Dear sir in bhalki railway station not issuing tickets early. When train come before 7 minet he started to give tickets. So passengers are in lot of problems with kid's and old age women's to take tickets before reaching the train. And employ is not talking to we'll. He said ask to station master he is not came till now. My ticket no is 08972013 so pls give him order to issue tickets before 1 hours. And speak with passengers well. I'll send video and photos next time.

    I was travelling in 12137 punjab mail from delhi to faridkot on 9th jun 2018 with my family including children. When the train reached faridkot station on 10th morning, the train stopped at place wherein my boggie ha1 landed outside the platform. Since the stoppage is also for 2min only, it caused a lot of inconvenience to the lady and children getting down and also getting down the luggages. This should be kept in mind in future.

      I am a passenger of 12211 train number which was already running late by 7 hrs but before 40 km from destination i. E anand vihar.. It is being stopped for more than two hours to an unknown station. Please see into the matter asap. Around 1000 of passengers are facing problem with their children, ill patient, old age people. The arrival time of the train is 12.25 and now there is no clue when it will reach. It is getting night with bad weather creating many problems after reaching to destination.

        I booked a ticket for my relative in Train 2565/BIHAR S KRANTI to travel on 1-May-2018 from SIWAN to NEW DELHI, PNR-[protected] .
        But Passenger Not Travelled Due To Ticket In RAC After Chart Preparation.
        I filed the TDR before few hours of the train departure.

        Since the filed of TDR date 1-May-2018, I am waiting for the refund for the amount.

        I have contacted many times with Indian railway through " [protected]@irctc.co.in" but no response came from there.
        Finally I have decided to contact Consumer Forum.

        Your action for refund of the amount will be really highly appreciated.

          I fiiled a tdr against train kv exp (14257), (Be to ndls) pnr [protected], transaction id [protected] on 23 may 2018 at 00.43.07 hrs. Due to train was running late by 08 hrs, i did not travel on that train. My cancellation id is [protected]. Tdr zone is northern railway. My tdr status is showing cr repudiate and reason for tdr registration failed is showing invalid tdr timestmap delay. My ticket was e ticket and i want my 990 rupees back

            As we all know that how much the people of northern states has to face the difficulties while travelling through railways from one state to other, people are not getting the tickets to travel while on the other side the so called "agents" of the railways are providing e-tickets by doing black marketing. Here is the same instance which i personally experienced. This is the agent of dhaukalganj bazar, dandupur, which is approximately 15-18 kms from kapseti (Varanasi) who book tickets from other names and also prepare the fake aadhar cards from their other sources.in the image of e-ticket traveller no.3 named munnalal but the same ticket is allotted to other person for travelling instead of munnalal. Here the question arises on the local police that such activities is going on openly in their limits and no steps should be taken by them for the same.

              Dear sir,

              Parking management at lingampally station plot form no.1 side not following rules & regulation as per the railways, they do not have uniform who has collection money we don't know, we are not identify whether the pepole are taken contract from railways or not. We have seen many times they are not giving any tickets at the time of entry but they are collecting money at the time of leaving with rash behavior with passengers. Kindly take action on the parking management

                Dear sir/ madam,
                As you know in south the trains are not late. As well north india train are always late due to finically benefits of railway these days no fogs not raining but trains are late.
                If the train are late people eats and drinks on platform so the source of income generate and also benefits of dominos and macdonald they generate the income to out of india.
                Dear sir deeply request to you please trains run on time so people feel proudly on india and please don't play polities with our faithful indian peoples.

                Last time i am facing a lot of problem with my one year old son in punjab mail it comes 5 hours late. This summer and platform environment not good.

                  Again same problems faced as last night,,, no steps taken by up grps, how is it possible that in reserved compartment many can travel without ticket,, its long way journey,,, don't take any steps by railway police,,,,, its horrible,, horrible journey in doon express in 13009, pls take steps otherwise don't do the false promise to the passenger for their safety...

                    I booked my journey ticket on debit card. But some reason i cancelled my journey. But till date not refund my ticket fare. I also complaint to chief commercial manager, central railway, cst mumbai, but he is not replying me.
                    So, i kindly request to you sir, please give me my ticket refund.

                      I am travelling in sampoo kranti superfast express train number 12393. Date of bording 07/june/2018. I got genral ticket and had paid fine for sleeper class in patna before boaring the train. I found a vacant seat no. 7 in s3 and i sat there.in s3 two police men came in mughalsarai jn and asked me to pay bribery of rs500/- for sitting in that coach. When i denyed then they send another fellow who has paid him rs200/-. I left the seat and later on i sat there with the permission of that seat owner.in kanpur central the two police men came and on finding me sitting, they pulled me with my collar and started beadting me. They told that they would throw me out of moving train if i sit without paying them. Pleas help me.

