Worst flight ever. Behaviour of staff and manager is harsh. Booked 2 tckts from bom to cok, (Departure time 11:15am) reached airport at 10:30 am due to traffic block and patients condition. The staff disallowed my mother and patient grandmother (Age 78) to board the flight, insisted to book another ticket for next flight without refund. No care was taken by the indigo ground staff. This is completely unprofessional. When i heard about all these things from my mother, i felt heartbroken. I demand an apology from the manager incharge personally.
I cancelled my flight ticket of indigo and didn't recieve money back even after 30 days of cancellation time

I booked a flight 6E872 from Hyderabad to chennai.As the scheduled departure time is 5.00 .They closed the gate by 4.45 itself ...very much disappointed...

    We had booking done for indigo airlines flight # 6e 457 on 3rd oct from b'lore to ghy at 7:45am. We had web-checkin done. We reached airport at 6:55 and was at indigo counter by 7:05am. We were given boarding pass and were asked to hurry up as we were getting late. Although they knew we were getting late, there was no one from indigo to escort us for faster security check in and getting us earlier to the flight. Luckily there was no rush at security check. No one was at security counter too to proceed us to the gate. We reached gate by our own - with 2 kids and 2 senior citizen by 7:25. There was no one at the gate. There was no call made to us asking for our whereabouts and we found out indigo personnel at the next counter and when asked for our checkin to the flight, she said we are late and we cant board the flight.

    This is too much o[censored]tter unprofessional-ism shown by indigo members. No members to escort, no members in security, no calls checking for us where webcheckin was already done, no call when we are been provided with boarding pass when they should know passengers are coming. Not sure if this is done knowingly to make their business by forcefully making passengers cancel their tickets and re-book with higher amount. I would never recommend indigo to my friends and family members anymore.

    Would request indigo people also to please check the matter and do appropriate action to their team members on how are they managing their passengers.

      We were travelling on indigo flight no 6e 89 today from dubai 0910am to calicut 10.00am and at the belt no 2 we found missing one luggage with tag no [protected] out of three luggages carried by us. We repoted to the luggage desk with a form filled up and got the signature of a customs officer. We were told to contact [protected] and [protected] and i found no response so far from these nos.
      There was a leftout luggage with tel no[protected] on it and when i contacted he says he only helped one ayesha and kasim. To book this ticket to calicut.
      Can you being a responsible indigo airline staff locate my luggage as early as possible so that we can get our valuable goods contained in ourluggage. Pl help us.
      Misbehave to an autistic child by indigo airline staffs.

        I was returning from my puja vacation from bhubaneswar to kolkata on 30th september by indigo flight number 6e 598. The flight attendants on board lisa, nikita and arpeeta were very rude and impolite. I was travelling with six senior citizens., 3 children, a pregnant lady. They took no trouble to help us rather kept abusing us repeatedly, were irritable and didn't have the minimum manner which we expect from them. Some action should be taken against them so that they don't repeat this behaviour in future.

          Respected sir/ madam
          I had my flight on 1st of october at 6.50 am and i was there at my counter at 6.00 am. As the queue was long, i waited for my turn, they sent everyone before me in the queue but at my turn, they told me that the counters are closed now. The person before me with four family members were allowed to go but i wasn't. I want to know where's my fault. I don't belong to a very rich family that i can afford this much of money to be wasted. It was a huge mistake to book a ticket with indigo airline as there cooperation level was zero. After that, they treated there customer like a servant. Only money matters to your staff? As long as counters are open, indigo staff is taught to behave well, after that treat them like #.

          Just a second before, the one standing infront of me was sent and i wasn't. I want to know that my money can be refunded in any case or not. As it wasn't my fault, but i'm still paying for it.
          I won't recommend anyone to travel through indigo as it was a worst experience.

            I am writing you concerning my trip flight from bangalore to kolkata (6e 714), i took on 27th september, 2017.
            Travel demands have made me a consistent patron of indigo from the past few years.

