I sri pavan kumar,

I submit that, the kacheguda - nizamabad passenger daily starting to the nizamabad from kacheguda at 7;55pm (Actual time 6:55pm), again it is getting problem in crossings, nearly two hours are waiting in crossing,

Every day actually its timings 6:55 from kacheguda to 9pm nizamabad but staring 7:55pm from kacheguda and depature at nizamabad at 1am.
Why are you using passengers trains for public, every day we will getting same problem
Worst and waste controller are giving signals to the passenger trains in between kacheguda to nizmabad. Immediately change him and take necessary action in the matter

    I had booked my bike in yeshwanthpur parcel office on 22nd may, 2018. I was told my bike would be loaded in to a pune train in next 2 days. It has already been a week, i've moved to pune and the parcel office staff haven't loaded my bike from bangalore yet. The staff itself is irresponsible as they won't pick my call when i dialled on their office number. This is my worst experience with indian railways. I have no idea under what conditions is my bike placed in. An immediate action is much appreciated.

      Respected sir. Andhra pradesh: trains to and from andhra pradesh need a pied piper on board. With travellers often complaining of the rat &cockroaches menace on trains. The latest person at the receiving end is a ramesh s who travelled in an air-conditioned coach 2a p1, a1 vide pnr no.[protected] of 07258 bza to sc express on sunday27-5-18. The rodents, they said, had damaged their luggage and food packets. Complaints to officials on board fell on deaf ears.

      An hour later, they heard squeaking sounds but did not pay much heed. Around dinner time, they pulled out the food packet, they found that rats had nibbled at the box and gobbled up some of the food.

      Few people alerted the concerned on board twice who assured them of action but nothing as such happened. When the train reached hyderabad next morning, it was found and ramesh s luggage was damaged by the rats.
      “passengers have to endure the inconvenience despite paying fare high fares. We have alerted the railways on the board of the menace in the past but they seem to be taking it casually.

      Now request the railways to refund for the damaged luggage of rs.1, 000/- immediately.

        Hello sir,
        I have booked a ticket for 2 passenger through irctc website for a travel from pune to lucknow by train # 12103 pa lucknow exp on 8th april, 2018. Ticket pnr. No. [protected] and date of journey 13th july, 2018.

        I choose lower berth for senior citizen as a preference option but surprisingly the system allotted the upper berth for senior citizen. I was surprised to see this allotment. My father is 75 year old and cannot climb to go to upper birth due to the knee problem. Unfortunately the other passenger seat on this ticket too is side upper birth. Isn't there a rule to have lower births for the senor citizen and how an upper birth can be allocated to senior citizen.

        Please have a look into this matter asap and assigned a lower birth for the senior citizen. Also the other passenger in this ticket need to be assigned the seat near to him to take care of him. Any new assignment should be done for both passengers so that they are getting seat closer by.

        Else, i don't have any other option except cancelling the ticket and not using railway as transport and that too with a reason, railways don't care about the senior citizen with appropriate seat assignment, which is their right.

          This is to bring to your kind notice that, I was travelling from Patna JN(PNBE) to Dhanbad JN(DHN) from Train No :-13330/GANGADAMODAR EXPRESS in Second AC on 11th May 2018 and my PNR No was [protected].

          While travelling the bed roll which was provided to me was found dirty, it was stained and stinking and was not usable, same was inspected by Mr. Sunil Kumar Kujur (CTE) and he also confirmed that it can’t...

          Dear sir,
          I was travelling by third AC (train No.22471) intercity express at around 14.30hrs.from MAHENDRAGARH railway station and when I proceeded to my sheet, it was observed that all the births were opened and passengers are sleeping there including occupying my seat. As the middle birth was opened then it was not possible to be seated there. Since it was day time, I had requested to my co passenger to close the birth and allow me to take my seat but he did not agree and started quarrel. Under this circumstance the matter brought to notice to the TTE, on duty but I regret to say that TTE could not make any satisfactory solution. TTE says that “This is a sleeper coach so there is no provision of journey being seated”. He also said that “I am not sleeping on the birth, passenger sleeping there, so I can do nothing”
          I was really shocked by the reply.
          However after several requests made to TTE, some alternate arrangement was made in other coach, but that is not any solution.

          So far my knowledge the rule of INDIAN RAIWAY the sleeping time in a sleeper coach (AC/non AC)is 22:00hrs. to 06:00hrs.(rule 652)
          Is it really passengers are not allowed to perform journey on seated while travelling during day time in a 3AC coach as explained by the TTE, and why a genuine passenger has to face this situation.
          Expecting needful action at your end.

