I am Brajesh kumar, I am travelling in train no.12577 (Bagmati exp.) From SPJ to ET, my PNR no:- [protected], when I reached on my seat another passenger has already occupied my seat and claiming that the TTE has allowed him this seat. When I go to TTE for seeking help from his side they clearly said that I can't help you at all because I haven't allowed him some other TTE had allowed him so you can travel as waiting passenger or can file any complain.

    Dear sir, i am a college student from jammu. When i was travelling to ujjain to jammu by (12919) indore smvd katra malwa sf express train on 13/01/19 my bag was stolen away in between agra cantt jn to mathura jn station.in my hand bag near about 5000 rupees, 2 mobile phones one is samsung galaxy s9 and other one phone is samsung galaxy j7 and atm card has lost. The same was happened with 3 more people in the coach s1 seat no 1. When i got down to complaint at mathura junction station this is a serious case which the authorities have to take care of. Now we are afraid to travel in train. Who is responsible for this? Sir who will answer to this? Please enquire the same and kindly take immediate action.

      People jump into reserved comportments and starts an argument over a seat which is already reserved.. Today a senior citizen got in the train putting hankie for his seat and did the same on my seat... When told by the passenger beside me that the person is coming.. He yelled like if the that person doesn't come then see what I do.. As he refused him to sit as it was reserved for me.. I hope u do the needful... Thank you

        This is regarding a situation i faced some time back. I am a sincere traveller who never travels without a ticket, whatever the situation maybe. Daily i commute by western railway first class from malad to bandra station. However, today i missed bandra station and went ahead till dadar. I was going to take a return ticket. But was caught before only. I tried explaining the situation, but invain. None of them showed any empathy and charged me 315₹. This is really inconvenience for a commuter. There should be some provision to either take the ticket online or some exceptions to the fine rules. For me this system sucks big time and hence me complaining.

            Sir
            Today i alighted at madurai railway station at 2am, requested the onduty station master to let me charge my mobile but he refused and shouted abrubtly over me in front of my family member without any consideration.
            I also requested him that i am also a government official but he didn't heed to any of my request.

            Also I said that I am wandering since half an hour hour to make my mobile charged as none of the socket at platform one is available as all are accompanied with mobile with person sitting beside it.
            I booked tickets from Jammu to Ujn for the date 4/3/19, for my parents 74 and 62 years old by selecting lower birth for them, still after booking they were alloted upper and middle seat. Its difficult for senior citizens to climb over the upper birth, considering this fact please convert both the seats to lower birth. (PNR- [protected])

              Dear sir

              Today i have booked three parcel at bandra terminus to junagadh at bandra terminus parcel booking office. But out side many private parcel agent taken 1300 rs from me. But from railway parcel service given only 321 rs receipt. I am 100% sure that rs 979 has cut form railway officer and private agent also. When we have ask for more charged money private parcel agent told me that we charge more money for packing, loading, parcel service officer bribe so we charge more.

              Sir, this is very surprise that still today in indian railway many govt officers are full corrupted.

              Kindly look into this matter.

                The train number is 22926.. Dated 10/1/2019 11.30 am

                My mother dropped my nani ji old age above 70+ and brother, (Who is handicaped) go to chandigarh from ambala (They have a their own tickets)
                My mom was ambushed from this train from chandigarh to ambala junction. When my mother reached station. The train was getting out of the platform because of this she could not take the ticket.
                Tt (Alok gupta he did not have a name plate) who was standing at the door, my mother went to him and said that i could not take the ticket... The tt taken four hundred rupees (₹400) from mom.. My mom was shocked because of she had no luggage..
                The tt take money and put into pocket and he started moving forward.. Without any provided ticket and any slip.. My mom followed and try to talked tt she's said why you taken to much charge? Tt said that penalty charged.. The mom said so don't give me any slip.. Then he started shouting and abusing language and my mom insisted to ticket or any proof.. Then he started trying to frighten my mother that you will be able to sign documents. Mom said i am agreed to sign where you said but first of all tell me what's you name? He try to avoid when my mom click picture then he told his name my mom signed it
                Kindly take action against him.. And response me regarding this case

                I booked a season ticket on UTS App on 09/01/2019 through PAYTM payment and the payment was made as success but the season ticket has not been issued
                I had booked a ticket in senior citizen quota were seat is still available bt when i booked the ticket it shows up with the waiting list

                  Station master helps brokers in making of there tickets in tatkal and takes away the rights of other people who waits there for there turn. When i go for booking of tickets for self or any of family members i get a name daily written over a peice of paper, and no person waiting there. Usually he comes at the time of window opening and enters directly to the ticket booking room.

