I had a flight to board from new delhi to udaipur on 29 july 2017 from flight 6e746
Scheduled at 7.40 am
I checked into the boarding at 6.55am and did my security checkin.. I got a call around 7.11 due to technical issues i coundnt attend the call.. By 7.23 i went down at the boarding gate and they didnt let me enter.. The flight was supposed to be at 7.40
I missed my exam because of them..
They should have let me in and i want a refund back

    I, dr angshu banerjee, purchased an online indigo flight ticket (From indigo website) on 1st may 2017. The ticket was to and fro (Return journey) from delhi to kolkata on 10th june 2017 and kolkata to delhi on 18th june 2017.
    Pnr no of the ticket was n571 ub flight no : 6e 307 from at 17-50 hrs delhi to kolkata and 6e 854
    From kolkata to delhi at 8- 50 hrs.
    The price was debited from my icici kolkata bank account amounting rs 9671on 1st may 2017.
    Surprisingly, the same amount of money is again deducted from same account on 21st july by indigo.
    I contacted indigo customer care (Ph no [protected]) on 21sst july at 15- 20 hrs. There it was told that some officer would call me within 24 hrs. But till now i have received no call from the company.
    This is a total unethical practice and i request the authority to immediately solve the matter and credit the amount in my account.

      To whomsoever it may concern,
      I am kautilya tushar rajyaguru. I was travelling from mumbai to dehradun with your airlines on date 20th july. My flight number was 6e 3612 from mumbai. I had done online check inn as i dint have any check inn baggage. My seat number was 21d from mumbai to delhi and 23c from delhi to dehradun. I had printed the boarding pass from home still went to counter number 29 to confirm that the boarding pass i have would be fine. The lady on the counter said it is fine and asked me to proceed towards gate number 13. I had cleared the security check and was at the gate at sharp 5:00 am. I was asked to wait by one of your staff members when i approached the gate. I again went at 5:10 and was still asked to wait and they would inform.in the mean time i see them announcing for closing of boarding gate for flight to vadodra and bengaluru. But no announced for my flight to delhi. When i went to the gate again at 5:50 i was told that the flight has been pushed back n it was my fault that i missed the flight.
      Then i was checked out and taken to the counter number 8 where ms. Trupti said the same story to me and upon my request called mr. Mathew who was asst. Customer relation head. I begged them to accommodate me on next possible flight as i was going for the asthi visarjan of my grandfather. Two of my brothers were flying from ahmedabad to delhi (Via indigo) and from delhi we were supposed to be in the same flight (6e 964).
      From the aiport i called your helpline number. ([protected]). I talked to ms. Neha over the phone. She also denied to register any complain like your staff at the airport. After my requests the airport staff (Ms. Trupti and mr. Mathew) agreed to accommodate me on the next indigo flight but asked me to pay inr 18k plus. Which for me as a student is a huge amount. I told them i cant pay this huge amount and please try and understand the purpose of travel was to do the asthi visarjan of my grandfather whose murat was 2:30 pm in haridwar. They refused to understand so finally i left the airport departure terminal and went to the adjoining police station. Over there they called mr. Mathew again and the police official requested them to accommodate me but again mr. Mathew had the same thing to say and again asked me to pay inr 18k plus.
      So i left the police station. My father booked a direct flight from mumbai to dehradun via jetairways which costed him inr 7476/-. I had to rush to the international airport t2 to make it to the flight. Though i reached dehradun at 1:00 pm i couldnt make it to the asthi visarajan as its a long drive from dehradun to haridwar and due to kaward a local festival the highways were packed. So my brothers had to do the asthi visarjan in my absence.
      I demand a claim of inr 40, 000/- for the harassment caused to me. The mistreatment by your airport staff and the sheer negligence from your staff. And majorly i missed the asthi visarjan of my grandfather due to your airlines and staff. I was a fond traveler of your airlines as its economic and always on time. But after this incident i wouldn't like to travel again with your airlines.
      I would be approaching the consumer forum if my claim isn't paid to me within 2 weeks from now.

            Indigo team,

            Francis and myself we traveled from mumbai to muscat on 23.07.2017 on flight 6e 81. We ordered 2 packets of samosas.
            Since eating the samosas i puked twice on the flight and am very unwell today with diarrhea and fever.
            Francis (The other passenger) also had the same experience after the flight and today he is experiencing immense body pain and diarrhea.

            I am very certain that it was the old cold samosas that we had on your flight that has led to this condition. I am sure there are many who would have faced the same issue with your airline.

