I booked one ticket ref. No. Xcetgm for bhubaneswar to chennai for 8th october 2017 on 27th september. The passenger name is pallav kumar.
Unfortutnoly ticket booking not successfuly as per indigo airlines and informed me that you will get your amount. My bank transection no. Igaccaaws7 for rs. 6703/-.
Still i have not received any due amount. I asked my bank regarding my amount. From call centre of banking service i got sms tht your transection igaccaaws7 has been successful and settled on 28 th september 2017. For more details you contact your merchant.
So many times i caiied indigo call centre. Every times attendent insured me to get amount and provided one pgi ref. No. Jsbi[protected]. And requesting to send mail to you.
I here by attached my bank details.
Please see the matter urgently.

    Hi team,

    I have charged 2250/- as cancellation charges in indigo airline against the ticket price of 3500/-, that mean i am only eligible for 1250/- as refund amount. Please note i am cancelling the ticket for 25th nov 2017 which is 32 days before from scheduling. Not getting any clarity why this charges is very high. As per the customer care it is there company policy. I have written an email to them. Please check the attached document.

    This is my humble request to you all please verify why the charges is high and also help me for the same. This kind companies just trying to get more revenues with public money illegally.

    Hope i will get the proper response from you

      Dear sir
      To introduce, i am abhay kumar gupta vp - operations, haldiram snacks pvt. Ltd. Noida. I and my family travel frequently to different destinations preferably by indigo.
      On oct. 10, my family was schduled to fly from delhi to kolkata at 17.55 hours by 6e 307. The passenger details are as under
      1. Seema gupta female age 52 yrs pnr sdyp2g flight 6e 307 at 17.55 hours
      2. Shatakshi gupta female age 19 yrs pnr ue8yfg flight 6e 307 at 17.55 hours

      They checked in well in time. Since my wife had a problem in walking so she was trying to take a lift for boarding gate instead of escalator but due to rush hours it took some time.in spite of all difficulties still they managed to be at boarding gate just before 17.20 hours at the time when a staff member of indigo was making an announcement that this the final call for passengers for flight 6e307. Though they were present in front of this person he did not allowed them to borad the aircraft and offloaded by saying that you are late. They were late or they were the only two passengers left behind to take to aircraft (There were only 160 passenger, hence boarding completed early). So instead of arranging a transport to aircraft they preferred to off load them. They were asked to take next flight without mentioning that they need to buy another ticket. They were asked to purchase another ticket and boarded the next flight at 07.35 pm. Because of all this my family has gone through a trauma and stress. We have never faced this situation in our national and international travel. We understand the importance of rules and regulations and believe in following the same. We are not like any other person after living in abroad for 30 long years travelling frequently almost every month nationally and internationally.

      To cut the long story short i would like to know is this is the way to deal with two lady passenger who were travelling alone considering that the indigo flight is more secured safe and always in time. Or is this one another way of making money. I am wrting this to you becasue both the passengers have not violated any rule of airline. Simply because the indigo staff was rude all this happened. I would appreciate your positive reponse by granting refund of money paid towards buying two tickets by my family on airport, if you wish me and my family members to continue as a member of indigo family and travel by indigo. As you know many options are available, we will be forced to change our preferred airline and i mean it.

        My name is praveena i have applied for air ticketing and ground staff jobs which is posted in shine and then i got a call from vineeth indigo hr said to pay registration fee 2600 rs to the account (Union bank a/c name - amith kumar, a/c no - [protected]) after that they kept me online test and asked again 6500 for university verfication and police verification and they conducted again an telephonic round first i refused to pay but again they said a lot stories and i paid i paid 6300 to the account (Icici bank a/c name - neeraj kumar, a/c no[protected] they had send me soft copy of call letter. I'm attaching the call letter which i have received and said i will get hard copy with in 10 days but for that again i need to pay amount for bond (For 1 year bond they were asking 70, 000, for 6 months bond 40, 000 like that) i said big no to that. I want to claim my amount, i had not got it and now phones are switch off what to do their email id is [protected]@india.com and the person who called me is vineeth his number is [protected] and the person who were calling with vineeth to pay the money for bond is sunil his no is [protected]. They are making a bad name to shine.com and also bad name to such a big company indigo pls take action on it

          Dear sir,

          Undersigned had booked ticket under "pnr mg1gma" on 21st/oct, and the payment process through credit card was done through the process associate mr. Rahul sahu.

          However e-ticket was not issued due to system error and mr. Rahul promised that it will be sorted within 4/5 hours of time and assured to call back & confirm status of e. Ticket issuance by or before 10am on 22nd/oct. Pl listed to the voice recorded with his goodself.

