[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — connecting flight left | |
I had booked e-ticket from bangalore to dibrugarh for[protected] and allotted flight no.6e-2132 from bangalore at 6.00 hrs to new delhi 8.45 hrs. And connecting flight no. 6e-3645 from new delhi at 10.45 hrs to dibrugarh 13.15 hrs. Flight no. 6e-2132 was late by 1.15 hours and reach n delhi at 10.20 hrs at terminal 2. Flight already left while i reached terminal 1. Due to non supporting of ground staff i could not reach there in time and my baggage is also not reached me till 13.00 hrs. Now, i have booked another ticket leaving delhi at 13.30 hrs as i have to attend my important job interview at dibrugarh on morning hours of[protected]. Myself and my parents are in mental agony and also suffer huge loss of time and money of rs. 20, 000/- approx. For booking another ticket and loss of ticket value from n delhi to dibrugarh which i suppose mainly due to non supportive behaviour of ground staff of indigo. My baggage contains major documents are also not available which may lead towards spoiling of my future life. Was this information helpful? | |

I saw one advertisement in indeed about the job avaliable in Indian airlines at indigo available in vacancy available first they asked me 2000 and again they asked me about 7950 to pay again it will be refundable I didn't paid

Such documents are absent and not attached .
The responsibility of the air carrier is limitted by Indian law and by the ICAO convention.
Note, it is usless to request the same subject matter (compensation due to exat fault) more than 2 times from the air carrier.
All disputes in 15 days following the submission of your correct complaint (for example, the air carrier reused to reply or refused to compensate) are subject of the examination by Indian court.
The expected expences for legal assitance can be:
-- government fees start from 2000 ruppes + own efforts
- legal fees for assistance of a lawyer or of legal professional start from ~5000 rupees till 12000 depening upon the complicity and length.
The fair court must compensate, if proved by documents, all material losses, moral harm, paid servics in final judgement .
