my family -my mother age 55 , father 58 and my wife with new born kids 2 month were at begusarai station to catch the train 12505 north east express to reach tundla agains PNR NO [protected] .
we have 2 tier AC ticket and as per standard rule ac coach stopped at opposite to rest room of AC passengers. we were at rest room and come to the plateform as we listen the announcement.we did not find any indication of coach location at plateform.we have six no of bags along with us.AC coach stopped 50 meter beyond the plateform range means first we have to cross the plateform which was 60 meter and again we have to walk further 50 meter on pebbles in night if we miss then we can get injured. on the track . as usual you know there is a lot of litter and excretion of human lying at the pebbles.
my family in hurry ride in the train at coach no S3 . they travelled inside the train to reach AC coach but again they found that shutter was closed and no body has opened the shutter despite TT has give confirmation that you ride in Sleeper coach and i will open the shutter , my family spent one hour by standing near the toilet in sleeper class but i paid the money for AC class . this is the treatment of railaway AC class passenger.
i request railway to make ride easy in trains, first there should be coach location indication at palteform as usual we see in big plateform. and driver should stop the train at the plateform because at that time he was the best judge despite of indication if driver will not stop the train there is no meaning of indication .

    I asked one Ticket Booking Officer name Bhola working at new delhi paharganj railway station his contact number is (+91-[protected]) to book my Ticket for Gorakhpur. He said the charges of Sleeper Ticket for 1 person is Rs.-1000/-. He is charging (Rs 700 to 1500) extra apart from the ticket charges.Please take some strict action against these officers.

    Sir,
    I am a defence employee. Generally I use CV and Railway Warrnats while travelling on official visits and leave.

    At reservation center Gandhinagar (Gujarat), the supervisor denied me reservation while booking my ticket on CV from Ahmedabad to Kanpur Via Delhi. He further informed that since it is a long route i cannot avail reservation from Ahmedabad to Kanpur via Delhi.

    Further, i availed same reservation on CV from Ahmedabad resrevation center.

    Sir, it is requested to intimate policy on the subject. Also, necessary action may please be taken so that other people do not face such problems in future.

    Here by with I would like to submit my complaint against make a "Excess Fare Ticket".

    We had Journey on 12/02/2010 from Vapi to Vadodara from 2925 Paschim Express train with ticket no. 59444881. We had ticket of 2nd class super fast for two adults Rs.136/-. We had took ticket from Vapi Railway Station window no. 3. (R3312 12/02/2010 13:28)

    Due to heavy rush and near engine side no any general coach we had started our journey in S7 Sleeper Coach. After Some time one Ticket Checker came and asked for show our ticket. We show our ticket then he said for give penalty. We agreed for pay penalty.

    He made Excess Fare Ticket as a penalty for journey in S7 Sleeper Coach through 2 nd class Super fast ticket.
    Fare Rs.560/- + Excess Fare Rs.500/- = Total Amount Rs.1060/- for two person journey in S7 Sleeper Coach from Vapi to Vadodara. Excess Fare Ticket No. K295454

    So, we are surprised for to much penalty.

    Dear Sir please justify on this matter please give me reply about the penalty was correct or not.

    I would like to inform you that my railway reservation from DLI(Delhi) to SLN (Sultanpur) of 12 Aug 2011 has not been completed due to such inconvenience issue from irctc.co.in.

    I reserved a ticket at 12.43p.m. on 14/03/2012 from Railway Reservation Counter, Guwahati. My ticket no was GHYC[protected], PNR No.[protected], coach No.S2, Seat No.-34, and Berth-MB. My reservation was from Guwahati to Jorhat Town. But when I take possession of my seat, then I came to know that the same Seat no.34 was allotted to another passenger. He had a ticket in his hand for the same seat which is reserved for me. He was traveling from Guwahati to Dimapur. His Ticket No. was 30257092, PNR No[protected]. He also reserved his ticket from Railway Reservation Counter, Guwahati at 18.39 pm on 15/03/2012. For this technical fault of reservation counter, both o[censored]s had suffered mentally and physically whole night. We also informed T.T who came to check our ticket about the matter but the T.T. failed to give us any solution. Due to the negligence of Railway Dept. we the both passengers had to face tremendous harassment and trouble. How is it possible to reserve the same seat to two different passengers?

