Nagmani sahu pandit (Railway employee, raipur c. G) getting pension on behalf of her mother, however her mother is not alive. She hided this information to railway so that she could receive the pension amount of her mother. After her mother's death, illegally she closed her mother's dead body in sack & washed away in sultanganj ganga nadi in the month of january. It's not enough she made fake calls also to threatening her seniors so that she gets rid of field job. Please investigate the information given by me to avoid the misuse of government fund & liabilities.in order to discredit her senior, put false false news in the news paper too.

    Last week tried to book first class tickets for me and my wife on mumbai local train. The uts app did not allowed to book two tickets and it was allowing to book two second class tickets. I have send a mail the reply i received was"
    Passenger can book 4 passenger in second class and 1 passenger in first class per journey ticket.
    Being high amount first class ticket 1 passenger allowed per ticket.

    Passenger can book number of journey tickets at a time

    Railway should differentiate the first class tickets of local suburban v/s long distance trains.

      Dear madam/sir,
      This is regarding my handicap railway concession card.
      This is to inform you that i have sent the documents for the card by speed post to the drm office lucknow, in the month of august 2019. But i hadn't got any information or call, after that, i visited the drm office once again in september but that time i forgot my original hard copy of the concession form so they didn't take the request form. After that, i sent all the documents once again with my friend. She has submitted in drm office on 17th september 2019. Then again i visited drm office on 11th november 2019 for knowing the status of my card. The man of incharge for handicap department. He is very rude and told me very rudely that they will call me once it will be ready.
      So i finally got a call from the drm office on 27th nov 2019 that my card is ready and collect this after submitting my original certificate. My card no is 6450.
      As i am from sant kabir nagar, uttar pradesh. It is not possible for me to travel to lucknow all the time. So i have the original documents for one of my friends. He went today to the drm office, lucknow, the man of in-charge of the department, he told me that my 2 card is ready and why i am doing the wrong thing, and he was just shouting very high level. And he will not provide any card to me, he will be sent it for cancellation.

      So my queries are that there is no mistake from my side. I am running to the drm office since june 2019. But the department is still not ready to help me.
      The things are that these are things will happen till when?

      I am requesting to you kindly do the needful.

        My son's bike sent from thrissur kerala to bongaigaon assam on 3/12/19 which reached on 8/12/19 and is not being handed over to him inspite of his id-proof. Bike documents sent by post have not reached him because of the ongoing strike. Kindly do needful to release his bike with his id proof since demurrage is going up & nullify the demurrage due to present situation

          Sir/madam,
          Myself sushil yadav basically from hardoi district o[censored]ttar pradesh working as scientist at icar, goi. I visited jhansi in the second week of december to complete some personal work. After completing work, i planned my return journey from jhansi to lucknow by booking cc ticket in lucknow jhansi intercity express (Train number 11109). I reached
          At railway station in time but at last moment train got delayed about 1.15 minutes due to some unknown reason, then i sat in reserved lounge to wait for train to come on plateform. As i was new for jhansi station and not having information about the reserved lounge exclusively made to accommodate vips. When i was sitting in the said lounge, suddenly one person, may be sub-station manager (Vanijya), came inside the lounge and started to enquire about me, then i briefed him about myself. After getting my information, he asked me to get out immediately from the lounge as lounge is made for vips, i took my luggage and came out without asking anything. After getting exit from lounge, i asked to said person that the details you mentioned on entry point of lounge doesn't clearly indicates that lounge is made for vips then he started shouting on me and even though humiliated me publicly and also manhandled.
          So, i request to concerned authority please initiate stringent action against this person. Once he will punishment for his misdeeds he will not repeat same with other passengers in future. I hope the action to be taken against the said person as per railways rules and same may also be communicated to me for my satisfaction and information.

            My parents parcelled 2 big boxes containing household needs from ajmer train 16209 on 9th dec to pune. The parcel was supposed to be arrived at pune on 10th dec early morning but it's 11th dec and the parcel has not yet arrived the staff has no idea where the parcel is. There is no tracking information they have. All they have done is they will inform once the parcel will arrive.

