I was suppose to travel from NDLS to BBS by train 02816 on 13/Jan/2014 along with my parents. The train was more than 12 hours late and hence I had cancelled the tickets due to odd hour departure time. Infact I cancelled the trip. I filed the TDR well within time and IRCTC shows the status as Filed. However no refund has been provided yet. IRCTC only supports the filing of TDR they are not responsible for the lazy processing at Railways...
