It’s all about the very unpleasent and weird experience we had with indigo when we were about to fly from bengaluru to new delhi.
Four o[censored]s had planned well in advance to travel from bengaluru to new delhi and back. Hence had opted for round trip and booked tickets through the cleartrip website.
The main intention of early booking was to save our cost of travel.
The date of travel was on 10th may 2016 to delhi from kempegowda international airport, bengaluru on 6e 816. Our pnr e721tc & t7v8ts.
Previous day of travel we had checked in the flight, selected seats and obtained boarding passes online.
The flight 6e 816 was at 5.05 a. M. On 10th may 2016. We were there in the boarding queue by 04.15 a. M. As our check in was done we were confident of boarding the flight.
Surprisingly, the staff announced that the boarding is completed and no further boarding shall be allowed. We were along with about 40 passengers for different flights who were not allowed to travel in spite of having boarding pass in hand. There was no clear communication from the staff. We were told that 3 o[censored]s can board except the one who has to carry luggage in the next available flight. After couple of minutes we were informed that boarding time was completed and nobody is allowed to board and asked us to make further arrangements.
There were more than 40 passengers approx for different indigo flights who have become culprits of this same issue and i was the only one who has raised voice to enquire what’s happening actually.
We were not in the position to drop the tour and finally this fraudulent incident has forced us to book another flight by paying rs. 16, 756/- instantly.
We are frequent flier of indigo flights. Because of traffic problems many times we have landed up in boarding the flight even 30 minutes prior to the departure of the flight.
We were on time in the queue and the indigo staffs did not guide us properly which amounted to a loss of money and mental harassment in the early morning.
I hold complete staff of indigo and the company responsible for this financial loss, mismanagement and mental harassment.
I claim an amount of rs. 50, 000/- as damage caused financially and mentally.

    I book my 5 ticket in indigo (Ahmedabad to delhi on 8th dec) purpose tour with family.. Because of my wife health issue i have to cancel two ticket from 5. So i called customer care and they are told me that if you cancel your ticket. You have to give cancellationcharger 914rs. Per person. They charge half of the ticket amount. If i cancel before two or three days i can understand. But i cancel befor one and half month. Why thay charge high amount for canceltion. Even they did not given any canceltion charges on their website. They given induvidual for every custor by custmor care num.

      I am at Lucknow aiport and my bag has not been delivered I was travelling thru flt 6E 792 on 12th Oct 2016...on asking the indigo manager mr shailesh is informing that he can't commit anything and is not sure by when my trolley bag will be given to me... I have a train to catch at 11 PM to deoria... He is telling that he can't commit that they will even provide me my bad... They are asking me to leave to Deoria and they want to deliver my luggage from Lucknow to Deoria... The bag has costly items... and important documents... If anything is lost it will cost me high... Also indigo staff is not registering my complaint...

      My bag has not been given to me after I landed at Lucknow from Delhi... On asking the ground staff and manager Mr. Shailesh Pandey started shouting at me and told that we cannot commit for the delivery of your bag... I have a train to catch at 11 PM to deoria ... As per them I would have to miss the train and they will even not arrange for any delivery to my destination... My bag contains important items which is costly as well as important ... Please help... Flt no. 6E 792 date 12th Oct 2016...

        I had booked a ticket in indigo 6e-706 on 10 oct 2016 from cochin to delhi (pnr-c7lh8p) through make my trip. on 09 oct on my request another person (my brother in law) made an inquiry to indigo customer care regarding the option of rescheduling the flight one day prior. the customer care executive informed him that it will cost close to rs 6000/ and he promptly said, thank you, no changes to be done. when i reached the cochin airport to catch the flight, i was informed that the ticket is cancelled. i did not know what to do. i had to buy n new ticket paying rs 7955/- to fly to delhi.         On reaching delhi i requested my brother in law to speak to indigo and resolve the issue. my brother in law called the indigo customer care and tried to explain the mistake they ve done. there was no intimation to me regarding any change of schedule or cancellation. the indigo executives were not ready to admit the mistake they ve done and refused to refund the amount i ve paid extra. i would like to lodge a complaint against the airlines for harassing me mentally and causing financial loss.