          Udersgined did not receive any call from mr. Rahul as promised on 22nd/oct, hence called reservation office & discussed with mr. Chandan kumar who confirmed issue will be sorted and e-ticket will be issued soon.

          Checked with citi bank who confirmed that the payment rs 7636 have been debitted to the merchant under approval code "401860". Append message of payment confirmation that was received from citibank.

            Dear sir,

            I want to report unethical conduct and cheating on behalf of indigo airlines. We had booked a ticket from bangkok to lucknow via kolkata on 22 oct 2017. Our flight from bangkok arrived 20 mins late due to which we reached check in counter 35 mins before departure. Indigo staff straight away refused us entry and told us they cannot do anything. With no choice left we had to arrange hotel for night and flight ticket for next day which not only caused emotional harrasment but financial damages in tune of 14000 to us. We request to log a complaint against them so that we get our refund for the money we spent due to indigo unethical conduct.

              I had a flight booked from patna to delhi on 21.10.2017 flight 6e 4367 after reaching airport before 25 min of departure we were told the counter was closed and we had to rescheduled the flight by paying the charges again can u please explain why was the counter closed before 30 min of flight departure we had very bad experience and there was no responsible person at the airport
              We will now not prefer travelling by indigo and will share our experience with our friends n relatiives too to avoid using indigo in future

                My friends flight was booked from patna to bangalore. Web checkin was done. She was present at airport prior 45 mins to depature.in the display your flight status was showing security check. After waiting for 15-20 min i went to check if boarding has started they said that the boarding is closed and flight has moved prior time. Can you please explain if you had started the boarding of passengers why was it not displayed and how can a flight leave before time without boarding the passenger who has done web checkin.
                Your staff at patna airport was so rude, she did not even listen to to what my friend was saying.
                Kindly look into the matter.

                  It's very unfortunate to complaint against go indigo airlines. I travelled on 19.10.2017 from dehradun to blore. I found two of our suitcases found their locks broken.

                    This is to bring it to your notice that i flew on 17.10.2017 from mumbai to bhubaneshwar in no.6e 598 vide booking ref. Bcl5kg.
                    Me and my friend were denied the baggage allowance for students and had to pay for it. We were told that the booking was not made under the particular reference, when i had received the discount on the ticket price and a call afterwards confirming the privileges.
                    Our baggage was also not weighed properly. My friend was carrying a luggage bigger than me. Yet we were told we exceeded the allowance equally. Also no bill was provided for the payment i made at the counter except my credit card bill.
                    The ground staff was very casual about it and said this was a very regular thing to happen. The lady at the counter kept on calling others and checking for the claim, causing unnecessary delay.

                    It was a horrible experience for us and caused unnecessary stress when we had taken all measures while booking the ticket.
                    I always travel by this airline and this is the second time i am facing such an inconvenience. Earlier too i had cancelled my ticket and booked a now one but just before flying came to know that there has neither been any cancellation nor any booking.
                    This is not expected from an airline which claims efficiency!!

                      Hi,

                      I booked a flight indigo from pune to visakhapatnam using yatra and it's a connecting flight from pune to hyd and then to visakhapatnam,

                      Now i got to pnr when i came to airport i came to airport. They are saying i booked as a light fair booking so i checking bag is not allowed. And they charge me 200 from pune to hyd and again from hyd to visakhapatnam another 200 rupees.

                      400 rupees is not a big deal but i have not been communicated neither by yatra nor by indigo. One sms would have done the purpose.

                      This is really not the right way of earning money mentioning that we are lowest ever flight.

                      This is embarrassing moment for me in the airport.

                      Provide me the steps taken to resolve this issue. If you allow Yatra website to hit your API to book the flight ticket, How can you just say you don't know anything and customer has to contact yatra regarding the query.

                        I had booked in a320 flight from kolkata to delhi on 8/11, departure time 16.45 hrs which was rescheduled to 21 45 hrs, delhi landing time 00.15 on 9/11, not acceptable. Rescheduling has to be between 16 hrs to 18 hrs, not such inconvenient hrs. Indigo airlines should look into customer convenience. As such, i shall travel to noida, a distance of 27 kms which will be risky and expensive at such odd hours, not to mention of great inconvenience to all.

