I got a call on[protected] from the job named praveen he told me that i have seen your profile in indeed.com india.com, and their is an opening at indigo airlines for the post of ground staff, and she told me to send my education certificate, my passport size photo and an id proof into this mail i'd [protected]@india.com and i send all my documents to this id, and she told me we will call you by tomorrow morning and tell more details and she called me on[protected] by morning 10:56 am and she told me you will have telephonic interview and one face to face interview before that you want to pay the amount 4000rs for the service and 1st i disagree to pay and i told her how can i able to trust you and he said their is 110% job opportunity will be their and if you didn't select for the interview we will refund your money into your account. At last after the huge telephonic conversation she told me to pay rs 2000 and after getting selected pay the rest and i believe them and i pay the amount into the following bank ac;

After that he has sent a reference id:ref id: s2rd687, and he told me telephonic interview will be scheduled by tomorrow and on[protected] a man named ramjeet called me, he told me i am calling from indigo airlines and he took me an interview and after the interview he said you have been selected for the post of ground staff and you will get an appointment letter into your mail id after 2 days before that you want to pay 30000 rs for your job, i found something suspicious from their talking a well reputed companies will never ask us to pay money, and i called praveen and asked why are they asking me to pay the amount 30000 and she told that after your face to face interview the amount 30000 will be refunded and i ask her only 4000rs you will charge and you told me no other amounts will charge other than this. And he told me please ask to the person who took an interview for you, i don't know anything about this, and i reacted rudely to her and i tell her that the person had took me an interview is from your company itself he pretends to be an hr manager at indigo airlines, i request her to refund my money back, and she agree to refund the money by 12pm afternoon and when i check 2 times the amount is not credited into my account. And when i call her back he cut her phone and i call her again and she didn't took the call at all. They are very clever and intelligent to mock and to cheat others, they had stolen many innocent peoples money, like 2500, 7800, 10000 and 14000. A true company will never asks anybody to pay money, this is one of the fraud company in india let all o[censored]s make a campaign against them in social medias like facebook, twitter and in other websites.

    My daughter took an indigo flight today alone. A cabin crew took her from the airline counter at the airport and left her at the check in without giving her any instructions. My daughter called me up asking what she should do. I then asked her to get in the check in line and get a boarding pass, which she did on her own. The guy at the check in counter also gave her no instructions. She then called me to ask if she should go for security check by herself, i asked her to wait. After her being left alone for about 15 mins, the cabin crew came to get her. She boarded the flight safely, but the ground staff didn't take care of her as they should of a minor flying by herself.. Now i'm worried about what will happen once she lands at bangalore. Will someone help her at the airport or will she be left to herself as it happened at delhi airport.

      I had booked indigo flight for delhi to goa for 2. When i tried to web checkin on airline website then it is showing all the seats paid or already booked. How can it be possible that from morning to evening postion of seats remain same and there is not even two seats together are vacant. It seams airline agency is here just to make money by fooling customer by offering tickets on better rate but making money by selling the seats. This is pathetic thing i have ever scene in this industry.

      With reference to your post, we would like to inform you that IndiGo allows passengers to pre-book the seats from the time of confirmation of the reservation till 1 hour prior to the scheduled time of departure.
      Further, the seats are allocated on first come first serve basis. This may be the reason due to which you may find certain seats blocked while selecting the seats online.
      We would like to assure you that IndiGo is a transparent organisation and all our policies have been framed to comply with necessary regulatory guidelines. Also, we request you to share the booking details so we may look into this.

        We had our indigo flight on 8th june2018 at 7 am. But we were under impression that it is in evening. So we came as per that time. After coming here we came to know that we missed our flight which was in morning 7 am. We went to the customer service and asked her to help us. But she had given us the same cost and didn't even gave us some discount. It is very bad service. We are from middle class family and can't afford so much cost. We have lost 38k in indigo. Our first time experience of indigo is worst. Atleast we were expecting some discount. Or a nominal charge to be given. I will need refund for this.

