Why do we have to pay cancellation charges as rs.60.00 for tickets automatically cancelled being waitlisted after chart will be prepared? It's a cheating. Government should look into it and take proper action. They writing 43% of our ticket money has been paid by taxpayers. What about millions of waitlisted tickets getting cancelled automatically and ir getting 60 rupees each? Please reply.

    Complaint against railway reservation booking clerk of phagwara railway station
    On not paying bribe the reservation clerk bifurcated the seats of husband-wife passangers; unnnecessarily harassed by not complying with the rules framed by indian railways. The booking clerk has not worne railway dress and there is no name plate at reservation counter to display the identity of the reservation clerk. The display screen of amount of reserved tickets has been removed by the corrupt reservation counter clerks. On my request whether i should approach to the station superintendent regarding it the said reservation counter clerk said that whether gian has been appointed d. C. (Deputy commissioner) upon me. I shall not give you the adjoining seats, do whatever you like to do. He said that the reservation requistion slip i go to ludhiana to purchase so he refused to give more than one reservation reequisition slip to one person. He said there is everybody involved in getting ransom (Bribe). If anybody will point one finger on me four fingers will turn to his side. So you can go and complaint against me where-ever you like. Every official has hands in gloves. The same reservation clerk charge huge money from the passangers those book circular tickets and bundle of requision forms are submitted. Insist the passangers of tatkal booking to give me money and i shall book your tatkal ticket on opening of tatkal booking. The circular tickets and tatkal bookings and money in addition to the booking amount is being collected by said reservation clerk. On asking his name from co-passangers it was told that every body call him ganja. But could not trace the name of that reservation clerk.

    Dear sir,
    Under the rules framed by indian railways, i rajneesh madhok, m.com, ll. B, dfs, ll. M, advocate, legal and forensic investigator, resident of b-xxx/63, nehru nagar, railway road, phagwara, i hereby give you notice as follows:
    1. I on[protected] submitted two requisition forms for journey and return journey for delhi and back from delhi alongwith my wife alpana madhok and your reservation counter official misbehaved with me and used abusive language against me and not paying bribe to him.
    2. Due to the misbehaviour and not forming rules framed by indian railways your staff threaten and use abusive language against the customers.
    3. Due to the highhandedness of the reservation clerk at phagwara railway station i ghave to undergo physical and mental suffering for the negligence, cerelessness and mistakes by not adopting the rules framed by indian railways the details of rules are appended hereunder.
    I submitted two requisition forms for reservation at phagwara railway station at 12:49 hours and on not paying the bribe for reservation of two tickets in adjoining seats of husband-wife the corrupt reservation counter clerk of phagwara misbehaved with the passanger and forced him to come again in the queue from the last against the rules framed by railways. But the corrupt reservation booking clerk who has been getting the reservations of the passengers by adopting unfair means and collecting from every passenger who had been booking tickets at the railway reservation counter forced me to come again for submission of the second reservation form.
    I requested him not to insist me to submit the requisition form to come again in the queue because the return journey of both the passengers from delhi is same and as per rule if onward/return journey are involved, 2 or 3 forms can be accepted for the same passengers.
    When i refused to provide extra money to the said reservation clerk he insisted me to come again in a queue and bifurcated the seat numbers that should be allotted to husband-wife passengers who are planning to make return journey in the adjoining seats. As i failed to pay bribe to the reservation clerk at reservation counter he intentionally harassed the customer and misbehaved with me.

