I was travelling with my family from Mathura to Kota in Paschim Express (12926) in 2nd AC. The train was 70minutes late and my wife was suffering from fever. I asked the train attendant (A.K.Dubey) to provide us the bed-sheet, but he said that you have to travel only upto Kota, therefore you would not be given bed sheet and blanket. I asked the conductor to provide the complaint register, but I was not provided. Moreover, the attendant startred abusing and mis-behaving. I suffered badly and my wife got high feverish temperature.     Resp. Sir,

    This complaint is not against any person but against the delay of train. Actually I travel to my home (Gohana) to Rohtak (My Work place) everyday by 50046 Passanger. The scheduled time of the above train to reach at Gohana is 7:55 am while the arival time of said train is 8:25 to 8:45 daily and it should reach its destination Rohtak near 9:30 to 9:45 daily. Due to this timing we feel very inconvinience to reach office at time and we feel very ashmed. it cover daily near about 100 km (Jind to Rohtak) and consumed time near about 4.5 to 5 hours. you are,therefore, kindly requested to neccessary step to solve our porblum.

    Sir I, as a passenger request you to please make such arrangements so that the train reached to its destination on time.

      KAMTAUL railway station is in SAMASTIPUR DIVISION of EC RAILWAY .this station provide only one hour prs facility to passenger between 3 pm to 4 pm daily except sunday.So paseenger could not get takal reservation ticket but from this station daily almost 40 to 50 tatkal reservation ticket issue to broker (DALAL).This can be easily verified with hard copy of PRS REPORT .Fortunately when i reached this station on[protected]sunday) I saw a major scam that on duty ASM MUKESH KUMAR VERMA was issuing approx 25 in no tatkal prs ticket to a broker (DALAL) when I opposed him about his activity he abused me and behaving in a rude manner and said JISKO COMPLAIN KARNA HAI KARO MUJHE KISE SE KOI DAR NAHI HAI.And on that day prs system was closed for passengers. I think this is a shame full matter for indian railway for having hiring such ill mannered and scammed people at a public place.Hope you will take immediate and necessary action.         Dear sir,
        MY COMPLAINT LODGED ON YOUR FORUM ON 18TH JUNE 2011

        I have booked my hero honda pleasure scooter/ Motorcycle registration no DL 85 an 6029 on 9th june by utkal kalinga express 18478 vide railway receipt number a- 0252790 amount paid rs 1088=00.Booking station - nizamudin booking destination - bilaspur
        booked by wmt. Clerk- daulat.

        I was suggested to travel in the same train as mandatory requirement of booking the motor cycle. I traveled in the same train & after reaching to bilaspur I requested railway authorities to unload my vehicle from the parcel van / Bogie . But it was opened very late & my vehicle was not unloaded.

        Sir I have been continuously approaching bilaspur railway office
        for the purpose but till date they have not been able to give proper response / Whereabouts / Delivery of the vehicle. I have been inquiring from cps mr.Deepak karanvey about the above shipment who has been never able to tell when I am going to get
        delivery of the vehicle.

        I feel helpless & am unable to find solution for it.

        I shall request to kindly intervene into the matter & help me getting delivery of my parcel.

        FURTHER IN CONTINUATION TO ABOVE--ON 25TH JUNE 2011

        PLEASE REFER TO OUR ABOVE COMPLAINT LODGED ON 18.06.11 WE DID NOT GET ANY RESPONSE FROM RAILWAY OFFICE BILASPUR. ON 19TH EVENING WE WERE TOLD THAT MY VEHICLE HAS BEEN RECEIVED ON 13TH JUNE 2011. WHEREAS I HAVE BEEN CONTINUOUSLY PURSUING ON DAILY BASIS AND WAS ALWAYS TOLD THAT MY VEHICLE HAS STILL NOT ARRIVED.
        ON 19TH WHEN I WAS TOLD THAT YOUR VEHICLE HAS ARRIVED YOU CAN COLLECT IT FROM BILASPUR OFFICE I WAS TOLD THAT DEM RAGE CHARGES OF RS 168/= PER DAY SHALL BE CHARGED EXTRA FROM DATE OF RECEIPT. I COLLECTED MY VEHICLE ON 21TH JUNE 2011 AND HAD TO PAY RS 1680=00 AS DEM RAGE CHARGES WITH NONE OF MY FAULT.
        ON ONE HAND I HAVE RECEIVED MY VEHICLE AFTER TEN DAYS OF BOOKING WHEREAS IT WAS BOOKED & LOADED IN SAME TRAIN I WAS TRAVELLING .
        I WILL REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY FORWARD MY COMPLAINT TO COMPETENT / CONCERNING OFFICES & SUGGEST THEM TO REFUND THE ABOVE LATE FEES / DEM RAGES CHARGED BY THEM.           I it is too difficult to travel in reserved coaches of Janasadabdi Express .There is no TTR to examine the coaches.People having local ticket reluctant to give reserved seats for the incumbent.This grievence is mostly seen in Kozhicode -Trivandrum Janasadabdi Express.So Please provide TTRS in resrved coaches.If they are wiiling to impose fine strictly,the above hurdles can be easly sweep out.