            Lost lady wallet in train number 12903 on 30th November 2019 morning.I got down at Ramgajmandi at around 10.00 in the Morning...probably lefting my wallet inside the train. My coach was A1 Seat 45/46 side lower.
            The wallet contains Pan Card, Aadhar Card, Debit & Credit Cards, pp photo, Cash around 2000 bucks and few purchase bills.

              Respected sir/madam
              This is the complaint against a reputed railway employee, sh. Pardeep kumar, t. E.in north western railway, resident of 58/c shri ganga nagar.
              This officer is totally corrupted and always accept bribe from every, he gets duty.
              In the month of may-june, i was on duty with him, and tried to stop him to accept bribe, then he attacked on me.
              I filed the complaint on nivaran-grievance adree portal on 2 november, 2019, and got it resolved on 15 november, but the soluntion of the problem wasn unsatisfactory, for the same, i filed appeal on 17 november, where he done in a very smart way, a wrong connection on my phone was made along with the wrong details of date of february

              Sir, kindly take a serious action against him, and give a positive reply
              You can have a secret inspection on him, and the truth will be front of your eyes. His attitude is also like to impose over the officers but still please have a srious action on him.

                I sulakhan singh from defense service.. I m book parcel no 92434 at 22 nov 2019 at umb to brka. Parcel load from umb 28 nov 2019 in 18102 muri exp coach no 978736 near guard room.ý parcel total items 04 fridge, steel box, bundle ×02. Totally home used luggage. But not received at station brka.. I m routine check in brka station... But no rply brka parcel office... Pls help me... And inquiry my parcel.

                  I searched for mylapore station in google maps and it shows me a direction and when i got to the destination, there are no ticket center as i thought it was upstairs but it is not there when i asked a passenger he showed the way to it and when i climbed downstairs the ticket checker asked my ticket, as i told her i was on the way to buy a ticket as she says it's not acceptable because you used platform, then only i realised the way which i came was back side of the station and i told her there is no sign or direction to the ticket center so i came upstairs and one passenger showed this direction, she doesn't get satisfied with it and she fierced me with the high voice saying i was accused and fines me. It is not fair i was going to buy a ticket only.

                    We were travelling from mathura to mumbai via august kranti train in 2 tier a. C. On 6th dec. There were group of gents completely drunk and were misbehaving with ladies and made noise whole night till they got down at vapi station.
                    We pay premium charges in this train and that too 2nd a. C. For our safety but the purpose is defeated. We need more security and checking as they were drinking mixing in thumps up bottle.
                    Please advise what action you are going to take

                      Ref. : mr no. Uth 00149479

                      I paid rs. 200/- on 19.08.19 to recharge my uts account at dumdum ticket counter of eastern railway. The amount not credited to my wallet till now. I sent numbers of mails, called 138, lodged complaint to dumdum bs (Indian railway acknowledged the same vide memo. No. 177/04/ddj/complt/oct 19), but money not refunded.

                      They sent text message that they gave me the money, which is false. Still my money is pending from indian railway end. And most ridiculously no one is bother to reply my mails, response my calls.

                      Herewith i have attached the copy of mail correspondence sent to uts and cris.

                      Request your kind intervention so that i get back my hard earned money which the indian railway is withholding since more than 3 months.

                        My Parents has booked a train tickets from LTT to AKVD, 1st Class AC tickets for Journey date 04/12/2019.They reached LTT and was waiting for train more than an hour. Later they checked with front office about the status and they told that Boarding point has changed to Pune. They rushed to Pune by taking a vehicle from LTT and by the time they reached train has left.

                        They again inquired about this situation and none of the railway authorities has helped them and they just told they can't do anything.

                        They lost about 10000/- worth tickets and time travelling to Pune.

                                    Lost our sleep because of bed bugs in below train. It was so horrible, please spray some insecticide and get rid of the bugs, its a nightmare to sleep amidst the bed bugs.

                                        At 7:35am on 22/11/19 i went to take an extension ticket, bandra to dadar from borivali. I didn't know that we have to show the pass for extension. That lady could tell me clearly to show me the pass, but instead she shouted like crazy. Who would like to start a day like that??? That was such a horrible incident. The staff has no right to shout at someone like that. She was already having a grumpy face, i don't care what she is going through but she should do her job of serving people properly. Strict action should be taken against her behavior.
