    I booked a flight from new delhi to mumbai on 22nd august 2017 from WWW.ibibo.com
    Flight details: -
    (Indigo 6e-993 airlines) : new delhi – mumbai on 10th september 2017
    (Indigo 6e-198 airlines) : mumbai – new delhi on 16th september 2017

    On returning from mumbai to delhi. We have to reach at chatarpati shivaji terminal 1.
    Due to heavy rainfall & traffic i was reached at 09.32 pm at airport. Which is quite ok to reach 45 mins before the flight i. E. Is on 10.15 pm. I have already done the web check in before 2 days and select seats also and print my boarding passes also. But when we reached at bag counter, they are not ready to board the flight and requesting us to go back as they don’t have space in the bags compartment. The executive told me that they have a limit of 130 kg in plane for baggages. So they will not allow our bags to check in. Instead of helping us to reach the flight on time. They all are saying you will have to board next flight & also have to pay 43000 rs extra after adjusting your current tickets amount. When i check online also the next flight cost for 3 adults and 2 kids are just 20000 rs. They want thrice time higher than my tickets. We also give option to them that we will leave our baggage to mumbai only our friend will pick the luggage and courier us next day. At least allow us to board the flight. The supervisor was very clever and said we will not take care of your luggage and then suddenly my husband said we don’t want to put our luggage here our friend is outside the airport, he will come and take the luggage. The supervisor again smartly play and said where is your friend, i want to see him. He spends almost 20 mins in his rubbish controversy conversation. I have 35 kg 5 bags with me. Which is ok to carry as hand baggage in flight because we are 5 people (5 x 7 kg hand luggage). Rather than helping us their full focus on our money. Bloody money eater indigo # airlines. Then ask us to leave the airport forcefully.

    I have spoken with ibibo.com support officer at [protected], they continuously saying they can’t do anything in this situation as this something related to airport authority.. And # airport authority peoples are just wants money. They embarrassed us and mentally harassed us.. I was with my two little kids and 5 bags. I don’t have any hotel booking and no cabs around me and it was heavy rainfall. Then i continuously spoken to ibibo team and offering 1000 rs and after 1-hour conversation they are offering 2000 rs as compensational after talking to them for 2-3 hours they are ready to compensate 8000 rs only. Which is nothing to me for this harassment. We have to spend our full night at railway station, anyhow after requesting rail booking counter i manage to book train ticket as tatkal at night 1.30 pm[protected]. The firozpur express train starts from mum central at 07.25 am on 17 sept mornings and drop us hazrat nizzamuddin station at 12.45 pm on 18th september. We have to suffer a lot with kids on station and train also.
    We all 3 adults have meeting on monday in our offices.. Which we missed due to indigo executive and supervisor attitude. My kids 1st term examination also missed. Our 1 day extra salary got deducted (1500 * 3 adult = 4500rs)

    Ticket cost is 11520 + 20000 + 4500 (As harassments compensation) total 36020 rs i want this amount to refund by indigo for their fraud and apology letter from that bloody # executive and supervisor.
    Ibibo is giving me a refund of 8000 rs which i want apart from this amount 36020.
    Indigo airline is eating our hard-earned money sitting on their relaxing chairs. Kindly do not buy any ticket from them.

    They are doing fraud with their customers.

    I need complete refund of my booking as i have intimated indigo and ibibo immediately about this fraud after buying the ticket online
    Expecting you to do the needful asap. Otherwise i have another option also. My friend is working in zee news and i have the clips and audio recordings of this incident. Which is enough to sue that bloody executive and # supervisor. File a case against harassment on indigo airlines. Jo bahut mengha padega.
    Just to teach lesson i’m posting this incident on all platform of social media in case i don’t received any call from some senior manager or head of indigo with apology email on [protected]@gmail.com i will submit all the details and clip and voice recording to news channels.

      I booked my tickets under student concession for 20 september 2017 and i had the proof of it as a screenshot was taken by mee while booking the ticket and now the ticket appeared under normal ticket not under student concession. I am very sorry to say that i never accepted such pathetic mistakes by indigo. I assure never to take indigo for my journey. Now being a student i have to pay for my baggages. Plz assure that by today my ticket is done under student concession.

          Hi team,

          Hope you i could get a faster resolution from your end.

          Details of the issue:
          On 29/08/2017 i had to board the flight from bangalore to bhubaneshwar at 3.40pm. Pnr no: j8w2xv. Unfortunately i reported to the check in counter at 3.04 i had 36 mins time to board the flight but the officials said no. I have called and checked with indigo but they said since you have reported late you were not allowed as the counter closes 45 mins before the departure. My question is if this is case why this is not followed strictly, still i can see even they are allowing a passenger even if less than 30 mins left. They are saying in some cases they are allowing, then as such they could have allowed me too. If they are allowing means i had also possibilities of boarding the flight. Now they are arguing with their policy but i can see the policy violates some time. It was my hard income money and they simply took and when i beg for the refund, they are agreed only to refund the taxes but that also not yet refunded. Now i am claiming the full refund.