            I Naresh Kumar was travelling through Kasi Vishwanath Exp from Varanasi to Hapur with my friend Yuvraj Singh on 17 june 2011. My ticket was having PNR no-[protected] and final status was RAC 3-4 and we were alloted single seat in B3 coach 77(side lower), When TTE came to check the ticket and we asked him that when our ticket get conformed then he asked for money, when we refused to give him bribe then he have seat to other person who was having waiting after our number. we have to travel on single seat for the whole night.
            Please see the matter and take necessary actions against the TTE who was on the duty on 17 june 2011.

              Sir , In distric basti the Train booking clerk and some dajal torcher pasengers .When you go to the windo for booking of train the clerk avoid you the normal reservation .some time he walked ,drink water ,read news paper etc .when the pasenger ask why you not do work then clerk fight and gave some gali too.
              when you go and want a tatkal ticket then no chance to get ticket beacouse no of dalal make line at night 2 pm .and meet the the booking clerk .and got all ticket in this proces the booking clerk take per ticket 200=00 to the dalal to . when you got a ticket the booking clerk return less amount .and if you ask this reasion he said to change some rupee . in railway plateform no of chain snaker , pick pokting with the help of booking clerk and G.R.P too

                  I got a ticket reserved for my wife and son yesterday at Extension Booking counter at CBRI , Roorkee.My son whose age is 12 years has erroneously been shown as Female in the ticket. When contacted today, the booking clerk says that we cant do any thing now. The journey is scheduled for 22 June 11. What should i do?

                  I need the guidance as well as a compensatory action against the error which has caused me trouble. Thank you.

                    Dear Sir/ Madam,

                    Most humbly I wish to draw your kind attention toward the inconvinience caused by railway staff during my travel in Janshatabdi Express on 11/06/2011

                    I had booked 4 e-tickets from Una Himachal to New Delhi in Train No 12058

                    PNR was [protected] in CC class. Seat Nos in C1 coach were 2,4,5 &9.

                    Train started at 0500 hrs and a lady ticket examiner came to check the tickets , although without any badge or name plate.

                    Due to some reason I could not produce printed copy of eticket. I was in position of message from 139 having all the details.

                    I was having valid ID also. For no reason she got annoyed and in front of all pax she asked me to get down from the train at next

                    station. I requested her that I have all other details other than Print copy. She started calculating on her sheet and asked me to pay around Rs 2000/- as penality for travelling without ticket.

                    Fortunately one male ticket examiner was passing through the coach . I requested him and told him the whole story. He told me to sit down and told something to that lady ticket examiner and thereafter both of them banished from there.

                    As per rule I should have been issued with new ticked with a fine of Rs. 50/-

                    Why that lady ticket examiner was not aware of the rules ?

                    Why I was not issued with extra fare ticket.?

                    Why passenger should loose his peace of mind due to untrained railway staff

                    Can somebody investigate the matter and caution that ticket examiner ?

                      This is to bring to your notice that train number 15028 travelling from Samastipur to Ranchi has a malfunctioning AC-2 Tier coach in which the AC did not work today from the start of the journey.
                      The entire boggie has become suffocated and I am carrying a child aged 5 months for whose health such a condition is detrimental.
                      We book AC-2 tier tickets for nothing but airconditioning facility,and if this is not working then what is the point of spending thousands of rupees?

                      None of the junctions,Samastipur or Barauni had the facility to repair the malfunctioning AC!! So here I am, travelling in a closed and suffocated compartment after spending Rs 2102!!

                        berth no. - 48 (side upper)

                        side upper berth of sleeper coach of amarkantak express is still in its old position as it was when side middle berth was put into practice.After the removal of side middle berth it was to be done that side upper seat should be put back in its position.
                        To enter in the side upper seat is very troublesome as the space there is very less.
                        I was not able to enter in my berth. Whole night I had to sit by side and was not able to sleep.
                        I suffered a great loss of my peace of mind.
                        The next day I suffered from high fever due to this.
                        Also this ticket was booked in tatkal quota.
                        Railway says that it ensures the total comfortability of its passengers but it is not so.
                        Railway should bring back its side upper berth to its original position.
                        Railway should take strict actions for this.
                        This was all from my side.

