Sub – Arrogant behavior of Station Master Mr. M. Laxminarayan of
Manoharabad (AP) station.

Ref – It was the simple process of cancellation of tickets.
Respected Sir,
According to above subject, the officers like Mr. M. Laxminarayan are a blot to Railway department. The railway department is becoming blemish because of misbehavior of such officers with the passengers.
Sir, I would like to inform you the story of arrogant behavior of Mr. M. Laxminarayan.
Sir, there was my family function at Hyderabad. All my family went to Hyderabad on Dt. 16th Feb 2012 by Parbhani Passenger (Train No. 563) from Nanded to Hyderabad. I have arranged some tickets from Nanded & some from Parbhani reservation counter. We purchase tickets for up & down both i.e. Parbhani to Hyderabad & Hyderabad to Parbhani. Due to some family decisions we need to stay Hyderabad for a day more. So that, I went to cancel the return journey ticket at Medchal station as the Medchal station was nearest to me from function point. But there is no reservation counter. I enquire about nearest reservation counter then he told me either Secunderabad or Manoharabad. The Manoharabad was more convenient for me so I decided to reach Manoharabad to cancel the tickets.

Sir, near about at 12.15 pm I reached to Manoharabad station & picked up reservation /cancellation form. At that time Mr. M. Laxminarayan was seated on reservation counter. I asked him for cancellation of tickets. He told me I can’t cancel your ticket because I have only cash Rs. 800/- This is very small station & no very big collection of cash is here. I smiled & told him the tickets are only of Rs. Somewhat Rs. 800/- after cancellation I will need near about Rs. 400 – 450/- you can cancel my tickets easily. Then he taken tickets from my hand & replied me you cannot cancel these tickets. I asked him for reason, then he advised me you have to cancel these tickets there, where you have booked it. After his advice I get shocked! And told him sir, the facility of cancellation or reservation is being available at any reservation counter in all over India. Then he get angry on me & told me “don’t teach me laws I know everything you have to go there, where you have booked these tickets.” He also told me, “my name is M. Laxminarayan you can complaint about me anywhere at minister, GM, CCM, DCM etc they cannot do anything against me.”
I requested him that I am new here in Hyderabad & I don’t know roads, so please cancel my tickets otherwise after preparation of chart the tickets will get zero value. Then he told me today you are going to cancel the ticket of Rs. 400 -450/- If any customer demanding me cancel the ticket of more than Rs. 4000 – 5000/- then how I can manage the cash as my station is so small. I requested him for my ticket as my ticket was very small amounted. After requesting so many times he denied me then I demanded him complaint book then he get more angry at me & started shouting on me in unbalanced language. I cannot write such unbalanced language by my hand. If any heard such language he cannot eat or sleep for 24 hours………… It was unbelievable for me the officer of railway department is going to rude step. No any another officer of your department behaved such arrogant with anyone. I have not seen or heard such arrogant language railway department’s employee used at anywhere. Whatever he behaved with me but I do not take any high handed step. I politely requested him & demanded him complaint book or cancellation of my ticket.
Sir, I requested him again & again then he dialed a phone to the police & told the police officer about me that a customer harassing me & forcing me to cancel the ticket though I cannot do this. He hand over the online phone to me & police told me if he is unable to cancel the ticket then why you are forcing him.

I told the entire story to police officer on phone & requested him also the Station Master Should have to either cancel my ticket or provide me the complaint book. He was also failed to across to him.
The officers like Mr. M. Laxminarayan are the blame to railway department. They are blindly making loss to railway department.
Sir, you are requested to enquire all the matter by appointing a enquiry commission & try to solve my questions which are knocking my mind again & again from this incident. The questions are as follows.
1. Why Station Master Mr. M. Laxminarayan do not cancel my ticket as all facilities were available at Manoharabad Station?
2. We he called the police though I have not behave with him very politely?
3. Why he not provided me complaint book though he have complaint book?
4. Why any other officer not helped me as they were experienced Station Masters arrogant behavior?
5. Is this correct way to behave with passenger in such manner?
Sir, Kindly take needful action as early as possible & oblige me.

