I came to new Delhi from Dubai on 30-10-16 @4am morning and I choose indigo airlines for new Delhi to jaipur at 7:25am

I was carrying a dancing machine ( a red color hoverboard )in my baggage which weight around 10kg.

Your check in counter staff person charged me 1100 rs for extra baggage because I was unaware of the baggage limits in domestic flights

I am attaching you the picture of the fine receipt.

I dont mind because I was carrying a 10kg machine in my bag which contained power bank (as they say).

After successful check in I came to my gate no. And while boarding to aircraft one Indigo staff person called me to come your counter for physical checking of my luggage. It went awkward to get out of the bus and visit to that cisf zone for inspection.
I asked your staff person to guide me what to do . Weather I cancel my flight and catch a bus ?Â
He didn't said anything when I asked him if he can return my extra baggage charges.
He very rudely replied - (hum kuch nahi kar sakte Bhaiya)
He was your senior staff not any peon or helper.

Cisf officer took out the machine as they say it's illegal though I am carrying it from Dubai.and seriously no body asked me to.

I asked your staff people who didn't even bothered and very rudely said we cannot help.

I kept running from here and there for assistance and my flight was about to finish boarding.
I asked your staff to return my extra baggage charges for which they very beautifully ignored me and tried to scare me by saying - " aapki yeh flight miss ho jayegi Fir kuch nahi milega"

I asked your staff persons to return my extra baggage and let me take any Volvo bus so I can reach Jaipur at time with my machine.

They didn't care. They were simply ignoring me all the time and its so awkward.
I started calling on the numbers which called me for the fineÂ

After few calls they replied to me . They said - sir our attendand will come to meet you in the flight soon.

I just wanted a kind gesture from you people.

I never come to Delhi and my machine which is quite expensive will just hang here and there all the time.

I wanted to take a bus so I could carry this machine for our kids at home
This was a dancing machine.

I seriously wanted to get down of the plane and take my machine and extra baggage charges and catch a Volvo bus so I could spend a quality time with my family this Diwali

But because of your management and very bad service quality these staff people were not entertaining me...
I just wanted them to help me and guide me in the process but they are irresponsible and very shameless dont know how to behave.

Is this what indigo symbolise??

I have been traveling from very long in Jaipur Mumbai indigo flights and haven't met such staff people.

It's not about a single person it's about the whole staff and trust me you can ask any customer there and visit there anytime.

Dear, how can you just ignore the passenger????

I am asking them something. Iwas about to cry because I wanted to be on Diwali this year and want to gift that machine to my kids.

Dubai international airport didn't stopped me anywhere.

Honestly, your Delhi staff is too desi and irresponsible.

I just wanted them to help me in this matter but they are ignoring and running from me.

They said your attendand will come to me in flight but no one came. I went to one of your attendand and he was like running away from me.

How kiddish ...

Are you not paying these guys enough.??

Or they don't know how I behave.

Shame

I wrote this complaint in Delhi jaipur flight and will sended as complaint when i reached Jaipur.

I am seriously disturbed and all Thanksgiving to your Delhi staff for wonderful behaviour.

I request you to please send my machine to Jaipur so I can collect it from here and return my extra baggage charges which were fined to me unnecessary!!
I cannot afford to go to Delhi airport to collect it from there. As I stay in Jaipur.

This is the 4th time I am mailing you. And your customer care people are saying they have no idea of anything.
They dontt know where is my machine ?!!
They want me to write complaint everytime so they can initiate the tracking process.
Where is my red color hoverboard machine?
I am attaching you images of fines and boarding passes.
Pls help

    @IndiGo6E Hello Indigo, i don not know how to start ...you guys always ask for feedback about your service but today i found indigo has thief .