            Here is what happened on 27th december -
            I ordered for a cuppa maggi noodles as my meal on the flight. My attendant asked me to open the cup of noodles after 4 mins of pouring in the hot water into the cup. Later when i opened the cup, i spot a hair, curled up with the noodles.
            The attendant after being called 3-4 times, asked me if i wanted something else instead of the noodles. So then i ordered for a veg sandwich. Even after receiving a disappointing meal at first, there was no change in second service of the meal. The sandwich which i recieved was stale, and for two days my stomach was upset. I am very disappointed with the kind of service i recieved. Above all these things the attendant was not cooperative. She didn’t have any positive attitude towards us. She had a shrill voice and showed her irritation with her actions
            I hope you will look into this matter.

              Last night, that is on 28th september 2017, me, my brother and my parents along with our driver were boarding flight no. 6e 841 at 22:05 when the indigo staff at gate no. 12b stopped my brother and asked him to stand aside. My brother has autism and he gets anxious very soon if things do not run smoothly on schedule. The behaviour of the staff was appalling. They were not letting my brother pass through as he was showing hyper kinesthetic behaviour. The insensitivity of staff meted out to an autistic person was shocking beyond measure. Even after repeated ministrations to them that he was a regular flier, he was held up in front of hundreds of people in the queue thereby increasing his anxiety levels.
              The staff are highly uneducated and grossly undertrained to deal with special situations. Instead of facilitating a quick and hassle-free boarding, they were treating my brother as a security threat - as if a child is a risk to other 180 passengers on board.
              They wanted him to wait until they seek permission from a senior staff member to allow my brother to fly - even though he was issued a boarding pass and was cleared by the security check-in!
              We have had the most harrowing experience till date with this useless airline.
              They must give an unconditional apology in writing for the kind of behaviour they meted out to my brother back there. He was not able to sleep for the whole night and the next and had tantrums.
              Who is responsible for this??

              Shut down your airlines if you do not have the basic courtesy of dealing with people or cannot ensure the minimum awareness and training of your staff. This is atrocious.
              If this is how the indigo airlines staff behaves and this is the managing capabilities of indigo airlines staff as they are misbehaving the autistic child and his parents and the indigo staff don't even know what the autism is ...I recommend not to fly by indigo in future .

                This is worst what i have experienced yesterday 28th sept 17 on the boarding gate of 11pm delhi to bhubaneswar flight. Instead of some help indigo staff misbehaved with an autistic child. 1st of all they don't have any basic knowledge about the autism and after all they don't even know how to manage they just started fighting with the patient's father who himself is a doctor... And this is the 1st time i have seen such a scene. I have decided i will never travel by indigo ever in my future.
                Hello there.

                It was a cruel experience for us.
                The way those people were behaving with my brother - it calls out for major shut down of their entire airline and cancellation of their license.

                Have never ever been discriminated like this till date.
                If this is how the indigo airlines staff behaves and this is the managing capabilities of indigo airlines staff as they are misbehaving the autistic child and his parents and the indigo staff don't even know what the autism is ...I recommend not to fly by indigo in future .

                  I am yashavanth kumar regular passanger of goindigo i had booked fight on 06/09/2017 from bangalore to imphal via kolkata at morning 05.20 am flight no.6e 713 continue flight no. 6e 6324 my pnr no. I891nv on that early morning so much raining in bangalore, airport to my home distance around 25 kms and i reached airport at 04.45 am and i went to checking baggage they r not allowed me after waiting of 05 to 10 minutes they told me u can travel at the same flight i asked y still 25 to 20 minutes time is remaining they r told me ur check in time is over i ask him so many times i traveled around 10-20 minutes late also checked in they not co-operate with me. Then i came ask enquiry the same flight co-passenger also facing the same problem and i asked indigo enquiry help assistance she responded u people r late and i ask here next flight and can i get concession she checked and told me around 11, 500/- and i checked on line at the same time ticket price is 11, 489/- were is concession tell me. So that refund my amount 11, 489/- & 3, 090/-.
                  I am working in defence, this kind of respect u people giving defence personal and i late joined on my duty on day that day i were shameful this kind of you act.

