While I was booking a flight to Patna from Delhi, my transaction failed but the company debited the amount from my account and the there was no online care support to contact easily. I want my full refund in my paytm account. I too contact the paytm care and they replied that the transaction was successful from there side. I want the refund immediately as I have to book my flight

    We checked in in the airport to leave Delhi on 06/10/2016 and had the boarding pass having PNR no. KBIU4T, on that they mentioned boarding time is 5.20 am. And departure is 6.05am. We reached the boarding gate on 5.55am, but the ground staff told us flight was left on 5.50am. After arguing with them, they are giving unrelated reasons and suggested us to go back reservation counter and rebook the ticket with extra payment.
    No staff is answered properly, and charged us Rs. 10014 and booked the tickets delhi via MUMBAI which will reach us delhi on 2.50 pm.
    We lost all our business meetings, time and money, and got lot of mental tension.
    We need proper punishment to the airlines and reimbursement our money along with compensation for my lost of business.

      Good Afternoon.
      I have certain grievances on Airlines way of functioning resulting in loss of money due to no fault of passengers and I am taking this opportunity to apprise about this to you. Unfair trade practices being adopted by the Airlines should be stopped at any cost with your kind help and intervention.
      Your intervention in this matter is deeply required for benefits of the passengers travelling by Airlines.
      I have booked air ticket from Kolkata to Jaipur( 6E-208) on 24.12.2016 and back from Jaipur to Kolkata on 27.12.2016 by Indigo( 6E-237) through MAKE MY TRIP.COM online. Ticket was booked on 23.9.2016. On 30.9.2016, I had received a SMS from the Make my Trip that the Jaipur -Kolkata flight which was scheduled to depart at 17.35 hrs was rescheduled at 20.35 hrs . Booking Id is NF[protected].
      The rescheduling of flight has put me in all sort of problems and all my pre-planned assignments at Kolkata gets blocked and moreover I have booked my train ticket from Kolkata to Rourkela scheduled to depart at 23.55 hrs on 27.10.2016 will also be missed as the rescheduled flight is expected to reach Kolkata at 23.00 Hrs.I have to cancel the Train ticket losing considerable money .
      Under the above circumstances, I have two options left. Either to cancel the Air ticket or to reschedule the flight on the same day, both the cases Airlines will be charging hefty amount and I will be compelled to pay without my fault.

      Respected Sir, i have following point to make, which may be looked into favorably:
      1) If I cancel the air ticket due to above reasons, I will lose huge money (INR 4000 appr) due to fault of Airlines. I feel, this mode of rescheduling of flight is an alternate source of income which is tantamount to cheating/ extortion from the passengers.
      2) If Airlines reschedule the flight as per operational convenience / requirement, option should be given to the air passengers whether they are comfortable/accept with reschedule time and if not, they are free to cancel the ticket without levy of any cancellation charges / reschedule charges. Rule on levy of cancellation charges / reschedule charges are unilateral and are biased in favour of Airlines.
      3) Airlines should have given an option whether passenger can be accommodated in earlier flight and accordingly same can be booked in the earlier flight without any extra charges.
      4) While booking air ticket, it is some sort of mutual agreement between Airline Carrier and the passengers. Since there is deviation on the Air Lines part, no cancellation charge should be paid to them by passenger. Also, Airline should give option to the passenger to accommodate in any of the flight on the same date for the desired destination.
      5) Within 7 days from booking the Ticket, Airlines have rescheduled the flight. Who knows, they will not reschedule the flight again with malafide intentions.
      6) Makemy trip team is passing buck on Airlines and they pretend to be helpless. It is the duty of e-commerce portal booking for passenger also should be held responsible for all the above irregularity.

      Sir, Kindly look into the above predicament and prevail upon the Airlines authority / E-commerce portal to solve my problems without charging any extra money.

        Dear sir

        My pnr number is z4e5pr flight 6 e-461, indigo flight date 05 /10 time, 6:40am

        Compliant no1 : refusal of boarding pass

        I was available at counter around 6.07 am the counter representative denied to allocate boarding pass schedule flight is 6: 40 am, sms received from indigo to be avilable at boarding 25 min earlier which i could have easily done if boarding pass was issued to me

        Complaint no 2 : flight charges cheatings

        I was issued fresh booking of next flight around 12;00 pm with extra charges 3400 saying its adjustment aganist previous tickets, on internet this tickets are freely available arounf 3700 rs

        Complaint no3 : customer care of indigo refused to give me reference complaint number.

        Complaint n0 4 : not attending the call
        From 4th oct 2016 i was trying to reach customer care services hoowever after long stay on long no customer care person attended calls i have proofs of several times calling, however with different number i managed to talk with customer care officer mr pankaj

          My baggage was destroyed on airport when i got my bag back at mumbai airport and no one responded to me. I need bag repaired or costings or new bag.I took photos on airport with indigo customer desk person and he ensured me to get response in 2-3 days but nothing yet.I want it as soon as possible bcoz i need to move from one place to another it is not even in condition to carry anywhere.