    Today i traveled by Indigo flight 6E163 and 6E342 from bangalore to patna (via Lucknow) and i found from my checked in bag missing gift pack mobile phone(levano phblet), camera (nikon D5100 +50mm lense), creams, hair spray .

    i am sure it was stolen in Lucknow airport, , your workers open the lock even in Bangalore cheked in counter put one plastic lock on keys but when i received bag in patna that plastic is different . i need my all missing thing back .

    i know you guys will say camera and mobile should be carried out in Cabin Baggage but tell me one answers, do you guys have permit to open everyone bag and see what we are checked In if its camera or mobile steal it .

      On 26.10.2016 at around 5.10PM, while booking an air ticket in Indigo flt. for my journey from Agartala to Kolkata and back through Go Indigo App, I paid a sum of Rs.4, 256/- being the cost of air ticket by using my SBI debit card through payment gateway –CC Avenue . The amount was debited from my account against CC Avenue COS/TSN[protected] . But in spite of payment made, no ticket was generated.

      2. Later, on enquiry, from GoIndigo Customer Care Service, it is learnt that no money has been credited in favour of Indigo and as such, no ticket was generated.
      3. Thereafter I made payment 2nd time and got ticket.

      3. Now, in view of the above, the amount debited from my account 1st time may be refunded and credited to my account.

        I would like you to refer my complaint lodged on 23.10.16 about loss of articles including stainless steel items, green tea packet etc which were kept inside cargo during my journey from Begaluru to Kolkata (PNR no XH75GH) fight no GE713 .
        The above items were kept inside in a canvas bag bearing Tag number 6E[protected] and the bag was received at the arrival belt with a open stitch due to bad handling by your staff member engaged for loading/unloading.
        I am yet to receive any positive reply from your end.

        I (Manan Modi) was travelling from Mumbai to Jaipur on 23rd Oct 2016 via flight no. 6E696 with PNR No. IHY9NE. I have lost my tablet (electronic product) of MI company in the flight. I have enquired about the same from customer care and they told me to raise a complaint.

        Kindly address the issue ASAP.

          Hi Team,

          I am really fedup by pathetic indigo service, by today's incident described below

          - I had booked below attached multi city flight from Bangalore to Hyderabad and
          Hyderabad to Nagpur. LDRUWA flight date today 29th oct (a day before Diwali)

          -I was at airport and done my check ins, security checks and have a valid boarding pass.

          - just about to enter inside fight then indigo staff stopped me for boarding after
          having valid boarding pass, reason technical issue stated at that time.

          -Asked me to go in other counters and later told me that your have some electronic
          (I assume my laptop) as I don't have any other, in checked in luggage and cancelled my ticket

          - I was shocked as no one asked me to remove while checkin, am depressed and crying
          as because indigo refused me to check in and I missed my connecting flight too
          and now not able to go home for Diwali as other flight prices are reaching sky.

          - later I asked customer care to refund my money as you had denied me boarding flight after
          issuing boarding pass they cancelled my Hyderabad to Nagpur flight and said only
          Rs 950 will be refunded when I had Rs 6, 661 paid.

          I want my complete money to be refunded in above said scenario.

          In case of absence of support in am fully prepared to take this issue with
          DGCA zonal office, consumer forum and in case needed to social media as well.

          Awaiting for your reply, a normal loyal customer.

                Me anjali krishna today morning flight bangalore to thiruvananthapuram @ 5.30 flight no 6e873, i was at 4.30 for my check in and there was a big q ...When i showed my ticket they said gate is closed by time 4.40 ...Noaannouncement or no staff was there by just 1 minutes you denied my check in.                   Date of journey: 25th October 2016 from Hyderabad to Mumbai.

                  On 25th morning I received an sms from VM-Indigo (copy attached) stating that the flight 6E 247 will be boarding from Gate 24 and since this is a silent airport no boarding announcements will be made.