                    I don't know whether it's a complain r a advice.. I have my flight today by 6.30 in ur flight jeskqq - 6e714. I have done my web check in but when i have reached to the gate the so called manager o[censored]rs told dat d gate is already closed.. Still half n hour was there but she said the door is already closed.
                    U know u guys r harassing people like hell. It was ur duty to satisfy ur customer wen they r in trouble not by showing the ticket counter to book d next ticket.

                    I was waiting in front of the gate but no one is there. Wen she came still half n hour was there.

                    I want a clarification why dis has happened???

                    U don't want us to fly with ur airlines ne more...

                    Or else what is the necessary steps u r willing to do for us???

                      I had booked excess baggage on my bom - ixe flight and requested indigo to cancel it and they straightaway said no i said take your charges and whatever but they said no. I had enough chats and emails issued to indigo even called their general number but still they wont reply.

                      They keep on wasting my time and they dont even have a proper medium to be contacted through email

                        How come a airline run without any manner or behavior in civilized industry? I suppose to travel from kolkata to guwahati on 26th sept. Our flight time was 6.50 am. When we reach indigo counter at 6. Am, the indigo representative said that counter already close and flight already full. And the so call airport manager also was very roughly behaves, like never worked in professional way. Indian gov should ban this kind of airlines.

                            I have been coordinating with indigo all along and now they are making me run around in circles. (Booking no[protected]

                            I was not allowed to board my flight on 11 sept at the mumbai airport. I need a refund for the same as even though the flight was delayed by 20 minutes. I was not allowed to check-in inspite of requesting several times. I had even checked in online and had a valid working visa to the country i was traveling to.

                            I was at the airport at 6.30 sharp and delayed as my mother got hospitalized at the last minute and however reached on time just to check in and board my flight. They never allowed me to check-in my luggage nor did they hurry me to security like all the other airlines normally do, instead they were convincing me to pay 20000 extra and board the next flight which was ridiculous.

                            Hoping you would consider my case and support me to get the full refund for the same.

                              I traveled in indigo on 23rd september, 2017 with pnr number - eeyguq. I had a check in luggage which they teared off with sharp tool. There were no charger or anything inside the bag other than clothes, and it was not even locked. If they wanted to check they could have opened it properly to search, instead of that they teared by bag. And now when i called to their customer care they are simply telling me if nothing is lost then they can't do anything!! So something missing from the bag is their responsibility but if they unnecessarily damage luggage then it is not their fault!! If it is not solved i will post my damage to all the social sites with picture.

                              Same happened with our Director Mr. Nirmal Agarwal. And we received an email from Indigo about voucher of 350*9=3000.

                              With reference to your mail we would like to reiterate that as per Conditions of Carriage (“COC”), a case of damaged baggage (such as yours) is governed by the COC of IndiGo. The COC is in the nature of a binding contract between the airline and the passenger who chooses to fly with it. Therefore, every passenger who chooses to fly with IndiGo agrees to be bound by its conditions of carriage. The baggage rules in the COC state that in the case of lost/damaged baggage, IndiGo's liability for any loss or damage to baggage is limited to INR 350 per kg.

                              In addition to that, as per our records, there was a weight difference of 09 kilo when you reported at arrival. Therefore, in accordance with our COC, we would like to offer you a monetary compensation of INR 3150. We would request you to share your account details to enable us to transfer the said amount through NEFT. This is the best we would be able to offer you in monetary terms.

