I was travelling by 6E206 from Dibrugarh to Kolkata on 28 October 2018.

My laptop was in the seat pocket. I forgot to take back my laptop.
Its a mini laptop of Brand ASUS.

I however lodged a complaint to Indigo Helpline.
They said they are investigating.

    Dear sir i booked tickets for two passengers from indore to raipur on 08.09.2018 for 23 september and made them payment of rs 6700 for passenger. On17sept my programe changed and i asked them to reschedule ticket of one passenger to26 september. They told me that i had to pay a penality of rs 2500+fare difference of 8sept and 17septemberwhich they told was rs3700 i agreed and asked when to pay the difference. They told that at the time of travel. On 23 sept when i went on couter to collect the ticket they told that ticket was not rescheduled and i have to pay new fare of rs5700 where as on that day new ticket was available for rs 5100. After so many discussions they didnt resceduled my ticket neither repay my amount. They kept it into their pocket and asked me to refundonly rs 250which i denied and told them that i would contact pahredar. So please help me to refund my amount which was deceicivily forfieted. Thanxs

      transaction failed refund

      I was booking a seat for indigo flight on 27th october. The payment was verified by ccavenue but was not processed to indigo and thereby, there was no mail from indigo regarding any seat booking. But, i got a mail from ccavenue that my payment of ₹2833 was successful with order# ionwi4f9xk_qfv8dej8cra.
      I am expecting a refund for the same and have attached a screenshot of the mail that i got. Kindly process the refund asap.

      I have booked my flight for a round trip starting on 21st November and returning on 29th November.. I want to reschedule my flight for returning, changing it from 29th November to 3rd December same timing.
      I am highly disappointed by the services offered by indigo. New Ticket Prices are cheaper as compared to the rescheduled ones.I am neither going for any international flight nor i am cancelling my domestic flight that the charges applied for rescheduling would be so high.The rescheduling charge is almost equal to my actual flight price.
      I am a customer from last 4 years.The cancellation and other services by other airlines like Jet Airways, Spice Jet, Air Asia are thousand times better than Indigo.Do you even use your senses while writing the policies. You are charging more for cancellation than the actual ticket price. This is a complete fraud and this needs to stop. I never expected this kind of double dealing with customers. I want a response to this mail immediately as i think you have already lost your customer. I take an OATH that from next time onwards i will never book from www.goindigo.com and never travel using indigo. Third party websites such as Yatra don't even charge for convenience fee and cancellation.

        Dear Sir, I submitted the complaint regarding intentionally charging for extra weight on 15.09, 17.09 & 21.09. It is ridiculous that you are replying in a very vague manner and declaring that matter is resolved. Is it your target to collect money by hook or by crook from the customers. Your service level is extremely poor. Try to refund the amount Rs. 4, 000/- which you collected from me on 15.09 at the same A/c. I shall wait for 15 more days, after that I shall go to consumer's forum to tackle you. Condition of your Air crafts are extremely bad. I shall write to face book, whats app also to all media for your such a poor service. Kindly refund me the money back, else I shall take my own action. you people are thinking the no competitor for you, hence whatsoever you people will think you will do. your autocratic business will not last long. One time Sahara, Kingfisher were performing business, now they are no more. We will see that you are also closing your business. Make proper dealing with customers. Your cheating baji business the the travelers will not tolerate for longer time. Why you did not allow me to split up the luggage? Please explain...with proper reasoning and refund me the amount...urgently

          Dear indigo,
          Flight no-6e2912, date[protected], new delhi to raipur is my flight details. I was already inside and gave my luggage for checkin at 16:30pm while my flight was at 17:30pm. But the indigo staffs at the last chekin gate didnotallow me to board the flight and said you are late. But i was not late as they allowed the person just previous to me and they stopped me. Unnecessary they argued and misbehaved with me. Is this the nature, behaviour and character of indigo members? Please try to opt or learn good behaviour and requirements before doing a job. Instead of creating issues they should find out some solutions for us. Please train your employees properly so that travellers should not face such issues.

          I have booked a ticket for a travel from Chennai to Delhi as round trip. By mistakenly i entered my friends name without middle name. Like the full name is "Karthik Ammasaigoundar Ravichandran" but entered as "Karthik Ravichandran". How can i change or its not needed allowed to board?

            We travelled to varanasi from kolkata on october 25, 2018 by 6e 713 and from varanasi to kolkata by 6e 716 on 28th october 2018. Pnr al2wme.

            While purchasing on-line my first attempt failed at 7:46 pm using my bank of india account. (Transaction ruled out).

            I made a second attempt, and this time, i was successful. Payment amount inr 16, 692/- and this ticket had the pnr no. Al2wme.

            I got no ticket, no msg from bank or indigo about my first attempt and took it as an invalid attempt.