    I boarded on Sealdah-Ajmer Train on 8th February,2012 for JAipur in sleeper class but condition of my coach was very bad and somebody had vomited in my seat( Seat No.23) and complain about the seat to Train guard and several times to ticket checker but there was no response from there end.

    This irresponsibility shown from railway staff create lots of problem in my journey, even though after paying full fare of reservation ticket i need to adjust with others persons traveling.

    This even set bad image of our country as people in the coach for journey came from bangladesh, canada and even spain this will hurt our tourism industry.

      Cockroaches problem in 16107 and 16108 train compartments. Passengers of these train are always travelling with tons of cockroaches in the compartments. Asked the TTE about this. He said the compartments are being used continuously as 16107/16108 and 16854/16853, hence there is no maintenance time. This creates hazardous environment for passengers health.

      Recently traveled on Feb 19th, 2012 in 16108 - Mag Chennai Express, S9/36.

      Concerned personnel, please do the needful.

        My father and mother travelling from chennai to Agra Cantt by GT Express on dated 16.06.2012 Coach No : S5, While train reaching at agra at 2:35 Hrs as well as both are aged person also, therefore one red with black colour combination bag left at Traing on S5 coach, inside the bag few pickle jar, gingelly oil, charger etc.., It is my humble request kindly find/trace out my luggage and informed followed phone no., awaiting for your reply

          54412 MUT NDLS RE PASS MEERUT CANT 12:15, Arival time at Rewari and

          54809 RE DNA PASS REWARI 12:15, Deeparture time From Rewari

          Please keep some time between the above 2 trains, so the person can reach to Mahendergar, Loharu, Sadulpur, Churu, Ratangarh and so on. Please keep LINK beetween both of trains. So people can go easily and INCOME of Railway will increase. Please think about poor people and keep only 10 minuts gape between the above trains. Only one train for CHURU from DELHI, that train is only for High Class people, Think about poor people. You don't need to spent extra money only management is require. and keep strict management for time for 54412. Please do the needful and save money for both side passenger and Railway .

I have resrved seat from durg to raigarh.This is BIG SHAME for indian railway ...to get some extra money from passengers , TT forget their duty and reserved passenger suffers.Indian railway T.T corrupt INDIA

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              Complaint -1:

              I am Chaitanya Vinnakota, Staying near to Borabanda Railway Station. Daily I used to go to office by MMTS from Borabanda to Begumpet by 10:10 AM. I have Smart ATVM Card which i was using from the last 5 months. But the problem is ATVM's are not working correctly in the Morning Hours. Then what is the purpose of taking the Smart Card avoiding queue system at the ticket counter. Hence, I request you to take proper action on this. This is my Humble request to the Railways...

              Complaint -2:

              Today My Wife need to take the ticket from Borabanda to Guntur for Palnadu Super Fast Express which was departure from begupet at 14:40 pm. She asked the same in the Borabanda Counter. But They were unable to give the ticket to her? May I know why? I took the same ticket several times from the same station earlier. Later, I went to Hitech City, and I asked the same ticket which they immediately given to me.....Let me know why borabanda ticket counter unable to given the ticket from borabanda to guntur and why Hitech city ticket counter was given the same ticket...
              This was the 5th time repeated the same issue in the borabanda counter. Pls guide properly the ticket issuers in the station. Pls do not suffer the passengers by doing such things..

                I had purchased a Smart Card No CR 0218003 issued by Central Railways.I had recharged it twice and found the card very useful. But to my surprise I went for recharging and was told that my Smard Card had expired and was of no use.The balance and the deposit paid on the card was forfeited. This I felt was Cheating.Why at all should the card be invalid and why was the deposit on the card be forfeited with any valid reason.The Railways can find better ways of earning revenue.I wish to advise commuters to desist from buying these smart cards.

