Pls note as i was traveling by indigo flight gt 6e 706/275 frm hydrabad to coimbatore... Whn i received my baggages at coimbatore 3 of my baggages had broken zip locks as well as zippers... I found my expensive clothes worth ₹15000 and footwear worth ₹4000 missing... Which i was carrying for a wedding... On informing this to indigo staff on duty mr. Aravind and mr. Kanan at coimbatore airport... I felt so cheated by theie irresponsible and rude reply... They didn't evn bother to record my complaints... This is not the first time i have experienced this type of baggage damage earlier tooo... But no one bothers... Hopeless people and worst flight

    I booked my ticket on 31.06.2018, pnr no. 6e-329 costing inr 8993. But some how due to traffic i reached at indigo check in counter in 40 min instead of 45 mins before departure of flight. They did't allow me to take flight and saying your are 5 min delay. Excuse given that no seat has been left. And they issue me a new ticket in another flight with same pnr no. Of inr 7621. For 5min delayed they charged me 7621. I want my money back that they charged from me. They blackmailed me and charged me extra.

You were booked to travel in flight 6E 329 from Delhi to Goa, which was scheduled to depart at 10:55 hours on 31st May 2018. As per policy, check-in counter closes 45 minutes prior to the scheduled departure of the flight. Our staff has no reason to deny boarding to passengers who report on-time. In fact, they try to accommodate passengers who report marginally late. Based on our records, you reported at 10:21 hours at our counter. Since our check-in counter was closed for the flight, our staff was unable to accept you for the same flight. Further, our endeavour is to assist our valued passengers at all times, therefore, our airport team offered to accommodate you in the next available flight, subject to payment of applicable charges. We would like to clarify that re-accommodation is not followed as per policy but with an intention to help you to reach the destination. We look forward towards your understanding in this regard.

      Extra charges of rs 900/ for my coat was taken by your staff at hyderabad airport vide receipt no [protected] on 02/06/2018. I was traveling by 6e608 & 6e621 flight, my coat was inside the luggage. Your check in staff doesn't allow me to take it out and charges extra for 3kg coat weight

      Sir,

      My Self Meghanad behera travelling from DEL to BBI indigo flight no 6E -2701 dtd on 14.05.2018 the PNR No. is XYJ92F but the above flight has been cancelled due some reason . So I have not getting refund that Money Rs. 3606. yet now.

      Kindly refund the amount as soon as possible.

        I along with my family travelled by 6e394, from jaipur. We have been allotted seats no. 10a, 10b and 10c. Steel cover of hand rest of seat of 10 c was not there, causing an extreme painful experince during entire journey. Further, in all the three seats, buttons of push back were damaged and in not working status. This had given hilarious painful experience of the journey especially when the passengers ahead o[censored]s had tilted their seats. On being informed to the airhostess, it was stated that she has reported itto the commander but helpless in the matter.
        Please inform us what are the compensations will available to us.

          Pnr kh3ina. Behaviour o[censored]r cabin crew ms aswani is not up to the mark. C has taken more time to deliver the items. He charged more though i paid by my credit card. I used the same card from kolkata to chennai on 26th may and of rs 160/- for cost of 2 coffee but today c charged rs 200/-. Pl let me know the reason. Another suggestion is that ask ur cabin crew not to behave like a ration shop. As no passenger in not able to leave flight without paying the bill. So they should behave properly. As i am traveling by indigo not free of cost. Hope i wl get a response. My mail id is [protected]@gmail

          Indigo service is very poor . I travelled with a foreigner and the flight was continuously delayed and I felt bad as it's a matter of shame for the country that Indian domestic flights will be delayed continuously.

            I am aaromal bhargavan, unfortunately i was a passenger of your flight number 6e 071 from kochin to dubai on 1st june 2017. Both me and my son together handed over 4 bags (2 boxes and 2 trolley bags) at kochin while giving boarding pass. But while reached at dubai i found that they have provided only 2 baggage tags (Tag number: 6e [protected]) and remaining 2 trolley bags are not reached dubai.
            My personal belongings and valuable items like my certificate and my sons medicines are available in those bags.
            I was really disappointed and tensed due to this irresponsible and improper behavior of your staffs.
            I want an imminent response from your team and do needful as the earliest to give my bags back.

              The complainant had booked two air tickets from lucknow to pune. First booking no. Emt45982866, pnr no. Khup2k (Indigo) on 18/05/2018 in the names of madhumita kar & vidushi kar and second booking no. Emt45985002 pnr no. Khfu9n (Indigo) in the name of ashok kumar kar.
              The said bookings were cancelled on 19/05/2018 as the travel plan was cancelled.
              The refund amounts have not yet been credited to customers bank account.

