    I have sent 89 reminders for the complaint raised by me for the financial loss of rs. 6000/- incurred by me due to irresponsible behavior of indigo employees. Till date no action is taken besides sending 89 reminders. This company is a mafia and is run by crooks and frauds who are only interested in looting money by unethical business practices, slapping and harassing passengers.

    People who have had similar experience from indigo may respond so that legal action can be taken against indigo.

      I have been a frequent flier with indigo for the sector surat to chennai on a round trip. I took 5 flight in a period of 1.5 month under which the cleanliness was one issue on indigo false assurance is being given. Also staff is marking passenger as an unruly, now indigo has stopped responding to mails as well. Expecting serious action over airline. Also need a explanation on what basis has staff marked the passenger as unruly.

      A appeal to fellow passengers please do not fall prey to their worst service and please do not pay for the xl seat as it is very much unhygienic and also on asking for cleanliness staff is marking passenger as an unruly passenger. Kindly please find the attached screenshot of the uncleaned seat. Also please do not buy food as it is very much stale and cold on top of that indigo is not even bothered to respond to customer

        I transported dead body of our company staff from chennai to kolkatta by indigo. David & co agencies done work, before start work itself they took charge of rs. 42, 000/- when we book the body that agency sarath kumar bargained 2000 must give for scanning purpose & cargo worker at last he took 800 rupees from me and given some money to trolley boys and kept rest with him.
        I reported cargo booking staff there is no response.

        So worried about these kind sinners, its better they beg and eat.

          Yesterday my Brother had to board flight from Sharjah to Indore, But Due to Some Visa Issue he was stopped not to board the flight, the Ticket was under no Show, i called Indigo person they told Airport Tax Amount Will be refunded fully to you, Tax Amount Was Rs.2667/- but today no amount refunded to me, they are telling that full amount deducted under cancellation.

              I made a booking ref: ber8qz on 3rd dec-2018. The amount rs 54171 got deducted from icici bank through net banking, transaction id: [protected]. But i got an error while the payment was transferring bank to payment gateway bill desk.

              I called the indigo customer care, they informed may the payment is not received and asked me to contact the bank.

              The bank informed me that the payment was successful and asked me to contact the biller.

              Kindly let me know, when will get the deducted amount and i am afraid not to make another booking.

                I always have nice experience with all my travelling. Today i had to fly to siliguri for my 2days trip. I had chose my travel partner as indigo this time. I had my direct flight from bangalore to ixb at 5:10am and pnr is emdyxr with 6e 6443.
                So you all know bangalore airport is far away from the city so i started early and reached airport at 1am. I have been to lounge and i have check that my flight status in internet was showing 25 minutes late and also in the lounge screen it's showing 5:35 departure. So i have put the alarm at 4:25 and 4:27am and slept. I woke up around 4:15 by myself and just been to washroom to be fresh and was going to have some food before leaving. Then at 4:44 i have got a call from indigo for the flight, i was shocked as they said the flight is at 5:10 only. I rushed and came to gate number 22 at 4:46 and indigo representative told me gate is closed and you can't board the flight.
                So my points:
                1) i was at the gate before 24 mins as per their time and they didn't let me in.
                2) i would not have reported this as we all know we need report before 25 mins but how can you expect everyone to board at right time when you have updated everywhere that flight is delayed by 25 mins in internet and also in the list also you are showing it'll leave at 5:35 am. When they closed the gate then i checked and yes they have updated that timing as 5:10 in airport screens and 5:02 in internet.
                3) after living up with indigo's fault i have to let go the flight and they told me to go to gate 12 and in the gate 12 they said go to gate 13. From 13 they said go to gate 29.in gate 29 they have given me a connecting rescheduled flight via kolkata which will reach ixb at 11:30am. Also they are not ready to accept their mistake of the timing they have shown in the screen and flight status. They charged me another 1000 rs bucks for the rescheduling. As another 9-10 customer like me had to pay for their mistake and according to them all o[censored]s were late and they hadn't done any mistake, so they given me boarding pass. Again i left the counter and proceed to gate 22 in which my connecting flight was going to leave.in gate 22 they told me go to gate 29 as i need to punch it with security. When i have gone to gate 29, she told me 'i haven't told you to leave but you left'. Nice customer satisfaction you are trying to gather indigo!! She told me to go to gate 2 again. Finally someone punch the security check and i boarded the flight which will delay my trip by 4 hours almost.

