I and my wife have traveled from kolkata to ahmedabad on 26th june 2017 (Pnr - dhzvjh (Sumit jindal) and b69rfy (Chandani jindal).

We had two check-in baggage (One suitcase and one trolley bag). Seal was put in kolkata airport in both the luggage.

When we received the luggage in ahmedabad airport the seal was not there in trolley bag.

We assumed that the same might have broken by mishandling the bag in transit.

But when we unpacked the luggage at home we realised that the jewellery pouch was missing from the bag.

I contacted the call centre and they said you should ha raised the complaint in airport itself.

But i replied how would i know if something is stolen unless i unpack my total luggage.

He said we will register your complaint against your pnr no. Dhzvjh and that shall be reference no. But you will not receive any mail or sms for the same.

Then he called back in 3 mins saying that i enquired in kolkata and ahmedabad airport and they have found no lost baggage.

I said here the case is of stolen article from baggage.

He said we cannot help you in this we don't know who have stolen the pouch as there are lots of staff.

I said make your baggage handling staff responsible for that and penalize them and compensate me.

Also i enquired that this may happen tomorrow to any of the customer and its not possible to carry everything in hand baggage. Even a perfume, shirt, trouser, belt or shoes, costs rs. 2000 to 10000 now a days. Who shall take the responsibility?

He said we cannot help you and assure that this will not happen to you again with indigo airlines.

It means that this may happen to other customers with indigo airlines and to me with some other airlines. How ridiculous?

I want somebody to take action on this and help me get compensation.

we have missed flight due to floor man non co-operation & we again book tickets in air india. This is the bitter experience for us.

Flight number 6E-375 departure time 7.20, we had reached 7 am. But they didn't pick up us. This is only negligence of floor man non co-operation.

    The indigo staffers abhilasha and neelima read the boarding pass as 27th june and yet tell me that the ticket is for 3rd july and does not let me board. After arguing at how ridiculous their argument is they realised that they saw my future booking in the system and made a mistake by not allowing me to board. So their solution was to walk away and i had to book a new pricey ticket as i had no choice. My pnr was oe8rut. Are you guys paying less and hiring uneducated people? I have now spent 12000 on a ticket to bangalore. But then this is india. No one is answerable and no justice ever takes place.

      I have booked a flight on 17th june from dubai to indore via mumbai for travelling on 27th june (Pnr number hfpfsn). I have received a call from indigo call centre india ' saying that you flight is cancelled & either you take your refund or travel via delhi. Then i checked with indigo airlines dubai office about the flight status they said the flight is on time. This seems the indigo airlines cheated with the customer and your customer care people also telling lie. I have travel to many countries in different airlines, but i never face such type of problem. The other airlines people never lied with the customer. I have to go to india without my willingness i opt flight via delhi. Probably this will be my last travel in indigo airlines. I will tell this incident to all of my friends & relatives & suggest them better to choose jet airways for traveling to india. See my booking in the attachment.

        I have flight at 5.10 a. M and had already done web check in fir the same so that i need not stand in que for handling my luggage.
        The service is so poor they ade me and all other who had done web check in stand in que for an hour or less.
        What is te use of web check in when customer has to face problem and no 1 attain the complaint. Even customer service executive are helpless.

          To my utmost surprise, when i landed in lucknow from pune on 16th jun, 2017, i found my travel bag zip broken.
          The bag was checked before boarding the flight and a zip seal was put in place. So it can't be said that the bag went unchecked.

          I confronted the on duty cse (Customer service exectuive) pankhuri, who claimed she was a senior officer, about the utter carelessness on part of the airline to have handled my baggage inattentively.

          I told her that such a thing happened earlier too but i ignored it. I was really pissed off. I paid around rs. 10, 000 for the flight for this sort of service.

          The cse took photos of the broken bag and promised that the airline will get back to me. It has been almost a week and i have not heard from anyone.

          I have been using indigo flights for a long time and i never expected such unprofessional behavior from them.

          I would certainly ignore indigo flights from now on.