                We have travelled on 22nd may, 2018
                Due to their negligence and mistake we lost our flight and they again made us to buy the ticket cost of 1403rs+11852rs.
                Then they arranged another flight and said that they will refund the amount of 1403rs+11852rs and previous 14000rs but they havent called us & its been 12 days.
                So, please dont make us to loose hoops on the airlines

In fact, they try to accommodate passengers who report marginally late. As checked, you reported at 15:43 hrs to our counter. Since our check-in counter was already closed, our staff was unable to accept you for the same flight.

                  Flight no. 6e 323, from mumbai to kolkata on 23rd may at 11.30 am.
                  There was an advance booking done through an agent on the name of manisha nagvekar (On maiden name) by mistake. At the airport, since there was no id related to this name your staff suggested to cancel this ticket and book a separate ticket at the current rate on the correct name. We did the same on the name of sayesha nagvekar. The flight and the seat number of the new ticket was same except the first name. However there was no refund of the earlier cancelled ticket.

                  Similarly on the return journey, the same incident happened.

                  Flight number 6e - 326, from kolkata to mumbai, on 30th may at 2.45 pm.

                  Need to get the refund of both these cancelled tickets.

                    When i received my baggages from dubai airport my bag was damaged badly and i lost my holy bible which was kept in the front row.
                    Many papers was also kept in my bible, including my state bank account papers. When i go to the baggage services area to enquire, there response was also worst. I am having the pictures of my bag with the dubai airport trolley and also the face of that working staff for the proof. I just want to get my things back, thats all. Hope you can help.

                      Flight no: 6e 86 date: 20/5/2018, departure time 2045.
                      Reached airport at 6.30pm and got boarding pass immediately, after security checked immigration scanned the ticket and passport showing error and some internal problem system not getting open for that reason ask me to wait until get it restore, even though twice they tried same condition, immigration had a huge crowed and pressure they ask me to wait and starts next to continue, they called me around 8.20 pm and tried gets successful, immediate i rushed to gate no: b10, found closed and i inquire them but simply us ask to find another flight, how it can possible even i tried several airlines asking huge fare where unable to pay at that time, such in situation automatically am felt under serious medical issue, because of this, i missed an important business meeting and your people refused to help us in anyway, my question flight starts before why not announced and ensure boarding finished all passengers are reached, in my case really your team nothing done, evidence for above said statements all i have, awaiting for your reply.

                      We understand you were unable to board flight 6E-86 from Muscat to Chennai which was scheduled to depart at 20:45 hrs on 20th May 2018. As per policy, boarding gate closes 25 mins prior to the scheduled departure time. Please note that reporting on-time is the passenger's sole responsibility. Based our records, you reported after the gate closure. Since our boarding gates were already closed for the flight our staff was unable to accept you for the flight.                       Indigo airlines stating that unable to track passenger inside the airport, unable to arrange next indigo airlines for take the passenger, Unable to support passenger in such condition, simply escape from this situation and only take our money, usually the systems followed by Indigo airlines.
                      My question was, Once I missed the flight ? whose responsibility to take care us, unfortunately I missed the flight ? Indigo airlines why not show any interest on arranging another flight, only us push to move from there and myself force to arrange other flights way this Indigo airline staff treated me, really I felt under panic and medically obstruct, are you not aware I missed an important meeting and huge money loos, Let you try to clear my complaints amicably, hope will understand.

                      Without solving my complaint how can be closed. Registering Consumer via complaint for only get proper judgment. Indigo Airlines from i never get any calls and mails, with in 24 hours Indigo airlines have to update otherwise legally will move for my complaints.

                      Indigo staff let me who assist me, hello have i evidence overall experienced with your staff, Incident the day I dont get any support and me forced to move from your station, but your statement totally wrong,
                      Last 20 years I travelled in many flights also am International frequent traveler but 1st time had I experienced with Indigo airlines never forget in my life, way that Indigo airlines treated the customer and robber money really excellent, let me ask one question? 6.30pm Indigo Airlines boarding finished, luggage loaded and issued ticket, automatically centralized system passenger details updated, once boarding finished passenger will take under flight responsibility, only for that we are paying, but Indigo system only focus on money not care about passenger, I purchased ticket for INR.14, 000/- but refund only INR.1700/- .As a passenger we are paying for your staff negligence, really am very happy after seeing Indigo airlines mailed the comments, just keep like this customer relationship.

                        I booked a flight with indigo from hyderabad to kolkata with booking id nf[protected] and email id paul. [protected]@gmail.com

                        I require the travel certificate for that as i lost my boarding pass. I am trying to get it online however it shows email id is incorrect. Kindly do the needful.

                        Indigo airlines, please mail it to me and other details so that i can pay the required fees as well. Its really urgent for me and needed as soon as possible. I need to submit it in my office.