          Your urgent assistance would be greatly appreciated.

            We was at Ahmadabad airport boarding gate not nad and gone to washroom at the time of boarding just started, on return we was not allowed to board in the flight . No announcement and intimation given to us inspite was was at boarding gate from last 1 hr. Flight no 6E 555 from Ahmadabad to delhi on 16.09.17. The company had charged unjustified amount for next flight.

              My husband srinivas gedala, travel by by indigo airline flight from mum-hyd, pnr - afp2xn on 15th sep. The flight departure time was 4:30 pm, but it was delayed by 2hrs 15 mins. The staff at the airport, just inform due to technical issue it was delayed. They serve snacks to the passenger, after boarding. But my husband was not served snacks. I know this may sound very small issue, but it we feel like that we got the free tickets, so we were not served. But fyi, it was full paid ticket without any discount. Need to explanation from the airline for delay and also for this type of discrimnation. Always we face bad service from indigo. So need to bring this to your notice.

                Hi team,

                I have booked my ticket from muscat to kochi from marmul travels muscat. Booking ref - f15myh. While booking my ticket, i have clearly informed the concerned person to book on thursday night, as it is an online booking, i have downloaded on 14 evening only. While checking in they are telling i can't able to go. I was totally struck up. I dint get any support from indigo or marmul travels at my critical situation. Indigo has the responsibility to change my ticket and allow me to go in the same flight. Even after my continuous request and begging no one turned up. I can clearely state that this is not my mistake. I need justice in this issue. And i have booked new air india flight to kochi.

                Am looking forward for a genuine response and compensation from indigo. How ever i am gona file a complaint for compensation. And i also assure that no one from my family, friends, surroundings would not fly in indigo any more..

                  Sir someone is misusing your brand name, actually i am insearching of job, i have 14 months experience in hewlett packard enterprise. I was part of accounts payable team. I updated my resume in shine portal. Some consultancy were around 3 or 4 days they are calling back to back. They told me you are appointed to indigo airlines company suddenly i am happy, after that they were asked 2500rupees, but i told him i dint have single penny but they forcing me like if you want to good job you have pay 2500 rupees i often told i didn't have single penny. If you want good job you have 2500 rupees mandatory after long struggle they said ok you have pay only thousand. After long struggle i arranged one thousand rupees after that they gave online test and again they were asking one thousand ruppees. How could i arrange plz me sir, i am financial weak person they were losing ever brand name also plz help me out of this problem my humble request to you.

                    Dear sir, i have booked flights for kolkatta from nagpur by flight no 6e 403. I'm regularly travelling and this time when i reach to nagpur terminal one staff as miss bhoomika hinge staff no: 25826 darely misbehaved. 1st she asked me for identity and asked for govt id proof. I showed her id issued from bsnl mizoram. She insisted for another id, so also i showed her adhar card /driving licence and income tax pan card which were at once received through whatsapp. Your security in charge and other staff verified authouticity and proceeded. On very next the same lady staff objected on 2 kg excess luggage. I requested her that i'm carrying a single baggage and so no handbag to get out excess which are only books and clothes. Finally after intervention of a senior lady, she allowed the baggage. I requested the lady staff that im travelling frequently and didn't experience such extreme pain before.
                    I request for a suitable and timely actions as such misbehaved affected my reputation and dignity.
                    For no good reason she tortured me and trying to make my flight cancelled. Why she was arrogant, she only knew.
                    If no action, i will have to go to consumer forum against the indigo aviation. Thanking you.

                      Honorable sir, i have one air ticket for my son from patna to dubai via delhi with payment seat number xl 2a but at the time of issue of boarding pass counter staff has issued seat number 28g instead of xl 2a when my son has asked my father has booked ticket with payment seat then she told your father has booked seat only from patna to delhi only not from delhi to dubai how ever i have paid aed 25.00 for the seat from delhi to dubai and the same seat has been allotted to another person.

                        Dear team,
                        I booked flight from indigo 6e 755, from delhi to mumbai 4 pm, boarding time is 3:35 pm 25 minute before the flight time.. However i reached 40 minute before check in that is 3:25. It means i reached 35 minutes before boarding time and 10 minutes before gate closer. And there were no rush on counter so i can easily took my flight, however inversely they are spoiling the time in argument that time is to close the gate 25 minute prior and closing the gate 30 minutes ago and forcing to buy tickets for next flight

                        I reached airport after 3 hours stuck in traffic and indigo didn't allow me for 3 or 4 minute late and also waste my time and console to take next flight ticket to book there vacant seat they charged 3200 more rupees.

