I am chirag vijayvargia from udaipur rajasthan. I had flight on 8 october from new dehli to bishkek kyrgyzstan via dubai. I booked ticket online. Pnr number is ny6jgc... Whe n i was go for boarding tht time they told me u need visa for dubai stay... But when i booked tickt tht time no tell me about visa problem... Many times i went dubai via coonecting flights tht time no need visa... Issue is that if indigo need visa connecting flight why they not told when i book tickt nd why confirm ticket if visa needed... So i missed my flight on 8 october... I am student 22000inr not return... Please suggest me nd refund my money...

    I had booked the flight tickets on 06aug'2017 by contacting group desk of indigo airlines for 12oct'2017 travel date for 16 people with the amount of inr 20544. Under the sixteen people, one person name (Sunita) my mother was not well and she was suffering from lever disease. I had sent request to change the travel date from 12oct to 16nov by waiving off the change fee and forwarded the medical documents as well. But they denied the same and i have not travelled and airline has forfeited the entire amount of inr 20544 and not refunded single penny.

      Sir/ madam, i have booked a ticket holding pnr o5qhhl from pune to delhi on 14.10.2017 since december 2016. Now i want to do web check in the flight, but on going through the company website, it is seen that no seat is available for. To select a seat either i have to pay rs. 300/- or to go to airport counter.
      As i have already paid the money to the airline then why the web check in facility is not available for me. I also called the indigo customer care for clearance, he also said that you have to pay extra money for selection of seat or either go to airport for check in. It is totally injustice to me as the airline is not providing the web check in facility to me.

        I bai qun fang take indigo 6e252 on 10 oct 17 pnr cgji5x and on arrival kolkata found one luggage bag complete damage pir was raised with indigo ground staff and bank account details given for reimbursement but till now no steps taken from indigo airlines unit, not even acknowledged the complaints.

          I, gopal ravindranath, travelled from trivandrum to delhi on 9/10/17 vide indigo flight no 6e 5062. This booking was rescheduled instead of my booking in flight no. 6e 359 on 9/10/17, wherin i had booked a veg meal and insurance policy (Insurance no. [protected]). These two services were not incorporated in my rescheduled booking.

          Kindly reimburse the amount paid for these two services to indigo company which i have not availed. Kindly do the needful in this regard.

            I was travelling from delhi last evening where my bag which i gave for check in luggage has around 1000 rupees, when i returned back to ahmedabad and collected my luggage and returned home i noticed that the wallet inside my bag was open with no money inside, not a single penny was left and my open wallet indicated that someone took out the money from my bag. I want to lodge a complaint againt indigo as it should be the airlines reponsiblity to take care of my valuables when i checked my bag in.

              My flight was from bangalore to lucknow via new delhi (6e 485, 6e 6612).

              The cabin pressure was not balanced. While landing i felt too much air pressure. There was a severe pain in my ear. When i came out of airplane i was not able to hear properly.

              After 2 days i had to return to bangalore with indigo only. I was so scared that i cancelled the flight and booked a new flight in jet airways.

              I returned bangalore with jetairways and this time there was no air pressure issue.

              Its is almost a week since i travelled in indigo, i m still not able to hear properly. I went to a ent specialist doctor for a test. I am taking medicine now.

              Its is my sincere req to indigo to fix thos issue. This will keep troubling passengers.

                    I am raising this complaint against indigo airlines, we boarded the flight number 6e534, pnr: uftvpq, from kolkata to chennai on 9th october 2017, flight was at 6:20 pm ist but they didn't inform us firmly that it will be 3hours 30 minutes late, while taking boarding pass they informed flight is on time, then we boarded the flight at 7pm ist and the flight started moving exactly at 9:55pm ist, we didn't have the access for airport and restricted to flight for almost 2 hours and they didn't provide any refreshment as a good will gesture, we were still okay but once we reached chennai, our 2 bags were missing, and after waiting for another 1 hour the help desk said, our bags are still in kolkata and when it will come they do not have that information, i traveled with my aged parents, for this extremely worst service and harassment we paid almost double fare and came home at night 2am ist, please take some action and do the needful to return our bags and please take it as a high level escalation, we are suffering got indigo airlines

                      My father is a regular traveller and usually travels with indigo airlines but never had such a bad experience. The delay in the fight due to bad weather condition can't be ignored but the response, support and feedback from indigo staff at the airport was not at all accepatable. Such untrained staff and they don't even know how to respond or react in such situations or how to make your customers feel comfortable or satisfied. And the refreshments provided were not up to the mark. It was just not acceptable at all. I will not travel and neither i will recommend anyone to travel with such airlines in future. Please look into this matter very seriously. As airlines leaves their customers in case they are late but their should be done something if the same happens in case of airlines.

                        I travelled by indigo airlines from kochi to hyderabad on 8th october 2017 late evening (Via flight 6e 263). Upon arrival in hyderabad, i noticed that my check-in baggage was tore from one side due to mishandling by air lines staff. I immediately searched for a indigo on-ground personnel but no one was available. Since it is a late night arrival and i am new to the place i was not in a position to search more and i left the place thinking that i shall register a complained on indigo customer care. When i talk to the customer care today they are saying they cant do anything because i didnt register the complained before leaving the airport. The baggage was mishandled even after the it was tagged the fragile card. I humbly request you to look into the same and do the needful. Looking forward towards favorable response.                           I was a customer, diana santos in a flight to bagdroga to kolkata and then to bangkok on the 6th of october 2017. Your services will be worst then a can aspect in a low cost company. First the check in only open at 7:20p. M and the flight it was at 8:45 p. M, as you know in india the immigration services takes so many time to cross through the security check at 8:20 p. M and when i was there it was already on boarding time and i couldn't go to the free duty shopping to take food or water to the flight. To didn't miss the flight i when running to the gate and i was so starving but i just thought to have a meal on the plain. I took my seat saw the menu and saw that i can pay this dollars or with "in the local currency of the country of origin/destination" but when i was order your employee told me that i just could pay with credit card or dollars and that the version of the menu is not the correct. As you can see in the photo the last upload it was on 10/2017. I am a diabetic person and i couldn't stay to many time without eating and now i have to wait to be in bangkok to have a meal and even a drink.

