I am scheduled to travel from goa to bengaluru on indigo flight 6e-617 bearing pnr - lbpfhy on[protected] at 2:20am. I received a call from indigo on[protected] at 10am informing that the flight has been rescheduled to 3:35am. I do not wish to agree to this reschedule and when i called to customer care (Mr. Aziz, emp id:[protected] has talked to me and informed me that their policies allow changing/rescheduling the flight only if the delay is more than 2 hours. I am not okay with one hour delay in travel and i wish to reschedule my flight to the previous day flight that is on 20:15 from goa to bengaluru. Kindly help me in this matter.

    Dear sir / madam.

    Greetings of the day to you.

    This mail is with reference to our travel from hyderabad to chandigarh by flight no: 6e 269. On[protected], departure at 12.00 noon.

    Complaint. 1
    We had requested for the fast forward service at the hyderabad airport and paid an amount of rs. 900/- for 2 passengers. The staff at the airport forgot to put the tag of fast forward on one of our suitcase and this was informed to the staff immediately, the counter staff informed us that it will be taken care of and assured us not to bother about this.
    On arrival at the chandigarh airport, we had to wait for our baggage for more than 20 mins, our baggage was put in the regular sequence with the other passengers and this was shown to ms. Damini, ground staff of indigo airlines at the chandigarh airport. Hence request you to refund the amount of rs.900/- that was paid for fast forward service.

    Complaint no.2
    We were carrying mango pickle with us weighing approximately 8 kgs, 2 cartons of 4kgs each. We were advised to put the pickle packed in cartons along with the checked in baggage, and were charged rs.1600/- on account of excess baggage.

    We had requested the counter staff to put a fragile sticker on the pickle boxes and this was also ignored by the counter staff. On receipt of the boxes at the chandigarh airport, one of the box was damaged and the oil had leaked out of the packet, since it was mishandled. Now, we request you to kindly reimburse the amount of rs.! 600/- that was paid on account of excess baggage and also refund an additional amount of rs. 1400/- for the loss of the pickle.

    Kindly look into this and revert back immediately.

      My pnr is mm3z6e my onward flight to istanbul from delhi was arbitrarily cancelled though flights were still operational in that route.

      I bought the tickets in february and i was told in the meanwhile indigo had merged with turkish airlines and though there were other flights showing they could not give those to me.

      My tickets were booked 4 months ahead for june yet due to this cancellation i have had to book another indigo flight in the same route incurring a much higher expense of an extra 40000 this is over and above the refund they have sent. And all for no fault of mine and just because the above said airlines did not meet its commitments

        I got a mail from. Indigo regarding the selection process recently i haven't contacted them they said. To. Deposit 9600 as a security amount and will be refunded on the date of interview and the mail. Id given was [protected]@hrindigo.com how can some. One access the mail. Id of indigo dont knw whether it is fake or real. How our details are been shared i have submited my cv on indigo before two months only.

          I`d booked a ticket pnr no fi8ztt on 31st may from bhopal to chennai for my son sankalp mehani. Flight had to reach chennai at 3:08 pm then he had to catch a train at 5:30 pm (Shatabdi express) from railway station. Flight was delayed for more than an hour and he missed his train. He was alone to travel. It was very difficult to buy a raliway ticket in an emergency and we couldn`t get refund of that train ticket because train had deaparted. This is ridiculous. I am very much dissatisfied with this. Awful

              I want to say that, one recruiter company named as future Acheiver from mumbai, called me as they get ny details from shine profile and offer me a job for indigo airlines as a site engineer and demanded for registration fee along. ..kindly help me on this matter.. Weather i got cheated or something else..
              They told me for the joining at jolly grant airport on 24 june 2019 but as joining date coming near m not getting any response from them even not able to contact them from last 5 days...

                I travelled on flight number 6e 2554.
                I was having 3 tickets x9qkre
                I was fined 4000 rs for carrying 10 kg extra baggage although i wasn't allowed to carry any cabin baggage despite of my 3 tickets. I was travelling with my two kids and it was really embrassing and worst experience. If these are the things, we will not travel with your airline ever.
                I could have carried 21kgs cabin baggage but wasn't allowed to carry even one and also fined.
                You are requested to return that extra charges.

