I, with my mother, fatema akter and brother, abdul ahad, was travelling to jaipur from dhaka.in transit, i missed flight from kolkata to jaipur. Flight time was 4.45 am and we were in the airport, boarding was done, security checking was done and we got the boarding card also. As my mother is an old person, she needed to went to wash room after security checking, and when we reached to the flight gate, your people told that it is not possible as we are late. Mentionable that there was no announcement. After that your counter asked 51, 000 rupees for travelling to kolkata to jaipur. We requested several times, but your people refused and one of them shown ignorance to us. They said "indigo shamay se pabandh hai." and we made the mistake. Later on we traveled by jet airways from kolkata to jaipur, fare was about 35, 000 rupees. At the time of return from kolkata to dhaka, your flight was late about 1hr 50 mins, scheduled time 4.10 pm, flight started at 6.00 pm. Cause of that, there was a loss of my business in bangladesh. Now, i need refund with penalty for that loss. It is related with your reputation with wording. Waiting for your positive response.

Sadly, you had reported post the gate closure, hence we were unable to allow you onboard.     Me my husband and my 1 year baby missed the morning 4:40 flight and reached at afternoon 4:40 which i accept as my mistake when i reached the counter Ms. Gauravi from Indore attended us who was later seen at baggage counter gave us incomplete information leading to booking of flight at 7 pm with an additional cost of 17, 500 where at the same time 6 people with the same tragedy where booked just at an additional cost of Rs. 1000/- when i over heard this from the crowd and raised my voice then the indigo team took me for a ride misbehaved with me and refused and render the same service of 1, 000/- to me wherein they also reversed the money of the person whom they were booking the flight at an additional cost of 1, 000/ means literally the reversed the swipe amount and said him that he overlooked the flight time which is an absolute nonsense. and the same person was booked the ticket after i left the counter which is very unprofessional

    I feel Mr. Kushal from Indore should know the meaning of equality and how to behave with clients he just reversed the swipe amount to make the crowd silent and said will help me with the same service and asked me to come later and then again later he said he cannot do anything and asked home to swipe the payment else we will miss the 7pm flight.

    So i had to pay again 17, 500/- where my previously paid 17, 500 is still not received as on 21.11.2018 for which i had to call Indigo team like 10 time where after spending 20 mins. they say it is done /will be done /we have done check with your bank . attached is my bank statement .

    Secondly till today everybody is lying that those 6 people whom they have booked the tickets at extra 1, 000/ was of different timing and not 4:40 hence again i asked the person for his ticket and attached is the proof.

    understanding i have a baby still no body behaved in the professional manner.

    Please charge me also the same 1000 and refund the extra money charged from me.

      Sirs,

      I was booked on indigo from cochin to blr with a return some 10 days later on the defence quota. Both routes were confirmed. Due to an error in the month of the return journey, when i tried for a revised date, i received a msg which said : "as the ticket is booked on defence quota, no revision of dates is permissible". The only option left to me was a cancellation of both outward & inward journeys.in effect, it amounted to a loss of over 80% of the amount paid.
      To my mind, this is plain dirty, as no where was it indicated that tickets on defence quota are not flexible on dates, with no changes permissible.
      So, the end of the story is that i lose some 4, 000- if i cancel both routes, with no seat available on the day i intended returning.
      In order to minimize my losses, i've decided to fly outward as confirmed and to cancel my return after reaching blr. This has entailed purchase of a new ticket (On sr citizen's quota).
      It should be mandatory for airline booking portals to indicate these cancellation rules/losses at the first page of the booking process.
      As a retired armed forces man, i feel as though i've got a dirty deal.
      Whether i opt to fly with indigo, in future, is left to be seen.

      Some serious corrective action on the booking portal is called for. Do not know if this is a common problem with all airlines that permit defence concession.

        Indigo flight -6E 355 from Coimbatore to Bangalore on 15th november. All Passengers were affected with this type of arrangement while departure. The ground staff one boy called numbers from seat 20 onwards. all before this number to go gate number 7. So departure of passengers from gate 2 ...seat number 20 onwards. Since gate no 7 was on first floor all lift and access blocked. security opened after 10 minutes and about 50 passengers went to first floor.Nothing happened. Security informed to go down after 15 minutes.

        When we came down we find boarding is continuing on gate Number 2.

        Indigo ground staff to be trained and inconvenience to passengers by INDIGO. The flight was to depart at 20.55 and left after 1 hour. Who will compensate to passengers for Indigos mismanagement.?

          Hi,

          I have a planned trip from bengaluru to patna on 23rd nov 2018. I booked indigo airlines 2 months ago as per my convenience for 3 passengers. My mother-in-law is also travelling with me who has medical concerns (Both knee replacement surgery done recently).