            Dear team,
            It is very sad to write this complaint for first time that staff at some stations are not aware of displaying coach indicator correctly.
            Today my family travelling from habibganj to mumbai on 29th may 2018 from kamayani exp had to face lot of problems due to railway department negligence.
            The indicator displaying coach numbers where absolute wrong.. Infact in reverse order.
            As our coach was in ac section, because of indicator we waited there, as two min stoppage is there for kamayani exp. And when train arrived it was general coach there after engine. And thereafter all sleeper coaches and then ac. Due to shortage of time we had to ply on general coach only with heavy luggages. And then since my family had to take help of two people to travel to ac coach by crossing 12-13 coaches.. Which is really very bad experience due to railway negligence. I want you to please look into this and do not repeat these things in future. Thanks.

              I am anil kumar. I was traveling from jind to mumbai in punjab mail on 29.05.18. My seat no rac s2, 63 pnr no. 250_8919403. I have seen one of tc in my compartment s2 in punjab mail taking money from some people who has ordinary ticket without any receipt. This incident happened between new dehli to mathura. We have to step up against corruption as a responsible person of my country. I believe in bjp government and hope this government will take strict action against corrupted employees.in front of me he has took rs 400 from one person and rs 500 from another.

              My one no is [protected], Durango ndls-allahbad, date of journey 23/05/2018, seat no. 57, 60. Toilets and dustbins were not cleaned at starting point. Bad smell in the whole coach.It seems that train is not cleaned at Delhi. Toilets were blocked and no water in the taps in toilets.
              Actually my seat num number is 8 in s7 coach trichendur express from Chennai egmore which is side upper. The tte made me go up stating that he has to issue the bill to the passenger. This is ridiculous. I have reserved and it is my wish to go up or not. Who is he to order me.. really a worst tte.

                I was traveling from lucknow[lko]to vadodara [brc] by train no 82910, in a-1 coach, at lko inquiry there was neither any information about coach position nor coach position displayed at platform, only there was announce before five minutes of arriving the train at platform,
                I was standing in front side and i was searching my a-1 coach which at last of the train, this was very bad experience with luggage,
                One more thing which i observed that at a big station like lko there is no any coach position display system on the platform.
                In the train there was no any facility, like house keeping even fare is too high in the name of suvidha train but no satisfaction with this train.

                  My parents are travelling in this 22823 bbsr rajdhani which is 6 hr late from new delhi they will travel to chandighar... The scheduled train is at 2:45 jansatabdi... How they will manage it... This is a reduculous experience of train like rajdhani... U are taking money as or equal to flight and provide the service like hell...

                  My journey on 27th May in tpty to RMM express. I bought a cup of tea from platform vendor Villupuram jn. It is very bad chlorine smell passengers suffered by vomiting at 7O'Clock pm at Villupuram station.
                  Several unauthorized persons entered into reservation coach S-3 in train no.17214 and causing inconvenience to authorized travellers
                  I am traveling in train pashim exprer(12925). Route from bombay to Amritsar. I boarded in train from Bombay. Their was untidy toilets and no water supply since i boarded. We complaint alot to attentdent but no response. Railway expenses are getting so high day by day but still passengers getting very bad service.
                  Regarding the said matter I am to inform that I have cancelled my ticket 14557892. An amount of rs 3930.00 is to refunded but till date same has not been credited. Please look into the matter and resolve the issue as early as possible.

                    This is to bring to your notice that i am traveling in train no: 12101, which started yesterday from ltt, mumbai (28th may 2018).

                    The caterer (R. K. Associates, as i was told) are charging inr 25 for a cup of coffee and inr 40 for a meagre plate of poha, which i think are over priced, based on the price that i have paid outside for the same breakfast. When i asked for the price chart as given...

                    Dear sir, i was at the pick and drop lane at ahmedabad railway station and coz the train got delayed, i had to park my car at the parking who charged me rs. 60 and just for 30 minutes duration, while exiting the railway station the toll booth operator asked me rs. 218 which made no sense and i told him that i paid rs.60 at the parking for which he said it's not authorized.

                    No where in india has such heavy charges for parking and the toll booth operators are just looting private vehicle owners and charging as per their mood.

                    Very embarrassed and shame on such contractors who let the guys sit and collect money.

                      i was traveling with my family on dated 06/12/2014 siddheshwar exp train number 12115 kalyan to solapur 11.45 p.m. i was took ticket before two months of traveling. i want to say when i was traveling my reservation coach number S12 there were so many people are traveling without ticket and they are captured my reservation seat and my family members seat. i was asked that unknown people show me your ticket they are abusing and threatening me and my family members.
                      There ticket checker and also railway police was not present. There was in attendance compulsory ticket checker and also railway police in reservation coach but they are not available in that time in reservation coach. i was traveling with my family as like filling general coach. me and my family members with child suffered mental harassment, physical harassment. when i was reached in solapur station that time lodged. i was gave complaint dated 07/12/2014 receipt number 107629 in written then also i was send notice dated 06/08/2015 but as on date not take any legal action. then also send application right to information 2005 under in 2018 but no reply to me. why are you ignore my complaint and save your sttaf. I through this final notice hereby calling upon you to give me information within in 7days of receipt of present notice. Failing which I will be compelled to necessary legal action before the appropriate tribunal / Forum entirely at the cost and consequences of your. take note of it.

