Respected Sir,
Through this powerfull tool, I file this complaint against Railway. Actually I have reserved 3 R.A.C berths in Sleeper class (train no 4007, from Lambhua to Delhi on date 10/7/08, PNR No[protected]. levying fine for not carrying original document

dear sir,

my mother came to Delhi with the Xeroxed copy of her voter id. was the TT correct to levy Rs 1000 fine plus the fare charges in addition even when the xerox copy and other document was produced for identity.

please make clear the Rules as laid.

Allowing hockers to occupy railway bridge

unable to understand that why railway authorities/ station master are allowing hockers to occupy railway bridges. Mostly in case of lower parel/Bandra there is only one bridge which each and every passengers need to take. They creates lot of problems for pediatrants to cross them

Inconvenient Seat arrangement

I generally travel from trains from 15-20 yrs from jodhpur to delhi.
through mandore superfast express[protected]. in this train the no. of seats are increased from 8 per cabin to 9seats per cabin the followin problems arise due to this adjustment:-

Refund due to Cancelled ticket

I have made the below reservation for e-tickets from irctc.co.in for travel to Jammu via Garib Rath on 20th June'08. The booking was made on 7th of May'08 for the travel of 20th June'08. misbehaviour of railway staff and misuse of tatkal seva

1. tatkal seva is to serve immediate reservation but how this seva shows waiting list status if the passenger pay extra for htis service.
2. at the time of journey railways staff t.t.e. and inspectors take money from the passenger to provide rooms in the trains.
3. undiscipined maintanance of railway trains passengers and routes.
4. tatkal seva is very bad to feel a reservation in train but a type of earning of money...

Non refund of e ticket for the cancelled trains

I have booked e-tickets having the following details:

Unfortunately both the trains got cancelled due to Gujjar and Sikh agitation respectively. The tickets could not be cancelled due to ' chart already prepared' message. I sent an email to etickets @irctc.co.in and got the reply that the matter has been forwarded to the Railways...

indian railways-non delivery of house hold items sent by parcel

sir i had send my house hold items my parcel services from vasco to vizanagaram by Amrawati exp 2848 on 17th Jun 08 vide bill no 583951 dated 16th Jun 08, the items were loaded in vasco station only after i paid Rs 300/- to the kullies in parcels office otherwise they refused to load the items in the train.
Out of total 07 packages including one bike, only 03 packages were unloaded in vizanagaram without any reason.