                    Dear sir/madam,
                    I need to inform you that for an urgent training purpose i booked ticket from bhubaneswar to habibganj in the train no -01662. Due to continuous strick for 2 days may be there had been chanse of delay. Today morning i got the information of delay for 2.39 hrs and as per that i reached at bbs station but after that the service goes down and i don't get any info. Now who will bear the cost of my pain due to non informative of the department. These all shows the communication media made for people is just a false playing game in front of railway employees. Pls try to motivate and educate the public servants.

                      I booked my ticket from mumbai central to vapi on Flying ranee from mumbai central to vapi.
                      I booked ticket in First class, the fare for FC is 480 and fair forAC chair car is 350.

                      FC is not an AC compartment and and the ticket is 130 higher than AC chair car. How it is possible?

                      Are the passengers being cheated?

                        Now I'm traveling (8th Jan 2019) to Agra to Aurangabad. I have taken general ticket (305 Rs) and seated in 3 Tier AC. I went to Ticket Checker for update my ticket in 3 tier AC and he asking me to pay 1500. But actually amount is 835 only and also he has given 835 Rs receipt only. I had ask return my balance amount, but he not ready. He is telling that, you have to pay extra amount charge. (That means 665 Rs in his own pocket) my Train no was 12716. Also he was drink-ed not ready to listen any think. Ticket check is doing such think, then rail should have customer care number to address such issues.

                        when the train departure on friday from Dadar was helpful to Konkan public due to it was weekend train. Due to you people unnecessary change in weekend the public is suffered.

                            I was here at ludhiana junction for reservation ticket at counter.
                            Here is a mam naming harpreet kaur was misbehaving with me and others people too.
                            She doesnot know how to talk with people.
                            So rudeness and unpolite nature with aged people too.

                            I was pretty shocked with this.
                            I was here due to some online ticketing problem, but i donot want to come here again.
                            You people can take a strict against on this.

                            If I travel frm Indian railway with my plan, then Indian railway changed my plan according to his wrost time table. I plan to travel before 2 days to save 50k money from my work but the indian rail convert 1day journey into 2days, and I couldn't reached and I lost my money. Every time I experienced worst scenerio of Indian railway.

The following items lost by picking up my pocket.

                                    Vide transaction ID [protected] dated 15.11.2019, I had booked my train ticket from IRCTC and amount 0f Rs 671.80 was deducted from my bank account.. Since no PNR NO. was mailed from railways, upon enquiry It was told that ticket is not booked.But the ICICI Bank has deducted the above money from account. I contacted the Bank and they have asked to produce the following:

                                    Transation date

                                    Payment ID

                                    Consumer code

                                    Bill reference information

                                    Further they have written that merchant communication should confirm the non receipt of fund at their end.

                                      The people travelling in bubhaneswar rajdhani, whether 3ac, 2ac or 1ac, all are facing the gundagardi of the fooding staff who are asking for tips forcibly. I have travelled on bubaneswar rajdhani many times and faced this misbehaviour every time. But this time, their gundagardi has crossed all limits. I think the railway department should put up notice in the bogie that whoever ask for tips should be removed from his job. Necessary steps need to be taken so that such incidences are stopped in bhubhaneswar radhani.

                                      Train Departure date was 22.12.2018.

                                      After Cancellation my train Ticket I received message that Amount will be refund in 3-4 Days.

                                      Till now 01-Jan-2018, I didn't received my dues.
                                      I live in raipur, chhattisgarh near waltier railway line. The volume of the horn is so high that my dad is now suffering from tinitus. I don't understand why the volume is so high as if the sound waves would remove people from track. I think the decible is higher than the prescibed limit.