                  I along with other passengers had checked in (boarding pass attached) and were waiting at Gate 24 for boarding the flight. Our flight departure time was 7.15 am whereas the display was showing the boarding for Indigo Raipur flight. We waited till 7.10 and when we enquired with the Indigo counter Manager she informed that the boarding has been closed from Gate 26. When we informed her that why they did not inform us, or send a revised sms or call the names of checked in passengers the only casual reply was she had made 4 announcements about the change of Gate. I was really surprised to see the casual behavior of a Manager from a reputed airlines like Indigo who puts the entire blame on the passenger. We were four o[censored]s all seated in the Gate 24 lounge (please check your cctv footage) who did not hear her announcement and as per your sms message there will not be any announcement.

                  As per the advise of the Manager all four o[censored]s approached the Indigo ticket counter at Shamshabad airport for adjusting us in the next flight. It was informed that we have to buy another ticket and in no way they can adjust the flight. When we approached your other officials present at the airport they informed that there is no other option other than buying another ticket for Rs.3, 381/-. Accordingly we were forced to buy another ticket in the next Indigo flight 6E 608 scheduled at 10 am (copy attached).

                  Later all four o[censored]s met your airlines officials and GMR staff at the airport but our efforts were futile. According to the Indigo manager that how can they consider us when there were another 7 passengers who had to offload their luggage since they failed to board the flight on time. With this lethargic approach by one of your manager we would like to know whether Indigo endorse this as their mode of Operation.

                  Requesting your office to consider our application to re-imburse our money at the earliest. The names and PNR details of four o[censored]s are given below.

                      I was late by just 5 minutes and you denied my check in. I had to book a new ticket for 16k and the refund I got for no show was 502. Is that justified? During holiday season I expected you to be a little more considerate. But no, you money minded people cared about money. I want a full refund of my flight ticket!!                         I was travelling from delhi to srinagar today on 25th oct 2016 besides having under fragile my luggage my brand new bag was damaged and i have proof to show with photograph. When approached officer he did not pay any attention at airport. Kindly note i was flying in 6e-653 pnr wgth7u.
                        I would like to know when will any action be taken its my brand new bag. I want compensation. Worth 5000 rupees bag it was..
                        I booked flight from Mumbai to Nagpur on 13/08/2016 from Indigo website. Half of the amount was paid through gift card and rest through debit card. the amount was deducted from the account but transaction failed was shown. The debited amount was never refunded nor the tickets were booked.

                          I got refund of RS. 7614/- on 25 Oct 2016 for double deduction from my bank account. However, prior to refund of the amount, on the pretext of card to card refund, enquiring of my personel bank security vis a vis ATM Nos and my net banking user ID as well as password for refund of the said amount is not proper at all. It is against the law. I will be compelled to lodge FIR against the company.

                                This is a written complain against Indigo Careless services & worst response.

                                PNR No. : L7K16C, Flight No. : 63-961. From New Delhi T1 to Ahmedabadat morning 4:45.

                                1. Take off delay 20 minute.
                                2. Lost my duffel bag at Ahmedabad Airport.
                                3. There was few girls was moving with Indigo Dress. I asked them to help me. But they has given standard report that stand near belt. You will get it.
                                4. As per announcement I was standing there at belt 1 until it was stopped moving.
                                5. I went to first end of belt from where they was putting laguage on belt. Asked them that where is my duffel. They start closing shutter there.
                                6. When I was holding that shutter then they start abusive words & push my hand from opposite direction.
                                7. There was 3 person so I lost my hand grip and belt shutter was closed.
                                8. I saw one girl in Indigo Dress who was standing near 3rd belt. So I went there and found my duffel there in above condition.
                                9. Her name was Kausha. She asked me if it is your duffle then give me some identification about inside laguage.
                                10. I told her that there is one pink file & black wind-[censored]er on top. Once I opened that bag then she was agree.
                                11. She asked me why there is no tag. I told her that my entire right side carry belt and middle carry belt is missing and it was cover with white sticky laguage at Delhi Airport.
                                12. She told me that she has recovered bag in this condition. From her gesture it was seems like I was speaking lie.
                                13. If I was lie then how your Delhi airport has passed duffel without lable of Source-Destination lable ?
                                14. Checkout all 3 images and Video file about what Indigo Airlines did my language duffel
                                15. All 3 images & Video has been taken in front of Kosha from Indigo Airlines at Sardar Patel International Airport.
                                16. My return ticket is on 6th Nov. from Ahmedabad to New Delhi with PNR No. : VBH6XZ
                                17. I am really scare by Indigo Services and worst reponse. Even Kausha was not ready for giving me any higher authority contact number.
                                18. After lots of discussion she has kept two condition. Either vendor come to my place and he will repair, else she will give me Rs. 300 as I am begger (though she saw 3 golden ring on my right hand)
                                19. I was really get angry and asked her that give me this things in written and when vendor will come to my place. For that Kausha was not ready.
                                20. Finally after lots of conversation she was agree with Rs. 400.