    The general conditions are reproduced here for kind information of the official concerned. General conditions :
    The railway administration reserves seats, berths, compartments, or carriage in accordance with the rules and conditions published in the coaching tariff. A passenger seeking reservation of berth or seats should purchase tickets from the railway reservation offices/authorised travel agency only.
    Advance reservations are made generally up to 90 days in advance for all classes and all trains. The period of advance reservation (Arp) is exclusive of the day of departure of the train.
    At intermediate stations where the train arrives on the following day, such reservations can be done more than 90 days in advance of date of journey from the intermediate station. Arp is in relation to the date of journey from train originating station.in case of some inter-city day trains, the arp is less
    An individual can book only up to six passengers on one requisition form provided all passengers are for the same destination and for the same train.
    Only one requisition form is accepted from a person at one time. However, if onward/return journey are involved, 2 or 3 forms can be accepted for the same passengers.
    Indecent behaviour
    1. On asking the reservation clerk that why not the requision slip can be submitted by husband for return journey with wife, he said go and ask to the drm (Divisional railway manager) he will provide the reply to this question to you.
    2. Why not the reservation counter clerk wearing his badge.
    3. Why the display screen of amount of ticket is not visible for customers
    4. When asked that why you not accommodate the passangers genuine demand of getting adjoining seats he said that i am paying charges for requisition slips to booking made at the counter to the higher officials and that amount is more than rs 2, 000 per day.
    5. On asking his name he said “ab tumhari seat book ho gayi hai, agar alag seat tum husband-wife ki book hui hai to is mein kuch extra charges lagte hain, tum to sab kuch free mein chahte ho, bola na tumko rules ke bare mein, dekh lo requisition slip pe print hue hain ki ek vyakti se ek hi requisition form liya jayega, agar saath mein seat book karwane ka itna hi shouk hai to sewa paani bhi karni padti hai. Mera naam pooch ke kya karoge. Jaao time ke hisab se complaint kar do meri mera koi kuch nahin bigad sakta”
    6. I am surprised at the indecent approach of reservation booking clerk who is not complying with the rules framed by the railways department. I am quoting his abusive language, that when i said sir, i am also an advocate and the rules are also known to me. He said “sale tu kaun hota hai mujhe kanoon sikhane wala, ki main kyon na tumhe ek saath seat allot karun, chup chap chala ja yahan se nahin to rpf call kar lunga.
    7. I still persisted and objected his derogatory behaviour. This infuriated him and the way he reacted i am ashamed of to quote his indecent language which he as railway officer should not use. “bhonsdiwale ek baar bola na ki nahin milegi ikkathi seat tum husband-wife ko, chup chap chala ja nahin to maar khayega, and folded his fist in front of me. I aslo running out of patience and said badatmiji se baat mat kar. Then he called bad names to me. As the co-passangers were also getting late and they insisted that he will not accommodate request without paying money to him.
    8. That this incident had been witnessed by the entire individuals but the chief booking clerk who was sitting at the corner window has not come to know the reason of dispute.
    9. This is a humiliating incidence. I am so upset by the behaviour of the reservation counter clerk that even the memory of the incidence creates shivering sensation in my body.
    10. In view of the above i request you to take stringent action possible within legal purview so that it should be a lesson for this corrupt and indecent reservation counter clerk and also example for all the other corrupt employees of the department who behave similar to him. Before deciding any punishment following points should also be noted:
    A. The said reservation clerk accepted more than one requisition forms from the passengers those were in queue.
    B. The reservation counter clerk is not wearing badge.
    C. There is no display screen at the reservation counter.
    D. The said reservation clerk abused me in full public, which is one of the most humiliating moments of my life.
    11. I hope the railway authority will take appropriate action as per its reputation and set new example for its drive against corruption.
    That as it is deficiency in service at the end of your staff so the complaint will file a suit in appropriate court for the claim and damages for physical and mental suffering, i hereby give you notice that if the genuine demand of adjoining ticket as per rules has not been provided to the complainant then a suit for recovery for damages and expenses incurred by me will be filed against you and you will be legally bound for the damages and expenses incurred by me at your entire risk as to cost and consequences.

      Dear authorities,

      I would like to bring to your attention the unbearable noise that trains produce while passing through Sirsi road to Kanakapura, Jaipur at midnight from 12:00 am to 6:00 am. They constantly and repeatedly blow their horns totally unnecessary which clearly surpass the decibel level observed to maintain a good health & disrupt sleep. This is creating uncalled for stress levels in the community and it's a health hazard for senior citizens as well as children .Atleast if you have a rule not to blow unnecessary horns from 12:00 to 6:00am, please strictly follow them.