          Respected sir/madam. This is to bring to your knowledge that the loaders of indigo airways are very very careless. I have board a flight on 4th of may to mumbai... While collecting the baggage i found one bag broken not just that while returning from mumbai to doha qatar i found 2 nos of bags handled very carelessly caused damage to my bags also i didnt locked my bags using padlock and i found some mangoes missing from the bag. So plz do the needful as soon as possible and warn your workers coz soon m gonna notice al that stupidity when me or my family member will travel again. Pls keep in mind we are customers and you r at a part of customers satisfaction. If something happens next i wont be writing or explaining or requesting in here that would lead to action. Hope who ever will read the words above truely understands and will do the needful for the sake of the company.

            I had booked 5 return ticket from delhi calicut via pnr feycvw. Unfortunately i had to prepone the return of 1psgr. Where i lost my full money. Now while coming back i had half kg extra luggage per person, 2 kg in total for four passengers. While my hand luggage was much lesser than the allotted 28 kg. The counter staff at calicut airport was so adament that i reopen the sealed luggage and remove the two kg. I am a very regular traveller however this experience is putting a stop to travel through indigo in future.. You have lost at least 5 return ticket every 6 months

We would like to inform you that baggage allowance is one piece of hand baggage weighing 7 kg including laptop bag, ladies purse and check-in baggage of 15 kg is permissible. As per our findings, you were carrying excess baggage of 2 kg therefore, our staff requested you to re-shuffle your baggage at the airport. Further, as per policy passenger carrying more than the permissible limit of their check-in baggage need to pay INR 300 per kilogram. At no point of time, our staff intended to offend your sentiments and we once again regret any inconvenience you may have faced. Please be rest assured that we try our best to assist our passengers in the best possible manner.

              I don't believe i have flown in this situation before. I was on an indigo flight 6e 269 from chennai to chandigarh via hyderabad with a layover of 1h20 mins on 4 june'18 pnr l8cy7y

              Considering that i would be flying with an infant and a child, i never wanted change of planes but just a stop. I booked this via flight at a much more premium price for the ease of travelling with kids only upon confirmation with the indigo customer care over telephone that there wouldn't be any change/movement required from the plane as the flight is a via flight.

              Surprisingly the ground staff apparently mr wasim[protected] kicked everyone in order to clean the flight. The ordeal was yet to begin when the helper/assistance dropped me to the exit instead of directing me to the transfer desk i being the transit passenger.
              The harrowing experience of a
              Denied entry with the boarding pass of chennai to chandigarh at hyderabad departure gate to convincing the authorised people of the genuineness of my case to them procuring the letter to csf detailing the case to the unavailability of the stamp/struggling for it to again refused entry at the security for the wrong letter obtained for csf to crossing multiple check points to finally boarding the same flight seemed to be my journey from pakistan to india without visa carrying one infant and a child.

              Wondering what standard practice is on this situation and how would this mental and physical torture would be dealt with?

                I'm also got call from that fellow aman verma from delhi ho like that he said. Then he said to send amount for job security prepose i transfered that amount (7000). Then he told for account opening charges (15000) itz only for indigo based accout so only this much amout like that. Then he asked (10000) for one year bond. Totally 34000. After than his mobile number switch off. I can't reach now