                          We are passengers of flight 6e 961 (Pnr number: d8kdkf) which was scheduled to depart from kolkata (Ccu) at 21:30 and arrive at mumbai (Bom) at 00:15 on 9 september 2017. We had specifically booked this flight as we were boarding a flight back to south africa at 04:30 on 10 october 2017 and were required to be present at the mumbai airport 90 minutes before departure; which would have left us with more than a sufficient amount of time, had the indigo flight departed on time and as promised. The series of events which prevented this, took place as follows:

                          - we drove four hours from mayapur arriving at kolkata airport at 4:30pm;
                          - we immediately proceeded to check in at the indigo counter and proceeded through security by 17:00;
                          - after proceeding past the security gates we then received an sms from indigo at 17:45 that the flight was to be delayed to 00:05 on 10 october 2017 due to air traffic congestion at mumbai airport;
                          - upon receiving this sms we proceeded to contact the indigo call centre in order to find a solution for us not to miss our international flight back to south africa;
                          - indigo then referred us to duty manager at the boarding counter who was projoto;
                          - we then proceeded to inform projoto about the situation we were facing, seeking advice on any further delays;
                          - we were advised by projoto that the flight was to be further delayed and only depart kolkata at 00:40 due to a large pothole on the mumbai runway causing the runway to close and leaving a possibility for the indigo flight to be cancelled;
                          - after thirty minutes, we followed up with projoto who informed us that there would be no further delays and that he had arranged for indigo personnel to be present at the mumbai airport upon our arrival with our boarding passes to allow for us to promptly board our international flight;
                          - at 00:30 we enquired as to why we were not boarding the indigo flight as yet according to projoto's instructions and only then did he inform us that the flight had supposedly been cancelled;
                          -we were then sure that we would not make it for our international flight back to south africa and then requested the indigo duty manager to arrange for us to fly with indigo to dubai on the earliest flight so that we would be able to catch the last leg of our international flight which was to stop over in dubai;
                          - projoto blatantly laughed at us and stated that this would not be possible, leaving us with no further options;
                          - at 00:45 he then received a phone call and informed us that boarding gates we were now open for us to fly to mumbai;
                          - we were still made to believe that indigo personnel in mumbai had arranged our boarding passes and would be waiting for us to arrive at mumbai airport. We were provided with a contact number of the duty manager at mumbai airport (Nadeem) who was meant to receive us and keep our boarding passes;
                          - after boarding, the indigo flight took off at 01:40 and we were in communication with the flight attendant (Neha) regarding our situation who agreed to assist us in promptly existing the aircraft upon landing in mumbai;
                          - we landed in mumbai at 04:20, existed the aircraft with no assistance from nadeem and proceeded to baggage claim where our luggage was not fast tracked as promised by projoto;
                          - we proceeded to contact nadeem who informed us that he was unable to retrieve our boarding passes as promised and informed us that out international flight had departed.
                          - we had to demand assistance from nadeem, who then sent another indigo employee to transfer us to the international terminal, where we found nadeem;
                          - we explained to nadeem that we have now missed our flight back home due to indigo's delays and are now stranded with a 2 year old kid with no place to go.
                          - we received the standard indian response, "there's nothing that we can do!"
                          - after 7 hours of multiple encounters with indigo, the terminal management and emirates mumbai (Who told us that indigo was responsible) we were left with no option but to find our own means of getting home.
                          - we had to loan the funds to purchase air tickets back home at a total cost of zar 15 024.
                          - indigo airline needs to be responsible for this cost as it was due to their falsified information and "don't care" attitude that we missed our flight home.

                          We understand that flight delays are circumstantial and that carriers are bound by the regulations of airports authority of india; however, there ought to be contingency plans in place to prevent such catastrophes and protect the interests of passengers. As foreign nationals visiting a country which is meant to hold ethics and principles in high regard, we are extremely disappointed and appalled by the service we received from indigo and mumbai airport. A trip that was planned in advance to discover and develop an appreciation for our heritage turned out to be one of pure misery. From this experience we would not recommend travel to india especially not via indigo airlines to any of our family and friends in south africa. We require a refund of the costs borne to purchase additional tickets to south africa. Indigo claims to be a an award-winning airline and are now required to compensate us for our losses and debt due to indigo's poor service delivery. Should we not receive feedback regarding our refund, we will have no other option but to expose the airline to the broader public domain via social media.
                          I booked ticket from Jaipur to Bangalore but some problem I missed it and I did no show on the cancelled ticket pnr is R7RZTY so plz refund my tax amount. 3500 rupees I booked through paytm already 2 month is over but still not credited so plz help

                            We were sent an email suggesting rescheduled flight and if we want to book another flight or cancel at no cost. But when we cancelled it we have got back zero refund. It was not mentioned anywhere that booking through an online portal would give us no refund. This needs to be checked into and atleast half of the amount should be refunded. Or the messages should not be misleading