          I want to complain that today I have Book a Ticket in Indigo Airlines From Kolkata to Hyderabad. My Transaction ID is [protected]. My problem is that although Status of my Ticket is Not Booked but then also money has been deducted from my account. Please Help us. Please Check
          I had a flight today morning 8th October 2016, at 5:55 am. My pnr is PNR - I61PFF and was sitting on 21B. I ordered food it was of 300rs. I gave 1000 but did not received 700 back from the air hostess. Please check with the hostess.

            I am writing this mail to inform you that I booked a ticket on 18 Jun '16 and the flight departure time was 10:55 hrs but now you have rescheduled the timings 10:35 hrs which is not at all suitable as per my schedule.

            please note that I booked this ticket well in advance because i have very hectic schedule that day and I can not bear this time reschedule. Same day morning I have a family function in my home and I have already schedule my time a minute to minute and now you given me such surprised that is now impossible for me to manage.

            Requesting you to refund my full booking amount so that i can book flight as per my schedule.

            I already discussed the same with your customer care and told him my problem and they told that we will definitely refund the full amount and asked me to drop mail on this email id.

              On 2nd October we had a flight to Delhi by Indigo Airlines from Hyderabad shamshabad airport, and here's bringing to you the wonderful experience of meeting two ground staff of Indigo airlines and their foul mouthed language while being on duty at 6 am.
              pooja and deepika were on duty on the ground floor of dep 23 A and while we were about to board she blatantly told us that our tickets were invalid? how can they be when the indigo counter staff has issued them?? mis - communication with the seniors appears to be the mistake on their part.they refused to even accompany us to our particular counter for stamping after the matter was cleared and just to add we were the last passengers to board not that we were late but we got late because of the careless attitude of the two staff .
              I would like to add that the boasting of Indigo airlines on their part doesnt serve here.decency, courteousness and a honest attitude should be the morals on which they are recruited and trained and as I am working as a pilot with Emirates and am registering a complaint with the Emirates pilots Guild against the two staff I would like you to call for an inquiry against these two girls working and demand as to how they could speak to me and my wife in that tone.they have even further added that we could go and complain to any one and no one will do anything to them??such is the case of indigo ground staff??hearing this from two immature young ladies did the work of making me complain to you .if not taken seriously I will bring in political intervention or take this matter to the press as soon as you can reply.do you have a protocol for the staff to speak this way?
              I had similar experience with this staffer Deepika on Sept 3rd 2017 at Shamshabad Airport @ Hyderabad. I filed a formal complaint with IndiGo Airlines. Did you file a complaint with Indigo Air? Did you ever get any response as to what action was taken against this staffer?

                Sir, i am willing to draw your kind attention that my daughter ananayaprita banik will be traveling from bangalore to agartala through your flight no 6e 422
                . Seat no - c-33 are departure time is 12.15 hour today. A few minutes before i have learned from my daughter that, your concerning authority has charged rs. 2, 300 more from her as over weight of lagged though she had inform that she is a collage student and showed her relevant documents in support her appeal of consideration regarding the amount. But the authority showed no relaxation in this regard.
                So i therefore, earnestly appeal to yours end to consider the case immediately and oblige thereby.

