Flight 6e147 (10:40:00), 6e3175 (13:00:00) lucknow to mumbai via delhi, rs4654/- i reached at the indigo counter before 10:18 am although the indigo employee has not allowed me to boared in the flight, also talked to manager mrs renu pawa, not helped me, also not talked to her seniors instead of my reqst. Missed the flt. I want return of financial loss

    My name is shah rutvikkumar pinakinbhai and i travelled through indigo airlines from delhi to ahmedabad on 7th november fligh number : 6e 597 on 9:40 pm.
    When i landed to ahmedabad to my great surpise only my baggage was missing since that day. My bag and things inside are not only costly but connected to my heart too.

    It has weight of 17 kgs and purple color american tourister bag.

    Taff is not handling this case in a good way one person is saying we are tracking your bag, one person is saying your bag is in delhi send us authority letter and aadhar card which i already sent on two different whatsapp numbers as demanded. One person is saying your bag is being delivered. So, i have left with no clue. If i wont get my bag today only then i wil left with no option to complaint in police, press and media.

      Attempt was made to book a ticket of Indigo airlines on 02/11/2016 from DEL to GAU online but unfortunately INR 4239/- was debited from the Account vide reference No. HSBI[protected]IGAAETTDU9 but the ticket was not generated. Communicated with a dummy PNR vide Number HGI88E but the ticket was not generated. I would like to know in how many working days the management needs to refund the money? I shall be grateful if you kind assist me in solving the problem.

        My father was about to travel from mumbai-delhi flt. no - 6e5097 today, he reached long before the scheduled time meanwhile i got a msg from your airlines that the flight is delayed also my father asked a staff of your airlines about the status of your flight. which she confirmed to be delayed so as any passenger could do he was waiting for his flight at the airport after sensing something wrong he again asked the staff about the status of the flight the staff said that the flight has already left and he was late. my father is a business man and reaching on time was very important for him but due to this careless handling of the situation by your staff his work has been delayed. moreover, when i called them to complain about the situation the staff behaved very rude and weren't even concerned about the passenger. he is a frequent flyer and if this is the case with your airlines then he will be bond to blacklist the same

          Sir, I had book Air Ticket through On line on 07-11-16 for 2 persons 1 child and infant from Bengaluru to Patna to travel on 03-05-17& for sum of Rs.11953.00 The amount deduct from my HDFC credit card. But not sending Ticket and PNR number of Indigo Flight. Please ensure me whether I will gate Ticket/ PNR of Flight or not. If I will not gate Ticket than refund back my amount which was paid through billdesk transaction Id d48995511d[protected] .

          Booked a flight from bengaluru to goa by mistake instead of goa to bengaluru, informed the customer care executive instantly, i was asked to make a payment for the ticket made by her from goa to bengalore, did the same but havent received the refund.

            I am inside 6E 548 idigo Chennai to Jaipur. It scheduled departure is 11.00. When it is about to take off after delay. Suddenly it is stopped in runway and informed that the flight will not fly now because the Jaipur airport is closed for maintenance. They provided snacks with lot of ants inside. God!!! Please save India and Indigo.
            Hope to Reach Jaipur...

              While traveling from jammu to mumbai on 7th november by indigo airline, i would like to put on record unethical episode of the staff at airport.
              1. is it documented anywhere that handbaggages are not allowed from jammu airport? if no, i was not allowed a simple hand baggage and was forced to put in checkin and asked to pay. hand bag had my medicines and gold items that i never wanted to put in checkin luggage. also it just a shoulder bag not that it was big??
              2. just because my hand baggage increased checkin luggage allowance by 7 kgs i was forced to pay extra (rs 1100.00)?
              3. after paying extra money the same staff allowed me take hand bag in flight. if it was not allowed as per rules why was i allowed to carry it??
              4. another passenger was ready to pool in my luggage (who happened to meet me at airport while i was struggling at checkin counter), indigo staff didnt allow and reasoning given to me was that because of commercial reasons they wont allow.

              My grievance is two fold: why was i not allowed hand bag and later after payment i was allowed the same bag to be carried!!!
              2. is this excess baggage a money making revenue stream for airline when my family friend was ready to pool my luggage

                Sir/Madam, my self Bandi Papaiah, my indigo login ID is and password is, On 02 Nov 2016, I tried to book a ticket from Chandigarh to Bangalore for 07 Jan 2016, when I filled up all details and go for payment through my SBI net banking, I paid the amount of Rs 8.248/0 (Rupees eight thousand two hundred forty eight only) from my account No [protected] with transaction reference Number of HSBI[protected]IGAAEVQLO9 ( in this regard I also attached the my booking reference number as screen shot for your ready reference) on dated 02 Nov 16, but my itinerary was not completed and the ticket confirmation is failed, then after a message shown in my indigo login page, sometimes tickets are not booked and amount debited from your account, if the transaction failed, ticket not booked, your debited amount will be recredited to your same account from which you made transaction within four to five working days. (However, I have booked a ticket again for the same members and same date with others debit card, the transaction with debit card is successfully.) But despite five days, the amount has not been refunded to my account which is debited and ticket not confirmed. In view of the above, may I request your kind honour, my amount may please be refunded at the earliest, to keep good faith on Indigo air lines,

