Sub: notice with regard to damage of my rimova suitcase during my
Flight from kolkata to hyderabad by indigo airlines.

This is to bring to your notice that i had travelled by indigo flight 6e
725 on 27th jan 2018 from kolkata to hyderabad – pnr p8vs5v.
Unfortunately, on arrival at hyderabad i learned that my baggage was
Handled very badly by the airlines and they have broken 2 of the 4
Double wheels of my expensive rimova suitcase. After my complaints
At hyderabad airport office of indigo, i was promised by indigo office
That my suitcase would be repaired and restored to its original
Condition before damage, but unfortunately the repair done has not
Been satisfactory and the suitcase is more damaged after the repair
By damaging the remaining 2 wheels also and replacing all wheels with
Cheaper quality one.

To resolve this problem which has been delayed for more than 9
Months, i would appreciate it if could restore all the suitcase wheels
With original wheels or pay me 50% of the suitcase cost which is inr
48k in market today. Enclosed are copies of email exchanges with
Indigo hyderabad arrivals, boarding pass of my flight dated
27.01.2018, property irregularity report provided at airport,
Whatsapp communication record with indigo officials in this matter
And pictures of my damaged suitcase.

Name arun k travelled from Hyderabad to Coimbatore flight no;:6E 776 date 2 Nov 18 sequence 119.luggage tag no: 6E [protected]. Coimbatore check in luggage was missing . I raised complaint on the same day night. Please trace out & my major items & Diwali gifts are available there.
Note: identification black colour trolley bag.

    You are rescheduling flight time as per your choice. But we customers buy our tickets whichever time is convenient to us. After booking maximum time your change flight time as per your choice. Customers should be given option in that case whether they want to travel in previous or next flight. I am having ticket for agartala to kolkata on 16th at 5.40 pm rescheduled to 7.20 pm. I am having problem at that time. Please look into the matter urgently and book my ticket on same day in previous flight.

But, if an IndiGo flight is cancelled or delayed for more than 2 hours or rescheduled for 1 hour earlier, you can either re-book on another Indigo flight or cancel. The re-booking is done at no extra charge and the entire amount is refunded in the case of cancellation. You may make the changes by contacting our customer care at[protected] +91-[protected].

      Dear concern,

      Sub – a shocking thing just happened to me which was unexpected from indigo airlines
      .
      Ref - compaint file no blr6e14888

      With the above subject and reference, i traveled from goa to bangalore on 26/10/2018 time 12..55am. But departed 2.15am. Boarding pass attached. While landing bangalore, i am not found bag. Immidatley i enquired indigo staff, but they are not found, they given acknowledgement of missing bag. And indigo staff promise me, bag will delivered on same day to my residence i. E on 26/10/2018 after that i sent mail week time mail conversation, i got call from indigo baggage team and said me they found and they handover to vendor, at any moment you will receive bag. Bangalore staff saying notable to trace the bag. They are put me into dilemma. Again i sent mail to customer care, they said false information, pls cooperate with us to trace your bag. That is the reason i waited long. To get my bag. One fine day i got call from customer care, saying that your bag lost. We will compensate kilo basis. That day pain full day for me the way she is reacted me. Later i sent mail to mr. Rahul bhatia, (Founder) waited week time no reply from sir. Now i am writing pain fully. They have to give full compensation, once i will receive bag i will refund entire amount. Here am attaching mail conversation. But indigo staff least bother about their passenger stuff. Bangalore staff are not picking my call. If am calling from my colegue number, they will pick. Mr. Siddarth said me he is gong to inform me about how to claim compensation, i waited long, to receive call. But no response from his or indigo staff.

      A very expensive Carlton suitcase of mine came out of the luggage belt torn after my flight . An important book inside the front pocket was also scraped and damaged. There is a big hole in the front of the bag and the rubber support at the back is also torn. Contacting the consumer support also was pointless because I received no help from them.

      I have booked a flight dated 15 November 2018 with PNR number KBEUYV from New Delhi to Raipur they have reschedule my flight without asking me it is very troublesome for me to get a new flight with such a high price can you take into the matter seriously and new ticket for me.. Thank you

      We understand your plans can change and just so we have a cancellation policy to take care of it. Changes or cancellation can be done no later than 2 hours before the scheduled departure time of domestic flight. If you cancel the domestic flight, the charge will be INR 3, 000 or Airfare charges, whichever is lower (per person per sector) and the balance will be refunded to your account. However, please share your booking reference/ PNR number so we may check.

        Dear sir / madam,

        We were a group of five including my senior citizen parents travelling from mumbai to goa on 6th of nov.'18. It was by indigo flight 6e981 at 15-45 from domestic terminal. We were in airport on time and did bag drop by 15-00. Web check in was already done. Due to heavy rush security check in took little time. After security check we had to go to toilet as senior citizens were there. When in toilet i received a call from an unknown number at 15-19. Called back immediately. As per my call records, at 15-21. The line was busy and could not get through. We came back, settled and after 5-10 minutes went to check at designated gate no.11. To our horror we understood that boarding has been closed and we were not to be allowed to board the aircraft.