                    I planned a tour to kullu manali with my family in the month of march as it was school vacation for kids. for concessional booking in hotels and flights, i booked my tickets on[protected] that is one month prior to travelling.
                    i booked both tickets that is from indore to delhi and return delhi to indore in advance for myself, my wife, daughter and my son.
                    as my son's date of birth is[protected], at the time of booking ticket with indigo, the age of my son was below 2 years .and at the time of booking ticket the age was mentioned by me .
                    the total fare was calculated for both journey came to 22556, in which infant fare was calculated by indigo official site was 2000 for both journey.
                    i paid the same amount as calculated by the site and i confirmed the booking .
                    when travelling with indigo from indore to delhi it was a good experience as my son was irritating while in the flight, but the air hostess took good care and served chocolates and biscuits to my son and behaved very well.i was really impressed by the behaviour of the attenders.
                    when i completed my tour from manali, and get back to delhi airport,
                    i showed the same ticket to the counter for boarding pass, but at the ticket counter i was asked for 12611 rupees difference fare of my son.
                    i was shocked,
                    when i asked the clarification of the difference amount, the person at the ticket counter said that my son is above 2 years that is 2years and 6 days on the date of travelling from delhi to indore .
                    he also asked me to pay fare as per travelling date that is peak hours rate that was 12611 rupees.
                    i asked the person at ticket counter to help in this regard as i am innocent and i have already booked the ticket one month prior for return fare also by disclosing all the facts and age of my son., but all in vain.
                    the person at ticket counter asked me to hurry as the flight was ready to take off, in hurry i paid the same amount and ran to the boarding gate by taking both my childrens and my wife.
                    i was the last one to board the flight. it was very terryfing moment for me as if my missed that flight i would have to purchase the next day tickets for all the 4 members and book hotel for stay as well.
                    as all money was already spent in the tour, it would be very typical for me to manage my family members in that situation.
                    while in the flight an sms was recieved to me from indigo about sharing the experience travelling with indigo.
                    i messaged at once that it was a bitter experience for me travelling with indigo.
                    the next morning there was a call from indigo, why i shared the bitter experience.
                    i shared the whole event, but no proper reply was made to me by the officials.
                    Please look in to this matter and kindly refund my hard earned money back.

My booking refrence is xd5d6q. So my leave also cancelled and i requested for the full refund but i didn't get. Its a big loss for me. I hope you people will understand.                           I am continuously following up with your call center since 4th midnight with regards to my refund of the ticket amount which had been twice charged to my axis bank account and till now the call center executives are taking it lightly and not registering my complaint, it is very embarrassing situation for me as a long time customer. Kindly keep some well educated guys on call center.Who knows how to deal. My refund amount is rs.5601 which is charged twice by indigo while booking on the pnr -m3uqnb .Look forward to your action or else i might put a petition for my refund asap. You don't have right to swindle customers money by your wrong procedures during online booking.I had conformed with axis bank, they had told its indigo mistake they had charged u twice for same pnr. Need your action asap.

                            While I was booking a flight to Patna from Delhi, my transaction failed but the company debited the amount from my account and the there was no online care support to contact easily. I want my full refund in my paytm account. I too contact the paytm care and they replied that the transaction was successful from there side. I want the refund immediately as I have to book my flight

                              We checked in in the airport to leave Delhi on 06/10/2016 and had the boarding pass having PNR no. KBIU4T, on that they mentioned boarding time is 5.20 am. And departure is 6.05am. We reached the boarding gate on 5.55am, but the ground staff told us flight was left on 5.50am. After arguing with them, they are giving unrelated reasons and suggested us to go back reservation counter and rebook the ticket with extra payment.
                              No staff is answered properly, and charged us Rs. 10014 and booked the tickets delhi via MUMBAI which will reach us delhi on 2.50 pm.
                              We lost all our business meetings, time and money, and got lot of mental tension.
                              We need proper punishment to the airlines and reimbursement our money along with compensation for my lost of business.

                                Good Afternoon.
                                I have certain grievances on Airlines way of functioning resulting in loss of money due to no fault of passengers and I am taking this opportunity to apprise about this to you. Unfair trade practices being adopted by the Airlines should be stopped at any cost with your kind help and intervention.
                                Your intervention in this matter is deeply required for benefits of the passengers travelling by Airlines.
                                I have booked air ticket from Kolkata to Jaipur( 6E-208) on 24.12.2016 and back from Jaipur to Kolkata on 27.12.2016 by Indigo( 6E-237) through MAKE MY TRIP.COM online. Ticket was booked on 23.9.2016. On 30.9.2016, I had received a SMS from the Make my Trip that the Jaipur -Kolkata flight which was scheduled to depart at 17.35 hrs was rescheduled at 20.35 hrs . Booking Id is NF[protected].
                                The rescheduling of flight has put me in all sort of problems and all my pre-planned assignments at Kolkata gets blocked and moreover I have booked my train ticket from Kolkata to Rourkela scheduled to depart at 23.55 hrs on 27.10.2016 will also be missed as the rescheduled flight is expected to reach Kolkata at 23.00 Hrs.I have to cancel the Train ticket losing considerable money .
                                Under the above circumstances, I have two options left. Either to cancel the Air ticket or to reschedule the flight on the same day, both the cases Airlines will be charging hefty amount and I will be compelled to pay without my fault.