                          I had booked tickets (From chennai to bagdogra - dec85t) almost a month in advance. Had to cancel them due to unavoidable reasons within 2-3 hours of booking. The refund amount on the tickets was only 45%. Indigo has taken us for a ride. Unbelievable exploitation of the common man! 55% of the ticket price (12k rupees) was the cancelation fee!!! This is too much, considering indigo has nearly a month's time to rebook tickets and the tickets were held for merely 3 hours!

                          It is unfortunately not very useful if Indigo allows customers to cancel tickets and not give refund!!
                          Indigo's website is carefully designed to mislead people, so that you would think the ticket price is refundable while booking your ticket, but the refund amount would turn out to be negligible in comparison to the ticket price!
                          I wonder what the refund would be for tickets being canceled with one week to go, if it is 45% of ticket price for cancelation within 2 hours and with one month to go!! Outrageous!
                          I booked a ticket to lucknow ref-J9F5XY, which was cancelled by indigo people at time of boarding bcz of my illness dated 14/05/2018 . The refund should be cradited to my account within 7 business day but I did not got my refund amount till now . Please refund my amount as soon as possible. I am submitting photo of cancellation mail and ticket.

                            It is ridiculous... Never expected such kind of disgusting approach by indigo staff. I travelled from delhi to patna by indigo flight no. 6e 634, pnr no. Lb1w7c and sequence no. 105. On 29th may 2018.

                            Mistakenly, i kept "sony white colour power bank" in my luggage and at the time of checkin it was hold and taken by your indigo security staff and i requested her several times to handover the same to me so that i would carry the same in my hand bag. Despite several request she didn't handover the same and not allowed me to carry in handbags and spoken to me in very indecent manner.

                            It is my request this time to handover the same to my person whom i shall authorize to collect from airport.

                            Please note i need my power bank under any circumstances else i can go upto any level and will be compelled to escalate the matter to senior authority, md/ceo desk.

                            We have investigated the matter and would like to summarize our findings for you.You were booked to travel in flight 6E 634 from Delhi to Patna which was scheduled to depart at 06:35 hours on 29th May 2018. We have already notified via SMS and also mentioned on the ticket that power banks / portable mobile chargers, e-cigarettes are allowed only in Hand-Baggage and not in checked-in Baggage. Based on our records, power bank is reported in the check-in baggage with which we are unable to load the check-in baggage. Therefore, our staff assisted you towards the luggage department to remove power bank from the check-in baggage and as per our standard procedure it was handed over to the airport authority’s security personnel from the check-in baggage. We request for your understanding in this regard.

                                  Traveled from dubai to bangalore 27 may. I confirmed with indigo ([protected]) that i had purchased 15 kilos excess and the personnel confirmed the same for dubai-blore leg. My account on indigo website also stated i had purchased 5 + 10 kilos excess. But at the dubai airport, i was charged for 5 kilos extra aed340. Called indigo on thursday 6.07 pm.

                                  Apparently Indigo does not allow pre-purchase of 15 kilos. Only 10 kilos are allowed and the remaining needs to be paid per kilo basis. If i had been told this by the indigo personnel during my call, I would not have packed 5 kilos extra. Also the website provided misleading information that seemed to confirm I could carry 15 kilos extra on Dubai-Blore leg. I have been a frequent Indigo flyer and I am very disappointed that wrong information provided to me cost me a high price.

Based on our records, you were carrying 45 kg of total check-in baggage for Dubai to Bengaluru flight. Therefore, our staff have charged for the excess 5 kg of baggage at the rate of 60 AED per kilogram. However, we request you to share the screenshot of 15 kg prepaid excess baggage purchased for flight Dubai to Bengaluru so we may take it further with the concerned department.

                                    We were travelling by indigo air flight no. 6e-633 from kolkata to lucknow on 27th may 2018.
                                    Last minute changes were made in the gate from 25 to 23b. While carrying us from the departue lounge to the plane, the bue driver stopped the bus fro a long time with no ac. My wife aged 72 years, had some breathing problem. She requested the driver to either run the a. C. Or open the door. Inspite of her repeated requests the driver failed to open the bus doors nor the ac was functional. This driver's driving too was full of #. These buses are always over crowded. The airline passengers are generally pushed in these buses like animals by almost all airlines in india.
                                    But no airline is serious about it. Nobody listens & i do not know who controls these drivers.

                                        I have booked my ticket from madurai to hyderbad for my travel on 30th may 18. Due to personal exigency i cannot board my flight in madurai instead i requested indigo team to consider my boarding from chennai as the flight is having changeover in chennai. I'm travelling with my wife and daughter. It's not possible to get another tickets as it is way high and also getting ticket in other mode of transport is difficult and not possible. Request to consider my request to board the flight from chennai instead of madurai.