      We travelled to Haridwar on 17.07.11 and from Haridwar on 25.07.11 by Utkal Express (18477 & 18478) respectively. There was no mobile charging points in any of the sleeper class coaches out of ten, of both the trains. Perhaps, now a days mobile has become a necessity for the persons below poverty line also. Hence, this is quite unfortunate,painful abd shamefull. We therefore, request you to initiate immediate steps with Railway Authority to provide atleast 4 mobile charging point in all the coaches.

      Indian Railway (East Coast) — Supply of below standard and less quantity of food.

      Sir,
      We travelled to Haridwar on 17.07.1 and from Haridwar on 25.07.11 by Utkal Express (18477 & 18478) respectively. On both the way we were provided less quantity of rice, burnt paratha and same paneer curry prepared for lunch was provided in dinner also. As my coach was adjacent to pentry car, I could change my burnt paratha. But this is not possible by the passangers of other coaches. We therefore request you to kindly take care of this type of cheating and please specify the standard and quantity of food to be supplied in Utkal Express.

        we (18 persons) travelled from ratlam to mumbai central on 23/07/2011 by train no 12956 jaipur mumbai central superfast express in coach B1 to B5. the bed lenin given to us as well as other passengers was soiled and was being reused. my blanket smelled o[censored]rine and was also wet which clearly indicates that it was not clean.some blankets were torn.the bed sheets were soiled, not ironed,shabbly folded which indicates that they were used on the previous journey.the napkins were torn & not in usable condition.a person sitting with the railway police threathened us of trouble if we complained or demanded action,in front of the police.over and above the TC requested us to cooperate as it was INDIA & not a foriegn country where we could demand better services.we lodged a complaint in book no T 28 B/R 4 no 01 with the TC on the train but doubt that any action will be taken.

          1) Every local train in Bandel Katwa section, specially 37916 Down Katwa-Howrah Local and 37925 Up Howrah-Katwa Local is running 25-30 minutes late every day.
          2) Unnecessary delayed in Samudragarh and Guptipara station with out any crossing.
          3) The train having no 37753 Up Bandel-Katwa local (Bandel Departure 19:45) is not given stoppage at Bishnupriya Halt Station.
          Your early action is highly solicited.

            I reached Coimbatore with my wife from Bangalore at 12:15 midnight.
            Absolutely there is not a single porter to carry my lugguage.
            I took the items of my lugguage one by one from the platform
            keeping my wife at the platform to keep a watch on the items while
            I shifted my lugguage one after the other from the platform to
            the cab in waiting at the car parking lot.
            If the Station master can not take care of this then why can not
            IRCTC provide some lugguage trollys.
            Coimbatore is one station which suffers due to shortage of porter
            not only at midnight but even during day times.

              Dear Sir,
              SUB: FIR for theft on train no 12577

              This is to bring to your kind attention about theft on board Train No 12577 Train name - Darbhanga Bangalore (Bagmati) express on journey dated July 12, 2011. I along with two co- passengers Pratibha Sharan and Manju Sharan were travelling from Samastipur Junction to Bangalore Cantonment, having boarded the train no12577 on July 12, 2011. During the journey, near station Mugalsaria and Mirzapur, our hand bags (Camel Brown and Black in color Medium Size) having the items mentioned below were stolen from AC2 coach no A1 berth no 37,38 and 41( PNR Number [protected])on July 12 night 1.00 am when we were sleeping. When we noticed this, we wanted to report this incident to TTE and attendant in the night around 1.00 am, but the respective TTE and attendant refused to take FIR and instead advised to deboard from the train at next station which was Mirzapur and inform the incident to GRPF. Amongst shock due to theft, we were not provided support by TTE and attendant to register our incident.
              Also TTE removed his name plate and when we asked the name he told his name is Mr. Bundel and the name of the Attendant is Mukund Jha.
              At this juncture having reached at Bangalore station, I request to register this incident and take appropriate steps to recover our stolen hand bags with keys and document. I am attaching the copy of the travel ticket for your reference.

