This is a written complain against Indigo Careless services & worst response.

PNR No. : L7K16C, Flight No. : 63-961. From New Delhi T1 to Ahmedabadat morning 4:45.

1. Take off delay 20 minute.
2. Lost my duffel bag at Ahmedabad Airport.
3. There was few girls was moving with Indigo Dress. I asked them to help me. But they has given standard report that stand near belt. You will get it.
4. As per announcement I was standing there at belt 1 until it was stopped moving.
5. I went to first end of belt from where they was putting laguage on belt. Asked them that where is my duffel. They start closing shutter there.
6. When I was holding that shutter then they start abusive words & push my hand from opposite direction.
7. There was 3 person so I lost my hand grip and belt shutter was closed.
8. I saw one girl in Indigo Dress who was standing near 3rd belt. So I went there and found my duffel there in above condition.
9. Her name was Kausha. She asked me if it is your duffle then give me some identification about inside laguage.
10. I told her that there is one pink file & black wind-[censored]er on top. Once I opened that bag then she was agree.
11. She asked me why there is no tag. I told her that my entire right side carry belt and middle carry belt is missing and it was cover with white sticky laguage at Delhi Airport.
12. She told me that she has recovered bag in this condition. From her gesture it was seems like I was speaking lie.
13. If I was lie then how your Delhi airport has passed duffel without lable of Source-Destination lable ?

15. All 3 images & Video has been taken in front of Kosha from Indigo Airlines at Sardar Patel International Airport.
16. My return ticket is on 6th Nov. from Ahmedabad to New Delhi with PNR No. : VBH6XZ
17. I am really scare by Indigo Services and worst reponse. Even Kausha was not ready for giving me any higher authority contact number.
18. After lots of discussion she has kept two condition. Either vendor come to my place and he will repair, else she will give me Rs. 300 as I am begger (though she saw 3 golden ring on my right hand)
19. I was really get angry and asked her that give me this things in written and when vendor will come to my place. For that Kausha was not ready.
20. Finally after lots of conversation she was agree with Rs. 400.

Such a worst airlines with worst authorities and worst people in Indigo Airlines. This is my written grievances and I am writing entire things in consumer forum. With reference of this mail.

      I have to go journey through indigo flight from Patna to Delhi on 24/10/2016 which was scheduled at 1100 hrs. I was reached at counter by 1025 but staff of indigo flight did not issued boarding pass and also did arguments when I requested to issue boarding pass. Name of staff was Govind. As procedures 45 min before passenger should reach for boarding but it is not necessary if passenger had not reached before 45 min he will not accompanied in case checking door open and plan stay at airport. U have misbehave with me and due to your mistakes my plan was missed. My refunded amounts have also not returned and neither intimated by your staff for procedure. I have taken new flight by paying extra money. U return excess money which have paid for purchasing other ticket.

        Respected sir/madam
        i want to make an complaint against your supervisior or manager whaterver as his name was ARUN in bengaluru international airport in check in counter.
        yesterday i was travelling to ranchi from bengaluru @ 12.pm. was the departure and prior 45 mins you have to reach before but i was late just 10 mins due to heavy traffic, as soon as i reached the indigo counter for my boarding pass he did not issue my boarding pass as just i was late for 10 mins n he started arguing with me as i requested him politely that its an medical emergency and i have to reach ranchi at anh cost on 23rd of october but that guy started arguing and saying me that not possible and he argued with me for 15 mins as the time crossed and i had to leave my flight for ranchi.
        Its just a small request to u people that strict action should be taken against him and seriousy indigo people should co-operte for this much.
        and one more thing, till the date indigo is the worst flight i have ever been and whatever your policy or rules, screw that rule n should start co operating with your customers otherwise it's a waste of running an airline business.

          I have been an indigo customer for past 12 years i should say and this has never happened to me.
          I reached the airport well in time. Due to some issue at the security, i left my jacket which had the boarding pass and returned to the security gate. Bangalore being a silent airport, there was no announcement and when i rushed back to the boarding gate, even though the last bus to the aircraft had not started the staff at the counter refused to let me in that bus. I had a medical emergency as i was carrying medicines for someone and even after explaining this and what happened to me earlier, to the person at the boarding namely - mr. Darshan, he refused to let me into the bus which had not even started moving when i arrived there.
          The flight was supposed to leave at 2:45 pm, and i reached at 2:26pm at the boarding gate pleading for my case. I do understand that i was late as boarding gates close 25 minutes before departure, but the situation was not my fault and if the last bus was waiting, a message over wireless could have helped me get into the bus which was going to the aircraft. The total intent of mr darshan seemed that i should buy another ticket on the spot. He was rude and very unaccommodating. I will never fly indigo and take this up to the highest level possible. Let the cctv footage and everything decide the future of this case.