                                Such a worst airlines with worst authorities and worst people in Indigo Airlines. This is my written grievances and I am writing entire things in consumer forum. With reference of this mail.

                                    I have to go journey through indigo flight from Patna to Delhi on 24/10/2016 which was scheduled at 1100 hrs. I was reached at counter by 1025 but staff of indigo flight did not issued boarding pass and also did arguments when I requested to issue boarding pass. Name of staff was Govind. As procedures 45 min before passenger should reach for boarding but it is not necessary if passenger had not reached before 45 min he will not accompanied in case checking door open and plan stay at airport. U have misbehave with me and due to your mistakes my plan was missed. My refunded amounts have also not returned and neither intimated by your staff for procedure. I have taken new flight by paying extra money. U return excess money which have paid for purchasing other ticket.

                                      i want to make an complaint against your supervisior or manager whaterver as his name was ARUN in bengaluru international airport in check in counter.
                                      yesterday i was travelling to ranchi from bengaluru @ 12.pm. was the departure and prior 45 mins you have to reach before but i was late just 10 mins due to heavy traffic, as soon as i reached the indigo counter for my boarding pass he did not issue my boarding pass as just i was late for 10 mins n he started arguing with me as i requested him politely that its an medical emergency and i have to reach ranchi at anh cost on 23rd of october but that guy started arguing and saying me that not possible and he argued with me for 15 mins as the time crossed and i had to leave my flight for ranchi.
                                      Its just a small request to u people that strict action should be taken against him and seriousy indigo people should co-operte for this much.
                                      and one more thing, till the date indigo is the worst flight i have ever been and whatever your policy or rules, screw that rule n should start co operating with your customers otherwise it's a waste of running an airline business.

                                        I have been an indigo customer for past 12 years i should say and this has never happened to me.
                                        I reached the airport well in time. Due to some issue at the security, i left my jacket which had the boarding pass and returned to the security gate. Bangalore being a silent airport, there was no announcement and when i rushed back to the boarding gate, even though the last bus to the aircraft had not started the staff at the counter refused to let me in that bus. I had a medical emergency as i was carrying medicines for someone and even after explaining this and what happened to me earlier, to the person at the boarding namely - mr. Darshan, he refused to let me into the bus which had not even started moving when i arrived there.
                                        The flight was supposed to leave at 2:45 pm, and i reached at 2:26pm at the boarding gate pleading for my case. I do understand that i was late as boarding gates close 25 minutes before departure, but the situation was not my fault and if the last bus was waiting, a message over wireless could have helped me get into the bus which was going to the aircraft. The total intent of mr darshan seemed that i should buy another ticket on the spot. He was rude and very unaccommodating. I will never fly indigo and take this up to the highest level possible. Let the cctv footage and everything decide the future of this case.

                                        I had to spend extra rs 5000/- to purchase the ticket for the very next flight as the fare difference as i could not wait longer.

                                        Mr darshan spent time checking my fare details and asking me stupid questions like when did you purchase this ticket right at the time when he should have called the staff in the airbus, instead he kept on refusing without even trying or asking any of his senior in the airplane or elsewhere.