            This is with regard to my flight number 6e - 841 which i wasn't allowed to board as i reached 45 minutes prior to the time of departure that was 22.50 p. M. Money doesn't matter but the quality of people you have placed on your front desk who are models of extreme good behaviour should be given a recognition. Miss reena placed at terminal 1in igi airport allowed mr. Sapalika flying to bengaluru by 6e-977 departing at 22.40 who came to the counter 15 minutes prior to the time of departure of his flight but despite innumerable requests from my husband and me we were not allowed to board the flight. There was a medical emergency back at home for which i had to book the flight as my father is suffering from cancer and is in his last stage. Not only we missed our flight but also witnessed the sweetest behaviour of indigo sward winning service.
            If you can take up a booking 2 hours prior to the departure of a flight you should be efficient enough to let a customer board a flight on grounds of emergency. I demand an explanation from you what made you to allow the bengaluru passenger who made an entry at the nick of time but why not us who were at least 45 mins before and not only that who were also showered and bestowed with very sweet words and the bestest of the behaviour we can expect.

                I made my checked-in baggage as fragile but indigo airlines do not understand the meaning of 'fragile' due to which i got my checked-in baggage broken in 2 pieces. The baggage was thrown in front of my eyes.

                  I have booked a ticket for indigo 6e 464 and completed my web check in before only and i have reached airport at 8:30 am due to lot of people in line i requested the ground staff to let me clear my luggage and until i reached counter by 8.50 am the staff says you cant board the flight as your delayed.
                  I would like to if same thing happens from flight authority said like flight gets delayed by 30 minute or 15 minute we would get a message saying sorry for inconvenience but same happens from our end we are not allowed to board the flight. I have been travelling many time in indigo and flight got delayed many times, why is the rule different for us and them.in case a vip is delayed flight would wait but not for common man.

                  I would like to have my money refunded and would like to address this issue to higher level authority as well.

                  I had my flight booked to Delhi on 8th June at 8.15 am.

                  As per the itenary, check in closes at 7.30. I was waiting in the queue by that time and reached two different counter to get my boarding i was denied.

                  I didn't have check in baggage also, all I had was hand luggage.

                    I'm a female passenger and iwas travelling all alone via indigo flight 6e 358 from agartala to imphal on 17/06/2017 at 12.45pm. I was alloted seat no.20b inbetween two adult male passengers. I requested either of them to let me seat in any side rather than being in the middle of both of them but no one assisted me. I was feeling very much uncomfortable. Then i requested airhostess "priyanka" to request them but she clearly denied that she could not assist me if the passengers themselves didnot do so. She didnot even give me an option to change my seat though there were seats vacant in the airplane and she went away as if she didn't care at all. As they announced some xl seats vacant, i requested another airhostess named some "prabha" to assist me to another vacant seat. She was having bob cut short hair style. She replied that as the flight was already late, she would call me after take off. I was feeling very much uncomfortable but i waited. After take off no one came for help and both the airhostess started selling food and after food distribution they were gossiping among themselves. They saw me several times but no one cared. I had to spend 1 hr. Very uncomfortably inbetween two men and i was helpless. I'm a frequent flyer of indigo and i feel very embarrassed by their attitude today. I am writing this complaint so that these things are not repeated with any female travaller travelling alone and i want indigo to take the matter very seriously as they can not sit carelessly ignoring a female's comfort. I really felt very embarrased and helpless today. I feel like complaining time and again. This was a very bad experience. I hope indigo to do the needful and take strict action. Thank you.

                      Feedback tb4z9m comments:sorry to say that there was no girl power!!! I boarded the flight at 11.15am and was seated in the 4 th row with a prebooked meal coupon. But sad to say that the flight attendants were so unprofessional that they could reach our row only at 12.45pm. And when i requested for chicken junglee sandwich i was told that it was not available as it had gotten over.. Nor did i get the choice of my beverage.. Paperboat anar/lime. Finally they served me veg sandwich which was horrible.. The attendant who was moving from the 11th row to the 4th row managed to reach our row by 12.45pm to inform that all the food of our choice was over. The callous attitude was another issue.. The lady who was moving from 1st row ms amrita was so slow but later apologised but was too late. It seemed as if i was creating a ruckus. I am generally a very calm person. But i expect reciprocation from the crew who can make air travel a pleasant experience.. Here i feel indigo has conned me by making me book meals in advance. Overall indigo shouldn't have made my flight experience so horrifying.
                      Also add : flight was delayed by 45 minutes. Didn't get clearance for landing... Later when luggage was collected we found one of my suit cases completely wet.. Went and complained to indigo customer service.. There the person took photos to prove it... Again when we made complains about the experience inside the flight., he said he was sorry and would get us food, sandwiches.. Even we were not lucky here. No food came. Waited and left.. Now what to say about your indigo service? This is how you give us' sugat yatra'.. Never experienced such 'asuvidha'😏

                        1. I am bharat. I had made a flight reservation on 08 jun 17 to travel to bengaluru through indigo airlines. The flight details are as follows:
                        Flight no.: 6e 287
                        Pnr: ag8m5h
                        Dep date: 15 jun 17
                        Dep time: 0755h

                        2. I reported at the airport at boarding pass issue counter 50 min prior departure, i. E at 0705hrs. As per the ticket, the counter is closed for check in 45 min prior departure at 0710h. The counter in-charge refused to issue me a boarding pass despite reporting well in time.

