Bike not yet received
I have parceled my bike from lucknow. Jn to shakti nagarl. Jn on 20/02/2019, in name of deepak agrahri but the bike has not been received till now (23/02/2019). I have no idea where my bike is now. I went to the parcel office two times, but even the officer in charge also not able to give a satisfactory solution for the missing bike. It is an absolute irresponsibility in the part of indian railway parcel service system. The railway has no any regard for the value of time and money and the trust, people have on indian railway. So this is my request to whomsoever it may concern and please do the needful as early as possible to receive the bike.

I have parceled my bike from Badnera. Jn to Csmt. Jn on 05/05/2022, in name of Nitin Kale but the bike has not been received till now (28/05/2022). I have no idea where my bike is now. I went to the parcel office two times, but even the officer in charge also not able to give a satisfactory solution for the missing bike. It is an absolute irresponsibility in the part of indian railway parcel service system. The railway has no any regard for the value of time and money and the trust, people have on indian railway. So this is my request to whomsoever it may concern and please do the needful as early as possible to receive the bike.

      I have booked train ticket at mangalore central to chennai central and doj:9-2-2019, the pnr no is:[protected] through my sbi debit card rupay and card no :[protected] on feb 8th and chennai egmore to visakhapatnam and doj:[protected], the pnr no is:[protected] through my debit card rupay and card no:[protected] on feb 8th but i cancelled tickets on 9th feb-2019. Iam not received my refund amount please solve my problem immediately.

        Today i was travelling in jan satabdi express caught the train with normal ticket and in a rush meet tc anmol kumar vishwas newly appointed. I explained him my scenario and was ready to pay whatever it takes but he started very rude language and ate up my reputation also tried to challenge me physically

        Took i am a responsible citizen and a tax payer never ever anyone behaved with me
        Need action against the erring employee from railway side else i will approach the court of law

          R/sir, i am shiv lal meena central govt employee as pgt in kv sangthan traveling on 21/02/2019 in train no 19609 udaipur-haridwar exp. And my seat is in s1 coach 48 and suitcase is under my seat hold by chain which is stolen between jaipur to old delhi railway station. My all educational documents are in the suitcase. So please help me to overcome this situation because documents are very important for a employee. Thanks

              Mobile phone jewellery and cash was stolen in train, suspect is a waiting list passenger who was alloted seat by tt in midnight without informing other travellers about new passenger. Also that passenger deboarded before his destination and coach attender was sleeping and did not confirm where did he deboarded so that we can track him at that location with help of police.

              Attender did not cooperated in finding that person and delayed and brought tt only when he was pressurize by other passengers in train.

              Seems that he was also involved with suspect and helped him finding a vacant seat to do theft and deboard.

              Need to know who is reponsible for my loss?? Railways who allots ticket without proper identification of person, i need full detail of that person if he was having a valid ticket. And if he produced fake id then how did tt verified him??? What is your system of verification of passenger if you cannot track them in case of any incident.

              Please provide details to track him or want compensation from railway for allocating seat to unidentified person.

              Even after asking for a wheel chair 2 hrs in adv they did not give us the wheel chair on the pretext that the station master on sealdah railway station was busy and should not be disturbed. This is basic requirement of any place to have adequate wheel chairs.

                My self Kiran from Kerala I have faceing the main problem delay for the train (56716) so many working people depending on this train including me but all the day evening 3 hours delay the arrival time in Trivandrum 4.40 PM but the train will be come 7.00 PM, it's an major issues, and so many complaint we are registered the railway web site but no response from the side we have no idea for next what to do ?

                On 10.02.2019 while booking ticket from Cuttack to howrah under TATKAL quota for the next day journey my account has been debited twice each for Rs.415.49p where as I could book one ticket. Payment made to One 97 communication has been debited from my account wrongly. I want refund of same at the earliest.