          I had to spend extra rs 5000/- to purchase the ticket for the very next flight as the fare difference as i could not wait longer.

          Mr darshan spent time checking my fare details and asking me stupid questions like when did you purchase this ticket right at the time when he should have called the staff in the airbus, instead he kept on refusing without even trying or asking any of his senior in the airplane or elsewhere.

            sir,

            in the captioned case it is to be submitted that the counter receptionist sitting on indigo cabin at 6 p m at kolkata airport has misbehaved with us and wrongly intimated the gate no. Of departure of the aforesaid flight from kolkata to patna at 6:25 p m as gate no: 23 in place of gate no:- 23a, which harassed us as we are suffering from high blood pressure disease and so we had to walk for a long distance to catch our flight in the 11th hour.
            We were very much depressed as there was no one to provide us the information about my stipulate flight.It is because of your mismanagement and non co-operation of your ground staff( specially cabin staff) at kolkata airport.

            Hence it is kindly requested to refund our fair as charged from us for the said flights within 15 days otherwise i will take recourse of law in a competent court at patna .

            It is for information and needful action.

              We wish to inform you that our ticket against PNR Number: [protected] was earlier informed of refund Rs, 1269/- and till date not yet refunded and now informing of the refund amount of Rs. 1080 which will be refunded back to your respective account shortly vide your mail dated 12.10.16, which is very shocking and shows how dare you are of grabbing customer money. We would inform you that there was complete water logging in Chennai and no air service was possible on those day from the date of our cancellation.

              So we request your honour to kindly refund the total booked amount of Rs.3269/ with interest as more than one year our money was retain, so pay interest accordingly.

                  I had a flight at 7:10 n I was at the airport at 6:15 and the had to be in such a queue at the entrance and at the counters that I missed my flight . They mixed all the passengers into a single queue and means the persons whose flight was at a later time to mine were also in the queue ahead me. When my turn came the person at the counter said that I missed my flight and said me that why I didn't inform him earlier that I was about to miss my flight . How would I know which people is checking I for which flight among the persons ahead me ? Or I guess I should had to push others and jump the queue to the counter to chek in . When I enquired another flight on the same day there was an additional 10000/- to be paid and there was no refund . Was it my fault to maintain discipline at the airport being in the queue ? Shouldn't there be different counters for different flights or some announcements prior to closing the gates for a specific flight? This is a free suggestion which you can consider as I believe you people don't have brains to manage the crowd at the airport but probably this is new idea to make money by cheating people . Due to this I had plan my trip to my hometown to celebrate diwali with my family . N even after cancelling my plan it cost me all total 15000 /- including non refundable air fare, cab charges to and from the airport and tensions and leaves of 8 days . Very very bad experience and would never prefer indigo n even not recommend anyone ever .

                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                    Me along with one one of my friend PNR THWY8R and DH3CHR suppose to catch a flight from chennai to pune by Indigo 6E - 385 on 22nd Oct 2016. The time of flight was 22:20 from chennai and due to medical reason and busy schedule I didn't check in online(I should have told sm1 from my behalf) but still we reached the airport prior one hour before departure. Then we show our identity to gate officer and we check-in our baggage and approach the Indigo counter (the time was 9:34) and she was weighing our bags and suddenly she says that "sorry sir boarding gates are closed" what? I mean still u have time n then she told us to go to gate no 52 n when we approach the other lady check something on system she then called sm1 and the flight is already board n we can't help u again we insists her to please consider bcuz we were just on time she says the time is 9:53 but while runing her n there we lost our time it's not our fault we reported on 9:37 . Then she send us to हेर manager we talk with him but he refused to help and tell us to go by 4 am flight n pay the extra cost i.e. almost rs 8500what the hell? You should have taken some effort to board us on same flight which was surely possible plus ur asking for extra money I.e. 8500. This is not fare after all I am the loyal customer n I only refer my friend this flight I strongly condemn this us it has broken my trust on Indigo airlines. I was even ready pay extra money but 8000 it's a complete cheating and then I still book the Indigo flight of 4 am our PNR NO RGJCRX for Rs 6600 from musafir app. If your officer would have taken a little effort and had move there legs on time we could have boarded the same fight. There behaviour was totally insane I don't have words to tell first time I have seen this like I am talKing with bus conductor or auto rickshaw wala. We lost almost our Rs 6600/- and I expect Indigo should reimburse us the entire money bcuz ur offical are liable for this loss. I hope u would take some action and will try to maintain your image as the only reason I book 4 am flight is it was cheapest and direct flight . But such things will definitely damage ur image in market aa it give negative impact of you.Your competitors go airline and spice jet are not far behind.

