Dear sir my name is anil Kumar and I was badly suffered and harrased by Indian railways staff and his management system as I want to file petition against Indian railway management staff as I have 3 ticket of 12/3/2019 train no 12565, coach & brth no-S10 73, 74, 75 but there is no coach S10, was attached to 12565, and I even contacted to TT for help but he denied and not ready to help dispute seeing my father condition was not able to travel without birth, I have even complaint to Indian railways web but no response complaint no. W/EC/SPJ/[protected], I complaint to @railminindia on Twitter also but no response because of this incident my father health badly detroriated and it hearts me and my sentiments I need compensation from Indian railways management how they can irresponsible towards there duty I need compensation

    On 20 feb 2019 booked ac 2-tier ticket (Pnr : [protected]) for journey from ranchi to howrah on 17 march 2019 sunday in 18616 kriya yoga express with total fare rs 2076.47 for 3 persons (2 persons sr. Ctzn).

    After boarding train, came to know with utter surprise that our 2-tier reservation has been degraded to ac 3-tier reservation with berth nos. 7, 8, & 9 in coach no. Ha2, without prior consent, creating lot of harassment to my family.

    You are therefore, requested to kindly refund at the earliest, the difference of ac 3-tier & 2-tier fares for the said journey, along with proper monetary compensation, for the above unfortunate treatment to us.

      I traveled on 17th march from ahmedabad to mumbai pnr [protected]. Rac39, b7. The ticket checker confirmed berths for numbers after mine. Except for two passengers of rac39 all in b7 got berths. I also saw that one lady who was probably not even rac was allotted a berth who came to our compartment much after the train left from ahmedabad before the next station. Whole night i sat without a blanket in a. C. With my severe back ache. I had dialled 138 where i was told to speak to the tc and i requested the tc but according to him there were no berthsavailable.
      Please check this matter.
      At the age of 57 with pain in my back due to joint pains, gout, i sat throughout the journey very uncomfortably even after paying full money for a berth in a. C class.

        Sir,
        My daughter and son travelling in train no.12781 swarna jayanti express from pune to jhanshi jn since 16 march-2019. She was coming to lucknow by gwalior barouni mail time 13.55. Train 12781 come at jhanshi station 14.40 (4 hours late) so train 11124 missing on dated 17/3/2019, i want attention to railway board for train late due to controller mistake. Train no. 12781 super fast express but run behind jhelum express 11077 and punjab mail 12137 from manmad jn to delhi. Train no. 12781 stopes was minimum but run behind both mention train.
        I want attention of railway board to take action against train controller bhusaval jn to delhi dated 17/3/2019.

          I was supposed to travel by saraighat exp on 08/03/2019 from new bongaigaon to kamakhya jn to catch my flight from guwahati airport (Boarding pass attached) but train was late more than 3hours so i went by private taxi receipt available, so i filed tdr against the ticket, but now i checked my tdr status, it showing repudiated and reason is 'as per chart, passengers has travelled'.

            Hi all
            Request you to share any piece of information as my father is missing (His name is bam shankar thakur s/o late panchannad thakur,, age 55 year, color - fair, height - 5.7") while travelling from manmad to patna on 11th mar 2019. My address is 12d, thakur gangti, godda, jharkhand, 813208. Last call was received from him on 11th when train was crossing bhusawal station. Thereafter his mobile also not reachable. Patna police railway police has not accepted request for fir saying you don't have valid proof of train in which my father is travelling. Similarly bhagalpur railway police also refused to file fir saying since he was travelling from manmad to patna, patna railway is only responsible for taking fir.

              As i want to complain that currently i'm traveling from 12284 duronto express from delhi in s2 bogie seat no 22.in my compartment group of boys infact all of them in my compartment is drinking liquor with proper facilities. Please kindly check the issues as it is 11 clock it's sleeping time but they are shouting drinking.
              Thank you they are in lower birth and side birth

He talked to us over phone while crossing bhusawal junction on 11.03.2019 at 5.45 am. After that we have no contact with him. Now he is missing. Kindly help.                   I had sent 2 packets as parcel from pune to kottayam via kanyakumari express on 12.03.2019. (Pw/lt no: 2831747 and slr number-15768.) at pune station they said they had boarded the parcel on 12th march at 7:30 pm approx, when the train reached pune, but while enquiring at kottayam they say no parcel received yet.

