I recently got a video of a passenger who was trying to board the bus but two or three of the ground staff of indigo airlines at the taxiing area misbehaved with an old man. There could be some misunderstandings but we passengers love indigo airlines due to its hospitality. But when we passengers see this kind of cruel behaviour of an indigo staff it’s very disappointing that this behaviour could be done with us in future. Just because of ill behaviour of 1-2 staff the whole indigo airlines get defamed. It’s just a request to indigo airlines to improve its staff quality. Hoping for a strong change in this segment of complaints.

    Dear sir

    We are your regular customers but last few months we feel the your staff misbehaviour. One time at indore airport one person hit me and call me gali but i tolerate this only because i am alone and they are many persons but really i don't recommend your flight due to staff behaviour.

    Please see one of other example see in video your staff with senior citizen. I feel very said and also your all customer.

    Please give behaviour training to your staff

        This is with reference to our 3 members flight from new delhi to srinagar scheduled on 06-nov-17 through indigo flight no. 6e-148 and pnr no. Nygjtc at 1505 hrs. We reached airport terminal 1d at 1420 hrs with prior web-check in, 15 mins late due to delhi traffic as we were travelling from ghaziabad and twe have informed the same at customer care also at 1410 hrs that we will get late for 10 minutes and after that when we reached at indigo counter for giving luggage bags they refused us and said boarding completed and you cannot travel in this flight and said you go to counter no. D7, they will help you.
        But when we reached said counter one executive was on call and was not listening to us, when we said we are going to miss our flight then she said go to other counter, when we went to that counter, executive sitting was not listening and continuously doing his work, we tried to talk him and he was ignoring us, then we shouted and requested, then he reverted that you cannot travel as boarding closed, we requested him like anything but it was not bothering him and then he called his manager that girl also dint listen to us although at that time was 1435 hrs and we were requesting that we have web check in also only take our luggage and let us go but she was saying if she will allow us then she had to do all paper work again and continuously arguing and trying to buy the time, so that boarding get closed and it was clearly written that boarding gets closed 25 mins before departure and we could have caught the flight and at the same time two more passengers had the same issues as ours and they were requesting but indigo staff were rude and totally unprofessional but still then we requested give us another flight then she was saying we don’t have any tickets available and you have to buy the fresh tickets.
        Although i am a frequent flyer of indigo, you may check my records with my name (From murugappa group) but now i am boycotting with indigo and giving information our travel partner (Parry travel – murugappa group) of this incidence happened with me for their necessary action.
        Just because o[censored]nprofessional behavior of indigo team, we lost our entire trip and my family mood got spoiled, as we planned lot of things. Our entire hotel bookings, taxi booking and return flight tickets everything got wasted. It was our family trip and we lost rs. 35000 and which was our hard earned money which we saved in last 2 years for one trip. Yesterday was my and my son’s birthday which was ruined because of indigo staff only.
        We are requesting to senior management of indigo to probe into this issue and take corrective actions immediately and arrange for entire money refund, so that we can plan our trip.

          Im joseph sylvester barlow, my son neil joseph barlow is studying in christ university bangalore, he had come to visit his family during diwali holidays and was supposed to return to bangalore today dated 06-11-17 via indigo airlines flight number 6e839 scheduled departure at 3:15pm. He managed to reach the airport 2:30pm and rushed at the check in counter to collect his boarding pass, he did not had any check in luggage and only had hand baggage, he gave his name and showed his aadhar card to the executive present at the counter at that moment. He demanded his boarding pass but the executive refused to issue him the pass stating that he is not eligible to board since there was not much time left & also indigo airlines cannot provide shuttle service to their customers from whom they charge full amount of the ticket. It was only at the counter only that lost another 10 mins in the conversation. He was then asked to leave without even refunding the ticket amount & was told that the refund would be arranged only when he will makes a call to indigo customer care. I want the airlines to make necessary arrangements to send my son to bangalore within 3 working days. Otherwise, i will have to take strict actions towards the airlines. It is not our fault he would have been issued the boarding pass even if there was 45 mins left for the plane to take off. Mobile no:91-[protected]/[protected].

            I cancelled the flight ticket of indigo mumbai to mangalore (6e-6621) dated 30 dec 17. Indigo taken from me base fare-rs.1142 + fuel charge-525 + cute fee-rs.50/- total rs-1717/- and ask for cancellation they given me only rs.233/- rs refund amount. If i m not fly that flight so how can they taken from me base fare + fuel charge + cute fee.. It means they are taking from me also flight charges as well as i cancelled the ticket after then same ticket they are selling to other passenger. It means they are double profit earning and i m loose my cash which i purchased a ticket.