            My name is kumar gupta and i am corporate flyer.. I travelled from delhi to patna by 6e652... My luggage didnt arrive in patna and i was told that it will come by 2.30 pm... I waited till 4.30 pm and then i was told that it will sent to my address.. After that i again called at 5.30 pm and i was told that the baggae has left for the address and carried by helper... Finally after 10 calls i got my luggage at 7.30 pm and that too it was delivered on road... Staff has not shown any decency and they asked me that if i have problem i can sue the company.. My entire program has changed because of this.. I need compensation... Will go legal in case o[censored]nsatisfactory answer..

              On 27th sep 2016 i was booking ticket from indigo website which was scheduled from bangalore to delhi at 1:15 pm from bangalore airport but my ticket was not booked and my balance from hdfc credit card deducted which is not refunded till now.
              I have registered complaints also but not got my amout.
              Total amount of deduction was rs. 7339 @17:22:25 on 27th sep 2016.

                Sir sanjay shukla pnr no pdqg2n from defence not got luggage. I m coming here for testing. But my equipment and my bag is not with me. I also having pir 6e/417. Plz sir help me out and hand over baggage as possible as possible. I catch my flight on 3 oct 16 from lucknow 6e 339;and from mumbai 6e 417. I m staying in citadel hotel near vasco. I m here for testing of airforce aircraft and next day i have to move chennai.

                  Myself Samir Guha booked a flight from Kolkata to Ahmedabad on 18th of August 2016 but due to some personal reasons myself cancelled my flight. Flight cancellation charges were deducted amounting to Rs.2250 and a refund of Rs.1976 was scheduled to be made within 5 to 7 days. Please note that already 14 days is over but I have not received any refund. The cancellation was done on 18th of August 2016.

                    My daughter Tamalika was traveling from Kolkata to Dehradun and she was harassed by lady ground staff in such a way that she started crying.she is student of class 12 and minor.Then she was not allowed to board the flight and was asked to buy tickets for the next flight which was not possible for her.This is second time she has been harassed by Indigo staff.
                    Dear all,

                    Just now I am speaking with your phone banker and tell them to arrange a call with your seniors. But still I am in hold for last 50 minutes.

                    This kind of services we are expecting from your team.

                    I have some basic request from my side. They are not able to solve this.

                      Issue: i was not allowed to board the flight due to mismanagement in the ticket counter, even i came 1 hour before the check-in time.

                      The queue was long in the counter and most of the counters were closed due to low manpower. I had arrived one hour early to the flight time and had 45 more minutes to enter boarding gate still i was denied from getting a boarding pass due to long waiting time at the check-in baggage counter. I then reached a closing counter, explained my problem and then due to the lethargy of your employee, i missed my flight. I was casually suggested to take the next flight. I was made to explain my reason of travel to several people and they paid no heed. I had to pay rs.3907 extra to travel in the next flight.

                      The second flight was also delayed. The flight time is 20.20pm and its also delayed upto 25minutes. It was started 20.45pm. The cabin crew did apologize to us thrice. I have taken it in right way but the same issue was happened to me for that i have been charged rs.3907. Still i do have great hope about indigo flight and with their leadership team. We are doing a mutual business, so i’m expecting the same concern from you.

                      As an esteemed customer, i request you to refund me the fare amount (Rs.3907) which i have paid extra for one trip.

                        My names is shiksha bali i went to delhi for mtv show [protected]@ angels of rocks.

                        After shooting over night, we had a flight indigo 167 departure 7.30 from delhi,

                        Since i was totally exhausted due to hard work i put my power bank and iphone cables and accessories in check in baggage.

                        When i was boarding the staff told me to if you have put power bank in check in baggage, i said yes. He told me to collect it and carry in hand bag.

                        The ground handling staff told that he is going to detatch the ramp as he will loose his job if there is a delay.

                        I pleaded, i should have been informed as i checked in 1hours 30 minute prior to departure but no one heared

                        I logded a complaint after landing at mubai airport, now i can not use my phone as the battery is drained and can not be charged as all acessories removed by indigo staff at delhi
                        Sir/Ma'am,
                        So I paid ₹400 online for my travel certificate as I misplaced my boarding pass. I paid on 22nd September but haven't received the travel certificate yet. My PNR no. is QFJU4U and flight no - 6E 391, Name - Akankshita Mukhopadhyay and Mitali Mukhopadhyay.
                        I want my travel certificate to be sent to me as soon as possible.
                        Had booked 250 kg cargo from Mumbai to Bagdogra on 24/9/2016, was assured delivery next day in the afternoon. Till date (26/9/2016, 17.00 hrs) there is no clue where the consignment is and your cargo office in Santacruz is clueless.