              Indian Railways — Berths sold for black by railway TTE

              I was to travel by 2101 Jnaneswari Sup Dlx from Rourkela to howrah on 03.11.2007 (General counter tkt no. X[protected]. There was heavy rush. When TTE persons were approached in the last room of the building at Rourkela stn on platform 1, blankly a huge amount was being told and only then berth would be given. Before the train has entered Rourkela, the junior TTE at rourkela station was fixing up customers for 3AC and 2AC at Rs.800 to Rs. 1000 per berth after talking to the TTE. Is this a sincere approach towards indian railways that the employees are showing. No receipt was also given. No TTE disturbed me for the entire journey. It was 100% clear that 3-4 TTEs has divided the money amongst themselves. Demanding a receipt would have costed still more. Passengers with general tkts approaching the TTE after arrival of train were not entertained since clients already were being fixed beforehand. IT IS CLEAR THAT HAVING A W/L OR LAST MOMENT TICKET IS A CURSE FOR PASSENGERS BOARDING AT REMOTE LOCATIONS.

              Railways — Theft in Train to bangalore

              Hello Sir,
              I am travelling by Train number T6505 on 18th August boarded Vadodara junction in the 2nd AC compartment. My purse got stolen sometime at around 3 am near Pune. I will be reaching yestwantpur station only tommorow morning 4 am in bangalore.Please help me get my purse.

              Uttar Pradesh and Indian Railways — Theft on running trains in Uttar Pradesh

              I Niraj Kumar resident Vijayawada Ph : [protected]. Am I in a state of shock and anxiety as my 84 years old mother has boarded Tamil Nadu express at 10:30pm on 27th Jan 2011 in Ac 2 tyer-A1 seat #1 compartment from New Delhi early morning today at 8:00am she found her hand bag missing which contains her spects heart related medicine Jewelery ATM, cell phone cards pension accounts and gifts for grand children. And she is at the mercy of follow passengers can you help her by providing medicine at Nagpur station at 2:15 pm. I will be thankful for the act. This is a act of shame for Indian railways, Railway police and concern authorities. I have my doubts that the authorities have booked a complaint
              I was traveling in train No. 12321/Howrah-Mumbai Mail from Howrah to Koderma boarded the train on 26th October 2012 under PNR No. [protected] in coach No. B-2 Seat No.50 (middle berth with some realtives in seat no.B2 49, 52, 55 )The ticket was booked through IRCTC website.

              I lost my Laptop Bag Black Colour between or at station Asansol and Dhanbad.
              I have a strong feeling that some of the train attendents are engaged in this theft, Also there are some passengers invoved who board the train at dhanbad in seat no.B2-51, 54.I had already lodge the FIR with TTE(Copy attached).


              Lugguge contained the following main and important items/articles apart from other things kept in it as per my remembrance is concerned:

              1. Dell Laptop(charger, Mouse, Head phones)-Model No.T541006INB Inspiron 14R, Service Tag No.GDCB7BS
              2. ATM, Credit Cards, Check books-ICICI, HDFC, Bank of India, Punjab National Bank
              3. PAN Card(No.AWJPK1817A), Driving Licence
              4. MTS data card, Two Pendrives(Mosebear), Medical card(FHPL)
              5.Wallet-cash having 2000 Rs approx

              The above are the main articles among other things which were kept in my BAG. I presume and after considering the views of my co-passengers in the compartment that my luggage was stolen during midnight sleeping time between or at Asansol and Dhanbad stations. I was advised by the concerned TTE (Named Mr.N.Singh)to lodge a FIR with Form available with him with very casual approach stated by him that"Nothing will happen to lodge an FIR and forget averything".

              Also, No GRP guards are available in the train during the journey.It shall be really insecure to travel without any GRP guards and it is unevitable that this type of theft happens in 3rd AC boggie


              I hereby request to take suitable steps ASAP to recover my stolen luggage and kindly intimate to my above address and to my mobile No. [protected] immediately for which act of kindness I will be ever grateful to you and your department.

              Please inform the current status also, and action taken till date...

