Kya monthly pass me ek din time nhi hota ticket banwane ka?

My Parents were travelling from Chapra to Ranchi in 15028 Maurya express, Their PNR No was Pnr -[protected] . The 2nd AC Coach attendant gave used bed sheet to passengers,when they asked for complaint book he said he doesn't have one. The lavatory was unclean as there was no water as well. fraud in tatkal reservation

Sir/Madam ,
I am a citizen of Jamshedpur . According to tatkal reservation rule tatkal reservation should be open one day before the journey date . But today dated 27/11/2011 the tatkal tickets of 29/11/2011 has been already booked and showing waiting 70 or 80 in almost all the trains running to Mumbai rout .
So kindly look at the matter seriously

Waiting List Ticket Has been Charged and not refunded

While booking the ticket whenever the option of "At least one lower berth" or "At least two lower berth" is checked, it always fail and have to opt for any choice.