                                Respected Sir, i have following point to make, which may be looked into favorably:
                                1) If I cancel the air ticket due to above reasons, I will lose huge money (INR 4000 appr) due to fault of Airlines. I feel, this mode of rescheduling of flight is an alternate source of income which is tantamount to cheating/ extortion from the passengers.
                                2) If Airlines reschedule the flight as per operational convenience / requirement, option should be given to the air passengers whether they are comfortable/accept with reschedule time and if not, they are free to cancel the ticket without levy of any cancellation charges / reschedule charges. Rule on levy of cancellation charges / reschedule charges are unilateral and are biased in favour of Airlines.
                                3) Airlines should have given an option whether passenger can be accommodated in earlier flight and accordingly same can be booked in the earlier flight without any extra charges.
                                4) While booking air ticket, it is some sort of mutual agreement between Airline Carrier and the passengers. Since there is deviation on the Air Lines part, no cancellation charge should be paid to them by passenger. Also, Airline should give option to the passenger to accommodate in any of the flight on the same date for the desired destination.
                                5) Within 7 days from booking the Ticket, Airlines have rescheduled the flight. Who knows, they will not reschedule the flight again with malafide intentions.
                                6) Makemy trip team is passing buck on Airlines and they pretend to be helpless. It is the duty of e-commerce portal booking for passenger also should be held responsible for all the above irregularity.

                                Sir, Kindly look into the above predicament and prevail upon the Airlines authority / E-commerce portal to solve my problems without charging any extra money.

                                  My pnr number is z4e5pr flight 6 e-461, indigo flight date 05 /10 time, 6:40am

                                  Compliant no1 : refusal of boarding pass

                                  I was available at counter around 6.07 am the counter representative denied to allocate boarding pass schedule flight is 6: 40 am, sms received from indigo to be avilable at boarding 25 min earlier which i could have easily done if boarding pass was issued to me

                                  Complaint no 2 : flight charges cheatings

                                  I was issued fresh booking of next flight around 12;00 pm with extra charges 3400 saying its adjustment aganist previous tickets, on internet this tickets are freely available arounf 3700 rs

                                  Complaint no3 : customer care of indigo refused to give me reference complaint number.

                                  Complaint n0 4 : not attending the call
                                  From 4th oct 2016 i was trying to reach customer care services hoowever after long stay on long no customer care person attended calls i have proofs of several times calling, however with different number i managed to talk with customer care officer mr pankaj

                                    My baggage was destroyed on airport when i got my bag back at mumbai airport and no one responded to me. I need bag repaired or costings or new bag.I took photos on airport with indigo customer desk person and he ensured me to get response in 2-3 days but nothing yet.I want it as soon as possible bcoz i need to move from one place to another it is not even in condition to carry anywhere.

                                      My name is kumar gupta and i am corporate flyer.. I travelled from delhi to patna by 6e652... My luggage didnt arrive in patna and i was told that it will come by 2.30 pm... I waited till 4.30 pm and then i was told that it will sent to my address.. After that i again called at 5.30 pm and i was told that the baggae has left for the address and carried by helper... Finally after 10 calls i got my luggage at 7.30 pm and that too it was delivered on road... Staff has not shown any decency and they asked me that if i have problem i can sue the company.. My entire program has changed because of this.. I need compensation... Will go legal in case o[censored]nsatisfactory answer..

                                        Sir/madam,
                                        On 27th sep 2016 i was booking ticket from indigo website which was scheduled from bangalore to delhi at 1:15 pm from bangalore airport but my ticket was not booked and my balance from hdfc credit card deducted which is not refunded till now.
                                        I have registered complaints also but not got my amout.
                                        Total amount of deduction was rs. 7339 @17:22:25 on 27th sep 2016.