                        3. The same airlines in bengaluru, hyderabad and some other cities have gone out of way to ensure that the passengers are issued with boarding passes and board the flight. It is noticed that the passengers were made to skip the regular queues for issuing of boarding passes.

                        4. Vizag airport being a small airport with comparatively less crowd, basic courtesies expected were not extended and the staff were adamant and showed no empathy towards the customers present. Almost about 13 odd passengers missed the flight. Few of them had important exams to be given which were career deciding.

                        5. At the ticket counter, mr malik was approached to help deserving cases but the attitude was atrocious, most inhuman and unexpected.

                        6. I sincerely request necessary disciplinary action be taken against the employee and i may be compensated for the cost of ticket, the time wastage and the inconvenience caused.

                        7. If however, i do not receive any reply/compensation i may have to go to court/media to expose your airline so that other passengers do not feel undue inconvenience in future.

                        Please note that as per tkt gate closing time is 25 min before departure. Flight official should understand the meaning of this and pay for my all losses
                        On 15th I reached 45 min before departure but still they didn't issued boarding pass for me and behaved roughly. An CISF officer also asked him to issue pass but the attendant said it's closed. I suffered a lot because of this financially, physically.

                          I have booked two return tickets on 15thjun at 10.45 pm for indore-delhi and delhi-indore, timing 7.00 am and 7.15 pm. But when i received the ticket over mail the return ticket timing were 4.50 pm. I tried to correct it online but of no use. Wrote a complaint to the co but did not get any reply. Went in the morning to indigo office at indore airport they charged me 5828 for changing the return ticket. Although tickets were available in evening flight.

                            I had my flight on 15th jun 2017 at 12:10 pm, i had powerbank in my checked-in luggage. I acknowledge that it was my mistake and it was even notified through sms also. Actually i was about to carry that luggage with me in hand however but at the last moment since weight was unfortunately more than 7 kg i had to check that luggage in.

                            But my concern is when luggage went through screening why it was not notified to me earlier. Boarding of flight was scheduled so late that while boarding when i was notified by the attender that "because of the powerbank they wont allow that luggage it was already late and we cant delay this flight, you will have to board next flight. I told her that i am ready to leave that same at the airport but this flight is very much important to me". Had boarding been not this late, i could have taken out that thing. Now i have to pay 8k approx extra for getting next flight.

                            Note: its organisation's issue that boarding was so late,
                            And second issue that i was not notified before at time of screening.

                            It was very bad experience - attender was in no mood to listen to me and had to wait 1 hour to get my luggage back and book next flight.
                            Very much disappointed with service!!
                            Without asking me or noticing me in the 1st check in counter they have stolen my food cosmetics & other things when I gave them my big luggage & they tried to cut my bag as well. After reaching to the destination I saw n then at home got sure. Today morning flight Hyderabad to Kolkata. 6E 599, 8:45 departure & arrival time 10:45. PURBASA BANERJEE.

                              Dear, we were the unfortunate passengers who were on the delhi - hydrabad flight which had techinical issue and had to go thorugh a emergency landing procedure in delhi on 19th may 2017. Due to this i missed the connecting flight on indigo to chennai. At hydrabad, your ground staff promised us food and additonal support to enable us to go to chennai as we were travelling with children. Since we had paid for food, they assured us that they would provide us food before we boarded the flight and stopped us from buying any food for the children at the airpor. But showing a un humanly behaviour, at the point of boarding the staff informed us that there will be no food served to us by them and that we will have to procure the food by our selves inside the flight.
                              We would like to know as how is the management going to refund us the payment for the food service which was paid for and compensate us for the totally inhuman behavior that your staff have done.
                              I trust and believe that your office will do justice to us and ensure that a proper compensation will be provided to us due to the inhumanly behaviour shown by our ground staff at hydrabad.

