Iam a job seeker presently iam working in kerala iam well educated and well experianced in hr profession

I sent my cv to goindigo careers after two days they called me one miss sonika she said she calling from indigo airlines and inform me i was shortlisted to the interview she said she is calling from regional office indigo i believed she said to sent my documents at evening i sent my all educational certificates next day she called be to attend a online test so am attended she inform me i was pass the test then she said to pay 2000 rupees for document verification i paid 2000 rupees she said the amount will be refundable i believe her words. Next day one mr agnihothri called me to conduct a telephonic interview i attended then he request to pay 7000 he said it will refundable but that time i was confused because job not sale right? I directly called indigo customer care service section they said indigo never ask to pay any amount i was cheated.. I called the clients they cut my calls they blocked me but still their number is ringing they chaeted many people please help fom this issue i need money pack and they will be punished

Hey, that doesn't sound right at all. IndiGo never charges any fees for conducting interviews. The company will not be responsible for any payment you make in response to this.

    After completing all the formalities i have not yet received my baggage nor response. Beliwvis mail i sent.

    I have not received any updates so far. I spent 3 hours at chennai airport with kids and family for the fault of indigo’s careless staff who missed to check in my baggage and later found to stuck in the level 4 in hyderabad airport. I was promised by hitesh a customer care ground staff at chennai airport that my baggage will be sent at my address given in the attached letter. Today, to my surprise no one bothered to even give an update. So i followed up and spoke to chennai ground staff bhavna first and she said she will put me on hold for a moment in order check the status however i was made a fool of the situation and i was put on hold for more than 6 minutes until it got cut automatically. The next time i called i was cut for 3 times after which one arvind another ground staff of indigo airlines picked but instead of listening to the issue he said he has lot of passengers being queued up to handle. He said he will call up after half an hour instead of eating our time. So i asked him whether he really did understand my issue as i knew he was not giving attention and as expected he couldn’t explain what my issue was all about. Very unruly behaviour by all the indigo ground staffs. Now it’s been almost 3 hours and no sign of response back and no one picks up the call. Please let me know where to escalate

      I made 2 separate bookings this morning on indigo chennai to bangkok. A total of 4 return flights. Pay, nets made through app. Payment confirmation through for my credit card from ccrevenue ref numbers[protected] and[protected]. Pay, net taken but got message saying indigo unable to process. Online chat no reply. It’s call to help number person hung up 2nd call more helpful but told to wait 7 days for refund. Will put prices up and now have no confidence same will not happen if rebook indigo. Even more galling paying overs 200 in convenience charges fro using card having spent 2:hours booking and phoning.

First call come to my phone indigo airlines ticket executive jobs in banaglore, they said first amount paid, iam paying 30, 000, all mobiles are switched off sir 7 mobile numbers, they head office new delhi, what i can do sir,, my money is gone.. All members mobiles are switched off..

        Fraud is a duty of the investigation by the police, not by the service provider.
        It looks that the author had issued his e-mail to fraud makers, which are difficulty identifiable
        based on his screens.
        The solution : to change phone number.

          Sub : red color safari trolley baggage is missing from airport on 22nd dec 2018

          My itinerary on 22nd dec 2018 was from bhubaneswar to hyderabad via chennai.

          Issue :
          My flight from bhubaneswar to chennai on 22nd dec was departed at 13:20 pm noon instead of 12:00 pm (Flight no -6e-182 indigo). Due to this delay have missed my second flight from chennai to hyderabad at 16:05 pm (Flight no - 6e 302) and got into next possible indigo flight at 17:15 (Flight no - 6e 3173). That time when i asked to indigo agents they told that your baggage will be available at hyderabad baggage counter no need to worry. But when i reached at hyderabad and inquired about my baggage (Red color safari trolley bag) they told that chennai people didn't record about this bag. After that, have tried multiple times to contact chennai agent but they didn't pickup (Chennai agent no - [protected]).

          My next flight was from hyderbad to dubai at 20:10 pm (Flight no - ai 951 etk:[protected]c2) so was in hurry and hyderabad agent took made me to wait for one hour. The bag is so much valuable to me and have nothing to wear for me now.

          Kindly, look into this matter asap, i am totally devastated with this situation. Please send the bag to below given address -

            I was traveling in 6e-791 pnr fkv59e on 29.12.18. I didn't get my check-in baggage. When i complaint they just told me it will reach your destination which is pondicherry. They didn't care much about the incident and didn't even apologize. I think you people taking all this matter casually. I want you to reimburse for the delay and the problem caused and send my luggage to the mentioned address today anyhow otherwise i will never travel in you airline again.