                      I had travelled from chennai central to alwaye on the date of 17.02.2019 (Sunday) along with my wife aged 54 and my three children including my daughter aged 21 and two sons in train no 12623 and boarded the train at around 7.30 from the chennai central station. I had already booked 5 tickets in irctc online and got confirmation of successive booking with pnr no:[protected] and booking id :[protected]. Unfortunately i got to know that the said booking is in pqwl status at the last moment when the chart was prepared. So that i had taken general ticket from the station as i was already prepared for the journey. Before the train got departed, i noticed that the general compartment is full, so i thought to leave my daughter and wife in ladies coach. The scene i got in a sight is terrific, that is i found no ladies even for a finger count but fully filled up with gents. I had approached the tte present in s11 coach and notified him the same. His reply was that it is not his headache and its not his duty to check who all are there in ladies and general compartments.!! Also he added that his duty is to take acre of sleeper class passengers only and not those people in ladies coach and general compartments. I was too disappointed of the said reply and requested to get me at least 3 sleeper class tickets for me, my daughter and my wife. Tte replied that almost seats are full and directed us to pay extra ticket charges and penalty of 250 rs/head for not obtaining a ticket. I had already obtained 5 tickets online in pqwl which i had paid online and also apart from that 5 general ticket as well. As i enquired about it, he got irritated and asked to get out the train!!. I replied him that i will step out in the next station and will get in to general coach. On the very next station i stepped out along with my family to get in to general compartment for 3 o[censored]s and to leave females in ladies coach. Again it was found that there is no space even to a pin in general compartment and ladies coach was fully occupied with men with only 3-4 ladies in the coach. So that i came back to s11 coach and stood there as i was not that much confident to leave the females with me in that compartment filled with men. So that i asked the tte about the same, he again got frustated and replied the same that it is not his job to look in to general compartment and ladies coach.!! His interactions and attitude was in such a manner that it is not his burden to take care of passengers other than higher class coaches from sleeper and above. The incidents of delhi rape, soumya rape case and all is still not got down from our minds. The court itself has directed that there shall be two women police persons present in thre ladies coach especially in night. The concerned tte which i had mentioned above is not bothered about such topics and he was saying that it is not his responsiblity or duty to take care of them.

                        Our 6 tickets were booked in the train golden temple express departing from amritsar on 16th feb 2019 at 9:30p. M. We received the message from indian railways at 11:22a. M. That the train had been cancelled for 16th feb 2019. We enquired on the number 139 with the customer care operator who also confirmed the cancellation. Due to which we booked flight tickets worth 70k for the next day as golden temple express for the next day i. E. 17th feb 2019 was also showing to be cancelled and there was no way we could get tickets in other trains.
                        At around 9:36p. M. On the same day i. E. 16th feb 2019 after the scheduled departure of the train, we receive a message that the train is on schedule. How on earth could we have gotten the train??
                        Now we have lost the amount which was to be returned for our 6 tickets as the train was cancelled and have paid additional 70, 000rs for our flight tickets. Who is gonna bear this loss? I request indian railway to refund our ticket amount which we lost due to improper miscommunication by the indian railways

                          I had parcel my motorcycle from valsad to bilaspur in valsad-puri express (22909) dated[protected] whose prr no. Is[protected]. Actually i want my parcel on champa but valsad parcel staff said that hault timing in bilaspur is more then champa so you will recieved easily so i had booked upto bilaspur but when today i went to parcel office to collect my parcel, they said that parcel is not unloaded in bilaspur and even no one is taking responsibility for that. They are not confirm where my parcel is unloaded and even they are not tried to take information about my parcel, after i said that i want in written that parcel is not recieved in bilaspur they contact with puri parcel office and taken my contact no. And said that will contact after parcel will be recieved.
                          Sir please help to take my motorcycle as soon as possible. I had taken not recieved in parcel way bill with signature and seal from bilaspur parcel ofice.

                            Imonica jairath had booked my luggage on dated 7/1/19 from jamnagar to jalandhar can't (Parcel no...), but till now i have not received my parcel.

                            I inquired in jamnagar, they informed me that my parcel had moved from indore on 8/1/19 by train no-12477

                            I have inquired at jalandhar cantt parcel office several time but the parcel officer is not taking any responsibility.

                            Sir, i am in private job and hence i cant take leave and go to the railway station daily.

                            I attached the billty copy herewith please open this attachment & understand my problem.

                            Kindly look in to this matter & do the needful to enable me to get luggage at the earliest and without any further delay. I would very much thankful for your kind co-operation

                              Sir,

                              On 14.02.2019 i and my wife want to travel from surat to indore through pune-indore 22943 vide pnr no. [protected] but we were having confirm ticket from surat to vadodara only.

                              We approached ticket checker to check if any seat is available till indore, after a while ticket checker came and said that seat is available and charged me 745 rs. Per pessenger i. E. Total 1490 rs.

                              As per my calculation total ticket charge of surat to indore is 920 rs per passenger so total amount for 2 pessenger is 1840 rs. I have already paid 1080 rs while booking ticket from surat to vadodara vide pnr no [protected] so tt should charge me only 760 rs i. E.[protected]=760)

                              So i want to file a complaint that ticket checker have charged extra 730 rs.[protected]=730) please get it reversed to me or explain if i am incorrect anywhere.