                    Dear indigo team,
                    Pnr no.*xfd4gw*

                    Myself jeevan george varghese, has unfortunately happened to fly in 6e1304 from muscat to trivandrum on 13/05/2018 @ 22.35 hrs. I checked in with a polycarbonate bag which is 27*18*12 inches in size worth weighing 30 kilos. The flight was okay and on arrival and receipt of the baggage, i was shocked to find the bag was critically damaged due to mishandling. My personal belongings and valuable fragile items like medicines, e goods etc available in that bag were luckily saved because of my good packing.
                    In this regard, i approached your airport staff and they checked my baggage and raised a property irregularity report which they assured me to be following up very soon.
                    They followed up later and offered me a bag which they delivered to my home, whichever was a smaller size and worth any use for me and which i returned.
                    Even after returning, and giving information to your airport authorities, there was no proper response in this regard. Later when i contacted customer support, they managed to take up the issue and after a lot of melodrama and they were offering me the same bag whichever was supplied wrong and want me to accept, which i denied bluntly. Later they offered with 2k flight voucher or something which again i refused since any of their offers were favoring my convenience or favor, rather helping themselves.
                    Finally, as a negotiation concern, i just asked for a replacement bag of the same size of the damaged one, which they bluntly refused to give. It is really disappointing to get such a pathetic response from a reputed flight company and the even the customer support executives once managed to disconnect the call even without manners/ courtesy.

                    Why i was hanging on with this particular issue since this is not the first time my baggage was damaged with the same flight coy, but my last flight to muscat with the same coy has happened to damage one of my bags in the same exact way as this time (Whichever i left in the mercy of time).

                    This is worth mentioning that the flying operations and the associated services such as cargo handling and so on are really disgusting with indigo and later i will try to avoid any more mistakes choosing indigo.

                    I am hereby planning to escalate the issue to consumer rights, hoping for justite.

                    I had booked a ticket for 8th June 2018 on 30th may and was diagnosed with a viral illness on the same day and was advised not to travel for the next 2 wks and hence had to cancel the booking. But since cancellation due to medical reasons are fully refundable, I would like to know how to obtain the same.

                      Me with my family plan to travel kerala so booked flight tickets to save time and accordingly plan my visit.
                      My pnr no is ochryq, flight no. 6e 667.
                      First time change after 3 days of booking and another time change just 2 hrs of flight departure, now my complete plan for munnar has been changed.
                      Airline charge us according to time so if they waste our time and money so they should refund us our ticket charged.

                        I, vatansh joshi, was travelling to dehradun from bangalore via flight 6e3512, was carrying two luggage one of 12 kg n other of 10 kg (Was supposed to be carried by me to flight as cabin luggage) was asked by indigo staff to weigh it n then pay the amount of 2400, though they could have asked me to fill in the other bag which was less than 15kg, also the money they asked for was bit too much for a student

                        Thank you for reaching out to us. As per policy, standard baggage allowance is one piece of hand baggage weigh 7 kg including laptop, ladies purse and check-in baggage of 15 kg. Based on our records, you were carrying two piece of baggage weighing 11 kg and 12 kg. Hence, our staff has charged for the excess 8 kg of baggage at the rate of INR 300 per kilogram. We request for your understanding in this regard.

                        I booked cok to dxb flight fri 1st june ..for 10th june within 15mints I cancelled.For that I lost my 269aed only 47 I got back .I[censored] can do anything in this pls do something

                          Pls note as i was traveling by indigo flight gt 6e 706/275 frm hydrabad to coimbatore... Whn i received my baggages at coimbatore 3 of my baggages had broken zip locks as well as zippers... I found my expensive clothes worth ₹15000 and footwear worth ₹4000 missing... Which i was carrying for a wedding... On informing this to indigo staff on duty mr. Aravind and mr. Kanan at coimbatore airport... I felt so cheated by theie irresponsible and rude reply... They didn't evn bother to record my complaints... This is not the first time i have experienced this type of baggage damage earlier tooo... But no one bothers... Hopeless people and worst flight

                            I booked my ticket on 31.06.2018, pnr no. 6e-329 costing inr 8993. But some how due to traffic i reached at indigo check in counter in 40 min instead of 45 mins before departure of flight. They did't allow me to take flight and saying your are 5 min delay. Excuse given that no seat has been left. And they issue me a new ticket in another flight with same pnr no. Of inr 7621. For 5min delayed they charged me 7621. I want my money back that they charged from me. They blackmailed me and charged me extra.