                  Reference to my complaint for Train No. 59723( RE HSR PASS) from Rewari (07:15) to Hisar. This train reach Loharu at 09:02 and from Loharu (52084 LHU JP PASS) leave by 08:30 for Chirawa, Jhunjunu, Navalgarh, Sikar etc. So many people from Delhi to Sikar wants to go by this train to the above location. Mange only 15-15 minuts from both side and tried to keep link between both if possible. Route is as follow:


                  From Delhi (54413 DEL RE PASS) to Rewari at 06:40, then from Rewari 59723 at 07:15 (Recommended time 07:00), to Loharu at 09:00 (Recommended time 08:40), and then form Loharu :8:30 (Recommended time 08:45)

                  Reference to my complaint for Train No. 1RD from Delhi (03:45) to Rewari(06:40). This train take much time to reach Rewari compaire to other train. Lot of passenger want to go Mahender garh,Loharu, Sadulpur, Jhunjunu,Navalgarh ,Sikar by Train No. 493 from rewari (06:15). No way to pick this train from delhi. SUGGETION : Please reduce the running time and starting time from Delh of 1 RD, we want this train at REWARI by 06:00. So we can pick-up the train from rewari(06:15) .BENEFITS : Much increase in railway revenue

                  Train no-493 will reached Loharu by 08:30, Then from Loharu have a train by 08:30 For Jhunjunu, navalgarh, Sikar, etc. I think lot of bus passenger will use this train way and lot of benefit in railway revenue and passengers also save money and time. NO REQUIRE EXTRA EXPENSES FROM RAILWAY ONLY REQUIRE A GOOD MANAGEMENT AND MORE REVENUE TO RAILWAY. This is the best FREE Idea to RAILWAY.

                  You are kindly requested to take the necessary step on this.

                  You are correct. Several passengers travel by 1RD and want to catch 493 from Rewari. Scheduled time of 1RD for arrival at Rewari is 6:10 am and scheduled departire time of 493 from Rewari is 6:15 am. There is hardly any time left for purchase of journey ticket and for elder people to reach platform No. 1. Quite often 1RD fail to reach Rewari station on time and passengers who want to travel by 493 have to suffer, because there is no other train till 6:50 pm. Often 1RD runs on its scheduled time, but in order to allow some express train to overtake, this train gets delayed. Obviously, several passengers have to suffer.

                  Further, 493 train is scheduled to reach Loharu station at 8:15 am and another MG train is scheduled to leave Loharu for Jaipur at 8:30 am. If 493 get delayed, passengers can not catch this train.

                  Railway administration should address this problem of the passengers in the new time table coming into force from July 2010. Also, a few more trains should be introduced between Rewari-Sadulpur and Sadulpur-Delhi Sarai Rohilla Express train should run on 6 days-a-week, as announced in Railway Minister's Railway Budget.

                  If the train 1RD start from Delhi By 03:30 instead of 03:45 and run as scheduled time smoothly, I think this tarin should be reached at rewari by 06:00, before only 1 express train Pooja( Rewari time 06:13, always running late ) to overtake. Passenger have 15 minuts to change platform / take Ticket. Journey ticket can take direct ( for Loharu, Sadulpur etc. ) from starting station.

                  493 Can't be delay, because of no crossing at all and by chance if 493 get delayed (5-10 minuts ), then MG train should be wait for 5-10 minuts, passengers can catch easily this train..

                  AND THERE IS NO ACTION ON IT FROM LAST FIFTEEN YEARS.