              This is so shocking!As Mr.Kumar Ashok Sharan mentioned because the same incident at approximately same time occured with my parents..My mom n dad were travelling on train no 12577 from patna to banglore station A1 seat no 13, 14..they boarded the train at 9pm on 15/01/13 .at around 1 am on 16/01/13 while my mom was sleeping, her handbag was stolen tat carried 60, 000 cash and some gold jewellery..my dad lodged fir ..but its indian railways responsibility to reimburse us for our loss..n m shocked tat with Mr.Sharan the same incidence happened..
              HANDBAG WAS STOLEN AND GOLD, MOBILE AND CASH WORTH AROUND 2 LACS WERE STOLEN WHILE TRAVELLING FROM NEW DELHI TO MUMBAI IN 12952 RAJDHANI EXPRESS ON THE 14TH OF OCTOBER AT AROUND 0300 HRS. NO GRP IN TRAIN HENCE NOBODY TO CHECK. FIR LODGED AT MUMBAI CENTRAL GRP STATION WHICH WAS LATER TRANSFERRED TO BARODA GRP AS VALUABLES WERE LOST AT AROUND THAT STATION.
              A SUSPICIOUS MAN WAS SPOTTED BY A CO PASSENGER WITH A TORCH IN HAND WEARING CHECK SHIRT AT AROUND SAME TIME LOOKING AROUND IN ALL THE COACH WHILE WE WERE FAST ASLEEP . TRIED LOOKING FOR HIM BUT COULD NOT LOCATE AFTER THEFT HAPPENED.HE MIGHT HAVE LEFT TRAIN AT BARODA STATION WITH STOLEN GOODS.
              IF CCTV FOOTAGE CAN BE CHECKED OF BARODA STATION WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO LOCATE THE THIEF LEAVING STATION
              THIEF CAN BE LOCATED VIA THE IMEI NO. OF MOBILE IF PUT ON SERVEILENCE WHENEVER THE MOBILE IS USED, THE THIEF CAN BE LOCATED. IMEI NO. IS [protected]
              IT IS A REGULAR FEATURE TO HAVE THEFTS IN RAJDHANI AND SHATABDI TRAINS AS THERE IS NO GRP AND MOREOVER THE CONFIDENCE AND FEELING OF SECURITY WOULD MAKE ANY PASSENGER FEEL SAFE AND SECURE.
              ALL THE STAFF INCLUDING TTE SHOULD THEIR HELPLESSNESS IN LOCATING THE LOST GOODS AS THEY FEAR ACTION BY THEIR HIGHER AUTHORITIES IF THEY TRY AND SEARCH A SUSPICIOUS CHARACTER.
              PLS TAKE THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY AS IT HAMPERS THE CONFIDENCE OF MILLIONS OF PASSENGERS ON TO THE RAILWAYS TO PROVIDE THEM FEELING OF SAFETY AND SECURITY.

              My mother was travelling from mumbai to jaipur on 12th feb 2017 in Duranto express. Someone has stolen her purse around 3 to 4 am between Ratlam and Baroda. She complained that in running train. There was 4 phones in her bag but RPF is not able to trace a single sim or may b they are not doing it.. I found so many complain like this and between the same stations... Why are then they are not searching them... Please help us

                I have filed a TDR on 28th Dec 2010 and til date I have not got any refund.
                Also on top of that I got a CCM regrate saying.
                I called a lot of people and everybody forwarded me to other.

                  MY MOTHER HAD TO COME TO PATIALA FROM PURANI DILLI RAILWAY STATION. FOR THIS SHE WAS ALREADY HAVING HER TICKET RESERVERD FROM DLI TO PTA IN 14731 DLI BTI EXPRESS TRAIN. COOLIE MADE HER SIT IN THE WRONG TRAIN HAVING THE SAME NAME INTERCITY EXPRESS. SHE REACHED ABOHAR.TICKET COLLECTOR ALSO CHECKED HER TICKET AND SIGNED IT. IS INDIAN RAILWAYS HIRING ILLITERATE TICKET COLLECTORS? ARE THEY BLIND THAT THEY COULD EVEN CHECK THE TICKETS OF THE PASSENGERS TRAVELLING. DO THEY NOT HAVE TONGUES TO TELL THE PASSENGERS THAT THEY HAVE CAUGHT A WRONG TRAIN. WHAT CAN BE DONE NOW?? NOTHING! WHOZ AFFECTED?? INDIAN GOVERNMENT? NO! TICKET COLLECTOR?? OBVIOUSLY NOT!                     I am here to voice out a 4 seperate incidents at the parking premises of bangalore city and yeshwantpur railway stations.