                  Pnr no : GGME2RMy baggage went to Bangalore instead of New Delhi due to wrong tagging. They broken the lock of baggage which costs Rs 1000. First they promised me to handover to me by evening and they played gimmicks and they changed their stand to handover to me the next day. I had my important files so i missed my important interview today. I had my food and pickel, it got spoiled because of your insensible service. They gave some number to contact, but no one lifted and in switch off mode and finally got connected after long time. Its your responsibilty to share the status of my baggage missed. My pickel and food it costs Rs 1000. Totally i missed my interview and lost RS2000 because of your worst service. I haven't expected this type of service with indigo. I want the compensation for your ignorant, irresponsible and insensible act of service provided to me.

                    Reached 2 hrs before got, boarding pass after 1/2 an hour, security chk took 45 minutes for morning rush, missed flight no6E 308PNR A616WV for not my fault, no care was taken by Indigo to expedite for inadequate staff, then waited 8 hours, paid Rs 11, 252 extra for next flight besides pain. If extra amount not refunded shall move to consumers court

                      My PNR OI2IMR.
                      I had purchased DEL-CCU-DEL tkts.
                      As mentioned by Indigo Airlines by SMS that CCU-DEL has been rescheduled and for cancellation of the flight of 29th December 2016 no ticket cancellation charge will be there, but Indigo Airlines has taken cancellation charge of Rs 2264.00 . I have called Indigo Airlines office on 5th November 2016 and talked to Ms Manpreet & Mr Ujjal and Mr Ujjal also said no cancellation charge will be there . I have asked Mr Ujjal to cancel CCU-DEL sector only as Indigo has cancelled the flight ticket for me. Please refund the cancellation charge to my credit card as the fight on 29th December 2016 has been cancelled by Indigo and in SMS you have mentioned that there will be no cancellation charge.

                        I booked a ticket on Indigo Airlines. There seems to be some change in schedule. Hence I am getting automated calls from a number 02656702XXXX as well as emails on my mobile everyday about this change in schedule. The journey date is still 2 months away. I complained to the Indigo customer service to stop these calls, but that was of no use. Its really a pain; seems the Airlines do not care about such harassment.

                            Very poor customer service ...torturable system to trace luggage...misplaced by them...and told to us to wait for two hours means upto 3 am even then also they were not sure whether they will inform about the same or not .We kept on waiting for more than two hours but even then also they were not in position to reply...even they have not arranged for waiting place being the lady I received the harsh and uncertain behaviour.

                            Had a worst experience with indigo and
                            after loosing my precious thing more in terms of emotion has turn this incidence to my nightmare.whole night I hv spent at airport.Strict action and penalty should be imposed on their business of mishandling luggage and harrassing customers.even called customer care but no response.

                              I had booked 3 tickets from New Delhi to Bangalore for the 13th of November, due to depart at 2:30 PM and land at 5:15 PM. Indigo pushed the flight time to leave at 3:45 PM instead, and now refuses to give me a refund. They say since the change is less than 2 hours from the original time, they can't refund my money. Their policy only states I have to pay a cancellation charge if I make any changes or cancellations 2 hours before the flight. This is pure fraud, and I wan't my money back.

                                I am the passenger who travelled today in your flight indigo 6e 557 today nov 4th 2016 at 07:10 am from chennai (mma) to bhubaneswar (bba).

                                While taking boarding pass indigo staff told me that my baggage they will send in next flight.

                                But after reached bhubaneswar still did not receive my luggage

                                Kindly check where is my baggage status and when i can get it.

                                Kindly consider as seriously and advise ASAP

                                  My account has been debited without a reservation being generated by the indigo while booking a flight, a payment for txn id 2a673308d[protected] has been initiated by the website but no booking has been done on 28-11-16. On complaining through their website, they have ask for three to five working days to process the refund but still no refund has been done.

                                    I am mr kinjal dixit. I was travelling with pnr no k73y3s in flight 6e-161 from delhi to ahmedabad on 3rd november 16.

                                    Your flight attendant miss anandita served me a stale hot dog. The hot dog was not at all tasting good and the onion on it had strands coming out of it. The bread was hard and had fungus patches on it. Moreover it was served cold.
                                    What is shown while booking a meal during ticket booking and what i get on flight is totally different. This is violation of consumer rights and amounts to cheating a customer. Therefore, i have taken a sample of this hot dog and i am going to take legal actions against this.

                                      On 26th oct ' 2016 we came from the flight and after collecting the luggage we observed that our one suitcase is badly damaged i.e; the wheels are broken. Then there only we complaint them about all this, they have given us the complaint paper and told us that vendor will come in 3-4 days at your place to collect that suitcase and repair it and then will return at your place only. But till today we didn't got any response from them. Now I have to travel which suitcase I will take with me . I have no other suitcase. Please give me the proper solution as soon as possible. Now who is responsible for this.