                  PLS SEE TO IT SIR AS UP WEST IS SUFFREING FROM TARIN HYDRATION.
                  As a citizen of India my suggestion towards rail administration is 1> to increase the base fare of all AC classes because india is a country of inequality of economy.2>upgradation manually prepaid by TTE on duty on train should be treated as super tatkal.3>bedroll supplied in train for AC classes should be modified into colourful bedsheets pillow and blanket.That will not only madefeel homely as well as minimise the complaints due its whiteness where the patch and dirt easily tracked.4>All the wait listed passengers are allowed by next following trains thorough (PRS) computerised way automatically with the help of development of software, this type of practice is already existing in china, usa, russia .4> All the TTE staffs in indian railways should be supplied with mobile so that the actual position of trains in between section could be access.beside this TTE"s are in direct contact with passengers, may help patient or to call a doctor or in very critical situation like accidents.they can play major roll in this critical situation if they are supplied with mobile.                     On Sunday (Feb 12, 2012) , I travelled from Salem to Coimbatore in West Coast express with my 53 year old mother and 4 yr old kid.
                    It was a horrible train journey I have ever had and an irresponsible TTR and shame on Indian railways
                    My PNR number [protected] and coach number S5- 33, 36 (lower berths)
                    When we got into the Train in salem , there were 15 people sitting on the berth including Side upper, Side lower
                    In those 15 people, only 3 had valid reserved train ticket , I asked them to move away and nobody heard my words and they were just sitting.
                    Somehow myself and my mother sat with the kid on the lower berth and we wanted to make the kid sleep. I told them to move, as they did not hear I opened the middle berth and made my kid to sleep and asked my mother to sleep on the lower berth. Still people were sitting on the lower berth where my mother was sleeping.
                    As no gents was with me , I was not ready to fight with the people who were not having the tickets. After 20 minutes TTR came , first question he asked is who is the patient here and why this lady is sleeping -- This questions was for my mother
                    He started to check the tickets and first he straightly came and asked my ticket first, I showed the ticket and he asked my ID card, I showed my ID card.
                    He was a North Indian and could not speak proper Tamil. As I know Hindi, I spoke to him in Hindi. I asked him why so many people are there sitting on the reserved coach without ticket
                    He said till Salem this is unreserved coach thats why and i told him it is very congested so please ask the people to go to unreserved coach. he said OK OK in an sarcastic way
                    Apart from me and other 3 people who had ticket, he did not even ask tickets from other people. Also he did not ask them to move out, he was casually chatting with them
                    Also point to note, he was not wearing his name badge and I could not note down his name. It clearly showed that he got money from the other passengers and left us to suffer till we reached Coimbatore.
                    My questions are
                    - in day train, is there any rule that patients only should sleep
                    - How come in a place reserved for 8 people, 15 people can sit and enjoy without having even unreserved ticket

                      This is Nilesh from Lonavla.
                      Working in a private sector company as a engineer in Chinchwad,Pune.
                      For my service,I am travelling daily by Lonavla - Pune Local.
                      As like me there are many peoples who travells with me to Chinchwad for job.

                      Morning time of the Local from Lonavla is 7.35 am which takes 1 hr. to reach to Chinchwad station.
                      That means it reaches to Chinchwad daily at 8.35 am.
                      Timing of the offices of all the peoples are 8.30am and as i said above, Local reaches to station at 8.35 am.
                      Because of this timing all the peoples are joining their office about 9.00 am which inturns making delay to join the office.
                      And the same case happening in the evening also.
                      Evening time of Pune -Lonavla local at chinchwad is 5.47 pm.
                      To catch this local everyone has to make hurry because leaving time of offices are 5.30 pm.

                      This is the practcal situation of all the peoples while doing up and down

                      In short on behalf of all the peoples travelling by train , I am requesting you to please change the time table of these two locals only.

                      If you make morning time at 7.20 am from Lonavla and evening time at 5.55 pm from Chinchwad then everything will be fine. Everyone will reach in time at offices as well as at home also.

                      requesting you to please consider this complaint and make the necessary changes as soon as possible.