                          I have been chasing indigo since 3 sep and it is 12th today. Clearly, indigo is least concerned about the customer service. Your customer support is just booming my inbox with indigos standard reply saying that we will get back. No wonder your services are so inefficient. I faced 3 issues and none of them were answered till date.
                          1. My family reached the airport and your long queue of checkin 45 minutes prior to closing of the counter. But your executives moved them around different counters making the situation more worse and finally told them that they have missed the flight and they have to buy another ticket. Did you guys sell off the tickets to some other passenger? I would like to know that.
                          I have worked in aviation industry and i know how it works. A check-in does not take more than 3 minutes untill ofcourse your cse are so inefficiently trained to do so and meet the standard of the industry
                          2. Your executives told them that the ticket price for previous flight will be adjusted in the new ticket, which they never did. Why did they misguide my family by saying so? Is this how indigo train their staff to misguide the passengers?
                          3. When my family didn't have any option due to the emergency situation they bought your ticket and went to the checkin counters to checkin the baggage but to my surprise i got to know your cse didnt even check in the baggage and made them carry it all the way till the aircraft and offload it on their own later. Is this your way of punishing elderly passengers.
                          Indigo airlines has proved to be an epitome of inefficient customer service. I have waited almost a week for you guys to get back and i am not going to let this go easy. I want explanations to all my questions.

                            I have booked a ticket on 02.09.2017 bearing pnr xetkyg, from pune to kolkata. As my destination is wrong i cancelled it within a hour and talked to your customer service. Again i booked a ticket bearing pnr abyfjz. Till today i didn't get refunds. Kindly let me know when i will get my refund? I got a mail that you will get full amount refund, i. E rs 6376/-
                            Till date partial refund received of RS 1467/-.For your information.

                              This is yasaswee from bangalore i got a call from am person called neha [protected] and recruiter for indigo airlines and they asked me to feel of rs 2000 to gaurav and got details in msg. And mail from hrteam. [protected]@outlook.com again later they asked to pay 6000 for background verification later 23000 for training and they sent me mail after every payment stating it is refundable amount in my 1st month salary and after paying 23000 to summy raj and i got offer letter in a soft copy and now again they asking me to pay 25000 to get hard copy and for insurance facility etc and its not refundable. Please help me on this

                                Dear team,

                                This is with huge concern that i am dropping a note.
                                We had a flight today at 09 sept 2017 at 2:00 am ist flight number 6e338. We had a very critical function to attend on saturday 09 september 201. With the trust that indigo will deliver a fair service level, we booked the flight couple of months before and was hoping that it could be one of our memorable journey.
                                But i believe it did not last for long, the flight 6e338 was cancelled and we got a call at around 9:15 pm ist on 08-sept 2017 that is just few hours before the actual departure time that it is cancelled. I spoke to the support agent to help us with an alternative flight that could help reach our destination within the time limit, however none of the flight was available. We were then forced to cancel the flight and had to book a costlier flight for the same day.
                                Due to this last minute cancellation the total loss that i had to bear was in the tune of 24000 for 3 tickets, since it was not our fault i would request you to kindly provide compensation for the loss that i had due to this last minute cancellation.

                                  As per id - nf[protected], return flight ticket for three passengers namely, parveen singla, romesh chander jindal and santosh rani was booked on 27/6/2017 for flight from delhi to bangalore on 9/8/2017 and from bangalore to delhi on 19/8/2017and user development fee of rs.564/- per passenger from delhi to bangalore and rs.829/-per passenger from bangalore to delhi was charged as per issued invoice/ fare details. As dgca has slashed/abolished the udf for delhi airport, request for refund the excess udf charged from us was made to indigo airlines as per advice/ response given to us by mr. Divyash kaushik of make my trip india pvt. Ltd in reference id[protected]. Through e-mail on 21/8/2017 & again reminded on 27/8/2017 but uptill now neither any refund nor any response has been received. Kindly get us the refund.

                                    This is prashanth & i had booked tickets for 2 adults in indigo airlines to travel from blr-kolkatta-bagdogra (Ixb) on 2nd sep 2017. Just 2 mins before we boarded the flight, we were told that i cannot board the aircraft since i had a power bank in my check-in baggage. I understand that we should not have checked-in powerbank, but i should have atleast been told at the check-in counter if i had a power bank or at least an announcement was made once indigo airlines figured out that there was a powerbank in my check-in baggage. We had cleared our security almost 50 mins before our departure. Indigo airlines could have announced or probably called me to verify my baggage and they did not do this. The lady near the gate mentioned that we cannot board the flight 2 mins before that gate closure. This is not fair at all.
                                    When i requested we can travel in the next flight which is at 08:20 am to kolkatta after our check-in baggage was cleared. But the reservation manager told me that this is not possible at all and we could not cancel our next flight leg (From kolkatta to bhadogra). When i escalated this issue to the one of the mananger, he asked us pay additional amount of rs 3200/ticket (Ie 6400 rs for 2 people) for us to travel to kolkatta after we paid the amount, we see that there was about 10 seats which was vacant
                                    Indigo airlines could have handled the situation much better and this left us in a very bitter experience overall.