        We, my husband and myself are frequent travellers. We understood the significance of a silent airport. However, always seen men or women calling out loudly in case they see people absent after the boarding pass issuance. Unfortunately this has not been followed in present case. Please understand the trauma we had to undergo with my 82 year old father and 72 year old mother after this. We were offered ticket at an additional cost of rs. 22000 for next day, which was of no use as the travel itself was only for 3 days.

        The airline tickets for 6th nov costed us a loss of rs. 21000 and hotel booking costed $240 as it was all prebooked.

        Who will pay us back this money? Plus for the anxiety?

        Kindly look in to the matter. If required we can move to consumer court as well, where all proofs can be produced.

          My flight 6e518 arrived on time but didn't get any luggage till now. I waiting like a stupid here. Whole night should stay at airport. Indigo is not even looking into concern and just telling me to wait 5 more min since an hour. Irresponsible behavior is often experienced by many passengers travelling to chennai. This has heppened with me several times in chennai airport before also. Indigo should look into this issue and provide me a justice for this incident. It's same as flight being late for an hour and a half.

            I had applied for the post of accountant on quicker.com then next day I have got a call from carrier solution girl name awani and my truecaller showed the name Vertica Sha.she ask me to pay 2599 registration fees and 6200 for document verification.They take my telephonic interview and said I'm selected now I to pay 6200 for document verification.i paid them 3100.they said verification take 2 days and now they switched off their cell phones. Santosh Verma take 3100 for document verification.in the account of Amit Sharma..It is a huge scam.don't trust them at all they are the pigs.

              I booked my flight with indigo airline from ahmedabad to dubai on 9th nov.
              Me and my wife (4 months pregnant) were travelling together,
              Our flight timing was 12.50 am, we reached at the airport at around 11.45 pm, all counters were closed, and hardly i found one indigo staff, gujatati speaking and christian name i think charles was his name, i asked him and without listening anything he denied that we cant board flight, even though it was more than one hour remaining before flight departure. He was very rude and arrogant, trying to show us that he is everything on the floor, me and my wife request him so many times but didnt allow us to fly, and just wasted time into show that he is busy in process, as a customer service he should have help us to board when one pregnant lady is flying, at the end he was just walking around and my wife asked him and try request him again and angrily he said that i was going to allow u to board but now i will not do, let me see how u will catch this flight, these were his words. It was showing his arrogancy and his own decision own his own mind, not on customer's favor and and try to help customer, when specially one pregnant lady was flying, he harras us with arroganc and not helped customer to give better service, it was enough time to finish all paper work, our check in, and boarding. But indigo staff showed their faliure to do this, afrer slmetime another lady came but was trying to sell me anothrr ticket for the next day. And i want you to take a solid action about this to prevent that these kind of thing wont happen in future.
              I lost my money which is quite big amount for 2 tickets and trust with indigo airline the most important thimg is my time, i supppse to resume at work today on 9th nov. But i couldnt just because of on indigo staff's arrogance. This thing happened with me once around 7 yeard ago and jet airways staff was much helpful and supportive. Same with spicejet also which we use mostly to fly, coz its easier for us, they keep counter open till 45 minutes before flying. This was my biggest mistake that i choose indigo and i wasted my precious time, ticket fare, and got harrassed by arrogant staff of indigo. Hopefully u will take some satisfying action about this and make me feel comfortable to choose indigo again in future.

              im always hearing about ur bad service, recently the same incident happened with one of the famous advocate.
              indigo is very famous airline i[censored] want to have the worst flying experince. 
              im strongly recommending indian airline commision to cancel Indigo airline's licence for international flights, they r ok for domestic flights, but indigo airline or their staff are not liable to serve for international flights. again my request to discontinue all international flights from indigo airline...

                Can i file a fraud complain to get back my money.

                  Not given the permission to board, because of my medical condition which was not so serious, i was only getting irregular muscle contractions, i was not paid back even a single penny, i will avoid indigo flight as much as i can in the future, i was not expecting such type of behaviour from indigo airlines, what the # are u talking about whether a complaint is short or long it must be resolved u r not too high that u will ignore our complaints u r because of we people, worst experience ever, travelling by bus is better i think😑😑😐😑😐

                    Hi my name is manish dua. I was travelling from hyderabad to delhi on 4th november 2018 at 11:30 pm.
                    I was at the boarding counter at 10:40 pm but was not allowed to board in due to reasons best known to the staff.
                    The tickets specifically states the boarding closes 25 minutes before the take off time but still was not allowed before 50 minutes.
                    Even i insisted to arrange for another ticket at nominal price but the staff stated the online price will have to be paid as the next flight is at 6:30 am.
                    Because of this i had to book another ticket for which i had to pay another 14 k.
                    I request you to please give me the price and compensation for the same.