          Initially i have booked a direct flight of duration 2:30 hrs (Departure 8:30 am and arrival 11 am) since my mother cannot sit at one place for a longer time with such small leg space (Economy class). On 16th nov i received a message about the flight reschedule. The new flight was automatically booked for 12 noon - 2:45 pm which was not suiting our travel purpose. When i called the customer care to reschedule the flight to an early morning flight, the agent informed that there is only 1 flight available in the morning which is for 4:30 hrs duration. I communicated that reaching early morning is important and also taking 4 hr duration flight is not suitable for a patient. I requested them to upgrade my seats for which the agent denied and told that his supervisor will give another call with the solution.

          After waiting for few days, when i did not get any call from indigo, i called them again. After a 40 mins call duration and several wait, i was not at all considered to be upgraded considering the medical condition of my mother.

          It is very cruel that a person who has undergone a surgery (A very valid reason) has to travel a longer duration flight early in the morning and go through this trauma which can affect her condition.

              I paid for the 6e prime for two flights for two o[censored]s, my wife and i. We were not given the in flight snacks we paid for. Hostess said we were not listed in her manifest. Her attitude was offensive. We feel cheated.
              Attach tickets showing we paid for 6e prime and boarding pass which according to hostess did not show that we were entitled to in flight snacks.

                I had booked indigo, s flite from delhi airport on november 15th. I had taken 0530 am in the morning line for the bording pass. My flite was 0650 morning. Tell me till your check time end it was gone, while the time was 0605. I was not allowed to go on the flight. There was less then 30 passenger buses which were missed in the flight. And in the second flight ticket were given with more rupees. This is very bad. It does not fill anybody's stomach. Anyone who makes a mistake is also wrong with him. My ticket was from delhi to agartala. But i made a reservation guwahati from delhi. And how much did i out of here. I know. My pnr yijt5a. I will not ask anyone to travel in indigo ahead.

                We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. As per our policy, check-in counter closes 45 mins prior to the scheduled departure time. Our staff has no reason to deny boarding to passengers who report on-time. In fact, they try to accommodate passengers who report marginally late. As checked, you reported at 0616 hrs to our counter for the flight scheduled to depart at 0650hr. Since our check-in counter was closed, our staff was unable to accept you for the same flight.
                Further, our endeavour is to assist our valued passengers at all times, therefore with an intention to help you reach the destination, our airport team offered you to accommodate on the next available flight subject to payment of applicable charges, which were accepted by you. We hope that this clarifies.

                    EMWDNB is the reference number. It was on hold for more than 3 hours so I ended up buying the same route twice on the same flight (Second reference number is SCP4PF. Passenger name Sree Iyer. Request Indigo to cancel EMWDNB and refund the money to the NetBanking account from which it was deducted.

                    Indigo says to wait for 15 minutes and upon not hearing, I thought something went wrong and re-booked it. I hope this is reversed.

                      I had booked round the trip tickets from hyderabad (Dec 21st 2018) to delhi and from delhi to hyderabad (Dec 27 2018). By mistake my friend updated my last name with nickname. When i called the indigo customer care for the correction they are asking me to cancel my ticket and re book again and this will cost me 12 thousand extra.

                      Current incorrect names in the ticket

                      But am asking them to change it to

                      Pnr's of my tickets are jiweta and jglk8d

                      Please help me with this. It is the responsibility of the indigo to provide an option to correct the names to its customers but they are making profits by improper ways.

                          Hi this is breeze here. I have taken the flight from bangalore to guwahati yesteday. Flight 6e 186. When i completed my checking and was on the bus to the flight. U was advised by the ground stuff that as i had a power adapter inside my baggage they won't be able to send the bag in the same flight and they requested it will send in the next flight tat will arrive after 30 minutes. Infact it was not a power adapter it was a tattoo machine switch that only works when connected to the power. I m a tattoo artist and this has never happened before with any other flight that i have travelled so far in different airways. Secondly, once i reached guwahati airport i was advised that my luggage won't be send unless i give a written letter stating that i had a power supply. I followed as they said and mentioned my tattoo foot switch as adopter as they would be the name it is called as i technical words. And mentioned that my luggage will surely be delivered in the next flight that will leave the airport after 3.30pm on the 18th and i can collect my luggage in the evening around 7 from guwahti airport. So as promised i visited the airport sharp 7.00pm and they have not send my luggage and mentioned it was mission by the ground stuff in guwahati. They don not have any clue about the baggage. So i request what next and i was given customer care number for indigo to call i made my first call to the airport around 7.15 pm and was requested to provide pnr number that is : vilzha and they requested to wait for two hours and for sure it was advised that my luggage will be here in the morning on the next available flight. Taking their words from customer service team i took a hotel nearby to spend my night. So that u can collect my luggage and visit my friends marriage today 19th november. As promised i made a call in the morning to check if my luggage reached guwahati airport, my bad luck again, it has not reached guwahati airport. So i made a call again around 10 to check which flight it will be send as there have never been any call i have received from indigo customer service team. So waited for two hours and made a call around 11.45am to indigo and same information was updated that i will get a call from them and my luggage is in bangalore has not been sent yet. So i request to speak to a supervisor, i was connected to muneeb najir if i have spelt his name correctly from delhi customer care team. He promised now that within 2 hours i will get the update about which flight my luggage is coming to guwahati airport. I have also requested if foot switch which in technical word called power adopter is causing problem. Please request them to destroy it or keep it in bangalore airport so that i can collect it once i m returning on the 24th november.
                          Muneeb supervisor from indigo said that they will get the luggage on the flight as soon as possible and i will get the update by 2.00 pm. As i made the request at 12. 00 pm so waiting for the response and a call back this time. If i don't not get any update now i will be very disappointed and may have to take this issue further. As there has been lots if wrong information being shared by indigo stuff as if now and no one know what they r doing. Thank you.