            To author:

            1. There is a time limit for submission the complaint for a delayed baggage:
            7 days or 21 days following the flight, if the baggage is not receved.
            You have attemtit to the agent of air carrier somwhere, but thy refused to accept your claim and failed to issue property irregulatory report.

            You need to have:
            - your bag tag
            - PROPERTY IRREGULATORY REPORT (PIR) or DAMAGE REPORT, issued by the agent
            - e-ticiket

            2. The air carrier liablity for damaged/delayed bagage is limitted by the law.

            All claims have to be addresed to the air carrier at the air carrier site,
            which have 21 days for the bagage delivery to the owner home/hotel following the receipt of the complaint.
            They refused to accept the complaint,
            so you can claim for the additional compensation from air carrier.
            In 15 the decsion on the compensation or refusal has to be issued by air carrier to your e-mail box.

            3. Following 15 days, all disputes on damages have to be resolved in the court of the country of the departure or of the arrival, and not later tha in 1 or in 2 years, depening upon the country.

            4. You are advised to save
            1. bag tag
            3. e-ticket
            3. PIR or damage report, which was issued by agent.
            Otherwise you need to have an additional reply of an air carrier due to refusal to accept the complaint on the delayed registered / checked luggage in the exact date / airport.
            4. any givven reply of the air carrier to your name / e- mail box.

            Note, it is usless to request the same subject matter more than 2 times from the same air carrier (example, gimme 1000 ruppes for delayed luggage).
            The expected expences for legal assitance can be:
            - government fees [ from 200 or from 2500 ruppes ],
            - legal fees for assistance of a lawyer or of legal professional [ from ~5000 rupees]
            The fair court shall award all reasonable losses, moral compensation, paid fees.

              Sir,
              I was supposed to travel by IndiGo 6E - 717 on 28th Dec 2018 scheduled to departure at 8:20 from Hyderabad to Ranchi. I have done my web check-in one day prior. As per the rules check-in counter closes 45mins before and boarding closes 25mins before.
              On the day of travel I was stuck in traffic as there was a mock military drill suddenly scheduled in one of the roads which was the reason for the delay. However, I reached the counter at 7:40 which is 40 mins prior to departure. Since I have done my check-in they should have given me my boarding pass but they denied and dint allow me to travel. I tried to contact them through multiple media but their attitude is even more pissing off.
              Sir we keep waiting for hours when flights are delayed due to several issues and in my case I was on time for boarding and it would have taken me 5 mins to board the flight had they given me the boarding pass. They literally don't have any concern for the customers and their feelings.
              This incident has caused me a huge loss as I couldn't not reach my destination.
              I deserve a huge compensation for my loss.
              Moreover sir this not the issue of one passenger, it should the lack of good service in our country. Since there is no other airline in the Ranchi-Hyd route we are forced to travel by IndiGo and they taking advantage of their monopoly. Every citizen and every consumer deserve a good service and our rights need to be protected. They deliberately not allowed me on board.
              I request you to kindly consider this issue and do justice to me.

              We are sorry for the experience. As per our policy, check-in counter closes 45 mins prior and boarding gate closes 25 mins prior to the scheduled departure time. Our staff always tries to accommodate all checked in passengers who report marginally late due to reasons or situations beyond their control as it does not benefit us when the seat reserved under your name goes vacant. Further, in case of web check-in, passengers carrying the printout of boarding passes can report directly at the board gates without check-in baggage. Since our check-in counter was closed, our staff was unable to accept you for the flight. We sincerely hope for your understanding in this regard.

              You can not claim anything, if
              - the ticket or boarding pass produces the time for checkin / boarding
              - and you were late by yourself.

              If you had no checked baggage you might not need to check in in addition at the airport desk.

              You have note expressed "a huge compensation for my loss" in figures and have not claim from the air carrier with the atchment of proves of loss.

              You can start a civil case against the service provider / air carrier, if you have writen proves only and paid services:-
              - government fees from 2000 rupees
              - legal professional support (claim preparation), from ! ~ 6000 rupees + own efforts,
              if in India.

Immediately contacted indigo customer care to just reverse sector to origin from hyderabad to delhi.. Informed to book ticket for correct sector... Inform new pnr number and they will refund amount in full. But as per mail recieved it seems they have deducted huge amount rs 12000/- and balance forwaded booking agents. You are requested please look into the matter pnr details are lgg2nw... Request please refund balance amt...

But as per mail recieved it seems they have deducted huge amount Rs 12000/- and balance forwaded booking agents. You are requested please look into the matter PNR details are LGG2NW... REQUEST PLEASE REFUND BALANCE AMT ...

