ATVM Not Working and Need proper response in the ticket counter

Dear Sir/Madam,

Complaint -1:

I am Chaitanya Vinnakota, Staying near to Borabanda Railway Station. Daily I used to go to office by MMTS from Borabanda to Begumpet by 10:10 AM. I have Smart ATVM Card which i was using from the last 5 months. But the problem is ATVM's are not working correctly in the Morning Hours. Then what is the purpose of taking the Smart Card avoiding queue system at the ticket counter....

Suggestions for Railways REVENUE(PROFIT)

Reference to my complaint for Train No. 59723( RE HSR PASS) from Rewari (07:15) to Hisar. This train reach Loharu at 09:02 and from Loharu (52084 LHU JP PASS) leave by 08:30 for Chirawa, Jhunjunu, Navalgarh, Sikar etc. So many people from Delhi to Sikar wants to go by this train to the above location. Mange only 15-15 minuts from both side and tried to keep link between both if possible. Route is as follow:

Irresponsible TTR behavior

On Sunday (Feb 12, 2012) , I travelled from Salem to Coimbatore in West Coast express with my 53 year old mother and 4 yr old kid.

I had been to Medhipatnam (Hyderabad) reservation counter to pick up a reservation form so as to not waste time tomorrow morning when I needed to book a tatkal ticket. People in that particular complex told me that the particular complex's watchman has a list wherein you will have to give you name and that people will be let into the complex in the morning according to that list in the morning (which apparently opens at 6:30 a.m.)....

Lost bag with Important data

After validity refused to recharge the Smart card

compensation

onl my request, in-charge of parcel loading told me that in next 7 days, your parcel(bike) will be reached in ahmedabad junction parcel department and u don't need to check with this Pune Railway station parcel loading but check at destination after week.
As per in-chage's advice and no any rules/guidance...