                              Other terms and conditions:

                                On 21 sept 2017 i have performed journey from jaipur to kozhikode in both flight no. 6e 394/129 (Pnr : mjvwtr) as per the ticket issued by indigo, i am eligible for 10 kg of hand baggage. Despite myself mentioned the same to your official (Mr. Mohammad) and another madam at the counter in jaipur, your company charged me rs.900/- for carrying 3 additional kgs. According to them i was eligible for only 7 kg, whereas it is clearly written in the ticket issued by your company that i was eligible for 10 kilos.

                                I request your kind office to reimburse me rs. 900/- which you have wrongly charged. The payment receipt is enclosed herewith for your perusal please.

                                I have clearly mentioned to them thrice that i am an agm at nabard and with my esteemed institution your flight company got very long years of relations. Kindly respect the spirit and tenor of what is written in your ticket details issued to me (Viz 10 kgs) and reimburse rs.900 at the earliest.

                                  I booked for two adults online from pune to lucknow for 27.9.17 through cleartrip trip id [protected] on 9.9.17 by payment of rs.7994/- booking ref. Tyjzjc. Due to severe injury to my lt. Knee on 13th, i was in severe pain. Hence i cancelled my booking as advised by orthopaedic surgeon on 17th. I received a mail from cleartrip on 21st that refund has been processed a refund of rs.0. My booking mail from [protected]@easemytrip.com clearly mentioned cancellation charges:easemytrip fee rs.250/person/sector & airline:before4 hours of departure chargesrs.3000/-.
                                  We are senior citizens & i am a retired professional.
                                  Total deduction of rs.7994/-for cancellation due to unforeseen medical conditions is rediculous, unjustified & virtually amounts to cheating of senior citizens& that too requested ten days in advance.
                                  I request for deduction of genuine amount & refund of the balance to my bank account at the earliest.

                                    On 20/09/2017 i had to board the flight from delhi to lucknow at 5.35 am. Confirmation no is[protected] and flight no is indigo 6612. Unfortunately i reported to the check in counter at 5.00 am i had 35 mins time to board the flight but the officers said no. I have called and checked with indigo but they said since you have reported late you were not allowed as the counter closes 45 mins before the departure. At that time i am suffering from dengue and my condition is not good. I had also shown my medical reports to the officers but the manager and other officers still refused and their behavior was very rude. Due to the medical circumstances. Due to medical circumstance i had to book another flight at 8.55am. It was also 30 min late due to which i face a lot of trouble i was 10 min late but the second flight was delayed by 30 minutes in that case what will we get from that side.                                       The whole flight of 2.5 hours, it seemed there wasn't any air conditioning running. The air vents were opened but there wasn't any respite. It might have to do with the temperature settings within the aircraft, but not sure. The whole plane reeked of foul body odours. The whole journey was pathetic and we were constantly sweating.

                                      After the flight landed in kolkata we only got our registered baggages at belt no 2 at 3.30 am! A good 30 mins post landing.

                                        My reference number for the flight 6e 154 is[protected]. I had an urgent meeting to attend which if i will not be able to, will suffer losses. I selected indigo airline as they do play messages and quotes that they are number one to be on time. Thus i selected this flight as it was suiting my needs in all aspects. But the flight timing has been revised two times so far and has been delayed first by 15 mins and then by 1:30 hour. And it seems that i am going to miss my connecting flight and thus meeting too. There has been no transparency in the communication made by the airline. How come the flight which was supposed to be ready by 2:15 am as per first delay communication is now taking 1:30 hour more? If passenger ask this question a very careless answer he will get, due to traffic congestion. This is totally frustrating. And when you will board the plane, they will play message
                                        "we are known to be on time". It clearly shows how much indigo airline cares about their passenger. Folks are waiting in airport for whole night and cannot even sleep due to fear of missing the flight and indigo staff do not bothers about it. Nobody from the ground staff reached seeking for any aid and there are elderly folks, woman with their small babies. Airline sent one message and a recorded call, that's it, their job is done. Who cares what happens to passengers.