            However, today[protected] i got a call from indigo at 15:08 hrs saying that i had a double booking and got an sms that i had an additional pnr no. Lhy7ud, that i needed to cancel. I received no email regarding this booking, neither did receive any sms. On my onward journey, i was not even informed by indigo about this double booking and i purchased return tickets for myself (Arunava chakrabarti) and my wife (Ballari chakrabarti).

            Finally, at varanasi, i verified and called the call center who finally cancelled my ticket bearing pnr lhy7ud. However, as the cancellation took place the penalty was heavy, and i am told that i will be getting back around 4000.00 only.

            I request you to look into the matter. Please resend me any e-mail or sms that you sent for lhy7ud.

            Finally, i request you to consider a refund of an appreciable amount out of rs.16, 692.00, as i had been completely unaware of the purchase of the lhy7ud ticket. Indigo sms was not received by me at any point of time.

              We, a group of 6 were travelling from dubai to chennai on 27th oct then from chennai to bhubaneswar via visakhapatnam on 28th oct. We purchased bottles of glass from dubai duty free shops which werent allowed in hand luggage from chennai. So we placed them in the checked in luggages, placing fragile stickers. Inspite of this, the bottles were broken, bag was all spilled with the lock broken. We had asked for extra care to be taken at chennai domestic terminal but still this happened. What actions will be taken regarding this? Please inform soon.

                I had a flight on 27th oct, 2018 from hyderabad to vadodara at 05:20 morning but not sure why team indigo had the flight departed at 05:10 which was 10 mins prior to the departure and did not care to call me once on my phone even after i had web-check in done in advance.

                I was there at the airport since 4:30 but due to congestion of flights in morning from hyderabad the security clearance took away my time and resulted into this scenario. I would like to complain about indigo that they should at least send an sms to customers in case of change in timings. Please help me with the same and let me know what actions can be taken.

                    I am nagesha travelling from delhi to bengaluru reserves ticket with pnr y8fbye on 27th october scheduled to november 29th.. But timings of flight what i have booked in my mobile changed (5pm to 5am) automatically by company... Thrice i checked timings before booking but company is denying same.. Asking us to pay extra charges change is highly hurting me and is unjustifiable. I am requesting airlines to change my scheduled flight to 5.05 pm. Thank you.

                      We missed flight due to wrong coordination of indigo staff.. Worst service by indigo... You can check cctv footage for details... Flight was at 4.55 dtd 28/10/2018 6e146 a320.. There were no any kinda announcent for bangalore flight.. Shame on indigo... Charged extra 1000/- for us..

                        While travelling through indigo air from hyderabad to bhubaneswar on 23.10.18, your boarding pass staff asked me for "fit to fly" certificate. I was operated at mumbai - apollo on 23.01.18 and went to mumbai for check up. Nasal feeding is steel continuing. I show my documents to your staff and told that on 22.01.18, i went to mumbai from bhubaneswar by indigo. There wasno problem. I am quite fit to fly. No wheel chair required for me. I am returning after checkup from mumbai to hyderabad by air india and hyderabad to bhubaneswar by indigo. They forced me to take "fit to fly" certificate from apollo (Airport hyderabad). One staff took with her apollo and the medical staff examined me in her presence. Every thing was ok but the medical staff demanded me rs.350/- as fee and told me without our certificate, you cann't travell. At last, i paid the amount. I surprised that in my journey from bbi to bom on 22.01.18 and return journey from bom to hyderabad, no problem faced like hyderabad air port.

                        This type of harashment practice needs to be discouraged.

                          Hello,

                          I was tracelling from delhi to bhubaneswar and my flighat depature time was 8:50 am. I completed my security checkin at around 7:20-30 am and then waited for the gate to open. Unfortunately due to triedness i had dozzed off. When i wake up at around 8:30.. I found that gate is closed.

                          After reaching to indigo staff at around 8:40 am.. They said that flight already depart. Whereas the actual depature time was 8:50 am. I asked them that i already completed security chek in... So this is your responsibility to announce before u leave. And since one person is not onboarded.. So you cannot depart early. But they refuse to listen to my concern. Beacuse of this i have to repurchase another ticket which cost me 4999 rupees.

                          This is not acceptable from a reputed airlines.

                          You can double confirm this by airport cameras..

                          I am accepting a positive reply from the airlines manager. Otherwise i have to post the same in the social media

                            V r frequent flyer of indigo due to its ontime service without any cancellation flight till date v don’t have any complaints about u but i booked this ticket long time ago after that your both side flight has been cancelled so v want this flight to be transferred from ahmedabad to dubai and return as same v want now flight from ahmedabad to dubai 12:50 am on 8/11/2018 november 8th 2018 and return dubai to ahmedabad 7:00 pm on 11/11/2018 november 11 2018 right we r doing this because v r going on vacation but on both time w have to wait night on the airport which we do not want i. E why u v booked previous booking but changed bookings has too much stay on airport that w don’t want so please change our bookings actually ticket fare right now of our flight is higher than ahmedabad return flight but v don’t demand any payment difference only we demand to change our flight for customer satisfaction thanks