                            I was travelling to Mumbai from kolkata on 2nd Sep 2016 by flight 6E 659 after all security check procedure done I settled at gate no 18 ... and by coincidence I fall asleep ... and as when I woked up I found passengers around me were the passengers waiting for the next flight ... I was forced to buy a new ticket for the next available flight ...on my request I was provided some discounts ... I was travelling all alone that day and it was Bharat band that day .. I was left with no option ... I am a lady of age 42 ..now luckily I had my debit card ...so I paid the money half by card and balance by cash ...and I was issued another boarding pass of the flight 6E326 ... Now my question is was it really my fault that day ... Where were the ground staff who could find me sleeping at gate no 18 ...if you are searching for the female passenger not boarded the flight and complete all the procedure of stopping the bagaage everything ...and not paying attention to the only passenger lying asleep on the clearly visible area of gate no 18 ... now only word I can say is ... I WAS CHEATED

                            I took a flight today to chennai from Kolkata at 8:30 am. But my check in baggage got torn due to mishandling. This is simply not acceptable.

                              I entered igi airport terminal 1 D at 15:00 and my flight was at 15:40, without luggage but your employees at counter no. 9 &10 refused to make ticket. She told me that your flight entry has been closed but without bag I was eligible to catch my flight till 15:15 . She told me to book next day flight and they refused to cancel the ticket . I have suffered so much loss in my business because of indigo. I need compensation for this.

                                I am very sorry to bring to your kind notice that yesterday, i.e., 21 / 09 / 2016 I had to go to Thiruvananthapuram from Kolkata. I booked your flight no. 6E 425/583 Vide reference no. X7NWQV. I handed over one wheel bag at your counter at Kolkata airport to receive the same from Thiruvananthapuram airport. I expected that bag would not be damaged. Accordingly, I received the same with good faith from the belt at Thiruvananthapuram airport. However, I found after reaching home that the lock of that bag is missing. It is clear that someone at either Kolkata or Bengaluru airport has broken that lock keeping me at dark, which may be for any security checking, but as a result, I have suffered expected loss to the tune of Rs. 1000/-(One thousand).
                                I hope and believe that while the whole airport area is under cctv surveillances, I would request you to enquire into the my grievances as stated above with proper perspective and spirit. Incidentally, I would request you to compensate that loss to purchase a new lock including repairing charges of that bag for my next travel. Please let me know what way I can get that compensation from your end. With regards

                                  Never expected such an rude behavior of indigo supervisor. i asked the customer care executive to connect to her supervisor as she was unable to resolve the issue. surprisingly, supervisor was worse than executive. she could not understand the issue and just started arguing with makemytrip person as it was a conference call. i was trying to explain the situation and ask her some details but she just disconnected the call. supervisor name is satya. makemytrip and indigo start blaming each other.

                                  Below are my flight details:

                                  Have booked 2 tickets from visakapatnam to hyderabad for 4th of november which is at 12:55pm, flight no: 6e-809. i have booked it on september 16th at 12:31pm. the fare was showing around 3, 800 for 2 persons. however, after booking the tickets fare is showing as 7968. i am just wondering how is this possible. i believe 3, 800 was charged per person. i am trying to explain this to makemytrip and the great indigo which they dont understand.

                                  Even today as on 9/22 at 11:55 am, fare for 2 persons is showing around 2, 562 for 2 persons. i understand with some additional charges it will come around 3000. i am attaching a screenshot for your reference. indigo people say there can be fare changes, yes i understand that but how is the price 6 days ago is 7968 and today it will be around 3000. just use your common sense. i dont know if indigo is providing such a great offers.

                                  I believe either makemytrip or indigo will have the data for september 16th @ 12:31 pm as how much was the fare. you guys can just check that

                                  I just hope someone will understand this and will get back to me as soon as possible.

                                  Indigo - please train your executives and supervisors how to behave with customers. someone who can understand the issue and just not arguing. i need a call back from indigo

                                    To inform you that i have booked 4 seats to Goa via indigo airlines flight no. 6E - 329 on 18th sep 2016 in the name of shivani kapoor, kajal kapoor, neeru kapoor & sonia kapoor. We reached airport at 0930 collected our Boarding pass by 0945 and after that we checked in our bags by 1025 because of the long queue. We reached on the boarding gate by 1035 and your flights attendents did not allow us to board and we missed the flight which is totally unfair. This kind of inconvience we had never faced before in any of my flights. I need not want to file a case against you but to inform you that further i am not going to travel with indigo airlines anymore and i will make sure that none of my friends and relatives do that. There was not support from your staff at all. My mom literally got panic because there was no help and it was totally unsatisfied. No one was ready to listen. This was my worst experience i have ever faced. I will even raise my complaint to the higher authorities of your company with your extremely unsatisfied services.

                                      I booked a to and fro flight ticket between New Delhi and Ahmedabad for a journey on 17.09.2016 through one of your staff member. Ticket was on hold.                                         Dt 19/09/2016 at 14:24 IST for PNR no YGL42U, I need Travel certificate from Airline and made a online request and made payments of Rs. 200.00 through my credit card of ICICI bank, but till time nothing is happens nor any TC given to me for said PNR no YGL42U.
                                        After that since that date I am regularly calling to their customer service at [protected] and talk to Floor Supervisor Mr. Chander Kant but till time again nothing is happens as they are refusing to confirm for any payments made in this regard.