                    Scene I: Bangalore Railway Station:

                    I had hired a tempo traveller (tt) to drop a few of my relatives to the bangalore railway station on 8th july. We had to make 2 trips to the railway station because of the number of relatives. We were charged rs. 100 per drop as parking fee. A total of rs. 200 was collected from us by the parking authorities. The parking fee mentioned on the ticket given to us was rs. 50. When we protested the personnel dressed in plain clothes yelled back at us. We DID not pursue the matter as we were in a hurry.

                    We returned to bangalore city on 11th morning at 5 am. The same tt had come back to pick us up. This time a traffic cop who was on duty collected the extra amount. His explanation was that this is because the railway department has set these rules.

                    Scene II: Yeshwantpur Railway station
                    another set of relatives arrived at the yeshwantpur railway station on 12th morning. I waited at the portico with about 10 people who had come. The same tempo traveller came to pick us up. This time a woman dressed in what appeared to be uniform coat, gave us a ticket of rs. 50 and demanded rs. 100. When asked to give us a rs. 100 ticket she called another person (I think he was her supervisor). He made rude and harsh demands and asked us pay up. His explanation was that tts are not allowed on the porticos and a fine of 750 had to be payed by me. I had to let the tt move and stayed back to find out more about this. In this time, a traffic police joined the supervisor and told me that this is an "adjustment" as they are trying to help me from not paying the fine. When I asked for the ticket for the fine and the rules not being displayed on the premises, they had a heated argument with me. I was outnumbered and was bullied into paying the extra 50 rs.
                    Same loot repeated that night as the same tt went to drop off the passengers at yeshwantpur railway station.

                    While I was waiting I noticed that all people who came to drop their kins were being harrassed and victimised by these people. I demand that strict action be taken against them and help a lot of citizens in the process.

                      Dear sir,

                      I was travelling with my cousin brother, cousin brothers"s wife and my bua ( my father's sister) by train no. 11077 , coach no. S9, berth 17,18,19,30 . from Pune to Delhi.on 30/06/2011. As soon as the train started at Railway Station Burhan Pur around 3.00AM someone has snatched the purse through the window of the coach and ran away. We were panic and tried to search for the Railway police and TT but we could not found them.in coach .The purse has valuables of around Rs.1 lac along with cash and Mobile Phone.

                      Please look into the matter.

                      MYSELF ASHOK KUMAR GULATI AND MY WIFE MRS SAVITA GULATI WENT TO DELHI TO ATTEND SOME FUNCTION..THROUGH INTERCITY FROM MALOUT TO DELHI..THROUGH INTERCITY EXPRESS VIDE TICKET NO:11459 AND 19520 ON 07TH DEC, 08 .ON THE DELHI RAILWAY STATION ITSELF SOMEBODY SNACHTED THE PURSE ..WHICH INCLUDES CELL PHONE, PAN CARD OF MY WIFE, DIARY, FEW GOLD ORNAMENTS AND CASH...THIS ARE HARD EARNED MONEY WHICH ARE BEING SNATCHED AWAY...TOTAL LOSS OF RS 25, 000 .PLZ HELP ME SORT OUT MY PROBLEM AS THE LOSS IS REALLY UNBEARABLE...

                        Please note the following complaints :

                        1) 8.34 am borivali train leaving from Dadar comes before time & hence leads to missing of the train
                        2) Another 8.53 am borivali train leaving from Dadar halts at various places like before Andheri station, after Mahim station & hence the crowd is terrific.
                        3) There is no other Borivali local after the 8.53 till another 20 minutes & hence this leads to a huge no. of crowds & pushing when getting down at Goregaon station.
                        4) Many women fell from the train before the train halts at Goregaon, as the crowd is uncontrollable.

                        Request the Railway Members to please increase the local for Borivali after 8.53 am one.