                    I hope you will take some action and refund us our amount for mental harassment and to let us wait for 4 am for next flight.

                    The most important is ur offical atitude was not at all good.

                      Hello Indigo Customer Service,
                      I, Santhi Varanasi, am providing my very deplorable and disappointing experience during my recent flight from Hyderabad to Bangalore on October 15th. I was at the Hyderabad airport well ahead of time (before 6.00 am) for my 7.10 am flight 6E 413, PNR - PFETFK. I had my boarding pass issued online and checked in my baggage. I was at the scheduled Gate 30B by around 6.15 am. When I checked with the Indigo staff at the gate, I was told to wait as there was still time for my scheduled boarding at 6.50 am. I kept waiting endlessly. Meanwhile a series of flights were announced for boarding at Gate 30B. Finally after waiting for a long time, when I checked again with the Indigo staff, I was told my flight had departed!!! Now this is ridiculous!!! How can a flight simply leave without calling for a passenger after my security check when I had my luggage checked in too???? Why didn’t they announce my name???? I was told there was a gate change in the last minute to 30A which was intimated to me through mobile notification!!! First of all, I am a Canadian citizen on a visit to India and the ticket was booked by my dad with his mobile number and hence I didn’t have that phone on me!!! Later when I checked with my dad, he said he received a bunch of messages that even confused him regarding the gate change!!! Now, is this the most efficient form of informing a customer about a last minute gate change????
                      From here, I was told there is an 8.40 am flight I could take giving me the impression that I will automatically be boarded in the next flight. This was FAR from what actually happened. I was quickly stripped off the luggage tags on my hand baggage, taken to a spot to record my information and was left to go to the ticketing counter to rebook my flight!!! UNIMAGINABLE!!! There I was told I have to pay Rs.6000+ for a fresh ticket (one way)!!! I had bought my initial return ticket for less than Rs. 5000! And the most ridiculous part of it is there were several other passengers from multiple Indigo flights including mine with the SAME complaint!!! Is this a new scheme and cheap tactic of Indigo to make quick money and increase business??? Several passengers including me were left with no other option than to shell out thousands of rupees in order to complete our journey!!
                      I was told my luggage was de-boarded which I can collect from some other counter!!! Seriously???? Indigo staff knows how to de-plane a checked in baggage but NO basic courtesy to just announce my name when I was sitting just right across due to last minute change by Indigo???? I asked to see the customer service manager and was led to Ms. Gazela who ironically seemed to have ZERO powers to resolve ANY issue at all. Me along with other passengers pleaded with her in every possible way but to no avail. All she seemed to be able to do is say “I apologize, please provide your feedback so we can improve our customer service in the future”!!! I don’t know if this is a joke!!! Being a customer service manager and nothing she can do????? I asked her, what can she do to make my experience better and apparently she could do nothing!!! And moreover I was told the 8.40 am flight was full and she can only book me on 11.35 am flight!!! One male staff in the baggage drop counter had the audacity to question us, when so many passengers were able to board the 7.10 am flight, then how is it we missed it???? So, this is Indigo customer service??? I kept asking them why they didn’t announce my name since my baggage was checked in and I was told it is against their policy!!! Seriously??? It’s against policy to announce name but fully within policy to cheat and LOOT innocent customers using cheap tactics. In any case, the names of TWO passengers were announced by Indigo staff – one Mr. Hemant and another name I am unable to recall. So, why not other passengers names?
                      Finally, I had NO other option than to shell out Rs. 7300 out of my pocket to board the 11.35 am flight. Apparently the price had gone up by the time the actual booking was done. Several other innocent passengers similarly had to pay thousands of rupees as penalty for supposedly missing a flight for NO fault of ours!!!
                      I am on a short visit to India from Canada and was going to Bangalore to visit my old in-laws for just 2 days. I lost ½ a day of time spending with my in-laws, was cheated and looted by Indigo of Rs. 7300, not to mention the stress, deplorable experience and humiliation by Indigo staf[censored] This type of experience in North America, the customer is refunded and compensated even for the original flight for the unpleasant customer experience.
                      I have been advised by fellow passengers that my dad lodge a complaint with the consumer court and also I upload this complaint on social media along with pictures of staff. I will be sure NEVER to recommend Indigo to anybody for giving me the worst customer experience ever and creating a unpleasant journey. In fact, I will ask every friend of mine NOT to fly Indigo!!!
                      So what is Indigo going to do about this? I am giving one opportunity to Indigo to rectify my situation and make my experience better. I am not interested in coupons for next trip. Will Indigo refund my money PLUS with compensation for a third rate poor experience and making me wait from 5.30 am in the airport for boarding an 11.35 am flight????

