Hi. This is on behalf of my parents Mrs Sunita Agarwal and Mr Brijmohan Agarwal who missed their flight 6E 109 on 13th of March'17.
They had checked in at 5am (Flight bound at 6:20). The gate # was 11B, and they were sitting beside the gate adjacent to 11B (perhaps 10). They are not educated so they didn't know about little details regarding boarding gate.
Their was no announcement made, no phone call made and no msg for them to board the flight on delay in their presence. But still they showed up by 6:05 when no announcement or call for them was made. They were refused entry and their luggage was unloaded !!!
How can an airline leave when 2 passengers have checked in and not showed up? Most importantly, they didn't receive any message or call or no service personnel came looking for them!. They were cashless and homeless that time and they had to come to bangalore and so they had to buy another ticket to come here. Is this fair? They are in their 50s and this kind of experience was delivered to them by Indigo on their first ever flight journey!
What kind of service is this? Once a passenger has checked in how can the flight unload their luggage and leave them and even when they were at the gate by 6? is 5-10 mins of that imporatnce to you all? This is not the kind of service we expect out of Indigo!!! Let me tell you there are bigger flights with better services than your airlines.
I want this complaint to be taken seriously and given a response. I want a refund of my ticket fare else we will move to consumer compalint forum.

    Dear Team

    The above PNR was allotted for booking of 9 confirm seats in flight 6E-532 which was to depart at 1.15am on 17/June/2017, form Goa to Delhi.
    But yesterday I cam to knew that the same is rescheduled to depart at 00.45 am, which will be a impossible task for us to board the flight half an hour ahead .
    We request to pls reschedule the same to the flight which will depart at 14.10 on 17/June/17.as it is the next flight which will be convenience to us.
    Pls try to complete the needful as I am a regular flyer of Indigo and this the first time I am facing the issue.

      My checked in luggage has delayed 3 hour due to indigo personal mistake.
      I had a flight on 19/3/2017, from Pune to agartala,
      my flight 6E-523, pnr TCH 96G for Pune to Kolkata
      flight 6E-4114, Pnr TCH 96G for kolkata to Agartala,
      I arraived agartala airport as per scheduled time.but my luggage not arrived.
      i asked the indigo personal they told, my luggage left at kolkata airport.after 3 hour it will arrived, due to this i have missed my next scheduled bus.I request please look into the matter, and provide the compensation.

        Indigo flight 6e 732 from Hyderabad to Lucknow on19/3/17 was not allowed to board. My father was treated in Apollo and was there at airport at 5.25am to board flight which was scheduled at 6.25am.
        First his check in baggage was taken and and boarding pass was about to be given suddenly that person started talking over phone with his colleague for about 10 mins and then he denied giving boarding pass saying you are few mins late.He argued a lot with my father but returned back the luggage which was taken for check in. I have a proof of presence at airport at indigo counter at 5.30am ...It was really unethical as it seems that he sold the ticket to someone else
        In case I won't get full refund I will go to consumer Court and will be bound to ask for hefty compensation...They can't refuse the CCTV camera which is more then enough

        in the recent communication with airlines they accepted that we were just 2 mins late, which in fact is not true. But keeping there time also in mind, wouldn't it be so late that there staff can't accommodate 2 mins time. I boarded indigo so many times even for 15-20 late. below is the reply from airlines:

        Dear Mr. Agrawal,

        Greetings form IndiGo !

        With reference to your mail and the coordination with the Hydrabad Airport, record stands delay of the passenger by 02 mins. at Check-In counter.

        · Counter closure time : 05:40 hours

        · PAX reporting time : 05:42 hours

        Also with much sincerity it is forwarded that the manual announcement for the schedule departure was made. On being unable to board the flight recommendation was offered by the airport staff.

        Therefore, we regret for inform that we are in no position to make you any further refund.

          My wife traveled with my family from CCU to HYD in February, and her travel was reimbursable. When she tried to get a travel certificate for reimbursement, Indigo wants to charge for whole PNR, even though she needs for only herself and one sector. This is highly unethical of Indigo, since it doesn't allow me to choose what I need, and insists on overcharging me.

            I was not given boarding pass for checkin at indigo counter BLR international airport.
            I had arrived at the counter at 5:45 and the flight departure time was 6:20.