              I alongwith my wife were booked by flight 6e164 ex bengaluru to jaipur on 22/11/2017 on 19/7vide pnr zf2nut, but on 2/10 it was informed telephonicaly by airlines that my booking has been shifted to 1/12 without giving any reason. I had to per force buy another ticket by cancelling previous confirmed booking vide pnr he76mt ex bengaluru to jaipur by flt 6e469 and pay at much higher price. Is it the way indigo behaves with its customers? I have decided not to travel by indigo flights in future. Shame on indigo.
              Sir, I booked indigo tkt 1 month before. But due to unavoidable circumstances, I wanted to reschedule my journey 2 days after the booking date. I intimated the airline 25 days before. But their rescheduling charges are so exorbitant around 2250 rupees. I am a student and in shocking state
              You people can't solve the issues, you all are frauds. just be honest and don't take money without any reason.

                Dear sir,

                I, ranjeet singh had to board the flight from patna to bangalore at 11am. Flight 6e 339, booking reference u8c82v. I reported to the check in counter at 10:25 i still had 35 mins time to board the flight but the officials (Lady staff) said no. And told they will not allow me to board the flight. And i was forced to search for next flight and since it was an emergency to come to bangalore the same day i paid 10, 026 rupees extra for connecting flight (6e 787 and 6e 997). My question is if this is the case why this is followed strictly in patna and while coming via ranchi i saw at ranchi airport one person was boarded in flight 6e 997 25-30 mins before departure time, in one more scenario last year we are group of 3 people were traveling from delhi to bangalore one o[censored]s reached airport 15 mins before departure time and still airline official allowed him to board. It was an emergency and i had to reach to bangalore by evening, but because of their ignorance and unhelpful behavior had cost me lot. It was my hard income money and they simply took and when i beg for the refund but they didn't listen.
                Now i want full refund with compensation.

                Due to this unhelping nature particularly at patna airport lot of passengers are missing their flight. There are no proper communication like i saw in bangalore and ranchi.

                Please support me in this issue.

                  Dear team,
                  I had a flight today 5 nov, 2017 on 6.00 am from mumbai to lucknow. I already did the web checkin and i reached the counter at 5.30 still they didn't let me in, saying that the boarding gates are closed. Even the lady who was siting on counter no. 07 didn't even try to help or check, she wasn't bothered at all. And she said you can wait another flight.in every flight 25 minutes prior they ask you to reach while in this case i reached half an hour ago. Still they didn't allow me to go. I want my money refund or i will go to consumer court. It's my hard earned money. Indigo's ethics are died completely seems to me.

                    While checking the ticket price you are showing something and while booking price is shooting up rapidly high. So i want to know the reason why they are doing so? This is not the first time. Its unfair with the customer. Price showing at the time of booking should be same and slight variation may be but its varried more than 20 percent. Its having any solid reason. I want to know. Its cheating with the people.

                      Dear all,

                      This is with reference to my flight 6e 5097 dated 3rd nov ; departure time : 13:25.

                      I would like to bring to your notice that i was not given the correct information by your airport officer-mansi.

                      When i produced my ticket (Booking ref number - m9upms) for issuance of boarding pass, i was updated by ms. Mansi that my and my colleague-ms. Chaya kunder ticket was cancelled for goa to mumbai.

                      I updated her that our tickets booked from mumbai to goa was cancelled but the tickets for goa to mumbai was never cancelled to which she replied that as the tickets was issued under one pnr hence both the tickets have got cancelled.

                      I again requested her to check whether there was any other pnr issued which she denied. I further asked her to look if my name or chaya's name was featuring for the flight to mumbai for the said flight no.- 6e 5097. She completely denied.

                      Instead of helping / guiding me she redirected us to the reservation counter. My other co-passengers are witness to the entire event.

                      I was made to panic as check in closing at 12:30. I ran across for the tickets but at the reservation counter the officer updated it was already late and they would not be able to issue me tickets. Luckily enough, the fight got delayed by 15 minutes and then we were issued the tickets - booking ref no.- fh4vkk for a payment of rs.5, 582.

                      I was made go through all the harassment and was panic stricken.

                      After reaching mumbai, i called up the customer service and spoke to swati, i asked her about the status for booking ref number - m9upms stating i had not given any request for cancellation. She could update me that the pnr was cancelled and has been split to another new pnr number.

                      I narrated her the entire issue stating how i was harassed instead the airport officer of indigo could have guided that a new pnr has been generated

                      I surprised with such kind poor service from indigo airlines. Instead of helping and pacifying the customer, they made me panic and was made to pay twice for the tickets.