                                      I paid full price for my sisters ticket and her 4yrs old daughter ticket. When she reached at the airport, the staff told her that seats where baby's can sit comfortably are not available, so she agreed and took another seats. When she reached inside the flight, somebody was already sitting on her assigned seat and that men denied to get up as he said he paid for that (Which is right, as he also paid) but my sister wasn't travelling for free even with her daughter. Cabin crew shamelessly asked my sister to hold her daughter in her lap as flight is full. Imagine this situation where her daughter who is 4 years old will be seating on her lap in middle seats. This is really dangerous and horrible experience that we had with indigo.

                                      We spoke to the airline alot of times .. as per them they are still investigating the case .. despite telling them what exactly happened there.. Everytime they are just giving excuses. Need solution.

                                        Hi gaurav & indigo ceo and indigo directors,

                                        You are completely escaping and hiding... Like

                                        In my recent previous mail, i have clearly mentioned that your web - check-in was not working and in turn i missed the flight...

                                        And hence it is complete responsibility of indigo to return the money and through offers and discounts in future flights to cover complete 4200 rupees...

                                        Note that in your below mail, you are not at all taking about web - check-in issue... You are completely escaping and hiding.

                                        And it indicates how loyalty you and your company... It is very shame to indigo...

                                        If indigo won't offer of amount 4200 rupees to me then

                                        If indigo, won't return my refund or discount offer to cover 4200 rupees then

                                        1) i will never travel through indigo in my remaining life

                                        2) also indigo is fully cheating me, and hence i will publish my bad experience in social websites

                                        3) legal move on indigo since your web-check-in is not working and you are fully responsible for to return 4200 to cover fully through discounts

                                        4) i am cursing indigo, to go huge loss in coming quarters and will close through bankruptcy

                                        5) also i am cursing the indigo management and partners to go huge financial loss in their personal life.

                                        With regards to your mail, we would like to inform you that, at indigo, we close the check in counters 45 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time of the flight. This information is also mentioned on the itinerary sent on confirming the reservation.

                                        We try our level best to accept passengers reporting past the scheduled reporting time, however, on 3rd september, 2017, it was not possible for our staff to accept you at the time you had reported at our counters as the counters of 6e-6417 from delhi to kochi were already closed.

                                        We strongly recommend our passengers to report at the airport at least 2 hour prior the scheduled departure time to enjoy a hassle free boarding experience.

                                        It is not just a matter of printing a boarding card or accepting a passenger, once counters are closed the load sheet needs to be amended, head count has to be changed, baggage (If any) holds also need to be re-opened to accommodate any addition which may further hamper the operations.

                                        Moreover, had there been any possibility, our staff would have accepted you for the flight without any hesitation as we always try to accept the passengers reporting past the scheduled time, however, this effort is based on lot of external factors.

                                        We would like to inform you that the seat on your went vacant and therefore as per policy the complete booking amount gets forfeited. However, an amount of inr 743.00 towards no show taxes has been processed to the travel agency account which was used for making the booking.

                                        Also, this is to inform you that our website is working perfectly fine and we are unable to locate any error at our end. We would request you to kindly share the screenshot of the error for enabling us to investigate the issue with our it department.

                                        Further, we do not accept the payments over ivr using diners club cards.

                                        I reached hyd airport at 1.15 pm and i don't have check-in luggage also. Nearly 40 mins available. But still your team is not allowed me to travel. Your manager abdul sattar is very badly spoken. Indigo should remove him from the job. Also

                                        Also your website web is not allowed me to do the web check-in which i was tried at 11.30 am even after paying the pending amount. Also

                                        Also yesterday indigo is not allowed to accept the diners - club card through ivr when i am trying to pay difference of amount through customer care help.

                                        So indigo is fully responsible for the loss of money along with my valuable time

                                        To reach airport, spent 700 rupees. So total of 3500 + 700 = 4200. Along with valuable time lost which i can't measure.

                                        If indigo, won't refund complete amount 4200 within, 72 hrs then i will be starting a website 'donot-travel-indigo.com which will collect the feedback of indigo travellers who experienced badly by indigo.

                                        So shortly i will create the website
                                        'donot-travel-indigo.com to collect the bad experience of the indigo travellers if i won't receive 4200 cash immediately.