                  Hi,

                  Due to the medical emergency of my mother, we have postponed my travel date from 21st may to 24th may. But by mistake your (Indigo) customer care person praveen has changed the date to 25th of may, again i have contacted customer care and changed the date to 24th and cancelled my daughter ticket. For this i have paid 15000rs extra.

                  For the cancellation and mistake from indigo, i should get rs:19900. One customer care employee says i will get 19900 and other says 15500. They are asking about proofs. I have requested for the email or message that 19900 will be refunded but they have not enough permissions to send email or message.
                  They are not treating customers in a good manner.
                  I am suffering from indigo customer care employees.

                    Got a call for that i have been selected for airport staff in amritsar and asking to pay 2100 fee for interview process. Afterwards i read the same article on google that it was the fake recruitment company. Please take some action against them as they are doing fraud with many people as i was one of them only.

                    she said she will place me into Indigo Airlines at Mumbai International Airport
                    and she took Rs 2, 100 as Registeration fees and said it is Refundable amount and then a call was received from Bhushan Sharma [protected]
                    he said me transfer Rs. 7900 for documents verification
                    I did'nt transfer 7900 as i found something fishy
                    and read about frauds happening in the name of indigo for Jobs offerings

                      My name is farhan khan. I got email from indigo airlines for interview in bangalore. His name is suresh jain who said that first you have to transfer 9600 in bank account and which will be refunded on the day of interview. But after i searched on google i know it was fraud. So our government have to take necessary steps to this types of fraud people, who plays with future of the student. Please be aware of this type of fraud.

                      This is to bring to your notice that 3passengers newly travelling from pune to nagpur via flight no 6e 284 on 26th 00:50 was misled by indigo instead they went on 26th midnight to catch the same flight which was already departed also there was nothing mentioned on the ticket as am or pm hence the passenger got confused of the departure.. I contacted to your customer cell they said only 1800/- would be refunded for also the passengers got their time their money and day waisted. Hence forth i ask for the full refund or i shall be going via legal action against indigo airlines the total amount is 11, 733/- with pnr mgdrgz seat no 15a/b/c since they were travelling for the first time so it was a time issue the indigo airlines s not taking any on themself beide customer service says what we have to do s send mail cant call every customer for the same

                      There isnt any solution to my complaint as of now just i got one call from one of the indigo member while i was driving a car he said he shall call me during noon lunch time but still i am awaiting for that call i forward you the no from which i got a call from as :+91-8294862695 there was a conversation of only 1min 44 secthe call came to me at 27may2019 at 11:32 am since than i had made sever attempts to call on this no but its "out of coverage area" regards ashok kumar gupta 7775914940

                        I have strong complaint against indigo for what has happened at hyderabad airport yesterday dated 20th may 2019

                        What we need?
                        1) refund of full amount of rs. 4500 paid towards difference the booking amount after the flight were rescheduled.
                        2) refund of rs. 25000 towards mental agony & torture due to indogos mismanagement at hyd on 20th may

                        Case?
                        The initial boarding for hyd-bom 1725hrs 20th may was from gate #24
                        We reached 2hrs prior to take off & got our boarding pass at exactly 1600hrs
                        We were seated at gate 24 since then as printed & guided by indigo staff at counter before security.
                        At the last moment the gate was changed to 105 & we were not informed. I'm least bothered how other passenger go through.
                        I got a call at exactly 1721hrs when we were already arguing with indigo indeciplined staff.
                        I even got a msg stating your gate is 24

                        My question?
                        1) is, indigo could have called those passengers who missed to board even 25minutes of gate closure. Why did they called at 1721hrs just to have it in records?
                        Moreover, she wasn't polite enough to share the alternative.
                        2) none of the indigo staff was there at counter 24 to guide the passengers about changes. (Check cctv)
                        3) no proper sms even the last minute sms was for gate 24 (Attached)
                        4) we were carrying one 5years old child & an infant who were troublesome because of your mess.
                        5) not only we but also other 2passengers have missed the flight because of same reason.
                        All my details are mentioned below & let me know if you can't proceed with the refund within 7days so can escalate the case through legal & consumer forum.