                  I have traveled on flight 6E-188 from hyderabad to port blair on december 11th 2018 and when i received the luggage in port blair i found that large amount of pickle oil has been spilt on my luggage. I was not carrying any eatables in the luggage. Oil spill lead to damage of some of my clothing packed in my bag and since it was oil spill most of my branded clothes are unusable.
                  This is not the only bad experience of mishandling luggage in Indigo airlines, while on my return journey from port blair to hyderabad on 16th of december 2018 I boarded flight 6E-624, my trolley bags lock was completely tampered and the lock was broken. This is big concern as i am worried of security of belongings inside checked in luggage. I will not be opting to book indigo flights if this is the way the checked in luggage is treated.
                  No proper handling of luggage and tampering of lock is not at all expected from airlines as we might loose valuables present inside the baggage.

                  Please refund amount for damage of my bag and clothing due to oil spill and also tampered lock of my trolley bag which is unusable now.

                  It was not reported on arrival as i had to leave airport ASAP due to some other appointments.

                  Adding to flight details previously mentioned, PNR for flight 6E-188 was CH2V7A passenger names Kavya Jana and M K Siva Prasad Katakam and PNR for flight 6E-624 was RM6VJE with same names for passengers.

Please know that a customer who leaves the baggage delivery area without reporting a bag as missing or damaged to an IndiGo representative will be deemed to have received his/her bag correctly and in good condition. As there was no complaint raised on arrival regarding the same, we are unable to initiate any repair or compensation process. Nevertheless, we have shared this as feedback with the concerned airport team for further review and to ensure baggage delivery as per the standard practices.

                  It can be done at the air carrir site or to the agent of the air carrier in the airport.

                  The air carrier must issue the damage report or PIR or any other document after the receipt of the comlaint.
                  if the agent has not issued the It is impossible to check such complaint as the author has not attached :
                  - e-ticket copy or boarding pass
                  - bag tag
                  - PROPERTY IRREGULATORY REPORT (PIR) or DAMAGE REPORT, issued by the agent, who had receved your claim at the airport.

                  You are advised to save
                  - bag tag
                  - e-ticket
                  - PIR or damage report, which was issued by agent
                  OR
                  - your own submitted complaint at air carrir site, if the agent had not issued the DAMAGE REPORT at the airport,
                  - any reply of the air carrier to your name / e- mail box.

                  Note, it is usless to request the same subject matter more than 2 times from the same air carrier (example, gimme 1000 ruppes for damaged luggage).

                  All other disputes are via local court only within 1-2 years.

                    Details given below :

                    Price summary
                    Airfare charges aed 237.00
                    Dubai passenger service charge aed 75.00
                    Passenger facility charge aed 35.00
                    Dubai pax security and safety fee aed 5.00
                    Advance passenger information fee aed 5.00
                    Convenience fee aed 19.00
                    Seat fee aed 22.00
                    Total fare aed 398.00

                    But credit card billing amount showing 407.95.
                    I complained to the bank and they said additional cahrges came from indigo itself.
                    What is this extra charge for?
                    I understand you already charged convenience charge.

                      We travelled by 6e 2859 (Indigo flight) from delhi - chennai on 22.12.2018. My daughter, ms. N. Shaali pruthi was carrying a black colour fastract bag. It contains three kurtis (Violet colour, brown colour and orange, two towels. One of the zips will be in silver in colour.

                      It must have been lost when we were waiting for boarding to take place. We lodged complaint at chennai airport indigo counter on 22nd itself. They took us our mobile number.

                        We are sorry for the experience. As per policy, check-in counter closes 45 mins prior and boarding gate closes 25 mins prior to the scheduled departure time. In case of web check-in, passengers can report directly at the board gates without check-in baggage, carrying the printout of boarding passes. Further, our flight was delayed due to bad weather at Bengaluru airport which is beyond our control. Based on our records, the passenger has reported at 1323 hrs for the flight departing at 1340 hrs with check-in baggage. Hence, our staff was unable to accept the passenger for the flight. We look forward towards your understanding.