            You do not have an option to even the heat food on the flight, it makes me wonder what primitive aircrafts indigo uses.

            I have even hear that the indigo planes are the same planes which are probably scraped by some other international airlines. Which makes me think of how poor your airline is! No wonder you guys give such cheap fares.

            I am sure to not travel with indigo again and will make sure none of my family/relatives do.

            This is a complaint which of course will get nowhere (Complaints are of no value to you being the company that you are. I still thought of letting you know)

              My sister & brother were to travel to vizag on[protected] early morning by indigo flight 6e 6211 at 06-45 hrs and return back the same evening by another flight.

              All of a sudden yesterday evening[protected] i have a message that the flight is cancelled and indigo has given an option for alternate flight for a later time on the same day or the next day. They blocked the option for a flight the previous evening. Today i observe that they have finalized without our consent for the later flight on[protected] having no regard to the customers requirement.. Shame on you indigo

              I guess indigo is playing with people troubling passengers. Somebody should teach them a lesson

                Dear sir/madam

                I have added 02 screen shots of two different fares for the same connecting indigo flight (6e-608, 6e-269) from visakhapatnam to chandigarh.in ist one you will see the details of total fare of rs. 4691/- and in 2nd the details for same ticket fare of rs.7676/-.

                When asked during a customer care call from [protected], cute charges were told to be rs.2050/- instead of rs.50 as shown in ist screen shot.

                It is requested that necessary information may be obtained from indigo's concerned department regarding above misguidance on its website and why it is not kept simple just by putting whole amount on first page of booking (Rs. 7676/- in this case).

                  On 21st july, 2017, i got the message that my flight which is from delhi to bangalore on 23rd july, 2017 at 12:40 pm is cancelled. They already cancelled my flight before which is at 10:30 am and gave me this one but again today i got message that this one is also cancelled. I inquired about that on +[protected] and their representative told that there is no flight which is within the range from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. I told this is not my fault, flight is cancelled from your side so you should give me some options which are at least suitable according to the time of my flight. Then he suggested me that you can pick flight at 9:20 am (On 23rd july, 2017). I told i will confirm in sometime. When i called again after 2 hrs they told the flight is full and there is no other option. Sorry for the regret.

                  Indigo airline is cheater. They create trouble for their passengers. I chose the timings so that i could reach destination within time and safely and i paid extra amount for that but these people created trouble for me. They did not even care about women's safety. They are cheaters.

                      I have booked a ticket from bhubaneswar (Bbr) to hyderabad, and continuing journey from hyderabad to cochin (Kok). Iterinary number j8h7sf... But unfortunately at the time of check in from bhubaneswar, i came to know that my bhubaneshwar to hyderabad ticket got cancelled. So that i have to book a new one in the same flight for rs 5, 363/-.                         My daughter and her friends were travelling from bagdogra to dehradhun on 20th july, 2017 on flight no. 6e 346 and 6e 246, pnr : kgnu3u, passenger name: ms. Darshita surana, & pnr: gg93px passenger names: ms. Isha chaudhary, ms. Surbhi chaudhary.

                        They were issued the boarding pass in bagdogra till dehradun itself but were denied boarding at delhi and their luggage was also taken off from the flight. Thus, we had to book one more flight for today i. E 21st july, 2017 and paid rs.9600/- they suffer huge problem at delhi airport non of staff support them. Please look into the matter and get back to us. All 3 are girl students and were travelling back to their school after the summer break. Hence, request you to look into this.

                            I am booked a flight from blr to jai and jai to blr both way.
                            After booking i saw my one way flight wrongly selected i call the customer care they say your one side flight changed if you give a new pnr in one hour and your full payment refunded if one side journey.
                            I check pnr on 19 jul found my both way flight cancelled without my knowledge and payment not refunded.

                              Shipment awb no[protected]. Pc44. Wt335kg.. Perishable cargo.
                              The indigo cargo pune department are not given the shipment timely. Shipment are highly perishable living plants. Kolkata indigo cargo booking accept shipment 19 july 2017 on the flight 6e 277 ccu to pnq. Ccu to pnq arrival time is 11.40 pm night or perishable shipment despatch time is 1.20 am 20 july 2017 morning. But delivery today timing is 4.40 am morning. The told us working people are not available. My shipment is totally damage. My claim is time and damage plants. Pune party not accept my plants what can i do. I am also lose my party and my money.