                        I am v. k. sankara prasad my mail id. [protected]@gmail.com. i am a regular traveller from hyderabad to new delhi for the past so many years in the indigo. i have also recommended to so many friends and relatives, known people to travel in the indigo as your airlines use to maintain time, service is good. unfortunately i noticed as i am one of the victim in non getting the refund in spite of 5 months over after the cancellation of ticket. i am attaching first time booked ltienerary and cancelled ticket xerox copies to you with a request to look into the matter and settle the payment within 15 days from the date of receipt of this complaint (as number of times i called to the help desk but nothing was done in my case) failing which i have no alternative except to go to consumer forum for redressal.

                        One more thing after this i stopped travelling in indigo and now i am moving from hyderabad to new delhi in spice jet airlines and i am also telling to my friends that indigo airlines has done like.

                        Hope at least you will react now

                          It is with deep regret that I have to bring this up.

                          On 20th on my flight from Pune to Bangalore Flight 6E 105, PNR -LGDJ7U, after boarding the aircraft along with my mother who is old, I was told there was no space to stow the luggage where we were seated or anywhere near. I have paid extra for the front seats thinking that we would be able to get in and get out without hassels. The airhostess was not very welcoming and they were clueless what to do.
                          After a while the ground staff took our luggage and placed it at 19th row.
                          Due to the placement of the bag, we got delayed for connecting flights to Trivandrum. This is really unacceptable and the crew should not be placing the baggages of other passengers above the seats of those who have paid extra charges to be seated in front.

                          I need this to be addressed to the management of Indigo and such things should not be repeated with other passengers.

                            This is dipak and i had booked my flight from hyderabad to mumbai that was scheduled for departure on 16th october, 2016 at 5:45 am (Booking ref number: h6dpwi). I reported well in advance at the counter and already obtained my boarding pass printed with me. I completed all the required secutity checks by 5:00 am. I was informed to report at gate 23c at least 20 minutes before the flight departure time. I did report 25 minutes before the flight's departure but your personell did not allow me inside the gate saying that the pickup vehicle already left but they have enough time to give my luggage back. If reporting 20 minutes before the departure is not sufficient contradictory to what we were informed to do so, we should have received an announcement which was not done. When inquired, we were told that it is a "silent airport" but an airliner near indigo were shouting their passenger names. When i asked about what to do, the personnel replied they will be kind enough to provide me another ticket after i pay rs. 4500 each wholeheartedly without worrying about the money i had already paid.

                            There is problem with indigo:
                            This was committed intentionally in order to sell our seats to someone else in order to make double-money. This is also called as money laundering as i am not the only passenger affected this week because of indigo.
                            My lawyer has suggested that i raise this with the union ministry of consumer affairs along with the other affected parties, as we all have the proofs in our favour. Some of my friends have suggested that i supply the information to press and publish it on social networks. I have to give this strong and harsh feedback as this experience was rather frustrating and makes me feel cheated.
                            I hope indigo will not lose its trust and integrity people has on the company which indeed cannot be bought with any amount of money.

                            Still I did not received any update on my complaint from Indigo. I got response that you will get response from Indigo but they are not capable to do that because they did not care of customers they just want to make their business that's it nothing else.

