It is about delay of more than 2.30 hrs for just less than 100 kms. I am in journey. Still needs to travel more than 200 kms. But such inappropriate running timings definitely hamper our faith on indian railways and as well doesn't guarantee the safety at destination (As it reaches midnight). This is ridiculous and going on. More than 5 trains crossed with in 100kms. Then what is the question of running this train? Why the exact timings defined instead of approximate timings. And why we should worry after getting boarded this train (08574 - on 04/12/2018). Never seen such inordinate delay except in case of natural calamities. But today it is not the case. If it is not possible to run the train, please don't. We will not get trapped and suffered. We look for alternatives.

    Dear sir,

    I have booked my parcel no. [protected] from surat, gujarat to bina, mp. On dated 26.11.18. Parcel had loaded on 27.11.18 from surat to jhansi on train no. 11104. But parcel was unload at bdts from train no. 11103 on 03.12.18 17:55:00. Parcel was loaded again on train 22927 from bdts, please update for the parcel and status/location of the parcel.

      Sir i have done a bike parcel from vijayawada to bargarh road on 1st december 2018 at vijayawada jn. Till now i have not received my bike and there is no update of that parcel through sms or calls. I also enquired at the bargarh road railway station, they said they didn't received yet. What can i do to get my bike as soon as possible. Please help me out.

        I had booked a ticket from ujjain to ahemdabad in sabarmati express (19166) journey date was 11 nov. I had filled tdr claim mentioning reason for tdr:train late more than three hours and passenger not travelled. I received an email that claim is rejected stating reasin "as per chart passenget has travelled". Please note i had travelled to ahemadabad and i took jabalpur somnath express at 10:45 pm from ujjain. I have the ticket details. Hence i can prove that railways has wrongly deneid the tdr claim.. It is wrong that i have travelled. Please check it onces at your end, i want my money back or refund.

She used debit card of bank of india, motibaug, delhi belongs to her son mr. Atul raj. The ticket was subsequently cancelled on 05/11/2018 and she come back to pune.           Problem- Charger point is not working. Kindly do the needful done from your end asap.

            I given rs 200 new note to ticket giver, it was out side of reservation counter (It was machine where one person stand and give ticket to passenger) he given me rs20 and ticket he denay to give change of rs5 i told i have given you rs 200 but he told i given 100 he don a fraud to me, infrent of me only he taken extra amount frome bhiar people (Un agucated)

              I had booked to and fro tickets in 2 ac from lucknow to mumbai cst and back to mumbai to lko on 7.3.2017 for jounary date 7.6.2017 & 13.6.2017 rrespectively in pushpak exp. The payment of these tickets were done by debit card.
              Later i had cancelled both tickets. I did not recieved the refund of the tickets fare till now.
              Since june 2017 i m contacting to [protected]@irctc.co.in, railway refund officers and bank officers but not recieved my refund till now.

                Sir, one parcel of motor cycle regn. No. Mp41mb9983 booked at on 27.11.2018lalyan station was not delivered at raipur till date. It is difficult follow up it as i am staying 300 lms away from raipur city. Please take immediate step to trace out the parcel and arrange to deliver at raipur and intimate us for receipt.

                    My parents, mr. Sankar prosad mitra & ms. Sadhana mitra (One senior citizen & other is a patient) were travelling to asn from lko through akaltakhat express (12318), having pnr [protected] on 27.11.18 with their confirmed seat nos 9 & 17 (Lower berths) of b1 coach; but their seats were priorly allotted to others by the tte, and the responsible tte hasn't come to them for verification of tickets till next one & half hour of leaving the train from lko. After searching two-three coaches, he was found when the clock is at around 11.50pm. That time also, tte was so reluctant to listen about it and he didn't show any kind of cooperation till the end; over that he misbehaved, used slang languages to my parents and finally told to adjust one middle berth & the allotted seat no 9 (Only one, second was desperately congested by other passenger in front of the tte). Such kind of non-cooperation was not expected by the railway staff first of all; and because of his mis-conduction through the system, my parents were forcefully allowed to asleep whole night as they are unable to climb to the middle berth.
                    Please do necessary action at your end, so that the incident will be properly justified and shorted immediately.