                          Had a horrible experience aboard Indigo airline while flying from Jaipur to Kolkata last week. I was on-board Indigo 6E-237 and half-an-hour before landing in Kolkata smoke started filling the cabin. This smoke was coming from AC vents and everyone aboard the flight was terrified as this drama unfolded mid-air ruling out any possibility to land any time soon. Everyone was afraid whether the flight would or wouldn't land. It almost felt as if we were sitting in the middle of a pyre of burning plastic and metal. That smoke was so horrible that babies started crying and passengers started murmuring and started throwing nervous glances at each other. Panic was written all over everyone’s face. As the flight landed, I asked a flight attendant to help me get out of the flight but it seems that the crew on board froze. I beg to question the safety regulations followed by Indigo and its crew members. With each moment that passed, everyone grew more and more afraid as smoke completely engulfed the cabin. With little help or information coming from the crew, everyone expected the worse. I swear I will think twice before taking an Indigo flight and will also urge everyone to reconsider Indigo. While it can written off as a stray incident, the reality is that their aircraft have encountered issues in the recent past.

                            I am a student studying in a college in bangalore and had booked a flight from bangalore to mumbai for me and my father for travel date 4th jan 2019 via indigo airlines 6e-566 to go and attend job interview in mumbai on 7th jan.

                            My exams were supposed to get over on 2nd jan 2019, but university has postponed my exams from 2nd jan to 7th jan, due to which i will not be able to travel on 4th jan 2019.

                            I am a student without any income and my father is almost nearing retirement due to which we are having a lot of financial issues.

                            I want to travel from same source to destination on any day between 8th jan to 10th jan so that i can go and attend the same job interview there on 11th jan.

                            Hence i request you to please waive off the cancellation/rescheduling charges as i and my family are going through a tough financial crisis now. Had spoken to indigo customer service for the same but didn't get any support.

                                Please refer to indigo airlines pnr nos ck8n9u. 27 dec and 5 jan 19. This ticket was booked 2 months back for ixc - pat via delhi up and down. One month back we got message that return ticket delhi patna is cancelled due to some operational issue and they seems to provide any alternative, so i asked them to cancel and refund del - ixc which we got. After few days again got message that 27th dec flight re routed through kolkata again today on 25th dec they sent the message that ixc - kolkata flight is rescheduled due to this connecting flight was missing. We asked them to provide alternative they say they can only give delhi patna delhi.. Now we are left with no option and was forced to go buy that.
                                The indigo is cheating what is the fun of getting our book two months back and they are using our money. And the end we end up paying more.

                                  My mother and sister were travelling on indigo flight 6e 641 on 20th dec 2018 from bangalore to jaipur.
                                  They were not aware of web check in counter facility thinking that those counters are only for people with no check in luggage, so they headed straight to the the check in counter at the airport and reported exact on 5:20 am (Flight departure time was 6:05 am)
                                  The staff at the counter just denied check in stating that they were late. My mother is a senior citizen with some leg problem, but still managed to reach counter on time.

                                  Suspect some foul play by the airlines since they were not at all ready to cooperate in any way.
                                  In fact on checking the airlines record, the flight took off 15 min before scheduled departure time on 20th dec (Take off time was 5:50 am)

                                  Finally they were forced to spend the whole day till 5pm at airport as the next available flight with seats was at 5pm. So much of mental and physical harassment for a senior citizen!

                                      I got a ticket from srinagar to delhi with pnr nyu66v dated december 14, 2018. On arrival at airport on that day, it came to notice that the flight was cancelled that day. No prior information disseminated. Initially the indigo staff was not co operating and putting pressure on cancellation of the ticket with refund. On conversation they arranged a linked flight from srinagar to lucknow and lucknow to delhi next day i. E. On december 15, 2018. Total journey period was about 7 hours from 09-40 am to 16 - 30 hours.

                                      On complaint we got accommodation at srinagar with dinner and breakfast.
                                      We took high tea of amount rs 1092/- but the amount was charged by the hotel authority.

                                      Indigo should bear that amount as we were detained. At the same time we claim for compensation of amount rs 20000/- for a delay of 24 hours by the airlines.

                                      But all flights from other airlines were running as per schedule. We accepted the cancellation but not the compensation as mentioned therein. Air lines staff at air port should be co-operative and responsible for any such issues.

Worst experience with indigo ground staff in handling luggage during chaos and eventually had my brand new luggage completely damaged from side. I purchased a day before and now it’s unrepairable. Our endeavor has always been to deliver bag at the destination in good condition. We have gone ahead with our investigations with the concerned airport team and staff on duty and have established that no complaint was raised on arrival.

                                        Further, as per our conditions of carriage, a customer who leaves the baggage delivery area without reporting a bag as missing or damaged to an IndiGo representative will be deemed to have received his/her bag correctly and in good condition. As there was no complaint raised on arrival regarding the same, we would not be in a position to initiate any repair or compensation process.

                                        Nevertheless, we have shared this as feedback with the concerned airport team for further review and to ensure baggage delivery as per the standard practices.
