I have been truly disgusted with the quality of your service and must say I feel cheated. Can any responsible Indigo personnel explain why I was cheated??

Its pretty concerning the way flight fares spike for a moment and then become normal again.

I would like to inform you that i booked flight ticket from Hyderabd to Cochin on September9th 2016 for seven members. In that i wrongly entered name of the passenger RAMESH KUMAR but his name in ID cards as only RAMESH. Is it any problem in Check in or is there any possibility to alter the name in flight booking. kindly do needful

I was provided boarding pass but denied travel according to a rule that flight gates are closed 25 minutes before departure. Moreover this rule is never followed. It was not followed even on the next flight which I was compelled to take buying new tickets. I am sanket from bangalore, we had booked return tickets for 07.09.2016 frm bangalore to delhi. Our flight timings was 5.05 am & our issue is with "Flight 6E 9".

Sir i booked a ticket from Guwahaty (gau) to Mumbai journey date 26/sep/2016 on 26/8/16 but could not competed the process and charged amount from SBI debit card NO 519XXX7024 with POS INDIGO at INDIGO txn GU[protected] FOR RS 3707 ON 26/8/16 in this connection a complaint booked in c/care of indigo with complaint no NI3RGS they said the charged amount will be refund in 5-7 working days but today is 9th day but the amount not refunded yet...

I had traveled by Indigo flight from Delhi to Bangalore on 2nd Sept, 2016. I found that my luggage was missing on Bangalore airport. I have complain immediately to onduty person. My booking reference is kdrbwa. Please you should mention the (Am/pm) on the reservations sent on mails. On31st august i missed my flight as i thought its an afternoon flight, but when i reached to airport, i got to know the flight is already gone, it was a night flight. I dont expect any refunds as you people even dont offer a frequent flyer cards but atleast you can show the am/pm on the itenaries sent.