                              This is Jyoti Kumari and I had booked my flight from Bangalore to Varanasi that was scheduled for departure on 19th October, 2016 at 5:30 AM (Booking Ref number: FMN1TVVPNE3 ). I reported well in advance at the counter and obtained my boarding pass at 3:30 AM. I completed all the required secutity checks by 4:45 AM. I was informed to report at Gate 13 at least 20 minutes before the flight departure time. I DID report 30 minutes before the flight's departure but your personell did not allow me inside the gate saying that the pickup vehicle already left but they have enough time to give my luggage back. If reporting 20 minutes before the departure is not sufficient contradictory to what we were informed to do so, we should have received an announcement which was not done. When inquired, we were told that it is a "silent airport" but an airliner near Indigo were shouting their passenger names. When I asked about what to do, the personnel replied they will be kind enough to provide me another ticket after I pay Rs. 8000 wholeheartedly without worrying about the money I had already paid.
                              There is problem with Indigo with either one of the following:
                              The Indigos are using a clock that was built in the 1800s. Please let me know if your clocks are properly set and still functioning.
                              Indigo has passed wrong information to the passengers or used a template that is at least a century old.
                              Or this was committed intentionally in order to sell our seats to someone else in order to make double-money. This is also called as Money Laundering as I am not the only passenger affected this week because of Indigo.
                              My lawyer has suggested that I raise this with the Union Ministry of Consumer Affairs along with the other affected parties, as we all have the proofs in our favour. Some of my friends have suggested that I supply the information to press and publish it on social networks. But I have great respect for Indigo and have always used its services for flying. I have to give this strong and harsh feedback as this experience was rather frustrating and makes me feel cheated.
                              I hope Indigo will not lose its trust and integrity people has on the company which indeed cannot be bought with any amount of money.

                                  Yesterday i had flight by 23:10 and boarding timing was 45 minutes before departure but I reached late by 5 minutes and I had left my bag over there along with my certificate ( which I forgot to take out) kindly help me get my assets . Indigo counter ppl said you have leave it here itself or else you will miss the flight

                                    I was flying by the flight Flt No.: 6E 414 of indigo from Banglore to Mumbai.
                                    I had submitted my luggage as a fragile object and had requested to take care.
                                    When i open the box today after coming home 50% of the parts have been damaged. Despite request they have done it . I want to know who is going to help me with the refund and how will the compensation be done.
                                    i am a student and i cant again afford to remake everything

                                      Already filed a written complaint to Mr.pandey airport manager...need feedback as soon as possible..teach her lesson... should be punished to dis rubish lady..should teachh some ethics as well as antiques... I ill daily ping on u until unless I don't get some fruitfull result against her...otherwise I search other very best method to through her out...n i hope Mr.pandey will help in dis issue

                                        I was sitting at seat no. 17c in indigo airlines on 16th oct’16 at 5:40 pm from hyderabad to delhi. A group of foreigners were sitting just in front of me starting seat from 16 a. Foreigner sitting at 16 c was taking back rest and i was feeling very uncomfortable as i was sick. I requested thrice to air hostess to kindly request him to keep his seat in upward position. But 16 c guy was very rude and didn’t move his seat. Even after requesting while having meal, he didn’t shift his seat in upward position.
                                        My kid less than 4 year old was sitting at seat no. 17 a (Window seat) suddenly got out of balance and took the support of front seat. He just hold the front seat for a while to take the support so that he doesn’t fall, but one of that foreigner from the group sitting at seat no. 16 a pulled left arm of my child and scratched and bitted his nails very badly and physically attacked on my infant child. I have clicked the pictures of his arm (Attached), as he got the wound very badly. It was almost bleeding. Almost all air hostess knows about this incident.
                                        My child’s arm could have also been fractured if he would have hold him for another 2 mins more. My child less than 4 year is so innocent, he doesn’t even know what was happening, why he was attacking physically on him. He started crying very badly and my whole journey got horrible and miserable. It was such a terrible journey that my child suffered from severe pain and almost scratches and bleeding.
                                        I want strict action against that foreigner sitting at seat no. 16 a in indigo airlines by flight no. From hyderabad to delhi (Departure from hyderabad at 5:40 pm). That foreigner should be charged heavy penalty / fine or punished for physically attacking my infant less than 4 year old kid for no reason. It was intentionally done by that foreigner as they argued with me for moving the seat in upward position. I need compensation for making my whole journey miserable, disturbed and in pain.
                                        Looking forward for the justice for attacking my innocent child.