                        Hope the same will be resolved at the earliest. This is a genuine request from one of the passenger travelling daily.

                          I travelled by 14034 - Jammu Mail, in first class on 3rd July 2011. I was so excited to be travelling by first class since this was my first time. This was an overnight journey and lo! I got bitten by bed bugs all over. We managed to kill three of them but god knows how many more were there. This is ridiculous. I think this will also be the last time I would travel by first class

                            Railways has many ways to cheat people. It is because most of the people are culprits from top to bottom only moneys works. Normal people are fools and no one dares to raise voice against these fraudster.

                            I have booked 4 E ticket between Mumbai Central to Ahmedabad on 20th APRIL 2011 with PNR No [protected] for AC Chair Car in Shatabdi Express where my booking status was CKWL 31,32,33,34 where only passenger 1 was confirmed and rest 3 tickets were cancelled automatically due to WL status & E-Ticket. After that I Have filled TDR for refund on 25th April 2011 which requires 90days time for Verification.

                            So the Reason I got from Railways was

                            "REGRET Dear Customer, With Reference to your PNR No:[protected], we regret to inform you that refund is not admissible as informed by Railways through their letter no : IPC/REGRET/10-11/91/21.6.11/WR and the reason being : 675-WR/38 For W/L Passenger(s) Original NTC (Not-Travelled-Certificate) was not submitted. The case is repudiated. In case you require any further assistance, please mail us at [protected]@irctc.co.in or call us on[protected] With regards, TDR TEAM"

                            To my surprise irctc authority says you haven't took NTC from TT. which was actually duty of TT to give this to travelling person. which was not given and the number mentioned on mail is also ringing no one has time to answer about my refund which is more than 2600Rs.

                            How hopeless people are rulling India and people or any government company which is for the people by the people is not working for them for which they were paid.
                            I am also suffering this problem, kindly suggest what i do?

                              we are looking alot of time in local train - beggar and hinjra (guy or what), they confuse to people thoses are travelling in train, but nobody can't stop to these personalities in running train . begaing , abuse words, throw negitive feeling on people those are not support . everyday they pickup huge collection from local train. no tax on that amount . may be they given some money to govt"s person as like hafta.
                              dhanu to borivili , mostly going on this way.

                              borivili to charuchgate - why they not came, railway department know about all activities but they will wait for any accident related with these type of activities and then after they control.

                              so, plz do some thing and help local train people... poor people .. always going poor....so don't allow to cheat people, plz save poor people pocket...... they cheat poor man feeling in god or other.
                              aware by some progamme on every railway platform.

                                I was travelling with my family from Mathura to Kota in Paschim Express (12926) in 2nd AC. The train was 70minutes late and my wife was suffering from fever. I asked the train attendant (A.K.Dubey) to provide us the bed-sheet, but he said that you have to travel only upto Kota, therefore you would not be given bed sheet and blanket. I asked the conductor to provide the complaint register, but I was not provided. Moreover, the attendant startred abusing and mis-behaving. I suffered badly and my wife got high feverish temperature.                                   This complaint is not against any person but against the delay of train. Actually I travel to my home (Gohana) to Rohtak (My Work place) everyday by 50046 Passanger. The scheduled time of the above train to reach at Gohana is 7:55 am while the arival time of said train is 8:25 to 8:45 daily and it should reach its destination Rohtak near 9:30 to 9:45 daily. Due to this timing we feel very inconvinience to reach office at time and we feel very ashmed. it cover daily near about 100 km (Jind to Rohtak) and consumed time near about 4.5 to 5 hours. you are,therefore, kindly requested to neccessary step to solve our porblum.

                                  Sir I, as a passenger request you to please make such arrangements so that the train reached to its destination on time.