You were booked to travel in flight 6E 329 from Delhi to Goa, which was scheduled to depart at 10:55 hours on 31st May 2018. As per policy, check-in counter closes 45 minutes prior to the scheduled departure of the flight. Our staff has no reason to deny boarding to passengers who report on-time. In fact, they try to accommodate passengers who report marginally late. Based on our records, you reported at 10:21 hours at our counter. Since our check-in counter was closed for the flight, our staff was unable to accept you for the same flight. Further, our endeavour is to assist our valued passengers at all times, therefore, our airport team offered to accommodate you in the next available flight, subject to payment of applicable charges. We would like to clarify that re-accommodation is not followed as per policy but with an intention to help you to reach the destination. We look forward towards your understanding in this regard.

                              Extra charges of rs 900/ for my coat was taken by your staff at hyderabad airport vide receipt no [protected] on 02/06/2018. I was traveling by 6e608 & 6e621 flight, my coat was inside the luggage. Your check in staff doesn't allow me to take it out and charges extra for 3kg coat weight

                              My Self Meghanad behera travelling from DEL to BBI indigo flight no 6E -2701 dtd on 14.05.2018 the PNR No. is XYJ92F but the above flight has been cancelled due some reason . So I have not getting refund that Money Rs. 3606. yet now.

                              Kindly refund the amount as soon as possible.

                                I along with my family travelled by 6e394, from jaipur. We have been allotted seats no. 10a, 10b and 10c. Steel cover of hand rest of seat of 10 c was not there, causing an extreme painful experince during entire journey. Further, in all the three seats, buttons of push back were damaged and in not working status. This had given hilarious painful experience of the journey especially when the passengers ahead o[censored]s had tilted their seats. On being informed to the airhostess, it was stated that she has reported itto the commander but helpless in the matter.
                                Please inform us what are the compensations will available to us.

                                  Pnr kh3ina. Behaviour o[censored]r cabin crew ms aswani is not up to the mark. C has taken more time to deliver the items. He charged more though i paid by my credit card. I used the same card from kolkata to chennai on 26th may and of rs 160/- for cost of 2 coffee but today c charged rs 200/-. Pl let me know the reason. Another suggestion is that ask ur cabin crew not to behave like a ration shop. As no passenger in not able to leave flight without paying the bill. So they should behave properly. As i am traveling by indigo not free of cost. Hope i wl get a response. My mail id is [protected]@gmail

                                  Indigo service is very poor . I travelled with a foreigner and the flight was continuously delayed and I felt bad as it's a matter of shame for the country that Indian domestic flights will be delayed continuously.

                                    I am aaromal bhargavan, unfortunately i was a passenger of your flight number 6e 071 from kochin to dubai on 1st june 2017. Both me and my son together handed over 4 bags (2 boxes and 2 trolley bags) at kochin while giving boarding pass. But while reached at dubai i found that they have provided only 2 baggage tags (Tag number: 6e [protected]) and remaining 2 trolley bags are not reached dubai.
                                    My personal belongings and valuable items like my certificate and my sons medicines are available in those bags.
                                    I was really disappointed and tensed due to this irresponsible and improper behavior of your staffs.
                                    I want an imminent response from your team and do needful as the earliest to give my bags back.

                                      The complainant had booked two air tickets from lucknow to pune. First booking no. Emt45982866, pnr no. Khup2k (Indigo) on 18/05/2018 in the names of madhumita kar & vidushi kar and second booking no. Emt45985002 pnr no. Khfu9n (Indigo) in the name of ashok kumar kar.
                                      The said bookings were cancelled on 19/05/2018 as the travel plan was cancelled.
                                      The refund amounts have not yet been credited to customers bank account.

                                        Due to their negligence and mistake we lost our flight and they again made us to buy the ticket cost of 1403rs+11852rs.
                                        Then they arranged another flight and said that they will refund the amount of 1403rs+11852rs and previous 14000rs but they havent called us & its been 12 days.
                                        So, please dont make us to loose hoops on the airlines
