Dear Sir,
We are regular passanger of Titwala to Cst Up local, which is departure on 7.24 am from titwala.
We found very Unclean local in alternate day manner, today 17/04/2012, we found somebody Vomitted at Window so we informed the Station manager regarding this and requested to arrange a Sweeper who clean the place.
After contineous followup, Station Manager Mr Vikas Sharma said, due to lack of Sweeper we can not arrange the help for cleaning the place. Sweeper will attend the Train at kalyan but till Kurla, nobody attend the Train we are travel along with Dirt.
What is the duty timing of Sweeper ?
Second thing, we go to Platform No 2, Tea stall and request for water for cleaning a place ourselves. The counter person didn't listened the whole thing and shout, Toh kya main saff karu ? we said, we are not telling you to clean the place. Please provide a Water for clean the place but he do the misbehave so we has a argument in between us.
So is this type of Service we get from Railway in future also.
Is that Station manager answer we get in future regarding our problem.

Indian Railways — no ramp for physically handicapped
dear sir,I am from BELLARY, like to draw attention of concerned authorities that there is a RAMP and steps for the foot over bridge to get down at plat form No. 3, but sorry to say that there is NO RAMP either at plat form No. 1 or 2 to get into the said bridge, if some one (physically handicapped person like me) uses wheel chair he has to climb the steps along with wheelchair to approach plat form No. 3. I have to travels to bangalore for my regular treatment and has to use plat form No. 3 to catch HAMPI Exp. Hence I humbly request the concerned authorities to kindly look into the matter and arrange to help the disabled persons. Hope to get the facility at the earliest.
