Dear sir/madam,
I travelled by indigo airlines from bengaluru to udaipur on 16th june 2018 via flight 6e 361 and 6e 761. Upon arrival in udaipur, i noticed that my check-in baggage lock was not there, it's seal was broken and the bag was damaged. I immediately reported the same to indigo on-ground personnel. They accepted the mistake and took the complain. I am waiting to hear from your side.

    In sep 2016, i had booked to & fro flights from delhi to port blair to delhi for 4 passengers. I upgraded to 6e upgrade for which i paid rs 2500/- per passenger per flight i. E. Rs 10, 000/- for del to portblair (4 passengers) & rs 10, 000/- from portblair to delhi (4 passengers).
    We landed in portblair just fine but while returning, "vardah" storm hit so we had to cancel our tickets. Airlines forfeited rs 2500/- per passenger i. E. Rs 10, 000/- in total by saying that it was non-refundable (Since it's a fee & not fare)
    While booking the ticket, customer care specialist had informed that 100% amount is refunded except convenience fee in my case. Also, on their website of 6e upgrade tncs, it clearly mentions that we can cancel without any fee.

    I have already followed escalation procedure from customerrelations nodaloffice appellateauthority but always got a negative response.

    Hence, i'm escalating this here before proceeding to consumer court.

    Deficiency in service: customer care officers lack complete knowledge or hide facts & websites boast incorrect information which are unfair trade practices.

      Indigo airlines
      This is to inform u that one of your employees in the counter of indira gandhi international airport has retrieved the contact number of one of my friends and started texting her without even any knowledge. The employee got the number from ticket details and started texting her. What is this going on? Getting number from tickets and texting girls. What has happened to your employees? Stop hiring such type of people. Please stop it. Girls are not even safe even though they book tickets online. Hope u will take care of the employee and fire such type of people asap. This is a serious concern and i request you to take immediate actions on this issue. Such type of behavior won't be tolerated anymore from customers.

We would like to assure you that our staff has no reason not to accept any passenger on flight especially when the seat goes vacant reserved in their name. We would like to clarify that it is the sole responsibility of the passenger to complete the security check and reach the boarding gate before closure to board their flight. Based on our investigation, flight information displays for flight 6E 2013 were updated. Also, Delhi is a silent airport regular announcements are not allowed therefore final call announcement was made for the said flight.         Yesterday my mom was going from cochin to new delhi in flight number 6e-516 and pnr number jb8qgc.
        When we reached the airport and during the boarding time they informed that the flight was cancelled and no message was delivered regarding the cancellation of flight. When we asked your ground staff they were so rude and were not even cooperating with us.
        My mom had to reach new delhi by 10:30 am to catch the train of 12:00 pm in the noon but due to your negligence she not only missed the train but also incurred loss of money and time.
        She was traveling alone and had to suffer a lot due to your negligence, lack of proper communication and cooperation from your ground staff.
        I, with deep regret, want to say that you have lost a lot of customers with this.
        I want to be assured that you take proper actiosn regarding this matter and want refunds as soon as possible.

            I am sorry to bring to your kind notice that today. I had to go to lucknow. And i was booked your flight no. 6e 903 /pnr no. Cil26h

            I had reached the counters at 4.45 and bording time was 4.50 but i was not givin the boarding pass. As i strongly beleve your flight was over - booked or you sold my seat on higher price

            Your ground staff was very rude; they harassed me and also misbehaved at the airport. Even after knowing that there was a festival and i need to reach my home the asked around 15000 to give another flight.

            This was a really terrible and horrifying experience for me and i caused a lot of stress and mental pressure.

            I will never stop my fight against this fraud run by indigo and will expose this in all the forum and ask other passengers which are victimize by indigo till i get refund my money for flight no. 6e903 /pnr no. Cil26h and 6e541/pnr no. Cil26h

              Hello my name is siddhant jain i want to file a complaint against mishandling of my baggage by indigo airlines staffs. I was flying from bengaluru to mumbai by 6e424 flight on 01/06/18. When i landed at mumbai airport i recieved by suitcase and its trolley was bended and because of this we were not able to open the suitcase. Idigo airlines to pay full compension for suitcase.

                I preeti sharma travelled in flight 6e 804 raipur to mumbai today.
                The staff who took my luggage was so negligent that she forgot to put baggage tags on the checked in baggage.
                When i am about to board the bus to the flight a indigo staff comes with my bag and asks whose bag is this as it doesn’t have a tag, the staff was informed and again when i am boarded a staff comes and calls me out of the flight with my suitcase and bag and ask are these bags yours we forgot to put tags.
                Now this was emabarassing first of all because of lot of known people in the flight.
                Secondly is your staff that negligent.
                What if i wouldn’t have noticed whose bag are they asking for and my luggage would have been left back.
                This kind of service and embarrassment is not acceptable.

                  So that he can carry 25 kgs. But unfortunately at raipur your counter has

                  Dt.10/6/18. Where he has shown even the id card of college,

                      Hi,

                      I cancelled ticket from Indigo airlines from Pune to Delhi
                      For that Indigo charged cancellation fees Rs Rs 3200 per ticket for a ticket costing Rs 3890/. I cancelled the ticket within 5 minutes of buying the tickets.

                          I ravi rai was traveled kolkata to delhi and after that chandigarh from delhi via flight no 6e 937 boarding time 13:00 on dated 11 june 2018 with seat no 10f having spacial services but crew member was not serve food to me. I am on medicine so before having medicine i need to have food because of not having food in my flight i was not able to have medicine due to this i am not well now. The service from kolkata to delhi was good but from delhi to chandigarh was not good kindly look into the matter.