                              I had a flight on 23rd oct 2018 from mumbai to ranchi via patna at 10 : 30 am. I did my security check in at 8:30 and already done the web check in. Due to airport runway closure at mumbai airport there were too rush. And i was sitting opposite to the gate. There were no announcements for boarding done by indigo person. Even there was no final call for the flight by 10:10, i just went to them but they specified due to runway closure they cannot help. It should be responsibility of indigo person to announce if a person done the security check in and haven't board the flight. They were trying to manipulate me and took my boarding pass soft copy and haven't even provided the alternative flight. Even i had tried for boarding 20 minutes according to rule but they told me it is runway closure they could not able to help me. Even if it is runway it must have been their duty to help me to reach my flight. Also, i haven't received any info of runway closure prior.

                              With reference to your post, we have investigated the matter and would like to inform you that boarding gate closes 25 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time of the flight. Our staff has no reason to deny boarding to passengers who report on-time. In fact, they try to accommodate passengers who report marginally late. As checked, you reported at 1015 hrs for a flight scheduled to depart at 1030 hrs. As per our records, flight information displays were updated and manual announcements are made before the closure of the boarding gates. Also, our team tried contacting you on the registered mobile number but couldn’t connect. Since our boarding gates were already closed, our staff was unable to accept you for the same flight. We would request for your understanding of the fact that our operations are regulated by various factors which are beyond our control like runway closure, air traffic congestion etc. Therefore, our staff was unable to accommodate you the next available flight due to runway closure that time. We sincerely hope for your cooperation and understanding in this regard.

                                My pnr nozgkzjw was privided with coupon on boarding pass so called special services.
                                When handed to inflight cabin crew, the rude behaviour is not acceptable. It happened both onward and return journey.
                                This is insult 1. First to cheat customer by printing special services and not clarifying. She replied such type is not services are not there and so knowledgeble.

                                  This is sweety bose, i have travelled through indigo flight on 22nd oct 2018, from. My pnr no is hgsw9a, flight is 6e 708 from raipur to bangalore. During the security check i was being asked to submit my carry-on baggage in check-in baggage saying it would be better since i had some medicines in it. My check-in baggae was of 13kg and since we two peopie were travelling my baggage limit would be of 30 kg but when i went to submit my baggage they asked me to pay 1200. I explained to them saying that since we two people are travelling my baggage limit would be 30 kg (13kg was my check-in luggage and 10kg was my friend's checkin luggage) so i still had a 7kg space but still they argued with me saying it is not considered like that and i don't have any option rather than paying them rs.1200 for my luggage of 6 kg. I request you to look into this and grant me a refund of rs 1200 as it was unnecessary and not a valid reason to charge extra from me. Your early cooperation in this regard will be highly appreciated.

                                    On 24th oct 2018 hand trolly bag booked from colombo to bengaluru and received trolly bag, there after hand over to indigo at bengaluru for nscbi air port, kolkata, at 9.45 at belt no 3 upon received i found handel portion of trolly bag totally destroyed by ur concerned staffs, shows ther utmost negligent deliberate atitude, then and then i informed ur staffs seated near to belt 3, both were women, they wat to settle the claim by paying rs. 500/, i refused, this trolly bag i purchased from abroad, due to my back pain i am using hand trolly bag, to lodge complaint they waste my 45 minutes time, i along with my family travelled from colombo to kolkata on 24th oct, flight no. 6e-1206, myself and my family have been harassed by u, if fail to resolve my complaint within 15 days, i shall constrained to take appropriate legal steps, which please take note, photo of damaged trolly bag attaced.                                       I travelled along with my family from bengaluru to visakhapatnam dated 21/10/2018, indigo 6e208 0 class aircraft:320 pnr no 6e-uimbna). On landing at visakhapatnam, while we received baggage from the conveyor belt, we were surprised on seeing the condition of baggage, it was damaged and has patches like someone threw clay on it. Indigo will never ever bother about these things. They are worst. Indigo baggage handling
                                      When we rushed to indigo helping hands of your ground staff his contact number is [protected], [protected] we received a nonsense reply "indigo couldn't do anything even though it was a clear mistake and improper handling of baggage". After having further discussion, he said “this cannot be repaired but he can offer another bag. Wow really
                                      Finally, they offer me american tourist suitcase, that suitcase price is almost 3500, and that was low quality and compare to my suitcase totally different my suitcase cost was 6999/- which i purchase after discount. I asked for either same suitcase or else payment which indigo denied.

                                      We obviously were not interested in travelling to indigo anymore due to this is second time happened with me last year also after many conversation on phone and mail they transfer the claim money in my account after many days but because they thought if nothing.
                                      You are making business out of people's loss. Is this some kind of promotional offer? Are you kidding me?
                                      I hereby attach all photos of damage suitcase, offering suitcase by indigo staff and my suitcase price and photo which i purchase form us since 4days no one giving any responds by whats up and local land line number ([protected]and [protected])