                            unethical behaviour - ticket cancelled without my permission

                            Ticket details:-
                            Pnr - phg1sd
                            Passenger - ravi kumar (Travelling from patna-pune)
                            Date of travel - 17 nov 2018 (Departure time:- 8:15 pm)

                            When i reached airport for boarding, they said they cannot find my pnr, and ticket has been cancelled from my end on 30th september.

                            Now find below logs on conversation with customer care:-

                              Dear sir/ madam,
                              My wife ragini singh was travelling from mumbai to jaipur on 16-nov-2018 at 5:05 pm. After check-in around 3 to 3:30 pm she was waiting in the queue for boarding the flight along with other passenger but many passengers were clue-less as there was no clear announcement/ instruction for boarding and they kept waiting. Around 5:00 pm i got a call from your person that they have been waiting for ragini singh as she is the only passenger left for boarding as booking was done by me and my number was there. I called my wife immediately and she told she is very much there only and immediately approached that person who called me.
                              Then he told that now she can not board the flight as it has already left and she will have to pay more for boarding next flight.
                              She had to pay rs. 1000/- in order to board next flight. There were many passengers who suffered similarly this shows that this was not probmes from passengers side (Ragini singh) but from the airlines (Indigo).
                              This created trouble, loss of time and money both.
                              Also, indigo person dylan david (Mobile number:[protected] blocked my mobile number so that i could not contact him. This clearly shown intentional cheating.
                              I therefore, request you to kindly look into it.

                              We are sorry for the experience. Please be informed that boarding gate closes 25 mins prior to the scheduled departure time. Further, Mumbai airport is a silent airport, hence we are not allowed to do the announcement and flight information displays were updated about the timings. As a procedure, we do not call up passengers upon their contact number. However, our team went beyond their prescribed call of duty and contacted you on the registered mobile number. Since our boarding gate was already closed at the time of reporting, our staff was unable to accept the passenger for the same flight.

                              Our endeavour is to assist our valued passengers at all times, therefore with an intention to help passenger to reach the destination, our airport team offered to accommodate on the next available flight subject to payment of applicable charges, which were accepted by the passenger. We request for your understanding in this regard.

                                I was traveling from assam at counter lady was giving the ticket, she said you are bengali, she force me to put all my language in the weight machine even my hand bag also i was carrying my son, s food who was not well.. I accept my luggage was more she was asking money.. I requested her but she was arrogant it your son not mine. Then i called my friend who was traveling he luggage was less but her behavior was you are a bengali, she took 1600 from me but she didn't write how much is the over weigh. This is fraud and full my baggage was broken, every passenger was request.in airport indigo serve communal violence... Shame on you. I travel always but guwahati is worst.

                                  I just got a transaction id. [ 4fec21ac14bf[protected] ] when i was checking the status of transaction. The status of this transaction id was showing succes.

                                    i had booked a Lucknow-Sharjah flight (flight no. 6E 1407, PNR no. B913JL). Unfortunately, in Lucknow, airport is 50km away and i missed my scheduled airport bus, and i reached 45 mins before the departure time. i was not allowed to check-in, and was told that "taxes and user development fee" will be refunded, which sounded reasonable.                                     I was scheduled to travel by indigo flight 6e 594 from hyderabad to trivandrum on[protected]Pnrpb56fv) and though i reported in time was not allowed to fly on the same flight and had to take another flight at higher cost and harassment.
                                    I explained the position to the staff who turned a deaf ear to my pleas. I am a senior citizen undergoing repair for stretched ligament on my leg. I was forced to spend the entire night at the airports when not in flight and arrived at the destination very unwell.
                                    I hope you will kindly take up and redress the issue in all fairness and ensure the airline will take necessary action and also refund an extra charge of rs. 2000/- levied on me for change to another flight, for no fault of mine.
