Pnr: [protected] Train no: 12401 Train was delayed by more than 11 hours... Journey of 9 hours takes about 13 hours... It is a routine for the railway staff to delay this train and others... Keep the train at halt for half an hour or more at various stations where there is no stoppage... Problem faced regularly in allahabaad and danapur regions... Sir, This is to inform you that I had lost my mobile in TrainNumber 16339 - Nagercoil Express. I am in 2nd AC coach A1 in seat no 43.The mobile is MI brand and it was having the number [protected] in it. Kindly book necessary complaint and look in to this matter.

I want to say that there is no information about the coach position. I am in koderma station . I have almost lost my train no. 12815 Nandan kanan exp, because I was misguided about the coach position given by railway website. The station vendors also mis guide me. Atleast railway should think about it, this is worst experience by me ever.
My father in law whose name is "Ahinsa Kumar" have booked a THREE WHEELER - TRICYCLE on dated 19-Sep-2017 from Jaipur jn. to Lakhisarai junction, but parcel not reach till date.

Unfortunately our mobiles were switched off but there is no facility of charging in a train. Country is going for bullet trains but basic facilities are lacking for common people. Hope you will look into the matter.