            Your message is below.
            "IndiGo: Dear IndiGo Customer, flight 6E 339 from BLR shall be boarding from gate 14. Boarding gate closes 25 mins prior to the departure time. Since this is a silent airport, no boarding announcements will be made. Wish you a pleasant flight."

            So I was well before 25 mins prior to departure.

            Please help with the refund. I was travelling to attend the last rites of one of my close family member. Requested multiple times. But the personnel at the counter didn't help at all. Inspire of arriving within the stipulated time for boarding I wasn't allowed to security check-in. This is unfair and unacceptable.

            Please help me with refund.

              This is reference to my multiple calls and emails to your customer service team since 28th Dec 2016 where every-time I was promised Indigo team would come back to me but that never happened and finally I am raising preliminary notice of complaint which if not actioned in one week would be followed by complaint with Department of Consumer Affairs, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Government of India under The Consumer Protection Act, 1986.

              I first booked DEL – GOA return journey on 4thJuly 2016 with below details

              6E329 / 1005 HRS / 8TH OCT 2016
              6E332/ 1355 HRS / 11TH OCT 2016

              And then due to somer reason, I had to revised the journey and called Indigo Customer Service Rep wherein I confirmed to change the dates only to 26thDec 2016 departure and 29th Dec 2016 arrival and rest details remain same in terms of flight, passenger etc.……………………..this can be verified with call recording also………………..and accordingly I paid the rescheduling charges to Indigo.

              Finally one day prior before departure grom Goa i.e 28th Dec 2016, I received call from my Taj hotel for confirming drop to Airport informing that my departure flight is mid night flight 6E 5532 at 0115 HRS / 29thDec 2016 which completely surprised me as I was enjoying the vacations with family away from the hotel at that time.

              So I called Indigo Customer Service Rep immdiately around 8 pm on 28th Dec to reconfirm the departure flight and they informed depature flight is indeed mid night flight 6E 5532 at 0115 HRS / 29th Dec 2016 so I informed them there is some communicaiton gap as I asked for change of dates only with same flight so pl reschedule my flight for 1355 hrs departure but customer service rep informed me this is not possible unless I pay rescheudle charge of INR 14700 approx. which I refused so customer service rep told that they would retrive the call recording of rescheduling of flights betweem me and customer service team and if Indigo made an mistake they they would refund the whole journey amount and in mean time I can continue on midnight flight ……………………………based on this assurance and since there was no option, I rushed back to hotel and hurriedly packed my stuff with family member who were quite disappointed to leave mid way of the vacations at 9 pm and moved to airport to catch mid night flight at 0115 hrs.

              After that I have called Indigo customer service multiple time to hear my call recording of reschedule of flight but every time I was asked to wait and finally two days back I was told that since I had taken the flight …………….refund is not possible and they did not even offered me call recording of rescheduling.

              This response has really upset me as Indigo promised to first hear call recording of the the rescdueling of flights then would return my journey fare if Indigo made an mistake based on which I boarded the flight ………………………..this going back on their commitment is complete loss of trust, faith and paramount to cheating the consumer.

              Pl invertage and revert asap.

                I was booked to travel with my wife and aged parents from Kolkata to Chennai on Thursday, 16th Mar originally at 4:45am (other PNR is P4I4TR). Due to personal exigencies, we arrived just in time from Asansol and were AT THE BOARDING GATE #23A at 4:19am. Note, we did not have any check-in luggage, just hand baggage. The cut-off for gate closure was 4:20am. We were denied to board stating that it is closed. I argued patiently that you can only close 25 mins prios and we are just in time and even requested her (Ms.Barnali) to contact the captain. At this time she points to the clock and says it is 4:20 now and we have already generated the papers.
                You can check the security camera for proof and you will see that what I have stated are the facts. I did NOT create any scene there and was directed to your Indigo counters for an alternate flight. I had to pay additional Rs.31, 000 over and above my original booking to get the next flight. In your attempt to achieve perfection in flight timings and punctuality you have eventually been unscrupulous and have cheated your customers.                   I was traveling from Ranchi tp Pune on an Indigo flight on 14th March, 2017 along with my wife. The flight was delayed due to bad weather conditions & it landed in Pune after 22:30 hrs. After waiting at the baggage belt for over 15 min & watching it run empty, we were called out by the staff member as 'passengers from Ranchi'. Our baggage was offloaded at ranchi airport & was connected to a different flight which was supposed to land after half an hour. We had no prior information/ communication in this regard. However, upon asking the reasons for the delay, staff member Ms. Deepika had an outburst & was filled with rage. She responded by saying that we are free to complaint to the highest authorities but we wouldn't get any support from the airlines.
                  No provision or effort was made to deliver our luggage to our homes & we were forced to wait & fight our way through. It caused us great trouble and we reached home after midnight.