                        I had been to Medhipatnam (Hyderabad) reservation counter to pick up a reservation form so as to not waste time tomorrow morning when I needed to book a tatkal ticket. People in that particular complex told me that the particular complex's watchman has a list wherein you will have to give you name and that people will be let into the complex in the morning according to that list in the morning (which apparently opens at 6:30 a.m.). I was surprised and happy as to not have to spend the whole night there (which I have done on 3 previous occasions and ended up being 20th or 25th in the list no matter how early i reached that complex, although I had wondered about a particular set of share-auto drivers being first on the queue and then receiving some money from people when they hand over the ticket). However, when I asked the watchman he denied having any list (which I had seen on my previous visit) and then after playing dumb for another half hour he slowly asked me where I intended to travel and then wanted to know what my Tatkal charges would be. I told him I was traveling to Tirupur and my charges were somewhere around 300. Then, he asked me to produce my ID proof which I thought was some measure taken to bid adieu to agents who were misusing the system and showed him the same. I was asked to go to an Xerox center in the basement of the same complex and get it xeroxed. On producing the same, he cooly took out a reservation form from his pocket and started filling out my details -- I was so lucky people are so friendly here... Then came the worst part, once the form was in order, he asked me for Rs. 300 extra. When I asked him why, he replied cooly, Bhai, if you go through the counter you will have to pay 450 extra... I am just asking for 300 which is Rs. 300, I am saving you 150 na (in Hindi)?

                        This is the time my mind told me whatever I have been suspecting all these days is true... Auto driver + watchman + counter clerk nexus....

                        I walked out of that bloody place... I would rather pay a private carrier whose pricing is transparent.

                        Best of all, I had actually booked an online ticket 1-1/2 months back, the status of which is currently 90 RAC.

                        i have travelled train no 2695 from erodeto changanachery 29/02/08.after taking general ticket and seeing seats are vaccant in sleeper class i have approached tte to convert it to sleeper class .first he shouted and after taking 105+150(bribe) he has given me the ticket it was in s8 my general ticket no was[protected] from erode an receipt no was y 631066.i was surprised to see that from that station only he has collected more than 1200 extra as bribe.similar thing happen when 6 o[censored]s travelled in same train . same tte has taken 750 extraotherthan normal charges..
                        I travelled between Nagpur and Balharsha by train No 2722 Daxin Express on 06.06.2008 by ticket no. 17119100 PNR No. [protected]. My ticket was in waiting list no. 25. I board in coach in S4 and requested the TTE to alloat me a seat but TTE has not alloted me seat instead of it he sold seats to the other passangers who were not having proper ticket of sleeper class. He sold seats by Rs. 200 each in front of me. I requested him so many times but he did not respond and continue selling seats. he asked Rs. 200 from me also and not agreed to give any receipt and I was forced to do my journy in standing beside the toilet. Kindly do the needful.

                        Myself Titu kurien. I am a student. On[protected] i was travelling from eranakulam to bangalore on 6525 island express.i have a ticket but it is waiting list. The last quata was at coiambatore. New TTE joined from there.i asked for a berth, but they told that all are fill.i sat down on floor near to toielt. That time one TTE came and told that to give Rs100 to another TTE who is waiting on another compartment.i went there when i gave 50 he made angry on me and behaved at me like am a dog. Here i am rembering that i am a consumer who paid money to travel . Again i sat down on the same place near to toielt. That time another TTE came and told that give money then he will give berth. I was wondering that he showed his hand like a beggar and saying give money . He also asked Rs100. Half of the journey already travelled.so i told i will adjust here only.nw its time 12.30 am writing this after all this incident. Now am on train on the same place. Seats and berths are still vacant. I have a valid ticket which i can sleep on that vacant berth. With that ticket am sitting near to toielt, I AM A CONSUMER WITHOUGT RIGHTS. Let them collect bribes . Let them beg for bribe. Thank you

                        To whom so ever it may concern,

                        On date 10th June, 2013 i had to travel from Vadodara to Valsad.

                        Due to lack of availability of tickets i took an (advance) general ticket [SERIAL[protected]] and got into 12990 - AJMER-DADAR EXPRESS in AC III compartment.

                        I went to the T.T.E. (who was not wearing his badge) and explained him the urgency of my visit and the fact that i could not produce a valid ticket. I requested him to make a receipt of fine and extra fare as per the policy.

                        He agreed and asked me to pay Rs. 410 while making the receipt. Receipt No. - R 243246.

                        I paid him a Rs. 500 note and asked for the change, to which he readily denied saying that THEY DIDN'T GET ANYTHING. Asked me to go to my birth and sleep. I insisted, to only being told that normally he would take 200-300, but since i asked for a receipt so i had to pay just Rs. 90.

