While showing i'd proof near the entry gate my mom realised that she forgot her n my younger brothers i'd at home... My dad first requested the staff they said first show us i'd at least in mail...

I have been approached via an email having fake letterheads of indigo airlines and they asked me to come for the interview on 29th of may, 19.
I just recognised that they are fake by the letter-heads used.
I would like the indigo airlines to atleast post a sample call email or interview call letter so that people can recognise which is which, if they get such call letters in near future.

transaction was unsuccessful but cash got deducted from account while paying for extra luggage

Hi team,

I travelled from pune to bangalore on may 2nd at 11am flight. Since my luggage weight was exceeding by 1kg i had to pay 400rs.
The staff told me initial transaction was unsuccessfull and made me pay again. But my money got deducted twice.

I showed the details to the staff and they told me that it will get refunded in 24hrs. Till now i didnt get any refund. I raised a complaint through your customercare...

Our luggage is missing in the plane on[protected]. The flight number is 6e699.
The passenger name is bushra m p.
It was said to us that the two of our luggage bags are send by mistake to ahmedabad. They will deliver it to us on the same day.

But still now, they haven't delivered.

This type of behaviour is not expected from a reputed company like indigo.

I travelled with my wife from chennai to coimbatore by6e 881 today 04 may 19. We are 85 yrs and 75 yrs old. 0n return trip. Hi. I had a flight from jaipur to kolkata on 4th may. The flight got cancelled and the supervisor - akash gave us the option for 5th may jaipur to delhi, delhi - imphal and imphal to kolkata. However when we see the indigo website their was an option of giving us a flight on 4th may 9.05pm flight. This was not suggested to us. My schengen visa interview had to be cancelled for this....

I booked flight tickets from happyeasygo.com and due to issues i had to cancel them asap... I cancelled them withing 7 hours of booking.. And when i asked about the refund these people asked me to contact indigo airlines regarding the refund.. And indigo airlines people said even they cant refund back the money as the payment is been done from happyeasygo.com website... Refund can only be done upto 3000 whereas i spent 20, 123/- for my tickets......