                        Train no 12678, delayed 1 hour 50 mins to reach tiruppur station.
                        Date of Incident: 7-June-2018
                        Time : 15:22
                        As per Indian Railway Schedule Train time : 13.30, But train delayed and arrived 15.22 .
                        Kindly Remove Super Fast for this train 12678 As it is misleading and not as per schedule treat it as passenger train only. Charges to be made as per passenger train only
                        Kindly refund the amount for the delay also remove the tag of super fast and schedule are misleading.

                          Was travelling in train no.13238 first class ac chhatidgarh express on 6 june 2018
                          At 3. Am one unknown person stolen my hand bag at sahibad station (Gaziabad) which contains rs.7000/-. Wrist watch make titan, aadhar card, pan card, voter card, atm card, mobile nd some official documents.. Have complaint in grp police station nizamudin delhi. Not get fir copy yet. Complaint was done 5 a. M.

                          Please investigate nd give me fir copy.

                            During the tatkal booking period the website goes too slow and hence booking the tickets in a very small time period becomes next to impossible. The issue is continuously increasing and railways are making no effort to rectify the issue. Its highly painful when you see the slogan "48 months of transforming india" with respected pm photo on the irctc webpage and then face such increasing issues. Also this gives a very clear hint of corruption prevailing in the railway system which government is unable to handle.

                              I m traveling in 14208 Padmavati express from Delhi to Raebareli. Train was start right [protected]@7:50pm but in between distention it's delay by more than 1hours..I don't know it's sickness Habits or ...

                              It's actually growing INDIA & Indian Rail..

                                Please start token system at khed, ratnagiri railway station. Some agent came at9:50 at railway station and stand on first number of tatkal queue.
                                We observed it many times. The counter personal also involved in it. When we complaint today they talk like we done a mistake. Please look into the matter. It's a request.
                                The counter person neglect the issue... Hope atleast this way we get the answer.

                                  I had booked railway ticket in Waiting List in Train No. 12910 (BDTS Garib Rath) for Rs. 2, 010/- from Reservation Counter, Karkardooma, Delhi for my mother, Shashi Verma (Age 55) and my brother, Animesh Verma (Age 21) on 24.05.2018.
                                  Unfortunately, the booked tickets could not be confirmed on 30th May, 2018. Hence, my brother, Animesh Verma went to the reservation counter on the same day to cancel booked ticket as it was in waiting list.
                                  He reached the Reservation Counter, Karkardooma, Delhi approx. 1 hour (i.e. at 2:30 p.m.) before the departure of the train, but there was huge rush at the counter, so he waited till his turn.
                                  Although, there were around 10 counters but only 3 counters were in operation i.e. 2 counters for general public and 1 counter for ladies/senior citizen.
                                  However, my brother has waited in the queue and got his turn at 3:15 p.m. i.e. 15 mins before the departure of the train (Departure time 3:35 p.m.). The official told my brother that he was too late to reach the counter as the time period to cancel the waiting ticket is 30 mins before the departure of the train and he (my brother) is not entitled to get the refund as the railway site-system is not giving the permission to do so.
                                  Moreover, I would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that on the backside of the ticket there is no information about cancellation timing of the ticket.
                                  Now, the question is who is responsible for this situation? Is my brother who has lack of knowledge? Or the official staff who was not co-operating the general public? Or the Railway Ministry who is not mentioning the cancellation timing on the backside of the ticket?
                                  Now, I carefully request for issue of refund amount of Rs. 2, 010/-. Copy of tickets are enclosed for ready reference.

When transaction has been done I found that no ticket has been booked and also the amount of the ticket which was rs.4180 has been debited from my account.

                                      I was with two valid ticket.. From cbd belapur to cstm ... But ticket checker punished me..
                                      I went to ghatcopar station from belapur cbd and I taken ticket for cstm by ticket counter mistake.. She given two ticket to me, cstm instead ghatkopar station, , ..
                                      When I come back to belapur from ghatkopar, I was changing the train at kurla station, ticket checker checked me and he told that, I have not valid ticket. That time I have only documents for interview not any other heavy item..

                                        I was travelling from BSP to NSDL by Rajdhani express on 04.06.18. My coach no BE1 / Seat no 42/43/45/46 PNR no[protected]. The coach condition was not satisfactory. Water was leaking on top of toilet. Toilet was vary dirty. We are paying higher ticket price in these trains.
                                        We must get proper clean coach.
                                        It is not the fault of cleaning staff but Railway who use such lower standard coach without any maintenance.
                                        Please improve.