                So this was my 1st missed flight in my life with the help of indigo's mismanaged system, wrong update about time, unhelpful attitude towards customer. I hope this was my last unpleasant trip with you indigo as i am never going to give another opportunity to waste my time and destroy my trip. Never been harrassed like this before what you have done today like "go here and there".
                I want indigo to be penalized for this incident as they have no right to harrasse a customer and miscommunicate the timing in status board and internet.

                I have attached my boarding pass screenshot. And it's 6:25 right now and i am still in the flight for kolkata which hasn't left bangalore yet, thogh the time was 6:10. No flight starts at correct time when you fly with indigo.

Sadly, you had reported after the gate closure, hence we were unable to allow you onboard.
                Further, to make it as hassle-free for you as possible our airport team put you on the next available flight, at a nominal cost. Nevertheless, we would like to assure you that we have shared your experience with our Bengaluru airport manager to ensure that the concerned staff member is counselled to be extremely courteous, responsible and sensitive while assisting passengers at the airport. Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want the service at all levels to reflect that principle.

                Good to hear that you are trying to follow the timing and you are closing the gate before 25 mins.I am complaining about your update, in the timing screen it's always showing that flight will depart at 5:35 which is 25 mins delayed and for this mistake communication I was late.I had reached airport at 1am and I was in lounge.So if for your mistake I had to pay then I won't take that!! Also I had to go here and there so many times for your fault, that is the problem.I want you to be penalized for that, not for closing gate at right time.

                      I've travelling in indigo 6E 381 goa-hyd flight at 2:40 pm today(3rd Dec, 2018). I had my wallet filled with cash, debit cards and personal belongings, headphones in my check-in luggage. I got the luggage back after landing only to find out someone opened the bag and stole the belongings mentioned. It has obviously been done by either airport authorities or indigo employees and if they have to blame someone else for this act it would in turn prove their worst security for customer's belongings. I can't think of anything more unprofessional than this. We pay a full amount and board the flight being relieved of our worries of the luggage which supposedly is been taken care by the airlines. I believe for such a hideous act, even a full compensation does not suffice. Please provide me a solution to this before I could take any further action against it. This is so not acceptable to me.

                        I was travelled fm bbs to atq in indigo airline flight no 6e 557 and 6e 894 on 28th nov 2018. When i arrived atq stn i found my luggage has been missed. Suddenly i reported belt no.2 staff and ludged a pic report. Sir, i recd my luggage on 30 nov 2018 without 02 nos pen drive. I again complained on pic report. Request take needful action.                           Hi, yesterday i received two messages from indigo in my phone, about a purported flight from kolkata to patna and then from patna to kolkata. I have not booked any of such tickets and neither has anybody booked the same for me. Please treat this as urgent and take necessary steps. The two messages received by me are as under:-

                          The so called "support" of the airline is useless.
                          The person has received a casual fraudlent messege from anonymous and has no duty to call Indogo air carrier in order to help the airccarrier to avoid similar fraud within themselves.

                            Dear sir/ma'am,

                            This is with reference to my connecting flight from nagpur to hyderabad and from hyderabad to chennai on 12th november, 2018.
                            I had checked in for both the flights and had also obtained boarding pass for both the flights form the nagpur airport, i had no check in luggage, just a small backpack.