      It’s a sencere request to railways authorities to please instruct the drivers to stop this insanity atleast at midnight from 12:00 am to 06:00am.

        This message is for complaining against the services against baran railway station (Baz),
        This is to inform you that at the baran railway station there is need of "coach indicator boards", which will help the handicapped persons and many other cancer patients and senior citizens for justify the train's coach number when train arrives to the railway station, because its very difficult to the senior citizens to run for their owned and booked coaches.
        So,
        This is request to indian railway board that kindly do need full for the same.

            I booked a ticket from payyanur to ltt on nethravathi express. Initially it was under waiting list (Wl 13) & today 26 december 2018 is my journey. Now it's time 9.02 am. Till now chart is not prepared... Who is responsible for this delay...? In case i'm booking tatkal, meanwhile my ticket is confirming... Will indian railway refund my amount. I don't understand what service you are providing. Systems are there to help public.
            And which one should get more priority, tatkal or the person who booked ticket 1 month before.
            I'm sending my complaint here.. But i don't even expect any positive response from you. Because this is india.. Where everything depends on mood of people who is responsible for whatever.

              I am completing bangalore railway station vehicle parking, monday 7 pm i parked my vehicle (Ka17 ec 1146) wednesday 8 am i came to back and take the bike parking people charged 120/rs i am asking why, he clearly told per day 50 rs, you parked 2 days and extra service tax charges 20 rs, and he told 1 year he collecting service chargewhen govt it's started vehicle parking service tax i don't, what people are doing if your not taking action he is looting the people. Or else going to court. Please take action asap

              Today as I am travelling from tatanagar to dhanbad, the train named swarnarekha express, is just stopped in jungle waiting for the last 1 and half hour. . Is there any accountability set for the most irresponsible railway. This ministers only make fool of the stupid people of this country. But there is no change of way of operation . Alas!

                  My family is in s6 in baghdad express going from howrah to nainital, train no 13019.
                  The washrooms are damn dirty that we women can't even think of going.
                  The pans are overflowing with poop.
                  There is no cleaning stuff here that we could tell and ask him to clean.
                  Please help us with cleaning the washrooms.
                  We have to go long way and the train is already late

                    Train no 14163 sangam exp started from allahabad 1.35 hour late on 24.12.18. However the train had reached allahabad from meerut on 24.12.18 at 12.50 pm almost 5 hour before departure time. This time is more than enough for starting it in time. Delayed start resulted in huge further delay. Please enquire the reason of obove delayed start of the train.

                    It's 01:00 am on 28.12.2018. I'm writing complaint that the train number 12070 is halting at Janjgir naila station for more than 3 hours. Still there is no information about its departure from Janjgir.
                    Car parked only for 5 minutes on railway drop and go, for this parking contractor charged 25 rupees.
                    This is completely illegal.

I am traveling in 12716 amritsar nanded express with my family in coach b1 seat number 2, 3,, 4, 6, 7 and toilets are not cleaned and spreading very bad smells. It is very difficult to sit and travel in this coach. Please pay urgent attention on this and arranged to clean the toilets. My ticket pnr number is[protected]

                        Sir, i have booked my bike on 27october2018 from ddu-bbs and it reached bbs on 5th of november 2018 still noone was there to inform me, then on 9th of november 2018 i used my prr no. To enquire but it was showwing that the parcel has been loaded on a train on ddu so how come i would have the knowledge about the the arrival. Now they are saying that we don't inform ohh and there was no text message regarding the same. The fine to me is 11864 indian rupee. For tvs sport 99cc motorcycle. I am a student pls help me out with it

                          My journey is from aligarh to new farakka and my train is brahmaputra mail. As i went from my went to aligarh junction and go to the waiting room to wait for my train. I sha lots of non 1st class waiting room people gathering and there is no verifier. I don't get to sit even i having 3a ticket. I came from long way from my university and have lots of luggage. I am in trouble and my parents also worried about me. Even i got 3a ticket why i can not get my value of my paying. It's a junction ican not believe.