                            This was not my first time with indigo, but this time (Pnr# fkwtye) i get very bad experience from you. My baggage get damaged because of careless handling. I met a loss of almost 1200/-rs. And i surly need compensation for that. I already informed this matter to your ground staff at kochin airport arrival section. Hope you will do it for my need. We called them regarding baggage till now we din received our baggage.. We could not have take tickets on indigo if we knew that we have to collect our baggage from hyderabad ourself.. They have been telling us that u will get it tomorrow all the time we call.. Very poor service

                                Hi, this kind of service is never expected from indigo airline. If passenger sitting in front of gate and no display or announcement. The reason indigo has is silent free airport. When we enquired with gmr official they told that already accounment system was given to them for any extreme cases. If two passengers have taken boarding pass and laugage check is done and passenger in not boarded and then it is not emergency case. We were sitting in front of gate before 35 mint to departure no announcement or display. We require our amount back. See the video how casual they are in customer service and listening to passengers. I asked them to check the footage of gate no. To know the truth but none dared to do. I need justice.

You were booked to travel in flight 6E 2013 from Delhi to Bhubaneswar, which was scheduled to depart at 09:00 hrs on 9th June 2018. As per our policy, boarding gate closes 25 mins prior to the scheduled departure time. Our staff has no reason to deny boarding to passengers who report on-time. Also, Flight Information Displays are updated, maintained and operated by the concerned airport authorities, upon which we have limited access on the same. Therefore, our team tried contacting you on the registered mobile number. Since our boarding gate was already closed at the time of your reporting which is 09:02 hrs, our staff was unable to accept you for the same flight.

                                Further, our endeavour is to assist our valued passengers at all times, therefore with an intention to help to reach the destination, our airport team offered you to accommodate on the next available flight subject to payment of applicable charges, which was accepted by you.                                 As per you I was wrong. I told you we have reached gate no 26 at 8:25am and there was no display or emergency announcement. If GMR authority have given you the announcement why it was not utilized. I spoke to GMR authority and they itself told that announcement system was given to all airlines. If you feel that we reached after 8:35am then footage of gate no 26 can be checked. I'm not the first time flier in indigo. Actually I was coming from Ukraine and reached Delhi airport at 6:30am again from terminal 3 to terminal 2 All the way I came walking and taken boarding pass by 7:30 am. There was no rest or I didn't eat anything. I have been to washroom in mean time and again runned to gate no 26. Do some one feeling the my pain. I have been harassed by your people. Again I request you to check the gate footage, you cannot be correct always and don't think just to keep you in trouble I have given complaint. Since I have been harassed by your people for not giving the better solution I have taken it further. I believe you people have seen the video how casual was your Mr. Anoop in resolving a customer issue. In same Airport I spoke to airport authority also and how helpful their were.

                                I think no one is feeling the agony which I have passed through on 9th June. We came from Ukraine in morning flight at 6:30am and again at 9am there is a flight to bhubaneswar and we are supposed to attend meeting at 3pm. Time is also valuable to us. Being on time is not only for you, that is for all.

At last after the huge telephonic conversation she told me to pay rs 2000 and after getting selected pay the rest and i believe them and i pay the amount into the following bank ac;

And he told me please ask to the person who took an interview for you, i don't know anything about this, and i reacted rudely to her and i tell her that the person had took me an interview is from your company itself he pretends to be an hr manager at indigo airlines, i request her to refund my money back, and she agree to refund the money by 12pm afternoon and when i check 2 times the amount is not credited into my account. And when i call her back he cut her phone and i call her again and she didn't took the call at all. They are very clever and intelligent to mock and to cheat others, they had stolen many innocent peoples money, like 2500, 7800, 10000 and 14000. A true company will never asks anybody to pay money, this is one of the fraud company in india let all o[censored]s make a campaign against them in social medias like facebook, twitter and in other websites.

                                    My daughter took an indigo flight today alone. A cabin crew took her from the airline counter at the airport and left her at the check in without giving her any instructions. My daughter called me up asking what she should do. I then asked her to get in the check in line and get a boarding pass, which she did on her own. The guy at the check in counter also gave her no instructions. She then called me to ask if she should go for security check by herself, i asked her to wait. After her being left alone for about 15 mins, the cabin crew came to get her. She boarded the flight safely, but the ground staff didn't take care of her as they should of a minor flying by herself.. Now i'm worried about what will happen once she lands at bangalore. Will someone help her at the airport or will she be left to herself as it happened at delhi airport.

                                      I had booked indigo flight for delhi to goa for 2. When i tried to web checkin on airline website then it is showing all the seats paid or already booked. How can it be possible that from morning to evening postion of seats remain same and there is not even two seats together are vacant. It seams airline agency is here just to make money by fooling customer by offering tickets on better rate but making money by selling the seats. This is pathetic thing i have ever scene in this industry.

                                      Further, the seats are allocated on first come first serve basis. This may be the reason due to which you may find certain seats blocked while selecting the seats online.

                                        We had our indigo flight on 8th june2018 at 7 am. But we were under impression that it is in evening. So we came as per that time. After coming here we came to know that we missed our flight which was in morning 7 am. We went to the customer service and asked her to help us. But she had given us the same cost and didn't even gave us some discount. It is very bad service. We are from middle class family and can't afford so much cost. We have lost 38k in indigo. Our first time experience of indigo is worst. Atleast we were expecting some discount. Or a nominal charge to be given. I will need refund for this.
