The unreserved ticketing system requires a print out for travelling if location based booking is not enabled.
Why do we need to print a ticket and waste further money on kiosks as well as paper?
Definitely not a case for digital india.
More over the printing kiosks are most of the time are in error state or under maintenance resulting in waste of money and time for the traveler.
Please introduce paper less travels...

I am very surprised to see the reason to repudiate tdr. Train was late more than three hours. Immediately i booked ticket in train no. 12277 (Shatabdi express) pnr no. [protected], seat no. 66, 67 & travelled with my wife from howrah to bhubneswar by shatabdi express. I also filed tdr after sitting in shatabdi.

It is about delay of more than 2.30 hrs for just less than 100 kms. I am in journey. Still needs to travel more than 200 kms. But such inappropriate running timings definitely hamper our faith on indian railways and as well doesn't guarantee the safety at destination (As it reaches midnight).