                            My flight was to depart at 7:30am in the morning and was supposed to reach hyderabad at 9:05am. However the flight go delayed in taking off from nagpur and further also got delayed in landing at hyderabad, i reached hyderabad only at 10am - which was very delayed. I got off the plane and ran to the staff and requested them to stop the next flight, they suggested to go to the transfer desk, the lady at the transfer desk was utterly clueless and inconsiderate - she did not pay heed to my requests even after multiple requests and told me the flight from hyderabad to chennai has departed and that she cannot help as she has no idea what to do and asked me to go to the reservation desk. I went to reservation and the lady at the reservation desk took a long time to understand my request and was again not very helpful and told me that the she can shift me to next flight at 2:40pm. The connecting flight left without the me without no prior intimation and information, even when i had the boarding pass in hand.

                            I went to the complaints desk and asked them to get me on the next earliest flight, but it was around 2:30pm only, i requested further to arrange and move me to a flight in different airline - but indigo staff was not able to do anything. At hyderabad airport, i spoke with gokul gn from customer services, he tried to help but the manager mr. Richard jobbard took around 45 mins to come and cater to my complaint. I requested to speak with the manager, mr. Taranjit singh, but he never came to my rescue. It was the most disappointing experience of my life, the services are the worst as the staff is not properly educated and trained.

                            I had a majorly important meeting at chennai at 2pm, there were international delegates who were part of the meeting in chennai and i had been with huge difficulty was able to get their dates and availability for the meeting. I missed to attend the meeting and had to come to mumbai directly. This incident has created a huge dent in my professional performance.

                            At no point did i get any call or message about delays caused nor was there anyone to help me make the connecting flight wait. Because of the worst services and utterly clueless staff of indigo i missed the flight as well as the meeting, which has caused me huge loss of reputation, loss of time and i have lost an edge to add a milestone in my work performance.

                            Indigo airlines in entitled to pay me compensation of inr 200, 000:
                            A) for the damages,
                            B) lost time,
                            C) opportunity loss,
                            D) inconvenience caused
                            E) loss of reputation.
                            F) the door to door cost incurred in the entire trip as the entire purpose of the meeting was defeated

                            You need to show
                            - the description of events (copy and save your own message)
                            - airline ticket
                            - boarding passes
                            - other reasonable material losses, which produce paid fare
                            for the court in order to demand the compensation.

                            There are no evidences of your travel and breaches of law in the complaint.

                            It is useless to request all the same more than 1-2 time following obvious derirect or indirect refusal of the air carrier to satisfy compensation against the india / intl law

                            The documents related to travel and delay are absent in your complaint.

                            Note the lawyers, legal professionals, judges, courts are different in India.

                              Hi i am jomi, on 27th november 2018 i received a mail with a call letter from indigo regarding the interview process to be held in december at bangalore and mumbai airports. They asked to pay an amount of 9800 as a security deposit. This was for air tickets etc
                              After payment, they sent an application form with few details, i reverted back by filling it up. Next day i got a call telling 5 candidates has an opportunity of direct joining without interview and i am one among them. 35000 has be paid as a bond which will be refunded after 18 months. Can i please know what should be done? And how can i get my money back?

                              I have flight from Mumbai to Kolkata but I didn't get any SMS from indigo airlines but when I talk to customer service officer he told that we have already so he wants to indicate that I am full, this type of misbehavior not expected any way as per airlines rules if the flight delay more than two hour you have to compensate ??

                              The service provider (travel agent / air carrier), whom you had paid,
                              must issue the e-airticket to email, not SMS .

                              The examination of fraud related to job, which had exested never, is a competence of the local police office, not the air carrier.

                              Regarding 2 complaint: it is unclear what had happened without
                              - e-tciket and/or reservation + invoice.
                              - boarding pass
                              - your defined demand (what does the passenger want from air carrier in 1 sentance).

                              If you believe that your right was injurred by air carrier or their agent, you can hire a lawyer for the examination of your claims and the case commencemnet before the court / authority.

                                This is regarding the claim for the lost item in my check-in baggage.
                                I have travelled from delhi to vijayawada on[protected] with indigo airlines, flight number 6e 423. After i reach home at vijayawada i found that one of my newly purchased wrist watch was missing from my baggage. Somebody has opened my baggage and stole the watch, unfortunately i forgot to lock my bag.

