Poor Service by Western Railway

I am really frustrated with the service provided by the station master @ Nallasopara. They are not sure that on which platform train is coming. First they are announcing train will come on platform no. 2 but indicator showing platform no. 4. After some time they announce train will come on platform no. 4. When we reach to platform no. 4 then surprisingly train come on platform no.2

My Question is why they are giving inconvenience...

Delay in refund of money after cancelling

I booked a Waiting list(WL) ticket from Kharagpur to Hyderbad.I lost the tickets two days before the journey. As part of process I was asked to do an FIR to the GRPF which i did and then get a duplicate ticket issued from the counter. But in the ticket counter I was told that duplicate ticket cannot be issued for WL ticket. Late arrival of train

i with my husband was travelling in Ashram Express for delhi to ajmer . we have got reservation done but i was a very bad expereice that there was no difference in general coach and reservation coach .passengers were full in reservation coach also, ias suprised when TT come and did not say anything to those people .when i ask why these people are there i was told that r they sitting on ur seat... it seems that TT has taken bribe from these...

LAPTOP & NOKIA mobile Theft in the train

I was travelling with Kalka mail from Durgapur on 14 July 2011 in AC 2 tier birth no. 9-10 when I woke up next morning on 15 July 2011 at 6 AM I found my bag missing with LAPTOP and Mobile phones and business documents and some legal document , Identity proofs , Bank docs, PAN cards etc. I logded my complaint in the train with Conductor Mr. MIHIR CHAKRABORTY and then FIR no. 20110063 at OLD Delhi Rly station on July 18, 2011.

Non allotment of birth despite no 1 RAC

I would like to submit here that I was having RAC no 1 ticket, 3AC train no 2961 dated 23.06.2010 from Mumbai to Indore. I presume that I was not provided a birth deliberately due to reasons belonging to the category of non compliance of duty of the railway employee for personal gains.