                          You are a indian company so it's imperative to accept the money of or country or if you don't accept don't put the wrong information on the menu.

                            The staff at the gate was very rude, we not allowed to board the flight as we said that we are late and the gate is closed. We asked the same to the airline staff the staff replied very rudely that "cant you see that i am doing other work". The staff behavior was very arrogant. We have taken other flight air asia flight in the evening to vizag.

                            As we were in the airport all day we have observed that the indigo staff are not allowing few / last min passengers wantedly and forcing them to book the next flight with higher prices.

                            I have seen so many similar complaints in this forum reg the indigo airlines. Some action has to be taken against the company.

                              At trivandrum domestic airport one of indigo staff, didnot allow me to take boarding pass and luggage check in, even though i reached 45min prior to scheduled departure time (9:30am) (In ndigo itinerary they have clearly mentioned that boarding gate closes 25/45 minutes prior to the scheduled time of departure for domestic/international sectors), it's domestic flight i reached 45min prior to the time. But he behaved rudely, i got scare, it was my first time travel in flight. But the fllght was departed 9:40 instead of 9:30am, if you delay there is no responsible from your side, but even though i came in time, you shouldnot suppose to do that kind of treatment with passengers. Your are running business because o[censored]s, other wise we have lots of other flights. I am warning you guys we are not your slaves.

                                We had taken a round trip flight from mum - hyd - mum.

                                Pnr : hcf23g flight no : 6e - 235 from : hyd to : bom. Our flight was scheduled in the wee hours of 5th october 2017 at 05:35 am. Despite my family making it before time at the airport and clearing the formalities at the ticket counter, the security checks at gmr were inordinately delayed for more than 40 mins (Especially female security verification). The ground staff was ill-equipped to handle the large crowd. No announcements, no passenger assistance whatsoever to clear passenger traffic based on departure priority was undertaken and finally there were no checks by the indigo staff themselves to ensure everyone was aboard. Absolute chaos prevailed and we were left in a lurch at the boarding gate 105 despite us reaching there at 05:10 am. The female staff there who was indifferent and arrogant, quietly sent an escort with us to move us out of the airport. Extremely unprofessional and wretched attitude of the indigo team. What finally pissed us off was the ticket counter staff insisting that we pay rs.16000/= plus for the next flight at 07:00 am. Shame on indigo for losing its sheen, ethos and values. My family is done with indigo after a decade long fruitful association. We are immensely hurt and saddened to even claim a refund for the debacle. Rip indigo.

                                  Today at hyderabad airport indigo supervisor and staff forcibly made me buy fresh tickets by denying me check in into 6e6417 flt to bangalore. Despite coming in time for check in.
                                  Realising delay in long q when approached staff, for early check, they delayed me by cross-examination, and at 1308 hrs told me counter closed and refused to listen.
                                  I had to pay rs.4884/- to buy tickets for 1510 hrs flight

                                    Worst flight ever. Behaviour of staff and manager is harsh. Booked 2 tckts from bom to cok, (Departure time 11:15am) reached airport at 10:30 am due to traffic block and patients condition. The staff disallowed my mother and patient grandmother (Age 78) to board the flight, insisted to book another ticket for next flight without refund. No care was taken by the indigo ground staff. This is completely unprofessional. When i heard about all these things from my mother, i felt heartbroken. I demand an apology from the manager incharge personally.
                                    I cancelled my flight ticket of indigo and didn't recieve money back even after 30 days of cancellation time

                                      We had booking done for indigo airlines flight # 6e 457 on 3rd oct from b'lore to ghy at 7:45am. We had web-checkin done. We reached airport at 6:55 and was at indigo counter by 7:05am. We were given boarding pass and were asked to hurry up as we were getting late. Although they knew we were getting late, there was no one from indigo to escort us for faster security check in and getting us earlier to the flight. Luckily there was no rush at security check. No one was at security counter too to proceed us to the gate. We reached gate by our own - with 2 kids and 2 senior citizen by 7:25. There was no one at the gate. There was no call made to us asking for our whereabouts and we found out indigo personnel at the next counter and when asked for our checkin to the flight, she said we are late and we cant board the flight.

                                      This is too much o[censored]tter unprofessional-ism shown by indigo members. No members to escort, no members in security, no calls checking for us where webcheckin was already done, no call when we are been provided with boarding pass when they should know passengers are coming. Not sure if this is done knowingly to make their business by forcefully making passengers cancel their tickets and re-book with higher amount. I would never recommend indigo to my friends and family members anymore.

                                      Would request indigo people also to please check the matter and do appropriate action to their team members on how are they managing their passengers.

                                        We were travelling on indigo flight no 6e 89 today from dubai 0910am to calicut 10.00am and at the belt no 2 we found missing one luggage with tag no [protected] out of three luggages carried by us. We repoted to the luggage desk with a form filled up and got the signature of a customs officer. We were told to contact [protected] and [protected] and i found no response so far from these nos.
                                        There was a leftout luggage with tel no[protected] on it and when i contacted he says he only helped one ayesha and kasim. To book this ticket to calicut.
                                        Can you being a responsible indigo airline staff locate my luggage as early as possible so that we can get our valuable goods contained in ourluggage. Pl help us.
                                        Misbehave to an autistic child by indigo airline staffs.
