I would journey train 12262, actually reached time 26hours, but it was always late minimum 4hours, tickets always high rate another train, both side are reached 31hours, like another train time schedule

    I booked a ticket in IRCTC from KGP to TVC for 25th May 2023, but upon final chart preparation I got only one confirmed ticket out of four.
    I filled a complaint (Ref no:[protected] in Rail Seva, in reply to which they asked me to cancel the ticket.
    But when I tried to cancel the ticket, it was not allowing me to cancel the ticket, saying you cannot cancel the ticket after chart is prepared.
    After which I raised another complaint (Ref no: [protected]) in Rail Seva, in reply to which they asked me to file TDR.
    I filled TDR on 24-May-2023 18:37:41 (10 hours before the journey start time).
    Today on 29- May-2023, I received a response from IRCTC that TDR is Repudiate. Please help me it a huge amount for me.

        With reference to the subject cited above, I would like to bring to your notice the following issue that I had to face on the 15th of May, 2023 at 1:43 PM IST-
        I made a payment of Rs.510.00/-(Rupees Five Hundred Ten) only to the Indian Railways via UPI after the Railway official at the Indian Railway ticket counter of Begusarai, Bihar sent a collection request to my Phone PE app at my UPI id([protected]@ybl) at the Railway ticket counter for one person for a journey from PNBE to NDLS via Magadh express on 01/06/2023. The money got successfully deducted from my account whereas the railway official said that the ticket could not be generated and that he could not do any help and instead asked me to redo the ticket with cash amount (ticket booked after paying cash). The money paid via UPI has not been received back as of now and I would therefore like to lodge a complaint regarding the same for quick resolution of the problem from your end.
        I am attaching a screenshot of the transaction.

            I am a monthly season ticket holder. They are charging 30rs per day for bike parking and refused to give monthly pass for parking, they are saying this facility is not available here, and threatened me to not park in railway parking ever.
            Need help.

              My name is Grace Maria Paul. I started my journey yesterday in Rapti Sagar (12521) express from Barauni to Ernakulam. B3, 57.
              Once I enter the train that time there was no electricity inside the coach. Still there is some issue. The worst part is the improper functioning of AC, no cooling at all. Many times I complained, but there is no one to take responsibility. The bedroll I received was very dirty. No water in the toilet, not at all clean, no lock inside the toilet. I took my ticket in Tatkal reservation by spending Rs. 3200/-. I need compensation for this journey. I hope you will take it seriously.

                I Sh Ashish Saini along with my wife Niharikha coming from Jammu to Jiapur by Shalimar Express train no 14646 on 13.05.2023 having PNR NO [protected] in AC coach no HA2/A/1-2 but in night while they are sleeping some one thief her bag in which two mobile no lying [protected] and [protected] with some cash when I get up at Ambala and found that my hand bag was missing I rush to toilet and observed that my bag was lying in open and Two mobiles along with cash was missed. I is very unexpected happening in AC coach .

                In view of the facts availbe please Lodge by complaint customer also lodge complaint at Saharanpur station However urgent action for theft person or people involve in this instance urgently require where as in AC- I always secured with coach attendent and TT along with Railway Policy Guard (Three tier security there after mishappening taken place )

                    Hi, Mansa does not have any train in the evening to the Capital City of India. I on behalf of all residents of Mansa district request authorities to introduce a 2-minute stoppage at MANSA-MSZ for train no. BTI DLI SF EXP (20410) - Bhatinda (BTI) to Delhi (DLI).
                    This will help all who want to go back to DELHI after doing a business trip to this part of the northern region and can provide a good alternative to international travelers who are catching a flight from DELHI.

                      Respected sir/mam,

                      As a women it’s always been concer while travelling. I want to urge and request you same time to please start few new trains between Nagpur Pune route as there are lot of students, working peoples and women’s along with old age persons travelling between these route. It always been a trouble and hurdles while booking train seat as there is no seats available. If there are few more trains available between these route then it would be really helpful for person having some emergency as well

                        I am a resident of Mattoo colony, Marble market, Trikuta Nagar area in Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir.

                        There is a railway track nearby the residential area and multiple trains pass through it every half n hour. The train honking is creating a lot of noise pollutions. Sometimes the honking is continuous and loud and it is getting unbreable to go through this noise every another hour.

                        there is park called shivaji park nearby but the children can't even play there due to loud honking of train. There are already measures to regulate the train at junctures where vehicles cross the place by closing it but still honking goes on for kilometeres by trains.

                        We have old people, children and pregnant women in our residential area who are the worst affected by it.

                        The honking is getting worse. Trains start to honk for kilometeres and it is so loud that even the windows vibrate.

                        Request authorities to please take action and support us to reduce noise pollution

                          This is becoming increasingly popular hide out for women travellers travelling long distance to Kharagpur. Despite the govt bringing in cheap monthly tickets they conveniently sit on the, train floors especially near the doors. No TTs around like before. No police to monitor.

                            Firstly while booking the tatkal ticket app had crashed 5 times on payments page after completing the 90% of the process.

                            However, on my 6th attempt I was able tở complete the payment successfully but guess what even after carefully selecting the options of “Consider for auto upgrade” & “book only if confirmed berth allocated”, still got a Tatkal waiting of 80.

                            @IndianRailways please help n improve your service.

                              Mostly all the day time super-fast trains are running late every day from 30minutes to 1-hour or sometimes up to 2hours in Chennai to Coimbatore and Chennai route.

                              I remember the Kovai Express was running with sharp timings from 1982 to 1992. It was taking only 6hours to reach Chennai to Coimbatore and from Coimbatore to Chennai with the stoppage of 6station and later on the stopping are increased and now the train running hours is 7:30 if it runs on time. Every day the trains are running with the delay and we did not see any serious actions taken to correct this system.

                              It means, the railways will not keep up the time and there is absolutely no discipline.

                              At this juncture, the Railways introduced the new super fast train Vande Bhart recently and I am sure that this train is will also running with the delayed running hours to reach the destination.

                              Railways should take the call that if any train is getting delayed more than 30 minutes running time then refund amount of 25% on the ticket charges will be paid to the passenger as a compensation in the counters, if they produce the ticket sms. This is one type of penalization for railways. If they implement this successfully, then I hope all the trains will run on time in India.

On 16 apr 2023 when I was traveling from uttrakhand to nizamuddin towards gwalior waiting on station for next train at about 12:30 one two persons snatching my mobile phone and run away from the station and with in 30 minutes he stolen my bank account money 60000 rs then I was raised complaint at nizamuddin railway station.
                                Kindly request catch the thefts and return my money as soon as possible bcz it's my family medical expenses money

                                  When i was travelled in the maveli express (train no.16603) with my daughter and 2 year old grand child on 02/04/2023, in the b3 compartment with ticket pnr no.[protected], from quilandi to kochuveli, we were provided used, but unwashed, dirty bed sheets and pillow covers in the compartment. Eventhough i have asked the coach attendant to provide washed, unused sheets, he refused to do so. Then i tried to complaint with tte, but could not do so. After that i was infected with covid 19 virus. I think it was infected from the sheets provided in the compartment.
                                  Hence i humbly request you to enquire and take necessary action against the authorities concerned and make arrangements to provide washed, unused, cleaned bed sheets in the train compartments in future .