                                    KAMTAUL railway station is in SAMASTIPUR DIVISION of EC RAILWAY .this station provide only one hour prs facility to passenger between 3 pm to 4 pm daily except sunday.So paseenger could not get takal reservation ticket but from this station daily almost 40 to 50 tatkal reservation ticket issue to broker (DALAL).This can be easily verified with hard copy of PRS REPORT .Fortunately when i reached this station on[protected]sunday) I saw a major scam that on duty ASM MUKESH KUMAR VERMA was issuing approx 25 in no tatkal prs ticket to a broker (DALAL) when I opposed him about his activity he abused me and behaving in a rude manner and said JISKO COMPLAIN KARNA HAI KARO MUJHE KISE SE KOI DAR NAHI HAI.And on that day prs system was closed for passengers. I think this is a shame full matter for indian railway for having hiring such ill mannered and scammed people at a public place.Hope you will take immediate and necessary action.                                       MY COMPLAINT LODGED ON YOUR FORUM ON 18TH JUNE 2011

                                      I have booked my hero honda pleasure scooter/ Motorcycle registration no DL 85 an 6029 on 9th june by utkal kalinga express 18478 vide railway receipt number a- 0252790 amount paid rs 1088=00.Booking station - nizamudin booking destination - bilaspur
                                      booked by wmt. Clerk- daulat.

                                      I was suggested to travel in the same train as mandatory requirement of booking the motor cycle. I traveled in the same train & after reaching to bilaspur I requested railway authorities to unload my vehicle from the parcel van / Bogie . But it was opened very late & my vehicle was not unloaded.

                                      Sir I have been continuously approaching bilaspur railway office
                                      for the purpose but till date they have not been able to give proper response / Whereabouts / Delivery of the vehicle. I have been inquiring from cps mr.Deepak karanvey about the above shipment who has been never able to tell when I am going to get
                                      delivery of the vehicle.

                                      I feel helpless & am unable to find solution for it.

                                      I shall request to kindly intervene into the matter & help me getting delivery of my parcel.

                                      FURTHER IN CONTINUATION TO ABOVE--ON 25TH JUNE 2011

                                      PLEASE REFER TO OUR ABOVE COMPLAINT LODGED ON 18.06.11 WE DID NOT GET ANY RESPONSE FROM RAILWAY OFFICE BILASPUR. ON 19TH EVENING WE WERE TOLD THAT MY VEHICLE HAS BEEN RECEIVED ON 13TH JUNE 2011. WHEREAS I HAVE BEEN CONTINUOUSLY PURSUING ON DAILY BASIS AND WAS ALWAYS TOLD THAT MY VEHICLE HAS STILL NOT ARRIVED.
                                      ON 19TH WHEN I WAS TOLD THAT YOUR VEHICLE HAS ARRIVED YOU CAN COLLECT IT FROM BILASPUR OFFICE I WAS TOLD THAT DEM RAGE CHARGES OF RS 168/= PER DAY SHALL BE CHARGED EXTRA FROM DATE OF RECEIPT. I COLLECTED MY VEHICLE ON 21TH JUNE 2011 AND HAD TO PAY RS 1680=00 AS DEM RAGE CHARGES WITH NONE OF MY FAULT.
                                      ON ONE HAND I HAVE RECEIVED MY VEHICLE AFTER TEN DAYS OF BOOKING WHEREAS IT WAS BOOKED & LOADED IN SAME TRAIN I WAS TRAVELLING .
                                      I WILL REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY FORWARD MY COMPLAINT TO COMPETENT / CONCERNING OFFICES & SUGGEST THEM TO REFUND THE ABOVE LATE FEES / DEM RAGES CHARGED BY THEM. MY CELL NUMBER , ADDRESS , E MAIL ADDRESS ALL ARE WITH THEM WHY I WAS NOT INFORMED AS SOON AS MY VEHICLE ARRIVED / UNLOADED AT BILASPUR ? THEY ARE ONLY SAYING "SIR KAL PAHUCH JAYEGA". BUT 10 DAYS MORE HAS PASSED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PARCEL. PLS TELL ME THE WAY. THE BILLTI NO IS 127699 Dated 8th MARCH 2013

                                        I it is too difficult to travel in reserved coaches of Janasadabdi Express .There is no TTR to examine the coaches.People having local ticket reluctant to give reserved seats for the incumbent.This grievence is mostly seen in Kozhicode -Trivandrum Janasadabdi Express.So Please provide TTRS in resrved coaches.If they are wiiling to impose fine strictly,the above hurdles can be easly sweep out.