                            I went to drop and old aged person on 22 dec 2018 afternoon at jaipur railway main station.
                            When i went to take platform ticket i was shocked to see that there is only single common counter open of ticket booking and for platform ticket also with a huge line in waiting.
                            There was no separate counter for platform ticket booking.
                            I stand in line for atleast 30 min for just 1 platform ticket but my number didn't came because the line was so huge.
                            Meanwhile train departure time arrived so i have no option, i have to drop that old age person who was with me because if i waited few minutes more in the line then that person would have missed the train.
                            After dropping him when i was coming out of station ticket checker caught me.
                            I explained him the full situation but he was not at all listening and fined me rs.325 and said that you have to come three hrs before to take platform ticket but you have to take.
                            I am denying the fact we have to follow rules.
                            But please proving separate counter for platform ticket instead of making the public to suffer.

                              We didn't receive fresh bed rolls right from the boarding station, the request for fresh bed rolls made to t. C. But still the issue is not get resolved, i request for quick action against both the t. C and and coach attender. As my mother and wife along with kids are travelling, is this the way your staff treats female passengers. Seems as if they have taken it for granted as the female passengers are travelling with kids. I had already registered a complaint under complaint number — w/wr/bct/[protected] this is still pending since 9:36 a. M. Today. This is a concern regarding your facilities.

                                I was travelling with my father from itarsi to gwalior via jammu hamsafar express (12751) on 21.12.2018 in b16.

                                After board in train we request to attendent for providing bed roll but he provide only 1 bed sheet and 1 blanket when we again request him to provide 1 more bad sheet and pilow...

                                That time he told to adjust in 1 bed sheet and 1 blanket only.

                                When we again told him to provide i. E. He started to abuse us and even not provided bed roll with towel.

                                While he took some without ticket passengers in coatch and adjust them in last compartment of b16.

                                Also no one tc or rpf staff was availble hence we didn't give our complaint in train.

                                Very bad behaviour...

                                Hence a strict action should be taken against him

                                  Travelling on swarn shatabdi express to amritsar in coach c3.

                                  The toilets are stinking and no one to clean them. No one is available to lodge the complaint also.

                                  The aisle is all wet. When we asked the catering staff whom to complaint... They said पता नही.

                                  The toilets and general cleanliness is very important as a part of swach bharat abhiyan.

                                    We are on religious trip of vaishno devi and we have the soft copy of window ticket. Respected one ticket checker asking us to amount of money of rac ticket which we have already booked and he also given order to rpf for asking the ticket. Please help we are students.

                                      My irctc account no. Is tambro2014.
                                      On 18th october i had received an sms from irctc that my train got cancelled. Following are the details
                                      1. Pnr no. [protected]. Train no. 22318, humsafar sf. Booking date 14th july. From saharanpur (Sre) 24th october to sealdah (Sdah) 25th october. Transaction id [protected]. Canara bank. Amount 2225/-.
                                      2. Pnr no. [protected]. Train no. 22318, humsafar sf. Booking date 14th july. From saharanpur (Sre) 24th october to sealdah (Sdah) 25th october. Transaction id [protected]. Canara bank. Amount 6150/-.
                                      The cancellation sms i received on 18/10/2018. Ear sir,
                                      I got the sms on 18th october saying train no 22318 has been cancelled for 24/10/18 where i had 4 tickets. But till date i didn't get the refund amount. Please clarify the matter and oblige.
                                      As i was traveling at that time and there were no network connection i couldn't file tdr within 72 hours.
                                      I hope the matter will be solved at your earliest convenience.

                                        Sir,
                                        I have booked 3ac train ticket for me and spouse from shirdi to kr puram (Sbc) on 14.12.18 vide train no.22602 - pnr no.[protected].
                                        Due to technical issues the train was diverted other than the normal route and hence kr puram station is not passed through. Further the train also stopped at sholapur more than 3 hours due to track maintenance and reached to guntakal junction on sat 15.12.18 at 03.30hrs instead of fri 14.12.18 at 22.00hrs with a delayed service of more than 5 hours.

                                        Kindly refund the differential fare between guntakal station to kr puram station which is not covered on that date.