                                The condition of train 18477 on which i travelled today from agra to nizamuddin is appalling to say the least! There is total disregard to cleanliness of the ac coach a1 or the toilet and it seems we are going back many years rather than progressing. There is no accountability for any of the staff.
                                To make matters worse the pantry car is located ahead of the a1 coach near the engine and there is constant movement of vendors throug the coach disturbing the peace of ac coach and renedering it like a general coach. Why? Surely little planning can prevent such situation and the pantry can be positioned at the end of the train. Wonder if anyone is actually planning or matters move by default in the railways.
                                Simple things can improve the hygiene and provide for a cpnformtable journey.

                                  With reference to pnr no [protected] train no 12918 from nzm to brc but no body inform about the diversion of route while board the train get information that this train not going to brc directly diverted to ahmdabad. And on other mobile apps showing the train original route and train not start and apps showing the train moving in there route. Even at plate form only given information that some delay to place the train in plate form no 5. To much surprise that you people not co ordinate the information only gives harassment to public. Due to this train my whole trip is stuck up and not able to cancelled the other return tickets the pnr as fallows

                                    This is in continuation of my complaint loged just an hour before. I was in ladies compartment and the last bogy it is.

                                    (I am an employee working in kannur holding season ticket travelled from kasaragod to kannur and vice versa. Yesterday's journey on 12/2/19 back from kannur to kasaragod in kannur - bangalore city express train no.16512 i forgot a paper bag (Brown colour and written as margin free shop) containing 3 newly stiched salwar. Without much delay i informed kasaragod rpf regarding the same in aware of the fact that next stoppage is only in mangalore central which is 40 minutes away from the said station. They took all the information for exact recovery but unfortunately i didnt get any feedback for a hour. Then i again called them back to know the status then they just ignored the call stating that its not their duty to inform in manglore station, its us to get informed to the other station.
                                    Its a clear indication of how lightly rpf gets involved in the passengers issues and how they treat a women complainter taking into consideration of women weakness that they will not go for any complaint procedures.
                                    This type of treatment is to be loom forward. Its not just me. Its us the passengers who needs the security and help from rpf.
                                    In mangalore station through my friend somebody from the station searched it just before the departure ofthe train. Not found it.
                                    Again i contacted the no. 182 and informed the matter. They contacted the concerend officials and searched the bag at bangalore. They told that no such bag is found there.
                                    My doubt is that the kasaragod rpf people whom i informed the exact details take away the bag through somebody. So they behaved very rudly in the second call.
                                    Kindly make arrangement to inspect the web camera of the central railway station at the time of the kannur bangalore city express reached there and other possibilities to get back my bag at the earliest.)

                                      I wish to register a complaint in the complaint and suggestion box of the indian railway. Yesterday onwards i tried a lot. But the captcha image of the web portal is not working. So i am unable to make a complaint through web portal. I did it in consumer portal. But kindly rectify it as it is a govt system it is to be user friendly and helpful to the citizen

                                        I am an employee working in kannur holding season ticket travelled from kasaragod to kannur and vice versa. Yesterday's journey on 12/2/19 back from kannur to kasaragod in kannur - bangalore city express train no.16512 i forgot a paper bag (Brown colour and written as margin free shop) containing 3 newly stiched salwar. Without much delay i informed kasaragod rpf regarding the same in aware of the fact that next stoppage is only in mangalore central which is 40 minutes away from the said station. They took all the information for exact recovery but unfortunately i didnt get any feedback for a hour. Then i again called them back to know the status then they just ignored the call stating that its not their duty to inform in manglore station, its us to get informed to the other station.
                                        Its a clear indication of how lightly rpf gets involved in the passengers issues and how they treat a women complainter taking into consideration of women weakness that they will not go for any complaint procedures.

                                        This type of treatment is to be loom forward. Its not just me. Its us the passengers who needs the security and help from rpf.
                                        In mangalore station through my friend somebody from the station searched it just before the departure ofthe train. Not found it.
                                        Again i contacted the no. 182 and informed the matter. They contacted the concerend officials and searched the bag at bangalore. They told that no such bag is found there.
                                        My doubt is that the kasaragod rpf people whom i informed the exact details take away the bag through somebody. So they behaved very rudly in the second call.
                                        Kindly make arrangement to inspect the web camera of the central railway station at the time of the kannur bangalore city express reached there and other possibilities to get back my bag at the earliest.
                                        Indian Railways customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Please stop cutting Green Trees in DRM office ( Railway office), Power House Road Bani park 302001.
                                        Earlier many a tree has been cut and also concretization has been done and no new saplings have been planted for these.
