bag when I got down from train.

That plastic bag contain my valid Indian passport inside the emergency light box

Kindly let me inform if available, I am very obliged to thanks

    Sir, I along with my frnd amit on 14th Dec. 2016 Agra to jhansi I am arriving the station jhansi with ticket but my frnd r mis so I will search of them and NCR TC Mr. Ravi kumar panchal (NCR 173) is near about so I m told sir please help me because my frnd r missing on platform with my ticket but they r inserting me on station Sir I give him request but he's never listen my voice and claimed the fine 245 rupee as a invalid passenger. Sir I am a research shorloor at university of jhansi please tell me Sir where I am wrong Hmm And he's totally waste my time & inserting me on station.. I want to claimed him 1000000 rupee in high court when you are not consulting me Sir I am a poor person in india this's my weekness ? He's told me give me 200 rupee than go ur way other waise I punished u with railway rule.. he's a corrupted TC in jhansi.

      Sir,
      Yesterday we 4(1 72 year old, 1 57 year old cardiac patient, 1 52 year old lady and 1 young 25 yr. old) were travelling from katra to kota in SVDK-JAMNAGAR express...train number 12478
      after chart preparation our tickets were left RAC seat no. 39 and 47 in B4 coach of this train
      TC Mr. R B meena refused to check B3-B4 coach after checking B1 and B2 because he was not in a mood and was blaming one who made roster of TC's who posted him alone in this train...he even asked us to stop train at ambala and let not the train move...he misbehaved with our elders and gave seat 19 and 32 to some waitlisted candidates for monetary benefit...and was not listening to RAC candidates like us AND NOT CLEARED SINGLE RAC IN WHOLE TRAIN...he even told us that he will not check what we can do...we also complaint on [protected] but nobody helped...
      sir, PLEASE TAKE STRICTEST ACTION AGAINST HIM...WE ALSO HAVE VIDEO EVIDENCE AGAINST HIM AND ENTIRE COACH IS WITNESS...

        Thank you. My mobile is traced & found. I received two phone having no.[protected] &[protected] at 13.47 & 13.51 hrs. for receipt information.

        Thanks again & all blessings to all concern for doing duty so honestly.

        I will visit NZM RPF office on coming SUNDAY for collecting my mobile.

          Today (day : 11.12.2016) i was travelling from miraj to kolhapur in haripriya express (train no. - 17415). for which i bought 2 tickets worth 60 rs. i sat in reservation coach and further was ready to pay complete reservation charges to the ticket collector (name : bhange) but who has refuced me to give the official receipt and frequently asked me to give 100 rs. without any receipt (one kind of black money). i think indian railway should take a fastrack action or suspend such corrupted ticket collectors as early as possible.

            I have book ticket mumbai cst to jalgaon on 11-dec-2016. I have received a msg from irctc that train is running late for 1 hour. Right now the situation is we have waiting around more than 2 hour plus but no update from local team.

            I have a request that if it's an problem or some emergency can we update to our passenger through msg because here there are some family's those seating on with there kids and they don't have option.

            I request you to please look in to this matter & update.

              I had booked Ticket on 22th Oct'16 (Before demonetization). PNR-[protected]
              Due to some reason, the programme cancelled and I requested for cancellation.
              But they advised me to to file the TDR as the ticket amount exceeds 5000.
              As I know the refund rules has changed for the ticket booked after demonetization.
              But they refuse to listen and didnt' cancel my ticket as per normal rules.

              On 27th nov 2016 an amount of rs.518.80 was debited to my card being rail ticket booked from mysore to davangere, But did not receive the ticket details in the mobile nor has the amount been credited back to my card,

                I'm extremely surprised that daily travel passengers have to be inconvenienced by people who hang bags in the passage way on hooks - when I requested them to remove the bags as they were blocking the way they refused saying there was adequate place to stand and that I seemed to be a newcomer - does that mean that there is an established practice to hang bags and block the passage way? I tried to call 182 however it wasn't reachable

                  I have tried to book a ticket for Mumbai on 02/12/2016

                  i have paid rs, 750 twice
                  but transaction was dropped both the time but my money has been deducted.
                  now i had complained on irctc care thet said the amount is refund.
                  but it has been, 5 days the amount is mot refunded in bank account.

                  i lost a sum of total 1500/-

                    As we are regular passenger from bardhman jn to howrah jn & back it is seen train day to day deteriorated services from indian railway management, but is if follow the train running status it totally false status updated by both railway station. This train as super fast charges bur treated as most as local train services by the authority. So, requested to take action accordingly aspect best services from indian railway

                      Kindly provide the status for tdr filled with railways having no. 041353 & 041354. Please note these tdr are filled in ambala cantt railway station and we were guided to receive tdr amount of rs 9300/- each.

                      Please guide us when we will receive refund. As when we asked for cancellations of our tickets, executive asked us not to get refund in cash rather i have to go to other office and ask for tdr

                        I have booked one seat in gondwana express. My journey date was 3 of December 2016 and arrival station was agra cantt to Bhopal station.My train cancelled at last stage and i have no other option to take one superfast ticket to sit in train.

                        I sit in Bhopal express train in S11 boggy number and TT was so illiterate, his name was MR. RAJENDRA KUMAR. He has no atticates to talk with female passengers and he take extra amount from me becuase my ticket was applicable for general boggy. I request him to provide one seat for me but he didn't do any needful things for me and he didn't provide any seat to me..Its my worst experience with IRCTC services...really guys we can't imagine indian raliway behaviour for us..

                          I want to check running status on train call on 139 call are transfer to customer call, some one talking to me and he said wait some time, but call are disconnected without any answer. Still i am trying again but no one are responding.
                          139 call charges also apply still more then 10 min.

                          I am talking mr. Badri he said he is from bangalore customer care. He is good person informing me but i am complaint for first person who can not give information and disconnect call.

                            My train is (29/6/2016)three hours late which is written by asm chapra but when i reached to counter no 3 reservation in-charge deny to refund it so i have complain online on railway govt site but there is no response by them.My ticket is direct via varanasi but my first train is three hours late so how can i got my second train so i have gone to cancellation.

                              Upper berth allotment to senior citizen

                              I have booked six ticket through irctc from puri to howrah by 12838 puri hwh express on 29th november 2016. Pnr. No.[protected] date of journey 19th february 2017.

                              Although i choose two lower berths for senior citizen preference option but surprisingly the system allotted me all three alternative no seats with upper berths.
                              Now i am very much afraid how my 73 years old father and 63 years old mother will avail...

                                  Hi mine name is saurav aspal, and we have booked 3 tickets from jalandhar cant to shri mata vaishno devi on dated 27/11/2016 @ 8.29 am.
                                  My payment was successfully deducted from sbi credit card, amount was 1503.25 inr but niether ticket print was reflected on screen nor i got any confirmation on my registered mobile number [protected].

                                    I am using wr smart card since last 8yrs but still government is not initiating online recharge facility of smart card. it is not possible that everytime commuters will have change of rs.100 or rs.500 for recharge of card. during demonetization we are running out-of cash. hence government should start this facility /option asap.

                                      I have Book a parcel from indore to Mathura on dt 19.11.2016
                                      pwb no. 926221.
                                      I have asked about parcel from dt 21.11.2016 at Mathura many times but not receive parcel and not receive a proper answer about it.I have enquire about it at nizammudin delhi.
                                      they told that they send it by jhelam express.
                                      Mathura parcel room says that it still not reach at Mathura.
                                      as on today I am not able to get my parcel.

                                      The parcel was loaded on train, but it's not been unloaded in Pune.