                      Dear team i was travelling from chengalpet to egmore in rameswaram express with my aged father yesterday morning i had a valid express ticket for unreserved compartment. The unreserved compartment was full due to my aged father and unkowingly enterd in luggage compartment. When the train reached egmore the ticket collector who was on that platform suddenly entered and starting shouting at us to give our mobile and id cards i told him that we had valid ticket but he responded this is not for travel hearing this i appologised and ask what is the fine amount he replied around 900 ruppes and told to pay 730 rs i paid the fine without arguing since fault is on my side. I enquired to submit my valid ticket but he refused and informed me the fine voucher is enough after few hours my father told me that the he has given the reason has ticket less travelling from villupuram to egmore and i was really shocked to hear and felt cheated its really disgraceful to the railways to do a act like this i kindly request to take the necessary action against the person who is responsible for this.

                        My consignment number is d[protected]. It has left from new delhi on 11/11/2018 and reached to hyderabad hub on 16/11/2018. But, so far it has not reached to the receiver's side. I had already raised a complaint vide ticket number 13067514, but it is not resolved so far. Please look into the matter at the earliest and resolve the same... Raghu babu, railways.

                          Railway hiddenly provided broker for ticking facility but most of broker are fraud one from hazzat nizammudin name is (sultan ) ( [protected]) promised to cnf my ticket and asked for cash but after transfer amount in his paytm he denied from his word and not refund my money when iam calling him he used absue on me .

                            I would like to bring in your notice that I had booked a train ticket through PAYTM GATEWAY on 04/10/2018 from Dhanbad to New Delhi. The details are as follows:

                            Train Name: Kolkata Rajdhani (12301)
                            Boarding Station: DHN
                            Amount: Rs. 2460/-

                            I had canceled the ticket on 09/10/2018 and Railway has refunded the amount RS. 2395/- whose Refund transaction id is [protected]. But the refunded amount is not credited in my account from the Railway side yet.

                            Kindly look into the matter so that refunded amount can be credited in my account.

                              Dear sir,

                              I am shweta srivastva when i was travelling to howrah by jamalpur bhagalpur express on 25/12/18 my trolley bag was stolen was stolen at burdwan (Approx time 03:45 date-26.11.2018)
                              The same was happened always due to railways irresponsibility. I got down to complaint at howrah station
                              The distinguishing thing which we noticed was that there were no rpf personnel in the train and coach is looks like general, tc is so careless and even train superintendent was not present in the train on that day.
                              Sir, this is a serious case which the authorities have to take care of. Now we are afraid to travel in train. Who is responsible for this?
                              Sir who will answer to this? Please enquirer the same and kindly take immediate action.

                                I have booked two boxes for Parcel in train from Jhansi Jn to Brahmapur bearing PNR No[protected] on 12 Oct 2018 at Jhansi Parcel counter and the same boxes were unloaded at Bilaspur Jn on 14 Oct 2018 instead of Brahmapur Station.
                                Please rectify the above problem to reach the Parcel at Brahmapur Station. An early action is requested please.

                                    I m moving to burdwan, wb and rides on asansol-burdwan passenger, scheduled at 4pm from asansol. The cleanliness situation totaly astonished me. How we the common people are moving in bad odour of toilet? What a terrible condition dirty lying in and around and also below the sit. Nobody is interested to clean the compartments before leaving the station, as it appears to me. Pl look into this cleanliness drive to maje healthy clean india. Thanks

                                      Train sabarmati express, (19166), pnr number -[protected], train is running late by 7.30 hrs from its own time. After that there is no water in toilet. Toilet is not clean. I have complained twice on 138. My 1st complain i'd -39692, my second complain i'd no is - s/nc/ald/[protected].
                                      Who will be responsible for the loss of time. Pls help regards this concern.

                                        1. I would like to see new direct trains from chennai to tourist spots such as hampi (Hosepate) and karwar on konkan railways. This would make holiday planning for chennaites much simpler and efficient.

                                        2. I also would like to see the frequency of train 17311 chennai-vasco da gama express increased from weekly to atleast tri-weekly to enable easier travel between chennai and goa.

                                        3. Finally i would like a sf ac express or duronto train to be introduced between chennai and mumbai to allow for comfortable and faster travel between the two cities which have a lot of daily rush.

                                        My IRCTC user account-ID is suraj_1408. My e-wallet need a renewal. When i try that it says invalid email id. Again when i go to change the transaction password, it says invalid email id. When i go to profile and change it to same, it says verified email id. Still same problem persist when i try to renew e wallet .
                                        Gaya pnbe memu train is too dirty, we are feeling so uncomfortable to seat.the train no is 63244.