                        I don't have the name of the official as he was not wearing a badge but i believe under given details are sufficient to trace the guy and to take strict action against him. I, as a consumer is not suppose to pay bribe for paying the legal fine. This is complete harassment of my rights and i firmly believe that strict action shall be taken against the culprit.

                          i appreciate the indian railway which has given best aminities to the indian passengers whether in urban and rural areas.But some employees given bad impression to the employer.i live in giridih district of jharkhand state,mohalla-pacchamba,i always go to station regarding booking of reser vation tickets, unreserved tickets and also for enquiry,but unfotunately i always get that not a singal staff of booking office and station masters,electric staffs be availabe after going grd-mdp local passenger train,this is their habit,and because of it we passengers ever face major problems.when we want to enquire about any train then it seems that no one is available in station manager office.when i try to know about the fact, then grade d staff says that what will i do',when station supretendent and booking supervisors fled away to make their attendance,' then we are just iv class staff. when grd-mdp passenger train goes back to madhupur, then booking clercks close the windows and go to their railway quarter or house,if any one wants unreserved ticket the n they say vigorously, tkt counter is closed , come after 2 hrs or 1 hrs, concession ticket booked at only particular counter.staffs are available but no provision of peak counter at giridih station. when we passenger go to station supretendent office to lodge their complain, then staffs says ss himself comes after 2 or three days and make his attendence,then what will he do? so i am depressed with the system of railways,kindly give ur serious attention towards giridih station.

                            problem is that Indian Railway allow same birth to other passenger on same date and his
                            destination is Nazibabad to Ludhiana

                            we both are in trouble and some fight to each other.....there are no Ticket Checker (from nazibabad) to solve this problem. But very shamefull for Indian Railway who take the money from both passenger for one seat.

                            there are so many problems with the passengers which i have seen many time...

                              I was traveling by Indian Railways Train no.15722 / Paharia Express from New Jalpaiguri to Mecheda on 10/02/2012. I am a woman and was traveling alone in Coach No.S-8 & berth no.56 under PNR no.[protected] & mine was an E-ticket. I was subjected to the following harassments:
                              1) There was no TTE in the Coach throughout the journey. Even nobody came to check my ticket. There were numbers o[censored]nauthorised passengers in the coach next to the toilets, due to which it was not possible for me to go to the toilet.
                              2) There was no security personnel also throughout the journey.
                              3) The train was running late by 05 hours which added to miseries of a lone woman like me in the train.

                              Note:Indian Railways is adding 100s of train every year but the trains run late almost always.

                                Hi I went to Pune station today morning ( 10/02/2012) to book a ticket from Pune To Surat in Tatkal in Indore Pune express for 11/02/2012.
                                At ticket counter I was not aware of id proof xerox required for tatkal reservation, looking at my unawareness the Booking assistant SUBROTO BANIK
                                at Window-8 commented " JAO noice board padh ke aao.. na jaane kaha kaha se aa jate hai Padhe-likhe" .. I requested you please book tkt I will get id proof xerox.. its in my vehicle.. but he refused.. At same Time d person before me had same issue but he booked tkt for him though he gave him xerox later... I dont know the reason for discrimination..
                                Again when I returned n handed him xerox he asked me to again get in queue.. When I requested "boss abhi aaya tha", he shouted " TOH KYA COUNTER KHARID LIYA THA KYA"
                                Again When my no in queue after long wait, a guy interrupted for he has gone to other counter for some formality and returned for reservation he dint asked him to get him into queue, like he asked me, again partiality.

                                I am very annoyed with his misbehaviour. And want a strict action against such officers at Indian Railways. I could have missed my TATKAL reservation because of his such attitude.

                                  Re: Complaint against Ticket Examiner

                                  Complainant is a permanent resident of Buldhana, Maharashtra. The complainant is a farmer and doing agriculture by profession. During the course to meet the son’s residing in thane city, the complainant used to have been visited Thane frequently.