                    We understand missing a flight could be upsetting. However, to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we have to follow certain protocols like closing the check-in counter before 45 mins of flight departure. Sadly, you had reported at 1056 hrs, which is 34 mins prior to the departure, hence we were unable to allow you onboard. Now, you may opt for a refund toward no- show taxes. Kindly contact the respective travel agency used for making the booking to claim the same.

                      My flight was on 4 nov, 2018 from goa to lucknow at 7.45 pm. When i reached at airport at 4pm, then i found that flight has been cancelled. I talked to indigo help desk, they said that they cannot do anything. I had a kid along with me. I suffered a lot on that night. I have to book another flight which was at 11.00 pm from goa to delhi (Cost around 23000 rs) and from delhi to lucknow at 5.00 am (Cost around 42000 rs for me and kid). Me and my kid did not slept throughout night. I suffered both financially and mentally also. Indigo help desk was sitting comfortably and saying that we r helpless. I need compensation for amount which i have paid otherwise i will file a case

                        The boarding pass provider executives didn't accept the fact that i was 5 mins late and denied boarding pass. This is the worst customer experience that i faced in my entire life when i have already paid for it. More worse is that this happened during deewali peak time when the cost of boarding another flight is sky rocket high. When i called customer support, they are repeatedly telling that it's a policy that you should reach before 45 mins. Why don't you apply same policy everywhere? As a matter of fact, this doesn't happen in lucknow where i have reached even before 30 mins and boarded my flight. Cutting #, this is a trick to loot customers. Now i have to pay extra amount for another flight. Wasted time and delayed my arrival. I have been late by few mins multiple times elsewhere and to speak the truth, it's horrendous experience. If i wouldn't have reached to board the bus, which happens before 20 mins, i would agree and accept my fault and regretted. But trying to create such a nuisance by the representatives, i feel pretty bad. I am never taking indigo flight, never ever in my entire life. Thanks a lot.🙏🙏

Sadly, you had reported post the counter closure, hence we were unable to allow you onboard. Further, we would like to politely state that we try our level best to accept passengers who report marginally late due to situations beyond their control as it does not benefit us when the seat reserved under your name goes vacant. While our intention is to help our passengers as much as we can at every contact point, at times it becomes difficult to achieve this goal due to various operational challenges.                                 I booked my indigo flight no 6e 674/553 from ahmedabad to kolkata scheduled to depart at 2155 hrs via pune on 05/11/2018 and reach kolkata next day at 3am. For no reason it was changed and i was opted with a flight 6e 728/282 via delhi. I am spending sleepless night with empty stomach. It's taking more than 9 hrs to reach kolkata. You may get a better deal from others. But i am suffering. My onward journey from kolkata is also affected. I am afraid to book a flight early at a cheaper price. You can sell it and compell me to choose the alternative provided by you. Full money back is not a solution. Promises are to be kept. Very much unhappy

                                  Your boarding pass states that boarding starts at 06:00 hrs and your gates were closed at 06:15 hrs, how can you fill in more than 75 passengers in 15 minutes.??? I[censored] start early then wait till your designated time. Denied boarding even at 06:18 as gates were closed. Flight 6e 247 departing at 06:45... If they say it is late checking then it is the problem of your system as the web checkin printout bar code was not being recognisable in security system, where as the same was recognisable in another system which is at the entrance of express checking... What a technology... Bull #.. Made to run around for no fault of mine and at the end indigo closes the gates at 06:18 and when i tried enquiring with gates no 105, the person there enter the time 06:25, (Ofcourse it will take me 2 to 3 minutes to realise that gates are closed and to approach next gate 105).. Indigo stop harrassing people and in your mad rush to be on time, do not mend

                                      I had a worst experience with indigo check-in crew, especially the manager at bangalore airport, travelled from bangalore to nagpur on a 6:05 a. M flight on nov 3rd 2018... Due to mismanagement of the check-in crew i had to travel to nagpur without my baggage. The check-in crew mentioned i would be receiving the baggage on next immediate flight... One fellow passenger in the queue sent us the picture of the bagagge tag which had next flight details on the tag. We reac. The nagpur airport to collect the bagagge at 4 and it is more than a day since then so many flights have come from bangalore to nagpur and no show of my bag.. The staff at nagpur airport have been so supportive and helping us out to locate the bag... But the bangalore team is totally unresponsive. Bangalore team has been the worst staff i have ever dealt with.. I feel sorry to have to give such negative feedback about my own city

                                      The current status is that the bangalore staff claim to have sent the baggage on the flight from bangalore but do not know where to and they are saying they are not able to trace it.
                                      Never ever we would travel on this airlines again even if they would offer a free ticket... It's high time indigo realizes how some bad crew in one location cause a business loss to entire indigo.

                                      Could you please register my complaint and help me get my missing baggage.

                                      I posted this by way of a complaint against your airline: Why do your pilots and cabin staff pronounce Kolkata as Call-katta? I don't see the name if any other place being so 'professionally' mispronounced. Please retrain them and insist on a correct pronunciation.