                          Dear sir/madam,

                          My wife and daughter first time going to travel indigo flight no 6e2211 from del to bbi vide pnr no – mltdmh on 26 may 2019. They had reached at 15 : 05 at t-2. They had checked their luggage and when they were in line at counter for boarding pass. The counter staff didn’t entertain them and entertain the person behind them and trying to solve his problem. When my wife asked about boarding pass, she told time is over and you are late and go to other counter. Like this they requested in two counters. At last they refer them for ticket counter.in ticket counter, the staff present is talking very rudely and did not help them.

                          As i was always prefer to travel by indigo for good service, this type of situation, i felt very bad. Therefore, you are looked into matter and advise your staff to behave customer who are those in panic or first time or in problem. I also feel that i will also not prefer to travel in indigo in future.

                              Actually we need to travel from hyderabad to banglore but we paid amount for banglore to hyderabad after we canceld the ticket and again we booked hyderabad to banglore u ppl are not refunding my amount it's not fair ur looting public amount worst ever service stupid service
                              Seriously its harden money political ppl are using freely this service ur looting ppl harden money

                                Indigo flight not send me flight changeing time when i reach airport on correct time... When i talk with indigo people in hyderabad airport they taken me outside and told go to counter and the they change ticket...in counter she is asking thirty one thousand for new ticket... So again i purchased twenty seven thousand five hundred another airline ticket... So i get the big loss from indigo... They not send any flight time changes details on my mobile number or my email... Simly they are telling openly lies then i went to travels from where i buy indigo ticket... They also check and told they are telling lies they didn't send messages to you... If they send message to you first we will get message so we also not get message of flight time changes... Indigo staff is telling lies.,.in hyderabad airport indigo staff done very bad behave with me... I get biggest loss in my life from this cheap indigo... Total 50.000 indian rupees loss.. Ticket all sweets + other iteams... So please iam requesting to indigo do the correct judgement with me otherwise i will complain indigo owners my mobile number is ±971-[protected]

                                  My sister veena mani and her daughter sneha mani were traveling by indigo on 16th may to qatar to visit us. They we’re entitled fir visa on arrival. As per the qatar govt website they were having a six month validity passport a return ticket and details of accommodation. The accommodation was with us at our place fir which they were carrying valid proof. But the staff at kochi airport did not issue boarding pass saying that they require proof of hotel accommodation and not any other accommodation. I tried convincing then telephonically from doha, but they stuck to their point and as there was little time left i booked hotel accommodation and sent them details after which only they were issued boarding pass. I would like to know whether indigo airlines frame their rules or do not value the qatar governments bus eligibility rules. The names o[censored]r staff at kochi is one mr jishnu and ms ririsha and ur qatar office staff mr sunny. I very firmly require a explanation for insisting hotel accommodation inspite if the guidelines by qatar govt that it can be hotel accommodation or accommodation with friend or relative

                                    My suitcase had chain and lock. Indigo ground staff at madurai airport has broken the lock and chain both and had attached their blue string to lock it. This is highly unacceptable. Its so risky. I had my valuable stuff in it. And i am highly disappointed. I want a solution to this asap. Cannot accept this from indigo.
                                    The suitcase was in a good condition, but now they have broken the chain and the lock is missing. How will i travel now further. It isn't in operating condition at all.

                                      Sir i booked a round trip ticket with indigo. My pnr number is tegvhs and thviug for my trip from kolkata to chennai and vise versa. But by mistake the name was incorrectly typed. Please help me to correct it.

                                      The name which i typed is md wasib islam but it should be md rabiul islam.

                                      My boarding date is 1st of july so very less gime is left please help me to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
