I M traveling by train dated[protected],pnr no:[protected],train no:12191 ,new delhi to jabalpur,sir when jhansi station come's , I am going to plateform an purchasing a ice cream sales man saind its 30 rs ,I said in ice cram print only 10 rs how would I pay double ,he said (lena ho to lo nahi to jao)then I go to another shop n purchase,amul milk bottel ,again same bottle print 17rs but he wont's 20 rs,I M said they said same answer (lena hai ka nahi ,wara jao)in shop they stick a paper(only give print value)but no shop keeper dosent follow this message words,then I M very depressed and going to tc and said, can I complain against the shop keeper,he said going to ssp railway office and said all these,but my train now gone ..so afet I came back to delhi then make a complain against him,so sir plz take stick action against him and plz do needful ,and plz send me replay...thanking u sir

My name is Kamal Nagpal. I booked my bike(bullet 350cc) from Ambala Railway Station on 6th of january 2011 to be sent to pune and have not recieved it till date.
I asked about my bike from parcel office they told me because of not getting the space in jhelum express they have loaded my bike in train no:310 to Nizzamudin and the stupid thing is it is not running from 6th january as told by the railway officials.
So where the hell they have loaded my bike. I enquire about it from Nizzamudin also. It is not there. they have neither recieved nor dipatched it.
i am really harrased by the commercial office and the parcel office people. how can they be so careless. I am continuosly calling commercial office they are not picking up my call and when they do they are just misguiding me and telling me different no's to call on.
I hope through this msg my complaint will be sent to higher officials of the Railway Administration.