                  So far i have no idea where the parcels are and am unable to track the same.

                  Request you to pls look into the matter on highest priority in ensuring that the parcel reaches me at kottayam station asap.

                    I have resrved six seats vide pnr no [protected] on 16 nov 2018 for 14 mar 2019. But on boarding train at jasidih, tte has failed to provide six seats as booked. I have expended rs 1347/- for months in advance.

                    May i request you to kindly, intimate reasons for not providing my seats. Also process for return of a sum of amount of rs 1347/- alongwith interest on above amount.

                      My parcel no. [protected]. Didn't show status o[censored]nloading at destination station.
                      And when i enquiry about parcel it had been arrived. So they charged me penalty for delayed. Why should i pay such amount for delayed or it is their fault they didn't update parcel tracking service in ranchi.
                      When i asked about this they say government don't provide system to us.
                      (Amount to be paid by me is 760 as i am student i am delivering my book from new delhi to ranchi for just rs 430 for 55 kg)
                      Please solve my issue whether i should pay this or railway department take a fault for this.

                        Today i'm travelling by pnr-[protected]
                        Trn:12608, dt:[protected], frm kjm to mas cls:2s, p1-d1, 85.

                        The train compartments are so very jam packed, while the unreserved compartments are comparatively vacant.

                        When, i complained this to the tte (Mr. Suresh), he said that his duty was to ensure that the reserved passangers are on board, if need be, i should identify any passenger without ticket and intimate him. He is not bothering about ticketless and unreserved passengers travelling in reserved compartments.

                        He refused to direct the unreserved passengers to unreserved coaches.

                          I have booked my parcel, ahmedabad to muzaffarpur on 3rd march 2019. My parcel number is 572311. Total weight of parcel was around 30 kg. Today is 11th march, and i have visited muzaffarpur station many times. Sabarmati express which runs from ahmedabad to darbhanga via muzaffarpur has come 2-3 times during this time but there is no update. I have been told due to overloading railway was not able to unload it. This is such a lame excuse from railway. Please take appropriate action.

                            I have booked my parcel from ahmedabad to muzaffarpur, parcel number 572311 on 3rd march 2019. I visited muzaffarpur station daily till today but there is no update. Sabarmati train has come 2-3 times during this time but at mfp station, they were unable to unload any parcel, this is what i have been told. Today is 11th and i don't know status of my luggage. I have railway payment bill but they are not giving any answer.

                              Indian railway allotted seat for senior citizen on half ticket but the same is not applicable for child between 5-11 years.

The bag was having laptop & other important things. Sir, this is a serious case which the authorities have to take care of. Now we are afraid to travel in train.                                   Today morning 09.03.2019 at 6:15am approx at bilaspur railway station when i attended the ticket counter and asked the employee on duty for ticket from bilaspur to champa she didn't listened. And was talking with her coligue employee. I once again gave a call to her but she didn't even looked at me. Their were other people too standing in que for tickets. Then i knocked the counter with coin. Immediately after this she started misbehaving with me with her staff coligue. Why such rude employees are being kept for public service.

                                    Food is not delivered in gudur station date on 07/03/2019. And that order number is 2141318.

                                    I paid amount through online 420 rupees.

                                    Here concern is we are waiting for food in train. But that food is not order means, how will feel very bad situation in that time.

                                    And I given to call them they told like simply will take complaint, will take enqury in 2 days.

                                    When they taking order, they will call to restaurant directly. When we asked y food not delivered means they will tell we don't have option to call restaurant s. Worest service

                                      1:30pm i have a valid train ticket in uts railway app. Chief ticket collector of bangalore cantonment he his unaware of the rules and uts app telling to move everyone out and collecting unofficial (Bribe) from all those were waiting in the waiting hall. I had a general ticket and i was waiting in the general waiting room. Please take action against this corrupted official.

                                        I lost my purse while travelling today in the train with train number - 11311 from kalaburagi to raichur station. I left my purse in the seat itself and forget to collect it while boarding down. The purse conatins - hdfc credit card, hdfc debit card, aadhar card, rc book (Original) and cash equivalent to 2900.

                                        Request to please check with tc and confirm. The train is still in its route and most probably the seat has not been occupied by any new passenger possibly, so there is a high chance if the complaint is taken up with the railway authority urgently, the purse may be retrieved.