                            Hello Sir,
                            There are too few trains starting from Bangalore to Vijaywada. There is a huge demand for such trains especially starting in the evening hours. There is currently one train at 7:00 PM which is Yeshwantpur-Howrah express. It's almost impossible to get a berth in this train. You should be the first/second person in the queue to get a seat in this train i.e. you should be in the queue at 4:00 AM. Even all the bus services (private and Govt.) are completely full on the weekends. Private bus operators mint money by charging Rs. 1000 - Rs.1300 for a Volvo bus wheras a Tatkal ticket hardly costs Rs.400-450. Atleast a Friday and Sunday train in the evening in this route will help the public a great deal.

                              I have filed TDR on 29 Dec 2010 and my PNR No. is [protected] and almost 6 months has passed and till date I have not got my refund. The procedure says the money will be refunded within 90 days but here more than 180 days has passed.

                              I have also lodged the complain to Govt. of India Grevances vide complain No. MORLY/E/2011/02455
                              but no action has been taken. Request you kindly look into the matter and get my refund at the earliest.

                              A line of confirmation will be solicited.

                                The Bike is loaded on New Delhi Railway Station in front of me but it is not delivered till now on Guwahati Railway Station. And it is expected to delivered on 11th June,2011 after arrival of train here at 8pm.
                                I kindly requested you please look into the matter and inform me.

                                i T.MOHAN RAO booked a 2 wheeler from Coimbatore to vizianagaram on 9/03/11 due to my transfer.presently i am serving in CRPF . my receipt no is 874643.
                                after completion of 11 days my vehicle didn't reached to vizianagaram. i had contacted concerned department of railway parcel service,dy.station supdt.,parcel supdt. But they were not responded properly and even they dont had time to hear my problem also.
                                So what can i do?

                                  The traveler Shivangi Gupta (PNR - [protected]) is trying to canceling her I-ticket in reservation counter of Kalpi, Ditrict- Jaluan, Utter Pradesh (Pin Code: 285204) since morning at 7:30 am. But they are saying they cannot cancel ticket in this counter because this is online booked I-ticket. As per the cancellation guidelines given in irctc.co.in (" I-Ticket can be cancelled up to 72 hrs after the scheduled departure of train at any computerised reservation counter.") I-ticket can be canceled at any computerised reservation counter.

                                  Please take some action against the responsible employee in railway reservation, Kalpi, Dist- Jalaun, Utter Pradesh.

                                    myself Kumar gaurav working in ernakulam my brother booked motorcycle from Rohtak Jn. railwaystation to Ernakulam South Railway station on 31st may 2011 they had loaded on 7th june from rohtak station as per them it should reach to me by 9th june but till date i havent received vehicle registration no is HR12E1850 & receipt no is rok e 629109 when i went to ernakulam railway station they are responding we dont knw where it is wheere it is gone too much unresponsiveness kindly hellp me in finding out my bike origin was rohtak jn destination ernakulam south railway station

                                      I have applied for railway subh yatra card and paid Rs 500 in this regards, my membership no.is [protected] dated 29/03/2011,it has been almost 3 months but still I have not received any card whereas as per your declaration it should be delivered within 15 days.i have already mailed them thrice but didn’t received any reply .plz look into the matter and deliver the same or return my amount at the earliest.

                                        sir i m a defence personal and i had to travel from pathankot to visakahapatnam on 07 jul 11. i have been issued with a concession voucher indicating journry from chakki bank to visakhapatnam and no pathankot to visakhapatnam. the man sitting at the counter simply rejected my application saying get pathankot written on the application or travel by some other train.i m travelling by same route for last five years and have never experienced such type of problem. when i gave reference he simply said personal sitting at other station dont know the rules.also 01 in no lady sitting at the reservation counter simply reject the application of warrant saying she dont know hoe to process warrant/cv. sir in addition there is no management at the station people keep on standing outside waiting for their turn and the reseravtion staff leave the counter at own willing and nobody ask them even they remain absent for 01 - 02 hrs even.i suggest to rtecruit a professional staff at the station and i think indian raolway is same at all places if i can get reservation on the warrant from visakhaptanam it can be done at pathankot alsowith same document. number system should be there at station like all other places. the supervisor even does not listen to our problem they all behave like union.

                                        Indian Railway Reservation Staff — Harassment from Railway Staff

                                        I had gone to Thane Reservation Centre for booking my ticket, i had taken token no and approach the counter, the name of the person sitting at the counter was Renuka C, there was some mistake in the form she refuse to accept, i try to request her, she suddenly started giving bad words, like chutiya and etc. I ask to the supervisor for complaint register to file complaint against her but he did not give me instead he has given me the ticket, indirectly saying that dont file complaint. She does not have manner to talk. she is not applicable for that position, government should take action against her.