                    I must say - you guys are horrible... Indigo airlines sucks!!!... All you people are heartless & useless... Bloody hell.. Never in my life i will ever choose your airlines again. I had a flight with you guys on 12th march which was my husbands birthday. At 2:45pm indigo 6e-712 departing from goa to mumbai..& i according to the reporting time reached just 5mins late (2:05 pm) at the indigo counter at goa airport after getting the luggage bags scanned and everything.. But these guy named justin i believe he didn’t allow me to board the flight... Because i was late by 5mins… (Justin) the manager was so so rude... That he was all blaming me that i should have come on time, i was trying to make him explain that we got stuck in the traffic as it was the goa election time & there were rally’s everywhere & traffic in few of the area’s where we left from (Panaji)…but still he was stubborn & he didn’t understand. I also had a 2yr old baby along with me but still he didn’t consider my situation & straight asked me to move away & said don’t waste the time.
                    I think being a human being in this situation he should have considered my situation. But because of him i was left with no option & finally my flight was gone. & i was left with getting the flight rescheduled. The option which was given by indigo was i have to pay more 36000/- for all 3 o[censored]s to board the next flight at 5.00 pm…but hell why will i pay more 36000/- for to be arranged on the next flight, when i had just paid approx 2300/- per head for the same ticket. Don’t you guys have a heart or don’t you have any customer service skills to understand a person & to understand the local situation which can make a person late. How horrible you guys can be. I was literally shocked when i was told that i will have to pay this huge amount.

                      I have book air ticket from bagdogra to pune in indigo flight scheduled to departure from bagdogra at 6:05 pm for 20 April. The amount of Rs. 14352 was deducted from my sbi account on 10 march through transaction ID IU[protected]. I again tried to book the same flight on 14 march and the amount of Rs. 12592 was debited from my sbi account through transaction ID IU[protected]. But both the time no ticket was generated and I have not received any refund till date.
                      Kindly do the needful.
                      I booked a air ticket from Banglore to Guwahati.I received the transaction id
                      999320248236201703090441 for INR 3868 from the company.
                      However, there is no information about my ticket. What is the present status of my booking.what I do to track my status of booking .
                      please mail my present status.

                        Sub:- Missing my Samsung camera (Model # PL65 ) from luggage bags during AHM to Goa travelling by Goindigo airlines.

                        I was travelling from Ahmedabad to Goa via Mumbai on 28th March 5, 2017 in the morning at 9:40 AM by Goindigo airlines & I did checkin my two luggage bags from Goindigo Counter at Ahmedabad airport.
                        I was missing my Samsung Camera from luggage bags When I departured at Goa Airport. I went to the Go indigo Airport counter at Goa and i reported to them immediately for missing my camera but they asked unnecessary questions to me and after sometime she said as “we have checked once again in goindigo plane but we are not able to find your Samsung camera.”
                        I have also raised complain on customer care via email and phone but still not getting positive response from them.
                        Today, I have come back from Goa to Ahmedabad airport and inquired in Goindigo Airport at Ahmedabad but still they are running from here to there and said “ you will have to inform to Terminal Manager and now terminal manager said that you will have to give application to the Airport director”
                        Here I am requesting to you that I want to see my luggage bags X-ray Scanning recording which did by security team before putting in plane so that I can get idea from which airport missed my camera.
                        And it will help for me to giving complain in consumer forum and I can take strict legal action against service of Goindigo airlines.

                        I am attaching all the relevant documents.

                          With reference to the subjected PNR(EBEIVJ), I want to file a complaint against the Irresponsible behavior of Indigo at Bangalore Airport today.(20-Feb-2017)

                          My mother reached the airport at 8:10 am for the 9:10 flight and dropped her Checkin luggage at the designated counter. There was a long queue in the security and she had to wait in the queue for more than 30 minutes. As the queue was long, she could not reach the boarding gate at 8:25 AM (as mentioned on the Boarding Pass). During her wait at the Security, there was no assistance from Indigo to escort her to the gate. By the time she reached the gate at 9:00 am, the flight had already left.