                                I took flight no. 6e 2591 from vadodara to delhi seat no.23 c at 7.30 am on 17 nov.2018 and my one vip suitcase was also in the same flight in cargo. When i collected my suitcase at delhi airport, the handle pf suitcase made of hard plastic for frequent movement to take it any where with its wheels was broken and was not in any position for further use. I am sure, that the handle was broken by throwing the the suitcase from cargo to ground of the airport while bringing the same to delhi airport where i saw it totally damaged. I incurred rs.300 on its repair with wastage of my time. This is shocking.. I am again to go vadodara by indigo flight on 29.11.2018 at 1.55 and still fear to send my suitcase in cargo. Kindly take suitable action against the person handling my vip suitcase mercelessely and refund the loss of rs.300/-.

                                  Flight number 6e1783 from mumbai to malé on november 27th was delayed so much we didn’t make our ferry transport to the islands as planned. This was the last ferry of the day so we had to stay in malé for 1 night.
                                  It was extremely annoying since our vacation was delayed and we had to book a hotel which is an extra charge. I’m complaining to get a refund to cover the extra hotel charge, transportation and the inconvenience of delaying our vacation. I’m applying for a 250$ refund for the inconvenience and the cost the flight delay has cost us

                                    Yesterday (26th nov'18) there was a flight (6e2554) from srinagar to new delhi (Dept: 10:55) which got delayed to more than 5 hours and took off around 4:00 pm.

                                    My parents (Suresh kotecha & hemangini kotecha) were traveling in that flight and till 5 30 we were unable to contact them because they were told to sit inside the flight until the technical difficulties were resolved.

                                    They had a connecting flight from new delhi to gujarat at 5:55 which they were unable to board because of the delayed flight from srinagar. Then indigo employees initially said they will take care of the stay and flight for next day and suddenly after few minutes denied to give stay at new delhi.

                                    First of all this is totally unacceptable for a flight to get delayed for more than 5 hrs. If any person has a connecting flight its your responsibility to take care of the situation. My father had to resume work today which got delayed and also had to suffer one day loss in salary. My mother had to face unacceptable behavior from indigo employees. We were unable to contact them and totally afraid of their situation.

                                    We are never going to use indigo flights again for our journey. I want total refund of ticket including my father's one day salary. (Inr 20, 000)

                                      This is bring to your attention to an accident which occurred onboard indigo flight number 6e 2841 from delhi to bhubaneswar on 26 nov, 2018 (Monday), purely due to negligence of indigo crew member

                                      The crew member was "selling" piping hot coffee in a turbulent flight spilling the coffee on a passenger seated in aisle seat

                                      The timing of the accident will be approximate 11:30pm-12 midnight, 30-40 minutes post take-off from delhi terminal 2 airport (Delayed from it's scheduled departure)

                                      I was seated on seat number 26 c and was deep asleep when one of the crew member spilled piping hot coffee on my head leading to "burn" (Classified as first degree by indigo crew) on my head and face

                                      Though i was attended by a crew member by washing with cold water and applying ointment, i had a severe headache and very high degree of burning sensation on my head through the flight
                                      I even contracted cold as the flight did not have towels to dry hair after pouring cold water (Used tissues instead); very ill equipped to manage emergency

                                      I will have to take specialist medical investigation in a leading hospital in bhubaneswar to rule out any internal damage on head due to this accident. This will need me to take time off from my working week and will have impact professionally

                                      Apart from the bodily damage, my entire formal wear was coffee strained and will have to be discarded post this.

                                      In addition, i went through a trauma as i was in deep asleep condition when this accident happened and woke up to realize a burning scalp and face

                                      Through this note, i want to bring your attention such that indigo airlines bears responsibility for this accident and provide necessary compensation to cover for the losses incurred by me due to this accident, thanks to crew negligence