                                Last week on 14th july, saturday i changed my travel from afternoon to the night flight from cochin to bangalore.
                                I paid the diff sum of rs 4061. Then later at 1556, i paid rs 200/- towards reservation of seat no 15c. This was done vide your transaction id no a6d55e58118f[protected].
                                At the airport i was told that there was no confirmation of this rs 200 and i was given another seat 5b.
                                Please look into this and revert.

                                My name is subhash i am travelling in your indigo flight my pnr number was o8drpv trivandrum to gau via banglore mycheck in bag was missing. i have report gau airport but no information is fwd this till date.cloths, foods, medicine etc are in the bag.
                                On 4th july 2017 our flight was there from shrinagar to nagpur and in our bag 1 intex mobile was there and in that 8 gb sd card was also there and in that card our bank documents and and some important documents were there and when we received bag the mobile was not there

                                  Dear sir/madam, i am a resident of abudhabi. I had booked a mumbai-chennai ticket on jul, 8th 2017 flight 6e 768.14:40 — 16:50. I arrived at the airport and checked in my baggage. I also got boarding pass. We were 4 passengers. I was carrying liquor which i realized at the time of security check and they asked me to go to indigo desk for help, me n my wife went and ask for the solution. Inspite of giving the correct advice, they made us go to and fro to airport office and so on. My children cleared the security and my wife also arrived near the counter. Inspire of looking at her, mr girish who was on duty at that time just closed the area and said you have missed the flight. My husband also requested a lot to the security personal to allow to go fast but they were very non cooperative. We were not late and we were at the airport holding a boarding pass intact near your desk, then also they didn't bother. We were asked to throw the liquor which we did then also they didn't wait for 2 minutes. They are telling protocol? This is not all acceptable. We just requested to accommodate us in the next flight, those arrogant and unprofessional people asked us to pay rs. 35000 for 4 tickets. What about the money which we had already paid and could not board the flight. What kind of service do you provide? You don't bother about how your passenger suffer? If we would not have arrived on time then there was no point in requesting them but we were very much there. I here by would like to strongly forge a complaint against your manager in charge at the mumbai airport ms. Clytra, ms. Poonam d. They were behaving as though we are defaulters and we have committed a very big mistake. They didn't make an announcement because its a silent airport. Understood but atleast when you know that all the passangers are very much there at the airport right in front of you, then help them to board a flight. Pathetic airlines and arrogant staff. We would never ever travel with indigo. I request you to kindly refund my funds after deducting whatsoever charges.

                                    I received call from ur company the told me i have been recruited for indigo airline cabincrew profile. They told me to pay the amount which now has excedded upto 90k+.
                                    Why are u fooling people like this?? I have complaint about it in the police. I want all my amount refunded. I got the call from miss. Sonal sharma from shine:[protected]. And from indigo manager:[protected].
                                    Plz refund me the amount... Plz plz. I have all the amount paid receipts for the proof.

                                      This is a very unpleasant experience which i need to share. I got misleaded by the ground crew. I reached the indira gandhi domestic airport t1 prior 60minutes i. E. Before 1 hour, by reachin there i was asked to stand at the express counter and not the normal counters though it shouldn't be the scenario, because according to my knowledge and experience it should be only before 45-40mintues. Thereafter, i stood there for full 45mintues while i kept telling the indigo ground crew that my flight is on 6:45 a. M. At dot 6:35a. M they tell me the flight is full n they cannot accomodate me.
                                      So this is what i face after getting up early in the morning standing in the express que which was asked by indigo's ground crew and ultimately miss my flight which was extremely essestial for me as i had a business meeting to attend.
                                      So not just a monetary loss but a loss at the end of my company and also a physical harrashment as well.
                                      My request to the forum is to loge a complaint against indigo airlines for misleading and giving wrong information to the passengers.

                                        I booked a flight from. Mumbai to amritsar
                                        From indigo airlines
                                        On 10th july 2017
                                        The flight was to depart at 10 35 am in the morning
                                        As per the policy we were to reach 45 minutes before the departure
                                        We were 50 mins before but we were not allowed to board the flight
                                        We were misguided by the staff and thus when we reached the counter they started arguing with. Us that you are late hence you cannot board the flight
                                        The staff was rude and they harrased us we left with no other option had to book another flight with vistaras
                                        Thus we request a refund
                                        Our flight tickets worth rs 6000 (Approx)
                                        Got wasted
                                        And we had to book another tickets for rs 14000
                                        During issue the ticker first name have been left. can I insert the same along with my documents.my pnr is HUQBXK wrong spelling of first name Praveen but correct spelling of first name is Parveen as per my documents and id card please correction in ticket.
