TTE asks bribe to allot empty seats

Train no 12801 (purushottam express; puri-new delhi )

Upon asking the TTE for allotment of empty seats, the TTE asked for a bribe of Rs. 500 in exchange of seat.

Mistake in reserved ticket by booking clerk

I got a ticket reserved for my wife and son yesterday at Extension Booking counter at CBRI , Roorkee.My son whose age is 12 years has erroneously been shown as Female in the ticket. When contacted today, the booking clerk says that we cant do any thing now. The journey is scheduled for 22 June 11. What should i do?

I need the guidance as well as a compensatory action against the error which has caused me...

Too few trains to Vijayawada from Bangalore

Hello Sir,
There are too few trains starting from Bangalore to Vijaywada. There is a huge demand for such trains especially starting in the evening hours. There is currently one train at 7:00 PM which is Yeshwantpur-Howrah express. It's almost impossible to get a berth in this train. You should be the first/second person in the queue to get a seat in this train i.e. you should be in the queue at 4:00 AM. Even all the bus services...

I have filed TDR on 29 Dec 2010 and my PNR No. is [protected] and almost 6 months has passed and till date I have not got my refund. The procedure says the money will be refunded within 90 days but here more than 180 days has passed.

Loss due to wrong data from IVSR

Mismanagement of Pune Local Trains

Commuters standing on gate not allowing to board the train

I stay at bhayender and daily i found it difficult to board the trains cumming from virar, we can apparently see the space inside the compartment but the commuters standing on gate not allowing to board the train in the morning peak hours, they kick us if we try to forcefully get inside..