                                  It is submitted that to return to the rural village the complainant has reserved a ticket through his son help at 07/02/2012 around 9.30 AM. As the complainant son was unaware about the new tatkal rules, The person at ticket counter no 09 of thane reservation office directed him to bring ID proof zerox on which the complainants son has given his own ID proof .The person at ticket counter no 9 without any further enquiry attached the ID proof zerox with the ticket requisition form and provided the reserved /confirmed ticket to the complainant son.

                                  It is further submitted that during commencing the journey on 08/02/2012 the complainant and his accompanies where traveling with there personal ID proof, At kalyan station the Ticket Examiner of Sleeper bogie no 6 asked the complainant to show the ticket. The complainant showed his Reservation cum confirmed ticket to the ticket examiner. As the PAN card number as identity proof printed on the tatkal ticket was not the complainant identity proof number. The Ticket Examiner started to prepare receipt on the alleged ground that the complainant was traveling without ticket and asked for the fine of Rs.1670/-. By producing the complainant identity, the Complainant tried his level best to convince the Ticket Examiner and requested to allow to commence the journey to the designated station .Meanwhile the Ticket Examiner was so adamant that he urges the complainant to leave the train at next station if the complainant failed to give him the fine. Which compelled the complainant to give The Ticket Examiner the amount of Rs. 500/- illegally to settle the dispute. As the complainant who is farmer by profession was not carrying the asked monetary with him and the complainant was also a complying with two ladies as it will be fatal if the complainant leaved the train in wee hours. It is pertinent to note that a police constables traveling in the same bogie was watching the complainant sympathetically.

                                  Prayer:

                                  On the facts and in the circumstances mentioned above, the complainant most humbly seek the following remedy from this Hon’ble Authority:
                                  1.To direct the Ticket Examiner for refund of Rs.500/- as collected illegally;

                                  2.To grant Rs. 5000/- towards compensation;

                                  3.The refund may please be collected from the personal account of the culprit ticket examiner;

                                  4. Any other remedy as may deem fit by this authority in the interest of justice.

                                    I am a daily passenger of Eastern Railway Sealdah division. Every morning I catch Local Train Naihati-Sealdah (No. 31420 down) from Ichapur. Approximately 4/5 days out of 6 day in a week it comes 15/20 minutes late while other trains at that time runs almost in time. While entering Barrackpore station, the train (31420) stops at red signal. After that one LIMITED STOP Train passes and 31420 get pushed behind the LIMITED STOP Train. The train become crowded for late. We are viewing this jugglery almost everyday. Now, will Eastern Railway please explain the reason behind it? Have they any solution so that we can get rid of this painful journey?

                                    dankuni -sealdah local 8.44 am time at dankuni maximum day delay run. so very problem take place, now a days friquently late running of train, bad situation in my factory, previous train leave at danduni at 7.40am, ie, 1 hours before, please chech out the problem, ex[protected] due arrival-9.28, actual arrival-9.55 today at sealdah
                                    In sealdah division all the train's run in abnormal late. Mostly the train of Bangaon section doesn't maintain any time table.

                                      Me and my family travelled from Kannur to Kottayam on AC 2 tier - Malabar Express, Train # 16630 only to be welcomed by enumerable bed bugs that needless to say kept us awake the whole night. I caught 5 of them running through the white bed sheets provided to us. My daughter (5yrs) wouldn't take her hands off scratching all over her body. It was a pathetic journey and what a relief was it to get down at Kottayam finally at 4:50 early morning.

                                      Please please do something to improve the situation rather than implementing the 4 month advance ticket reservation.

                                        I was travelling from Gwalior (MP) to Katni(MP) in MP sampark kranti dt.[protected], Berth No.-17 & 20 Coach No.-S1. I have to change train to shahdol from katni station there I have lost my bag (blue colored small shaving Kit type) having 2 Pan drives with important official data and Bluetooth headset, Some medicines etc.

                                        I have seen that bag in train while unlocking my luggage to leave the train. I have contacted GRP person but no satisfactory result obtained.

                                        I just want want my pan drives back & ready to give some reward for this.
                                        If anybody can help please...........