                        I am not feeling. I am having frequent loose motions and very severe abdominal cramps. Train (18622) was standing at bansipur station since very long. I went to the station master and requested him to send me to some near by hospital. I said that i am not feeling well. I was feeling very weak due to frequent loss of water. But the station master replied to me very rudely and he said to me that i can't do any thing "hum kuch nhi kar sakte, hamare pas koi suvidha nhi hai.. He did nothing. I am still sitting in the train and suffering with my abdominal cramps. I requested the tte of my boggy, he wrote my name seat number and pnr. But once gone he never came back.. Agar koi mar bhi jaye to railway ko koi fark nhi parta kya. How a station master can say ki mai kuch nhi kar sakta mere pas koi suwidha nhi. I want justice and strict action against bansipur, bihar station master

                          It was cancelled on 22.04.2018 at charbagh reservation counter no.616 lucknow
                          As per the information given by the counter person the refund was supposed to get back in the concerned account within 7 days electronic refund process.
                          It's been more than a month and refund is not yet received.

                            Dear sir,
                            I am rajesh 28 years and i travelled with my father 67 years, my mother 58 years and my nephew 10 years from katpadi junction to chennai central on 28/5/2018 early morning around 5 or 5.15 am with general ticket in train number 22640 (Allupuza to chennai central) unfortunately we boarded in the sleeper coach and coach no s2 the ticket collector name i dont know but he is doing duty in s1 and s2 he came nearer to me and standed us at the bathrooms and told why are you boarded in reservation coaches and even doesnt hear my words and abusing bad words in tamil and he tried 5 to 6 times slapped me infront of my parents in that moment i felt insulted and shamed. And im ready to give fine also but he didnt hear my words and abusing very bad bords in tamil like poramboku etc and tried to slapped and he crossed his duty limits and he demanded 500rs per ticket penalty instead of fine. And that too the journey duration is only 2 hours thenwe got down in next station and shifted to general coach
                            Now im asking you what the right he have to slap the passengers and abusing bad words.
                            Even im ready to give fine to board in the reservation coach but he demanded very huge amount of penalty and black mailed us instead of fine i want justice
                            Please take a proper action against him he insulted me pshycologically
                            He dont have a right to man handle any one

                              Yesterday and today i booked my ticket 3 times on train no.13103 and 13104. (Sdah to deb and deb to sdah). But money deducted from my account. Bt reservation is not successful in all 3 transaction. Bt my money is deducted. Irctc txn id [protected]. Another two irctc txn id is not send my sms or mail id. I booked my two tickets on 26/05/2018 at between 10 to 11 pm approx. And another one booked on 27/05/3018 at between 12:30 to 12:50. I want my money back immediately.

                                Journey front ladies coach of engine. Regularly rpf people will come and they will guide me to enter into the front ladies coach. Because front ladies coach is general&ladies coach always nearer to guard at back side.
                                But rpf people crossing this rule so many times. Because they need persons to them into court. And there by they will get reward. This process is happening at secunderabad rail way station.. (Even the in same condition with out loco xchnage.) we need clarification reg this unjustice. Kindly apoloze me for my uncertainty.

                                I was travelling from gulbarga to bangalore from 22133 solpaur express train on 15/5/2018 and have lost 120gm gold. Have registered FIR for the same at bangalore on 16/5/2018 with FIR number 0049/2018.
                                request you to update on the same.
                                Train 13352 is the worst trains in terms of following:-
                                1)Socket provided for mobile charger doesn't work.
                                2) No one comes to clean toilets rooms .

                                3)Everything is very old model .

                                please improve the services in this train .

                                  Date 24/5/18 i was traveling to siliguri to jhajha with 3rd a. C ticket of train no 15942 & my train was at 02.45 a. M. At siliguri jn (W. B) there is no a. C waiting hall. When ask for retiring room to attendant at 10.30p. M 1 lady staff said that all room are booked by online process but till yet i am typing this msg for compliant no one came here to book room or stay in room.. After lots of argument in enquiry counter my and my wife suffers but no resolution taken by the staff. I suffer about 4-5hours at siliguri jn.
                                  So i want full details of the person with pnr no who booked the room or apology msg from the staff..
                                  Indian Railways customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  We are travelling in ac2 class . And recieving dirty and used bedsheets and napkins.its disgusting and annoying.this has to be rectified as it is not the first time something like this has happened.

                                    The security line between silagam road and gorulipada road is broken

                                    People are facing much difficulties to cross that road

                                    There are also possibilities of accidents in such places

                                    Due to that broken railway security line

                                    As there is only one link between andhra to odisha people coming through that way are facing difficulties to cross that

                                    Last week 15-5-18 i had booked the train ticket via icici easy pay but booking is un success full, money was debited from my account.

                                    i tried more time to mail for icici customer care but no response