                              Booked a flight to coimbatore from hyderabad on 14th oct, 2017 at 20.50 by end of july itself. Without any proper intimation they rescheduled the flight 12 hrs prior to actual time.
                              When reached airport on 14th oct 7p. M without knowing the flight departed in 9.25 a. M itself. I asked for the reason, they said "cancellation of flight might be a reason for rescheduling". Because o[censored]rgency i asked for immediate flight they said flight is available at 20.50 (Time booked by me) and proceeded to pay with a current amount of rs. 6375. After receiving boarding pass and crossed security gate i realized the same flight booked by me and got confirmed in july itself is ready to depart.
                              Wondering to know the same flight was available on same time but rescheduled my booked flight without any confirmation from me. More than that pnr number issued for new booking is same as departed flight.

                              Eventually realizing that they made me to pay for same flight booked by me in july.

                                Looks like this is now a kind of strategy.
                                I had a flight from bangalore to delhi on the 11th october at 6:05 am. However, the security check was so crowded that by the time i could finish mine it was 5:40 am and i reached the gate by 5:43 am (Had to sprint).
                                However, i was not allowed at the gate.. They (Mr raghavendran the then indigo manager) said the gates were closed at 5:40 am.
                                Well, we were around 8 people who hadn't boarded the flight.
                                I was asked to meet another attendant at gate 8c. The info was nothing but to take a ticket for the next available flight with a whopping extra cost of rs 12, 800 (For 4 tickets). I had not other option than to buy.
                                However, i later when spoke to my co-passengers heard this happened with them too and had to pay up 5k as extra and on discussion many more had seen the same experience.
                                One passenger a lady was to travel to chandigarh and had no money with her.. She was left crying not knowing what to do.

                                What kind of strategy is this? I once had a freak incident with spicejet just 10 mins for flight's departure.. They picked me up in their jeep and dropped at the flight. Why is this not the case with indigo..

                                What should i do now? Go with a consumer complaint?

                                Who is responsible for this.. Airport authorities? For the huge rush at security check or indigo? For not helping us get to the flight.

                                Why are we consumers being targeted..

                                  I was travelling with indigoairlines from amritsar to srinagar with my spouse. I want to bring to your kind notice that your manager mr gurmeet at amritsar airport misbehaved with us and particularly with my spouse. As she has lot of medical complications she got sick and get blood pressure shot up to 220. Now we have to get her hospitalized. I request the airport authorities to take necessary action against him or otherwise i might be have to start the legal proceedings against your company.

                                    I was travelling from lucknow to bangalore and i had a halt of 2.5 hours at new delhi airport on 14th october 2017. When i reached bangalore airport i found that one of my suit case was missing.
                                    My baggage tag number was - 641618
                                    Ct baggage description - bu22hwx.
                                    Passenger name - manoj kumar
                                    I am really upset with this kind of service from indigo airlines and i am facing this issue second time. I have lodged a complaint at bangalore airport and i am expecting an immediate response and i am expecting airlines to take care of passengers luggage with utmost priority to improve the service.

                                      Pnr e7jgxy. Flight from pune to cochin.
                                      My handbaggage was weighing only 5.5 kg but it was forced to be loaded as checkin baggage. Upon receipt, the bag was in opened condition, seal was broken and my book "theory of cookery" which was safely placed in the bag was missing. Front zip also was in opened condition. Highly dissapointed with baggage handling.

                                        Dear sir /maam
                                        I am travelling through flight no 6e6235 to patna on 14/10/2018
                                        But due to traffic i reach airport by 2:50 pm and i request the ground staff that to plz help me out for fast service but despite this they first send me to boarding counter there they tell me go to the 6d where the lady despite of listening my request she use to busy on facebook other non sence work and after 5 min she tell me go with the baggage and she refuse to give me any extra help but somehow i mange to reach final boarding by 3:20 but they refuse to help and say that sir you provide me the m. No i will remind for your flight and stats laughing then a lady staff help me sir i will help you and call her supervisor he is am he is good and mange what can he do after this suffering i am existing out then i want an exist pass from an employee then i call him for help then one guy mr arya come rudely kaha kaha se aa jate hai... Mera time kharab karne...
                                        In this suffering one of precious thing is lost, my wife is pregnant and she is so much harashed during this and your staff continue in social networking... And taking a fun out of this
                                        Sir i really want a strong action against them they are not responsible employee they are just coming for making joke..