                      My question is simple. I am travelling with indigo. Is it not the responsibility of indigo airlines to guide me and provide the new pnr number/ atleast inform me that the tickets are there, please ask my agent to provide new pnr number!!!
                      Instead i was made to panic and redirected to reservation counter again???

                      When pointed out customer officer is blaming the travel agent!!!

                      We are customer and you should have taken proper care o[censored]s rather than neglecting, providing misleading information and harassing.

                      Is this the service, one should expect from a brand like indigo??

                      Hence, i request you to refund the entire amount of payment of rs.5, 582.

                      I am registering my complaint in indian consumer complaint forum as well as in international consumer rights protection council.

                        I was travelling from ranchi, jharkhand to new delhi on 23 october 2017 by indigo flight and i purchased power bank worth rs 1000/- after i reached home and i opened it i saw the piece is defective and its not working at all. Kindly help me regarding this.
                        Sky water is written on front and its of bronze color. It is very disappointing as my whole money is wasted. Kindly do something

                            I had booked indigo flights for my family to goa via mumbai through makemytrip on 21st june, 2017 for travel on 17th august, for indigo flight @ 10-25 am.
                            I had pre-booked (Two days prior) a taxi to take us from gandhinagar to ahmedabad airport at 9-00 am so that we would have reached @ 9-25 am approximately. The taxi driver arjunbhai called up at 8-45 am to inquire about the timing for travel to ahmedabad. I conveyed to him that he should turn up immediately so that we may undertake travel to the ahmedabad airport. He did not turn up at 9-00 am. Hence we started calling him to urgently to take us to the airport. He conveyed that the taxi had left to arrive at our residence to pick us up & drive to ahmedabad airport. However, till 9-10 am, taxi driver did not turn up. Hence we started looking for alternative of auto rixa to take us to the airport. We got auto rixa at 9-20 to take us to the airport.
                            We arrived at the ahmedabad airport at approximately 9-50 am. Immediately we proceeded to indigo counter to check in.
                            Lady at the counter took our printed ticket cum invoice issued by makemytrip on behalf of indigo and started to issue us the boarding passes. We deposited our check in luggage on the weighment scale. However, mr. Sangram (Identified later) who came in from behind and advised the lady not to issue the boarding passes as it was past time and counter closed. We requested and informed mr. Sangram and other officials about the reasons for delay due to taxi driver not turning up in time and to plead to allow us board the flight since there was sufficient time and we would miss the entire trip. Mr sangram was adamant and said that it was a case of "no show" and did not allow us to board the flight. At about 10-00 am he suggested that we take another direct indigo flight to goa at 13-05 pm on the same day. He sent some official with us to the indigo booking counter at the airport to book direct flight. We asked for the complaint to be booked for denial of the flight services to us and wanted to take picture of him/his employment tag, which he denied. However, he conveyed that his name was sangram.
                            At the indigo counter, the booking counter lady informed us that we could register the complaint at customer. [protected]@goindigo.in. She informed us that the flight charges for the direct goa flight would be inr 35568/-. The official who had accompanied us advised her that the amount of inr 10732/- for "no show" flight may be provided as deduction. Hence we were billed the difference of inr 24836/- at 10:08:58 on 17th august, 2017 for flight 6e161 to depart at 13:05 (Pm). Four seats were not together and were at different locations / positions. We had no other option but agree to make the payment through credit card for inr 24836/- to interglobe aviation ltd.
                            This indigo flight 6e161 which was to depart at 13:05 was delayed to 13:20 as informed vide sms at 11:48 am. At the boarding counter undersigned checked up with the indigo official who conveyed that if there were passengers, they would wait for the boarding and not close the boarding gate before 25 minutes. 6e161 was further delayed without any announcement or message and ultimately took off at 13:35 pm.
                            This seems to be a case of
                            1) predatory pricing (Inr 10732 vs inr 35568 i. E. 330% of original fees). Huge profiteering of 230% and more.
                            2) fraudulent transfer of the innocent tourists/ passengers from hopping flight from ahmedabad to goa to direct flight from ahmedabad to goa at the last minute
                            3) cheating and forcing the passengers accept additional flight fees. As we observe that direct flight booking was done at 10:08 am for 6e161 well before departure of 6e984 at 10:25 am.
                            4) delay on behalf of indigo from 13:05 to 13:35 for 6e161 is self-pardoned without any damages to interglobe aviation ltd. And reimbursement to passengers.

                              You people are really fraud.. As per your rules and regulations 15kgs are allowed in check-in baggage and mine was less than 15kgs, still they charged me rs. 2100 for extra weight.. That time i was in a hurry because my flight was about to take off, that's why i didn't ask anything and just gave rs.2100.. Now only i saw that 15kgs are allowed.. Now i want money back else i will take strict actions against you.