                                I was flying with indigo airline on 09.06.2017 from delhi to pune departure time 17:50 and collected boarding pass around 15:30

                                I was at the boarding gate much before time but just before boarding had to urgently go to toilet. I informed the person at the boarding gate regarding my urgent issue. He said ok and i managed to reach back at the boarding gate at 17:30.

                                But he did not allow me to board and said that i was late by 2 mins and my luggage has already been taken out and the aircraft is already on the runaway. How it is possible for them to take my luggage in 2 mins delay and aircraft already on runaway 20 mins before departure??? He said only option is that you will have to take next flight at 21:05 by paying fare difference.

                                I tried so much to make the staf[censored]nderstand but they were abusive and pushed me away.

                                I went to the airport manager and he asked me to pay fare difference of 13000. But somehow i convinced him for 3200 and i had to take that option as i had no other alternative left else i would have to stay at airport. I paid by debit card and i insisted for the receipt but was not given for no reason.

                                Please find attached both the boarding passes along with my debit card voucher.

                                Many other passengers were also affected and i feel indigo did on purpose to earn extra income and no other airline are not so inhumane and abusive.

                                Finally i managed to take 21:05 flight but i really feel i am cheated and request for refund of fare difference of rs. 3200 and extra compensation for my mental stress and 3 hours delay.

                                  At the boarding gate, ms armin and mr nilesh m, snatched by laptop bag with a rude tone claiming that aircraft is new and limited cabin baggage space, so i cannot carry my laptop bag in the cabin. How do i carry my laptop or who is responsible for the bag if i check in... The answer i received with a rude note that i must carry the laptop in hand and indigo wont allow my laptop bag to carry in cabin... I requested that passengers carrying suitcases to shift them to check in... Instead i was threatened by armin/nilesh that if i continue arguing, he will offload me and put me to police.. My copassenger requested me to keep silent else indigo can do anything... My baggage tag # is 653083... I have clicked photos of the cabin bagagges allowed while keeping me helpless to carry my laptop in hand... This is disgusting and unjustified gross violation of consumer protection and rights by indigo ground staff... This showcase will always keep me the least preferred airlines to travel as a corporate client and will also report to my travel agent cwt. Should you require any images, please feel free to revert, i can post the cabin baggages those were allowed and put me stranded with threats by ground staff. Regards basab
                                  I and my brother had booked ticket from Bengaluru to Jammu a month back and due to some unavoidable reasons we had to cancel it.The refund of nearly 8000 had to be refunded to our accounts which is not yet been done, it has been more than 20 days now!!                                   I was about to board Indigo 6E-375 (PNR # K7BZYY) from Kolkata to Bhubaneshwar. Unfortunately

                                  the Security Systems found my car jack Rod was in my Laptop Bag and as the

                                  Security refused, one of your Ground Staff named Mr. Pathi Kirrt at Kolkata Airport

                                  helped me to keep the tool in their control and as i was returning on the same

                                  day by6E- 598.

                                  Even Though i couldn't collect the tool but the cooperation and helping shone by

                                    I was traveling to delhi from indore. The flight was supposed to leave by 09.40 a. M. I reached by 08.50 a. M and qued up in the line for my boarding pass. While waiting for my turn to come for 15 mins the attendent who was issuing the tickets told me that i won't be able to board the flight as i am late (45mins) by their given default time. I requested her and asked her politely to let me board. But the woman didnt allow me and asking her again and again to call a senior person who can take the charge and let me board. But the staff women being rude and arrogance didn't show up good. I would request the authority to take action on such incident and irresponsible staff.

                                      I was travelling from delhi to ahmedabad on 07 jun 2017, in indigo flight number 6e 658. My power bank was in my baggages which i had wrongly kept. During boarding my flight they called up my brother and snatched his boarding pass and further wen he asked about why his boarding pass is being taken away they said him to go to the checking point and when my brother went to the checking point they told him to unpack the bag and he himself took out the power bank but after that they took away the power bank from him without giving a seizure list and furthet misbehaved with my family members and they said them to board in for the flight otherwise they mis the flight and they were mentally stressed out at that point of time and they did not return the power bank.

                                      when i called the company indigo they are not giving satisfactory answer and said that this is airport authority issue and you should contact airport authority.
                                      Missed pack which contains valuable items inside the flight no 6E 698 Madurai to Delhi the details are, black color Power Bank, black color modem button camera, pendrive, data cable, brown color n powerbank pack.. please assist me to recover my pack with entre items in good condition.                                       I had my flight on 15th Jun 2017 at 12:10 pm, i had powerbank in my checked-in luggage. I acknowledge it was my mistake and it was even notified through sms also.Actually i was about to carry that luggage with me in hand however but at the last moment since weight was unfortunately more than 7 kg i had to check that luggage in.