                          What astonishes me the most is that there was no effort made by Indigo the trace the passenger. Unlike all my previous trips. there was no announcement, no mail, no SMS, no Call or any personal lookout for the missing passenger.

                          I had always trusted INDIGO but after this painful experience, i can only say "Go for anything but INDIGO"

                          Please look into this matter and see to it that the necessary steps are taken to avoid such incident in future and a Full Refund for this flight tickets. The physical and mental harassment is something which i am already going through

                            Hi

                            I forgot my Blazer and Jacket in the cabin above seat number 6C, in flight 6E755, with PNR C795XV on 6th March 2017, which was travelling from Dehradun to Delhi.

                            Soon after getting down the flight I realised that it was forgotten and had complained to the ground staff.

                            The ground staff instead of helping me instantly asked me to give a complaint in the counter.

                            At the counter also the staff were not supportive and told me in 10 minutes that the flight was checked thrice and it has left to Mumbai. How a flight will move to Mumbai in less than 15 minutes?

                            Today even after 48 hours I do not have any revert on my blazer. It was kept in a Blackberry blazer cover. There was a blazer and jacket which was worth Rs.15000/-

                            Request you to take the request seriously as the value is quite high.

                              I, Mr Mukesh Chettri had travelled from Dehradun toLucknow on 5th march 2017alongwith my wife. My flight was number 6E-378, ticket number SEQ-0124, seat number 3F . To my horror i realised that the overhead luggage bin was full of dust which even spoiled my handbag.It was very embarrassing and disappointing to see the quality and service being provided during the travel, as hygiene and cleanliness is o[censored]tmost importance. I request to please look into the matter and Indigo should ensure a better service for which they are being paid for.

                                I am travelling so many times in indigo but because of Deepam and Sameena (indigo )in Bangalore airport is faced a lot. I never book any ticket in indigo. I will put all the things to social media. I have 56 KG baggage for 2 persons. 30 KG I put for check in but 3 hand baggage I have that wait is 26 KG. But they did not allow to carry 14 KG handbaggage . I told I I can take 14 KG and rest you can make bill for 12 KG. But those girls are not listen. This is the behaviour showing of indigo.

                                  I had always trusted INDIGO but after this painful experience, I can only say "Go for anything but INDIGO"

                                  Please look into this matter and see to it that the necessary steps are taken to avoid such incident in future and a Full Refund for this flight tickets. The physical and mental harassment is something which i am already going through.

                                    I booked a ticket from Ahmedabad to Bangalore via Pune with Indigo airlines flight no. 6E-674 PNR AC6CHT and flight no. 6E-681 PNR AC6CHT. I was not allowed to get the boarding pass just because of the typo error in the ticket. I requested the manager to cooperate with me as it is a nominal issue but she denied stating that it is a matter of security which is an absurd and lame excuse. I had each and every government proof with photo id which qualifies me to get my boarding pass except the typo in the ticket.

                                    As I had no option left with me, I had to book a new ticket with your airlines flight no. 6E531 PNR XC8TFG which costed me freaking Rs.14, 397 just because your non-cooperative staff. A little help from your side could reduce this trouble and mental distress.

                                    With great disappointment, I am writing this mail to you and requesting you to value your customer. As it is a financial burden for me which means a lot to me, I request you to refund my air ticket compensation as soon as possible.

                                      I had my booking from chandigarh to Delhi, flight no, 6E 865, on 20th feb 2017 PNR no.VGTIGX which was to depart at 8.10 AM but it got re scheduled to 10 AM, As i had further booking from Delhi to Ranchi, flight no, 6E 509, PNR no, VEC9JQ on same day departure at 11, 50 AM i had requested the Airlines to transfer me immediately as i shall be short of time, but got no positive responsive from staff due to which i has to take a cab from Chandigarh to Delhi Airport paying Rs 3000/-, and on request the refund was also not given for the ticket.It was no fault of mine as if i had taken this delayed flight i would have missed the Ranchi flight. I want the refund of the ticket amount, the paid cab charges and the harrassment charges.