                                Hi this is axchita. I got a call from them in the month of sep 2017 telling about indigo ground staff openings they had.
                                They asked me to pay rs 71, 000 to complete all the procedures for which they have mentioned in the email that the amount will be refunded in case i could not clear any of their rounds, i have got the job confirmation also and a offer letter for indigo but i tried calling them multiple times post that to understand the procedure ahead but bloody they are not answering my call.
                                I want my money back since i have no clarification about the job.
                                This is a bloody fake company, their executives could not speak proper english and could not write a proper mail also and promise job to poor people.
                                Their email id is hr. [protected]@outlook.com and the point of contact is payal - [protected] and other hr senior who spoke to me is amit - [protected].
                                Please take a corrective action and feel free to revert back on [protected]@gmail.com.

                                Fraud Company Asking For Money — Spicejet cabin crew jobs.
                                A similar incident happened to me by another fraud consultancy located in Himachal Pradesh. I paid Rs 3550 for the first procedure on 25/09/2017, Rs 7550 on 26/09/2017. I want my money back, its a hard earned money and their number is switched off since them
                                Their email id is icareers.[protected]@outlook.com and the contact person is Aakash ([protected]).
                                It is another fake company I got a call from for Spicejet and the another email id is involved in this is (spice.[protected]@mail.com) since I got an email from them through Aakash.

                                  I am traveling varanasi to bangalore and my pnr no. Is u9h35c where i have received a message stating that my flight timings got rescheduled after that when i have called to indigo customer care those person are telling i can't able to change the timing as per the rules if a customer received a resheduling msg he can change the timings as per his convenient time.
                                  Last time in the month of april same thing happened and i have rescheduled the flight as per my convenience. Now indigo team is telling that last time was exception. I am not understanding that what is the problem.
                                  I want a solutions and i will not leave like this.

                                    I was travelling to mumbai from usa and then domestic from mumbai to nagpur via indigo airlines within 24 hrs of arrival from usa.
                                    I called the indigo airlines customer service for information about allowed baggage. The representative informed me that since i am travelling international withing 24hrs i have a different rate of payment for my excess baggage which was approximately :
                                    Rs.500 for 5 kg
                                    Rs.750 for 10kg and
                                    Rs.1000 for 15kg

                                    But they never informed that we need to prebook your excess baggage.

                                    I was surprised they charging me rs.300/kg at the time of check in for my flight. Since i did not prebook my extra baggage. I told them i was not informed about pre booking baggage but no one listened to me and i was made to pay rs.5000 for my extra baggage.

                                    Customer service is misleading and they themselves do not have complete information. Very disappointed with the service.

                                      Hi,

                                      I am corporate flyer with indigo airlines and so travel atleast twice a month by your airlines.
                                      I was yo catch 6e 3612 morning 6 am flight from mumbai to delhi.
                                      I reached airport a bit late due to non availability of cab and was further delayed due to security check which was held up due to school picnic chaos. During security check up there were announcement by other ground staff to move ahead and do there security check up. There was an indigo staff standing over there but had not made any announcement regarding final call in fact he was busy with his mobile. After security check i headed to gate no 29. The moment i reached i saw the bus moving on several request to mr. Vipul the ground staff that he could hold the vehicle he flatly refused and was very rude to talk to. After me there were another 4 people who had reached later. All were requesting to atleast request him to talk to higher authority and let us in.
                                      But mr. Vipul did not budge and was not interested in talking and was rather rude.
                                      I do understand that i was late to each airport and this was my first instance to get late for the flight. Would have been kind of him to speak to us properly and atleast requested the managers to let us in. Due to chaos at security i had to miss my flight and had to pay 4600 to rebook the next flight.
                                      I would appreciate if the ground staff should be more courteous and helpful to the flyers.
                                      People like vipul should go under training to handle customers.
                                      Now i have boarded this 6e 964 flight which was to leave at 7.50 from mumbai though the doors are closed at 7.48 the standard ontime closure but the captain has made announcement that flight will be delayed by 20 minutes as there is traffic congestion.
                                      If you claim to be on time then it should be ontime always. While writing this mail at 8.20the flight has not been pushed back. When we are paying to be on time then you should make sure that flight is on time as always.

                                      Hope that we get to know some feedback and some training programme given to mr. Vipul’sfor handling customers

                                        I deepak bisht, flight 6e939 airline pnr jievvh gate no 14b from delhi to guwahati, when i reached guwahati i found that the baggage was opened by someone and my wallet was missing, my all documents related i. D proof, address proof, my pan card & some money inside it were missing. When i got to know this i went to the complaint counter they suggest me to complaint online.
                                        Please do favour to me and its a request to take action against my complaint