                                      But my concern is when luggage went through screening why it was not notified to me earlier. Boarding of flight was scheduled so late that while boarding when i was notified that "because of the powerbank they wont allow that luggage it was already late and attender told me that we cant delay this flight and you will have to board next flight. I told her that i am ready to leave that same at the airport but this flight is very much important to me". Had boarding been not this late, i could have taken out that thing. Now i have to pay 8K approx extra for getting next flight and my one day leave is wasted.
                                      This is organisation's issue that boarding was so late and there was no time to throw that out, and second issue that i was not notified before at time of screening.

                                      It was very bad experience - attender was in no mood to listen to me and had to wait 1 hour to get my luggage back and book next flight.
                                      VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED WITH SERVICE!!

                                      Even calling them is costly, telephone number is not tollfree.

                                        Hi,
                                        Back ground:
                                        I am a frequent traveler of indigo, i traveled both domestic & international with indigo, i was the proud customer of indigo since this happened to me.
                                        I had a indigo ticket to travel on 5th june'17 from bengaluru to lucknow via delhi. (Pnr a52thl). Flight no. 6e 978, departure @ 02:40pm. 5th june.

                                        Case - i had taken preprinted boarding pass & have got inside airport @ 01:20pm, after having the long que @ your check in baggage counter & delay in payments of extra luggage charges, i dropped the baggage @ 01:47pm & moved to security checkin, due to long que, i had to weight there all the way till 02:25pm, & i reported @ the gate at 02:30pm.
                                        & the flight has taken off 5 minutes before i reached gate.
                                        My luggage has been offloaded & i was not allowed to board.

                                        I have been treated as a fool & made laughing stock by the team at the gate desk, (Name pooja @ desk, koushik @ baggage check in counter). She said that she has called me at 02:23pm, & i got the call as well, but i cudnt receive the call since mobile was in security check in trays.

                                        Thus i missed my flight even after reporting 10 minutes before scheduled departure.

                                        Grievance :

                                        1- if i was the last passenger, they could have announced so that security team might have helped me to clear the checking on priority, but indigo team has not announced anything, while staying at the airport i heard at least 10-15 announcements till i boarded evening flight on the same day,

                                        2- when the flight has left before scheduled departure time & no announcement or attempts to call more than once has been done by the team at the desk, the luggage which i have given has been offloaded by boarding team, even after knowing about evident que at check in & passenger's check in baggage info one hour before.

                                        3- ok, the flight has left & i requested if i can catch another flight to delhi, by which i can catch my older flight from delhi to lucknow, they denied it saying there is no such flight showing in my system, you try booking online or try with other airlines.

                                        4- after getting helpless & getting such response from indigo team at bangalore airport, i booked another flight (6e-484, pnr fdv6fq) for the cost of 9350 inr from blr to delhi which was scheduled to depart @ 11:00pm, but flight has left at 11:40pm, that is 40 minutes late from the scheduled departure time, due to that, i missed my 4am train from anand vihar terminal.

                                        What i want:
                                        1- take action against team who seem to be doing it knowingly to make fun of people.

                                        2- kindly pay 100% amount of the ticket which had to book due to relieving of flight before scheduled departure time i e. 9350 inr

                                        3- kindly pay 2200 inr for train ticket as i had to travel from delhi to kanpur in a train using premium tatkal service.

                                        4- pay 2000 of my hotel stay since i missed my train due to delay of my 2nd flight.

                                        5- pay 50000 inr against defamation caused due to this whole incidence.

                                        Observations=

                                        1- if the passenger has given his check in baggage why the team has not bothered to call him once again in place of offloading his luggage from the flight??
                                        2- why indigo boarding crew of 6e 978 cud'nt make announcements for last call, as other airlines were doing, which could be heard by me throughout the day, moreover indigo also announced many after i missed my flight.
                                        3- if indigo is so punctual about its time of departure, why your flight has delayed 40 minutes? Can you refund the ticket & inconvenience fee caused due to that?
                                        4- why passenger cudnt be given the seat in your next flight without charging any extra money for the same destination??

                                        I am expecting the answers of all my queries within 2 days.
                                        I am completely disappointed with the service of indigo this time, i may go to higher authorities or other govt forums if my concerns are not being addressed.
